I am slowly learning to love myself. Meaning not accepting behaviors/projections from other people that minimizes my being and dims my light just so I can be ‘respectful’ or be deemed ‘grateful’. Not because you aren’t aware of my gratitude doesn’t mean it is not shown or not there. I cannot open any one’s eyes to see the beauty in what I do. They have to open their own eyes for themselves.

Likewise I must open my own to what they do for me and appreciate it no matter how small. I am a work in progress and I have patience in my self that I will keep growing and evolving into the creator I am meant to be.

What I think on will be my reality so if I always think “I am not appreciated” I will never feel as such and so the cycle continues. It takes ME to make a difference and so will I

Visualizations

Invision love energy entering you and it fills you up and encompasses you. This love energy begins to infect your energetic feild and shift and change it into that love energy until you are entirely the color of the love energy. Then even your features being to fade until you become the shape and texture of the love energy that you've envisioned. Imagine you are the love energy and try to feel it deeply. All wounds are healed, all negative energy is transmuted, you are safe, warm and loved. You come back into your form but with universal and unconditional love being one with you (imagine yourself as whatever color you connect love with)

Visualise you are in a womb. You may even wrap yourself up in some blankets to simulate the feel ing. This womb is made of love (if you work with a love goddess you can perhaps work with them on this but ask first 🙂). You are in the womb of universal, unconditional love. A love so deep and dear that it penetrates even the highest and thickest of walls. There is an energetic (umbilical) cord connected to your naval. It pumps this love within you. It is your mother giving you love and life. You are to be revorn in a world where you see love everywhere, in the breeze, trees, soil, people. You see it everywhere. This energy flows through you and all your chakras and blesses them with a sacred prayer of love and exuberance. It fills you whole. It permeates through every particle within you and fuses with them. It becomes you as you becone it. It holds you and is with you everyday and minute and second. When you feel ready and deeply connected with this energy, affirm you shall stand in love from this rebirth and that love stands with you everyday from here on out. Imagine you are being born and into whatever you believe your new love filled self looks like.

Make a chant or spell

Add Visualisation

Trance or get into an altered state and shoot your intention forward

Power of voice and call up emotional energy through positive memory or music or art or whatever gets you going.
