In Shigaraki's psyche, Izuku saw a memory that's neither his nor Shigaraki's, and that memory is actually AFO's.
It's from 1st person point of view, in there, AFO seems to be acquainted with Shigaraki's Father, and AFO apparently worked in construction in Koga city (idk what 甲賀建設 Exactly means, but 建設 means construction or establishment, and 甲賀 is a city in Shiga Prefecture, and it's pretty close to Shizuoka Prefecture, where Izuku&his mom live)
Tumblr media
Then AFO invited Shigaraki's Father over a drink, and asked about Shigaraki's quirk, to which his father said it still hasn't appeared/identified yet
Tumblr media
You know what this means???
AFO must've LIVED A NORMAL LIVE sometimes to get acquainted with Shigaraki's Father while also monitor him!! Due to his connection with Nana.
And AFO asking about Shigaraki's quirk can either means he's monitoring if "Decay" has developed OR if Shigaraki can be GIVEN "Decay" later on.
This might also indicate that AFO also acquainted with Shimura household as a normal person, and if this shadowed figure with suits whom looked like AFO is indeed AFO, then it must've been like a family friend escorting the son back home
Tumblr media
Anyway, AFO finally came out of Shigaraki's suppression, now we can see some Izuku and AFO interaction and maybe a confirmation about the validity of DFO theory!!!!
Tumblr media
*it's also suspicious Izuku still DIDN'T GET TO SEE AFO's full face even from AFO's memory
**out of context, but AFO in his memory asked if Shigaraki's father had a lower back pain, and offered to introduce him to a good doctor, and i can't help but think "lol, it's just gonna be dr. Garaki isn't it? And he probably gonna order Garaki to do something to the only son of Nana" and the fact that AFO spoke to Shigaraki's Father SO POLITELY/using keigo (敬語) is weirdly nice, I'd like to see him speaks normally FULL FACE
***the irony of the villain who wrecked havoc in the country, might also once worked in construction of all places. Though it can be reasoned with "in order to destroy thoroughly, one must know how to built"

I really wouldn't call Afo born evil either. All the things he did make sense from a child's point of view.
He drinks from his mothers corpse because he needs to eat. He kills because the world was dangerous, and they had no parent to protect them or home to live in.
He kicks his brother because his brother threw a can at him. It's just a response.
Someone hits, a child hits back.
No parent to tell him, 'use your words' or restrain him. Honestly, I don't know if anyone could in the time period. He had skewering spike powers from birth. That kinda makes it tough for people to pick a baby up. 😂
But still, he doesn't do these things with willful, self concious purpose. He was just a child afterall.
He developed in this setting, in this environment. Just constant fending for himself and his brother.
So it makes sense he would like the demon lord in the comic Yoichi found. That guy would appear to be doing all the things he was.

Imagine Shigaraki forcibly taking you as his pet and everyone in the League is kinda chill about it — except Spinner.
Tw; abusive behaviour, angst, kidnapping, noncon (implied), yandere
Tumblr media
The others don’t notice the little things he does. They don’t see the marks peeking out beneath your sparse clothing, or the haunted expressions that overtake you when you think no one’s paying attention. He does, though; he blames his perceptive nature.
Unfortunately, noticing these sorts of things are conflicting when the root of the problem is his friend. On one hand, he wants to support Tomura’s pursuits. He’s always believed them to be noble, even if they’ve diverged from rationality. Spinner would proudly declare him a close confidant. On the other, he knows that Stain wouldn’t do something like this to a civilian, and didn’t he enter the League under the premise that he would uphold his ideals? It’s conflicting. But the more he watches Shigaraki traumatize you, the more he realizes he’s condoning something terribly wrong.
So, what does he do? Try to reason with his boss, of course. It’s not like he has any other viable options.
He catches Tomura leaving the dining room one evening. It’s perfect. Everyone else is either asleep or away. The conversation seems to go well at first; then, it takes a spin into the dark side.
It turns out AFO was the one who told him to capture you, that your purpose is stress relief so he can operate the League. Tomura makes it clear that something big is going to happen soon. Things are going to change. He knows what he does to you — how he takes his frustrations out on your mind and body — may not be just, but it’ll help them achieve their goal of overthrowing hero society.
For a moment, Spinner asks himself if the ends justify the means. He ponders what Stain would say, if he were here instead of locked away in Tartarus. Would he say there’s a better way? Would he propose a cleaner execution to achieve the objective?
But Shigaraki is his own man. As much as he wants to compare the two, it’s unjust and incomplete of him. He chooses to trust Tomura’s judgement, even though his gut directs him otherwise.
He’s tries to ignore your whimpers at night, and whenever Tomura gets a bit too rough with you in a tense meeting. He tries to turn a blind eye to the way you glance anxiously around the room of villains, searching for someone who gives a damn — all you get in return is the likes of Dabi leering at you. But what he finds the most difficult to deflect is when you sob as Tomura drags you away, no doubt to his bedroom for a few hours to diffuse his souring mood.

Summary:
All for One is just a child before he becomes a monster. Unsure of why he is still alive or even why he still even bothering with the voices in his head screaming for his death. As no one around them even cares for their existence the only reason he is trying to survive is because of his little brother.
Is there anything else he can do?
The Completed and FULL version of Hated by Life Itself Song fic that also a character study of All for One's Childhood. Along with his relationship with Yoichi and the many struggles in his youth.
If you liked that rough draft/concept this is basically like triple that size apparently. Still a one shot and enjoy some sad Shigaraki brothers!

MHA Spoilers
AfO’s constant projection
So, since AfO n Yoichi weren’t given names bc their mother died- leading to Afo coming up with his based off the comics his brother read… That means… Yoichi came up with his first and last name- THAT MEANS Afo gave Tomura his brother’s last name
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The rest of his projecting resides in the fact that he put Hana’s hands on Tomura’s wrists (Hana would actually grab Tenko’s hand to cheer him up) then there’s the whole “he was born twisted” line 🙄
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Also you cant tell me AfO isn’t mixing up Yoichi and Tomura- Literally
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The first two, thats def Tomura’s hair, not Yoichi’s, his hair was never like that
Tumblr media
Would place down more tomura panels but ran out of space 💀 if you know you know

Horikoshi-sensei probably said :
"Look, i know I'm not gonna be the one who draw what you guys make, so i need you guys to either make AFO and Izuku act similarly, or look similarly, you can be as subtle as you can, though. And please don't ask why"
To any party involved in making BNHA adaptation or spin offs

lzuku probably accidentally did what AFO intended to do, AFO wanted to transfer the Synthetic copy of All for one to Tomura, according to him this would make his "other self" regain strength and take control of the body again
Tumblr media
He doesn't explain exactly how he would do this, however I think maybe he intended to do something similar to what Izuku later did with the OFA, throw the Vestiges directly into Tomura's "lump of lead", with that he would destroy it and seal the Tomura's conscience, this was probably his plan
Tumblr media
However he was unable to do so, but soon after Midoriya did so, AFO resurfaced and took control
Tumblr media
All for one seemed to be over as he had not been able to perform the transfer, however thanks to Izuku things aligned in his favor, Tomura was once again suppressed and the trace of his brother is inside his new body, it would be very It's funny if in the next chapter All for One thanks Midoriya for his unintentional help
