So I'm going to start rewatching MHA because I stopped halfway season 4. This is a way to make myself power through because I do want to get caught up.

Every Friday, I'm going to try to watch at least one episode and comment my thoughts about it.

I started with season 2, episode 14 because while season 1 was cute, personally, I find it mostly boring till we get to the USJ attack.

Instead, I'm going to start with the Sport’s Festival, which was the reason I even got into MHA.

(Also, I've been keeping up with the manga, so I know what's currently going on. While there will be no manga spoilers, I will talk about stuff that happens in the anime later down the line.)

Anways, here are some thoughts on episode 14: That’s The Idea, Ochako:

I forgot what babies they were! They're so cute. And it's so nice to see Hori- and the anime's- style change over time

Especially Iida though! I forgot about his mannerisms and how played up they were

It's interesting how thick they lay on how much pressure Midoriya- and later, All Might- puts on himself about how he has to be the one to take over for All Might. All Might directly tells him that he does not have much time so Midoriya needs to hurry up and learn how to control OfA.

It makes me wonder how All Might was trained

Aizawa!! I forgot he came straight out of the hospital. He cares so much about them.

He's also a giant loser, take care of yourself man!

Bakugou telling Mineta to grow some balls, ahdhkak, I love him

I love Jirou bullying Kaminari

Ashido leaning back in her chair, she's so cute

I LOVE Uraraka!! And I love her firey determination

Something big I want to talk about for this episode: Uraraka's goal

So there are a couple of interesting ideas that Hori lays out throughout the series, that he doesn’t really have a character make a big grand speech about but are evident anyways. One being that teamwork and working together are what make better heroes- something I'll talk about later because I believe it comes up in the next episode or the one after. Another about leadership.

But this episode lays the foundation for a rebuttal against Stain. While Stain has not shown up yet, his politics and ideas play a heavy role this season and beyond, considering he’s the one to get more villains interested in Shigaraki. And there are many rebuttals also spread out, but this one I think isn't brought up that often.

Stain would have hated Uraraka. He would have listened to one second of her goals and deemed her not fit to be a hero.

But Uraraka is a perfect example of why Stain's ideal version of a perfect Hero society would never happen- not without major changes to society as a whole.

Uraraka has a great quirk. She can and will help people. But she also grew up poor and watched her family struggle, so of course her motivations are going to be money related. That's what being poor does to a person- you worry about survival, you worry about your future, you grow up doing everything you can to change your situation.

Uraraka isn't a selfish person for wanting money for being a hero. And demanding that Heroes go without being paid means that a lot of would be Heroes that would be amazing at the job would be turned away. Considering Hori is a big fan of American comics, I wonder if he looked at how hard superheroes like Spider-Man have it, broke and trying to work a second job while also being a hero, and decided to kind of lay out why that wouldn't work in his world.

Doctor who has always been a love of mine, especially nine and ten!

Obey me! Shall we date? This game, this series, these seven demons have my heart and my soul and I'm not even sorry!

My hero academia: I started watching the show and picked it up and put it down a lot and all but Aizawa, Hawks, Shigaraki and Dabi always have a place in my heart!

Currently trying to get into Attack on Titan and Demon Slayer as I've heard nothing but good things and kinda wanna try it out. I'm a little late to the fandoms but I'm getting there..Whoops

Star Wars, I got into it when I was younger and love the stories,

Game of Thrones, it still holds a place in my heart,

The witcher, although I haven't watched the newer season yet I'm still a part of the fandom but I sort of love it from afar now.

Marvel and DC, while I'm more of a Marvel bean I do enjoy DC quite a lot, maybe not the movies so much but I like the cartoons nonetheless.

There are so many anime on my list and it would take far too long to explain all of them, so yeah I love anime and have watched several..

I am generally a really friendly person, who vibes and likes to hang out with people, If you follow me, I will usually follow back. Unless you are an ageless blog, as I don't have any clue on how old you are, and will not follow minors or allow Minors to follow me!

My Hero Academia/ Boku no Hīrō Akademia Fanfic Ideas

Slurred crying sorry over and over then being found and trying to get away thinking he’s in trouble. ._______________________________________________________________________ Take him to the station after realizing he has a disability. Crying and acts a child or infant, sucking his thumb and eventually needing a dipper. As he soils himself when scared or remembering sad things. ._______________________________________________________________________ The notebooks are found by teachers and principle. Meeting Naomasa Tsukauchi, getting along, and surprising him. ._______________________________________________________________________ While they are trying to find out who he is they bring have him color with they find he’s good at. He gives people pictures of themselves after he meets them. Which is cute until they realize he knows info about the league of villains, but can’t articulate it. ._______________________________________________________________________ They bring in Nezu to help decipher the pictures and what Midoriya knows. Their meeting is cute, Izuku tries to pet the principle. Its stoped of course and later he gives his a picture with a kinda no-touch symbol. ._______________________________________________________________________ Katsuki shows up for questioning, and Midoriya sees him. Speaking for the first time other than apologies, a broken and rough Kacchan, and a surprisingly touching reunion. As Katsuki missed him and searching for him. ._______________________________________________________________________ Izuku takes him after calming down and show him the pictures. Midoriya and Katsuki having a secret language or understanding of each other they pieced together what happened to him and what he knows. ._______________________________________________________________________ Such as having a type of Lobotomy or brain surgery, were like the Nomu they sawed off the top of the head Hannible style. They took a piece of his brain out, then they put his head back on. He shows them the scar and tries to explain how he doesn’t know what happened to it. With examples 1. It being experimented by the doctor. 2. Being added to a Nomu brain. 3. All for one taking it (for remembrance?,1, or to use with on of his quirks). 4. It being just throw away. Or 5. It being eaten. ._______________________________________________________________________ Quirks vs Quirklessness is circling the foot or having a dash through it, then just a q. Telling about the doctor and childhood friends/Nomu trough circles and arrows. ._______________________________________________________________________ They take him to the dorms to protect him and find out about his quirks much later.

Blog #1: Photo ID

Hello there, my name is Kyle Anthony Padua and currently, I am first-year here at SFSU majoring in International Business.

Caption: This is me attending 88rising’s Head in the Clouds music festival in 2019 and it was held in Los Angeles. When I found out the date of the festival I decided to celebrate my 18th birthday by watching some of my favorite artists.

I’m Filipino mixed with a small part Native American and currently, I’m 18 years old. I was born in South San Francisco but raised in Vallejo so I’m a Bay Area Native and attended Jesse M. Bethel High School. I’m the youngest of three sons and I’ve performed in marching and drumline for seven years straight (sixth grade to my last year in high school). The main two musical instruments I can play are the Trumpet and Keyboard. Some of my favorite music artists are; 88rising, Linkin Park, Hollywood Undead, AJ Raefel, Jeremy Passion, Keshi, Frank Sinatra, Dumbfoundead, and Bruno Mars. Some of my favorite shows/movies are; Parasite, Train to Busan, Us, A Haunted House, Halloween, My Hero Academia, The Mandalorian, The Office, and Kingdom. For the most part, when I first meet new people I’ll usually be quiet until I get comfortable with them. Once I get comfortable with people I usually won’t be as introverted and talk more. Aside from being quiet when meeting new people, I’m kindhearted, so for my longtime friends and always ask them how are they doing mentally, but I still set boundaries to ensure I’m not intruding into one’s personal life that they may not want to share. I respect others as I would want to be respected but if there’s no mutual respect I won’t give any either.

Caption: This is a photo of me and my “fam” down at Fullerton with the trophy for the event called “Friendship Games”. It’s an event that many of the other Filipino organizations CSUs and UCs participate in. In the picture are some of the people that are in the fam I’m in called Maarte.

Several of my hobbies are playing video games, cooking/baking, watching movies/shows, listening to music, playing music, and being a ghostwriter. Playing video games was how I bonded with my brothers and a few of my cousins. I enjoy cooking/baking but it’s even more fun when I do it with friends so we all get to learn how to prep a certain dish even if its a simple one. In my home town, there isn’t as much to do compared to being in San Francisco but I enjoy going to the theaters to watch movies and maybe binge watch some shows at home. Even though I am no longer a band performer, I still keep up on playing past music I kept or other songs. A few of my friends like making songs so I decided to write some lyrics but not sing/rap them myself so I show them to my friends to use thus me becoming a ghostwriter.

Chad is the person in the middle and he was the first friend that I ever made since kindergarten. He was one of the nicest people you can ever meet and I was glad to have met him in my life.
