Hi there! I saw that you commented that the Japanese and Korean parts of the KnB fandom are still really active on Twitter - I was wondering if you had some hashtags / accounts on there to recommend to get started? I recently got back into KnB after years and have been so dejected at the lack of content (that I can find). Thank you so much for your time and help!

Of course, i'll be delighted to share them with you !

Little tip, if you follow several of them, you can be sure to discover new KnB artists every week thanks to the fanarts they retweet ! And I've probably forgotten a lot of those I follow.

Warning to anyone reading this : DON'T REPOST THEIR ART ANYWHERE ! Some people on Tumblr feel a little too comfortable reposting fanart on their blog, without the artists' permission and without giving credit. You must do both to be allowed to repost someone else's creation. And most of them don't speak English, so it won't be possible.

I'm on a crusade against art thefts i hate them so much you can't imagine.

Many artists delete their accounts and stop posting their works online when they notice it has been reposted. So if your morale isn't enough to stop you, remember that.

Now the fun stuff !

Personally, while I have a few favorite ships, none of them bother me and I love seeing new fanart, regardless of the ship featured. But if some of them aren't your cup of tea they'll be easier to avoid with the infos i added. Plus, I'm bad at organizing, so it's messy but it still took me waaay too long so I don't have the energy to change it.

What's this dj if you remember the title?

Tbh I headcanon that Kagami never met his mom and she died giving birth to him, then his dad would resent him for taking his wife away and "punish" him by distanciating himself from kagami. And in an argument he even told him "I wish you were the one who had died that day instead of Kimiko [name I gave for kagami's mom]" and their relationship would degrade considerably from then to the point where the only time where kagami speaks with his father is when they talk about the rent of the apartment.

I headcanon that Aomine gets a little sister in his third year of high school and he'd be the most doting big brother ever but he's embarrassed when his friends see him like that but he also wouldn't stop bragging about how cute his baby sister is.

I think the momoi playing basketball is canon tho but still a good thought!

Also, when i said kagami knows how to dance I meant more in the sense where he can move sensually and he can dance really good to lots of "sexy" songs so to say (think "hips don't lie" or "naughty girl" by beyonce)

I don't know if you ship them but I hc that Hanamiya very strongly rejects his feelings when he realizes he developed a crush on imayoshi, but the latter ofc picks up on it and teases him until hanamiya tells him to cut it off and imayoshi says he wouldn't turn down the idea of them getting together once hanamiya get his thoughts clear which would send hanamiya's brain into short-circuit mode especially when imayoshi all but winks at him when leaving.

Okay, for an AkaKuro headcanon, how about Bokushi and Oreshi having an internal dilemma about how they'd flirt with Kuroko or catch Kuroko's attention, with Bokushi being the voice of reason and Oreshi being smitten as fuck he'd sometimes most of the time blurt out things that aren't supposed to be said. You know the boys could still have one last growth spurt. I’m now imagining that Kuroko and Akashi are hoping to get a little taller before they turn 18. They never do. However this never happens. During one of their GOM meetups in their third year, Murasakibara shows up a whole six inches taller. They are both very annoyed.

Akaashi pressed his knuckles to his forehead. Sucked down a deep breath. Barely managed to swallow past the burn of tears that sat heavy in his eyes, his throat.

Is it too late?

Probably. The hurt expression, the red-rimmed eyes, and that cracking voice had been clear enough signs. The way the door hasn’t slammed, but instead had shut with the softest of clicks had been worse. And now he was seated there. Alone. Numb. Fingers trembling as he pressed them to his lips.

I should have tried harder. I should have done more.

Tried to fix what they could, insist that it was okay, that things would be alright, that they could work on things, make them better. That things were damaged, yes, but still could be mended, made better.

But instead I let it break - maybe beyond repair.

There were too many pieces. Too many jagged ends that sliced his fingers every time he reached for one, that left him raw and bleeding and staring, blank.

I’m sorry.

He should have seen it coming sooner. Should have said something earlier, should have done this, that, and so many other things.

Instead, he’d let that door close with a click far louder and heavier than it truly had been.

Oh gosh, imagine Kagami at the jabberwock game when they win and all his teammates' parents came to cheer them on and they hug them and no one came for kagami and he's happy that they won but then he instantly feel such loneliness crushing him :(( to make it a bit aokaga centric, imagine aomine and kagami are walking back after that game and kagami says how aomine's parents look a lot like her and chuckles about the huge cardboard they made cheering for aomine and kagami says he wishes someone did that for him and he looks so sad even though he tries to hide it but aomine pick up on it and tells him that his father is a jerk for missing out on such important things, then he subtly put his arm around kagami's shoulders and side hug him to comfort him, they're both awkward but kagami appreciate it a lot that he even properly hug aomine when they part.

I headcanon that kagami gets tipsy really easily and one night when all the GOM goes to a party and get drunk, kagami and kise have a one night stand, kagami regrets it big time cause it was his first time and kise is chill since he's already slept around before, when aomine hears about it, he tries to act like it's no big deal but he's pissed off at kise but he doesn't wanna ruin their friendship either so he only rants about it to satsuki who's helpless and just tells him to confront kise but he can't do that and it quickly becomes uneasy between aomine, kise and kagami.

noooo don't do this to meeee. kagami is a ball of sunshine and an angel and deserves all the happiness in the world.

but at the same time, i want him to suffer. it'll make him stronger and realize that he doesn't need his dad. i kinda hope that when kagami becomes an adult and becomes a pro that he cuts his dad out his life and gives him a big fuck you on camera.

aomine and kise definitely had a thing going on in teiko. but 111-11 happened and there was so much animosity and competitiveness that it just got in the way.

i love the misunderstandings trope so...going off that situation, aomine jumps to the wrong conclusion and thinks kise and kagami are a thing, kagami thinks that he got in the way of whatever it is aomine and kise (and due to the neglect from his dad, he's trying to hold on to all the good relationships that he has so he'll just avoid the situation. but still pines after aomine). kise is just ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

Kagami will rant about it to Himuro who offers to fight aomine. (he'd lose because he lost to haizaki who lost to aomine but it's the thought that counts). kuroko...hmm i think he'll get his own revenge in some way. switching mai-chan mags to another model and switching his good shoes with ones that are 2 sizes too small

Hi, I want to ask you a few questions. It's about KNB. I know this was a few years ago but i still miss them. Before Akashi appeared, did you ship other pairings? I mean, some pairings other than Akakuro. Probably, Kagakuro, Aokuro, etc. And then between Akashi and Kuroko, who do you love the most? And why? Thanks ヾ(＾-＾)ノ

Oh, hey love! Yeah, I miss them too always you know that haha I keep thinking about the "this is not the end of KNB" and hopelessly wish for Teiko times extra lmao but I know it'll never happen lol

The only other ship I have in KNB is midotaka (also fell for them only in s3), never shipped Kuroko with anyone before Akashi appeared (actually at first thought that I won't have any ships at all in this anime), I do not see where was there anything besides friendships. Esp Aomine or Kagami, who just do not give me any gay or bi vibes at all after all the materials, and with Kuroko its all so bro-bro to them, that I can't imagine that.

And tbh I need too much stuff for me to start shipping someone, so in most stuff I do not get where it's coming from or just don't care. It takes a lot for me to care haha. Multishipping I also do not get, bc to me shipping is about wanting someone to end up together and when you don't care with whom, it means you... don't ship anything really haha. So what's with Kuroko gangbanging everyone who's not even sways there or interested I would never get. Also someone pls name smth that could be interpreted as romantic in any of those ships? Cause I fail to see it.

Lol how did you not get after my vids, who I love most???? I thought I was obvious ;) I adore them both, I think they're incredible characters really, but you know me, Akashi is my everything, I mean, I even have a cat named Akashi who is also a sweetheart xD As to why, oi, the list can go on forever. I just think he has an incredible character strength, but also despite all the bad things that happened, he's the kindest soul who buys his teammates mom lipstick, saves babies and in general surprisingly the most compationate sweet and reliable soul in GOM, been said by many. He's just everything I like tbh. I mean, at first I just fell for his incredible brain (I love them smart) and badassness ofc, but I wasn't too into him, even though I from the beginning cracked the exterior as usual, but when I got to know all of them, it was just impossible not to love him. He's also one of those who can seemingly do everything and help everyone and in ppl's opinion has to do stuff bc everyone expects it from him and is like "well of course he can, he's Akashi" and bc he never shows how hard it is or whines, everyone thinks its easy even tho it never is like for example his born physical stats are like Kuroko's level haha. It's how he helps silently and doesn't ask for anything in return and how mature he is. I mean the GOM trip abroad still T_T

I also love those who are confident and knows how to have fun. Like while others fight over who puts on a dress in a pair as if it's somehow would hurt their masculinity or smth, he's rocking red-riding hood costume, proudly letting Kuroko be his wolf haha. He's putting idiots in place by playing a simple rock paper scissors game, being a fox and winking his bf at the same time. He's.. perfect. And he's also like a man, not a boy, which is also very rare. I mean his state of mind, not the fact that he's been through a lot, it's seen in some silly things; it's hard to explain, but I think some would get what I mean :)

Would've never guessed actually just how loving he is, but I knew there had to be a reason as to why GOM respected and loved him so much and why his team's biggest scare was about him hurting yourself. I at first tbh thought it was more like a power thing, not the fact that they truly adore him. But then turned out that he's like the sweetheart that all of his neibourhood adores and then with all the sweet things he casually does, I was like "omfg you cannot be serious". So he's for sure my fav in KNB yes. What's not to love? xD

Kuroko I love too for other reasons. That's cause he's a sneaky little ass who pretends to be angelic (also my fav type) xD

So uhhhh, here’s properly drawn fem kuroko and kagami

lol the next part is where i reveal kaizen’s family (CHOSEN BC AESTHETICS IM SORRY, BUT KAGAKURO IS STILL MY OTP JDFNJSJFFNJ)

okay so my headcanons so far: AKASHI SEIKA

-first born, and kaizen’s older twin sister (i imagine akakuro were in their late 20′s when kuroko finally accepted akashi’s proposal cuz he’s an independent young man who don’t need yo money)

-if abo is applicable, she’s the alpha female who’ll become the Empress of Akashi Corp. one day lmao

-very into gore and power dynamics like her father, but as emo as her dear mother (despite kuroko’s insistence that he’s a male, since he birthed her, he’s technically her mom so seika doesn’t really care)

-she has way more energy than her parents combined and probably the physical incarnation of bokushi

-she’s the only akakuro kid that became a basketball nerd too

-also, kaizen basically babysits her on a daily basis bc yOU HAVE SEEN BOKUSHI’S SCISSORS SCENES RIGHT?? IMAGINE IF THAT WERE A PERSON’S ACTUAL PERSONALITY

-i think kise rubbed of some of his sparkles on her, and kuroko is blinded by his daughter on a daily basis (also kuroko’s surname is akashi in the documents but he’s kuroko tetsuya everywhere else)

AKASHI KAIZEN

-the middle child who’s also the younger twin (i think they might be born somewhere late in october)

- if abo is applicable, he’s the only omega child and papa is in his most protective father mode with him (in contrast to his rivalry with his daughter to almost everything -they also fight for kuroko’s attention every day lol)

-pretty much kuroko with akashi features sans eyes BUT when kuroko is more monotone, neutral and as masculine as an omega can be, kai is way more expressive, easily embarrassed, and basically a tsundere??

-he used to play basketball with his family when he was a kid, but he wasn’t interested in joining an actual team and devotes his time to the arts (animatics, webtoons and fanarts galore)

-he’s still somewhat a basketball fan tho, just not a player (papa and chichiue are still proud)

AKASHI YUKI (his hair and eyes are really light blue if you’re wondering)

-he’s the youngest by a grand 10 years from his older siblings (the pic says otherwise, i know) and probably born on april 1st or smth bc nobody believed kuroko when he said he was having third kid at his age lmao)

-he’s the wild card of the family-

-like legit, in the abo, he was the one who wore traditionally fem clothes so everybody thought he was going to be another omega but then boom growth spurt and he’s an alpha ;-;

-still likes dem dresses tho

-pretty simple minded in a mister cheese sort of way (the akashi genius still lives within him tho)

-the only one who got the full misdirection package from kuroko (apparently the twins’ red hair are hard to miss)

...who made his parent’s eyes sweat with his decision to become a volleyball player (they still love and support him tho)

NOTE: yeah having akakuro as parents lead to a very stiff childhood, but rest assured, that’s just the parents’ personality and they still spoil them in their own way)

also yeah, they refer to them as their current closeness would have it:

seika refers to akashi and kuroko as ‘father’ and ‘*insert compliment* mother (or mama if she’s in her vulnerable states) because of her (reasonable) logic and because father is her eternal arch nemesis muahaha

the ‘papa’ thing between akashi and kai indicates their closeness, while he calls kuroko ‘chichiue’ because well, their similar personalities don’t really convey their affection for one another so yeah

yuki just calls them both dad so it’s pretty confusing or daddy/mommy for distinction but the unholiness to the couple is very apparent . He’s pretty neutral when it comes to favoritism (he slightly prefers kuroko over akashi tho)

SO THAT’S IT FOR NOW, AND THIS IS HONESTLY MY STRESS RELIEF NOW SO YEAH
