Saiki and Akechi bet on reality TV. They find the most trashy, obscure reality TV show (the kinds where someone is voted off every episode) and bet on who will be the next to leave.

Much like the horse raising they did, it's usually Akechi who wins. Saiki can't read minds through TV and has a hard time understanding body language without telepathy, so he doesn't really know how the contestants feel. Akechi isn't the best at reading body language either, but he's so perceptive on literally everything else that he is slightly better than saiki at reading what the episode will play out like.

However, unlike the horseracing, they both kind of suck anyway. It doesn't really matter who's better or worse at guessing honestly because most of the time neither of them is right. They get in to arguments with each other just as much as they team up to argue with the TV itself.

The longer they watch one show, the less it becomes about betting and the more it's just raging at the plot. But everytime they finish and start a new show, it goes right back to the civil bets.

They kick the other psychickers out bc their TV time is sacred between them.

Might be a bit out of character but kusuo and akechi having hours long conversations, most of it is just akechi yapping but kusuo will occasionally chime in, they both know a bunch of information bout random things and they love sharing it between each other (granted kusuo won’t admit it) furthermore sometimes they just stand during the conversations, like they’ll be in ku’s room and they’re just standing in the middle of it chatting instead of just sitting

The main Saiki friendgroup and pk psychics are mostly seperate group right? And Saiki acts deferently with both of them so what happened is someone from the main friendgroup (like Kaidou or sth) witnesses some "weird" Saiki behavior? Like Saiki being more sarcastic and mean or even violent thowards Toritsuka, while hanging out with him. Or he hears Saiki calmly saying "kill yourself" and he's shocked that Saiki, who is so nice and calm could say something like that, even to the germ. Or Teruhashi overhears a conversation between Aiura and Toritsuka that goes like: "Yo wheres Saiki" "oh he's stalking that guy again" "again? Damn he needs to leave that poor guy alone" and she's like "what? Stalking? I never thought Saiki was like that". Or the groups combine and they’re playing "who is the most likely to..." and there’s a question like "whos most likely to tell you to kill yourself/beat someone up" and the psychickers are automaticaly like "Saiki" "Saiki-san" "Kusuo" and everyone else questions if they even know him.
