Reading the Magnus Chase books all I can picture Alex as is a combo of Luka (specifically as Viperion) and Alix from Miraculous.

Like I cant be the only one who's constantly getting reminded of them by her. Though the name does that too.

chloe’s hands were uncharacteristicly soft. as of late, alix would often bring them up to her lips clapsed in her own, and find her manicure stained with dirt and chipping, while calluses were starting to form at the bases of her fingers.

chloe’s hands were rough and stained with a multitude of things. Blue from the violets and brown from the earth. yellow, sometimes, with pollen, and tacky from milkweed she’d uprooted. the garden on the roofs of her fathers hotel was filled with sensational colors.

she’d been up night wondering why chloe’s hands had been massaged in honey-scented lotion before she arrived. the supple coating was a poor distraction from the grime and roughness beneath.

“you’ll find out later,” chloe said, kissing her forehead gently and gently persuading her girlfriend to fall back into the pillows, crawling up between her legs. she rested on her chest as alix stroked her fingers through her long hair. “i promise.”

later, alix had yet to realize, was only about an hour or so. so long as her father and mother were asleep, zoë’s door shut right across the hall.

“come with me,” chloe whispered to alex, rousing her from sleep. her bed was adorned with lush satin sheets and heavy pink duvets that alix wasn’t partial to leaving. the moon was barely peeking from behind the clouds, and she was all but awoken. chloe had been sleeping in her arms minutes ago - or so she’d thought.

“why…” alix groaned, missing the warmth of the person beside her and snuggling into her spot as chloe sat up and pulled her hair up and away from her face.

“it’s time to show you,” chloe grinned, running her hand down the length of alex’s arm. the sound of people outside her room had dwindled and now only the steps of seemingly nocturnal tourists echoed from several floor below.

alex pulled herself out of bed, her pink hair a tangled mess and clasped her hand in chloe’s, allowing herself to be dragged across the room. it was massive, but even in complete darkness chloe could navigate it. she stepped over piles of clothes and shoes that had been strewn about the floor like an afterthought.

she reached the door, releasing alix’s hand and pried it open ever so carefully. the latch clicked and a beam of light spilled into the room from the corridor outside. the two girls slipped out, and chloe closed the door without a sound, turning the knob clockwise as far as it would go before releasing it, the door already shut in the frame.

chloe’s eyes darted around before tilting her head towards the direction of the balcony exit, where the electrical panels were housed, blocked off from the rest of the patio where the pool was.

alix felt a smile creep up on her face and followed her down the hall, both girls silent as they reached the end and stepped into the crisp air of the night. it wouldn’t suprise her if ladybug or chat noir could be seen jumping from the rooftops on patrol under the shadows of the darkness.

“this way,” chloe motioned, as they walked across the cement-inlaid room with true soothing hum of the generators to cover their tracks.

“chloe, what-“

“look,” she said cutting her off, turning a sharp right corner abruptly. “we’re here.”

alix’s eyes dilated, adjusting to the night and saw several raised beds with hundreds of flowers coming up from them, a hose wound carefully along the side of the half-wall.

their colors were dulled in the night, but she could smell them from where she stood, fragrant and beautiful.

“chloe…” alix’s voice trailed off.

“i’ve been working on this through the summer.” she admitted. “most afternoons the pool is empty. people like to come up here and see the sunset, but they never bother to stray near the panels. i made these, and started growing them myself. there’s chrysanthemum, gardenias, an array of wildflowers, and plenty of violets.”

chloe’s hand dipped down into the raised bed, grasping a pink flower and picking it a few inches from the head of the bud. she turned around and looked at alix. “my parents don’t know i garden.”

“you won’t tell them?” alix asked.

chloe shook her head reluctantly. “they’d call this nonsensical. trivial behavior at best.”

“what about zoë? she wouldn’t say anything right?”

chloe sighed, twirling the stem of the flower in her hands. “this isn’t about her.” she said with a sense of finality. “this is my thing, and my thing only.”

she stepped forward and tucked the flower behind alix’s hair, caressing the side of her face after with her thumb grazing upon her bottom lip.

“and it’s something i want to share with you.”

alix felt her cheeks flush slightly and broke eye contact with chloe, crossing her arms with a small smile on her face. “you don’t know how adorable that is.”

“i try,” chloe laughed, before pulling alex gently, tilting her head to kiss her. alix uncrossed her arms, wrapping them around chloe as the sensation of her hands, no longer smooth, trailed over her back. they were alone, in the garden, the night still around them.

their love grew with the flowers, beautiful and private there.

The reveal is still far - Theories

Kwami Buster convinced me that if the reveal happens, it'll be the end of the story. They know each other, they give up on their miraculous (and this is what thy keep reminding us through all the episode) But, and unless : 1) Master Fu has been somehow convinced the reveal will strengthen their duo and they will become more powerful (aka after Adrienette dynamic's developement & before Hawky's big defeat) 2) Hawkmoth is defeated before the reveal. No butterfly man, no threat (yet if Chat Noir discovers his father is the villain, *angst miraculous intensifies* and who knows maybe he will give up on his miraculous ) 3) Marinette becomes the guardian as a necessity. (Something will happen to Master Fu) But then I kinda doubt Chat Noir will meet her like she do with Master Fu, so most likely it will take time. Honestly, i think they will still hide their identities even after Hawky's defeat, and after Mari becoming the guardian, the Miraculous Team may become permanent, since the new Hawkmoth (Lila) seems to be more powerful, Marinette will need all the team. And i'm sure (or maybe i hope a lot lul) the later will somehow discover who are LB & CN without the concerned people knowing it but they will keep it secret or simply will suspect. Either way, the reveal is still faaaaar from when we are expecting it.

In Chat Blanc, Bunnix clearly knows Ladybug and Chat Noir’s secret identities, and I’m absolutely in love with the idea of Alix being the only one who knows everyone’s secret identities a few years from now and using it to start chaos on a regular basis

Marinette’s eyes widened as the ground began to tremble. Without a second thought, her legs quickly shot up, marching her over to the window quickly as she peaked out. Her blue eyes widened as she watched the Akuma outside smirk while facing her family’s bakery.

“What’s wrong Marinette?”

“Yeah pigtails, what’s so interesting outside? I bet you just didn’t want to work on the project anymore!”

“Dude, shut up. Mari, is it another Akuma outside? We should stay in here then, right?”

Marinette nodded as she said, “Yeah, maybe we should hide downstairs until Ladybug and Chat Noir handle everything.”

Nino nodded quickly as he said, “Sounds like a great idea dude. I don’t feel like being turned into a minion of an Akuma today.”

Kim rolled his eyes as he grumbled, “I just want to finish this project. I have a meet up with Max and Alix later. So why don’t we just keep working on it pigtails? The Akuma isn’t going to just run into the bakery.”

Nathanael’s eyes remained fixed on the ground as he murmured, “Well unless someone was upset with your family. Although your parents are so nice so I can’t really see the likelihood of -”

A scream echoed under them causing the four teens to stiffen as it sent chills down their spines. Nino and Marinette quickly ran to the hatch that led down to her family’s living space. As soon as the hatch was opened black smoke began to spill into the room causing Nino and Marinette to step back from the blast of heat and smoke as their lungs protested to the situation.
