She holds Logan as he clutches at her, short shaky breaths wracking his frame as he presses his face deeper into the crook of her neck that's wet with tears. His devastation has tears over her own coming to her eyes, but she refuses to let them fall. She rubs at his back, hoping to soothe him, make the shaking slow to a stop.
“It’ll be okay, Lo.” She coos, when he finally takes a shuddering deep breath, lungs burning for air.
He shakes his head and his grip on her becomes impossibly tighter and the response makes her now clutch at him. His desperation for her to be closer, worrying.
“It will be. I promise.”
She can feel his lips move across her skin as they form words, but she can’t hear them. But then he’s repeating himself and the words don’t come out so quiet and pressed to her skin she can hear them. They come out in a desperate sob. “Don’t leave me. Please don’t leave me, baby.”
Tears spill down her cheeks as his desperation for her to be so close makes sense. “Never.” She tells him and it sounds like an oath, a promise, a vow. “I’m never leaving you, Logan. Never.”
Slowly as they stand there, holding each other, they both stop crying, the skin of her cheeks and neck drying. His body no longer shakes from sobs and panicky breaths. The third steady intake of air that he manages makes her squeeze him tighter and she coaxes him into the bathroom.
Turning on the tap, as she waits for the water to get warm, she urges him to lift his head. The sight of his face, a blotchy red, eyes puffy and tear tracks all over it, makes her heart clench painfully in her chest and she presses her lips to the delicate skin under both of his eyes, to the tip of his nose, the spot on his jaw where he cut himself shaving yesterday before she runs a washcloth under the tap, letting it get damp before cleaning his face. His eyes never closing, just looking into hers as she cleans him up.
She gives her own face a quick passover with the washcloth before tossing it onto the counter, turning the tap off and moving them both back to the bedroom. It’s easy to slip him out of his shirt, pants, boxers, and even socks. It’s harder to undress herself. Logan immediately whining when no part of her is touching him. And she doesn’t think she’s ever gotten undressed so quick, his need for her touch, fueling her.
It pains her, but she doesn’t immediately gather him back into her arms, instead sliding under the covers of the hotel bed and then lifting it for Logan to join her and he practically darts under. His warm bare body against hers makes her shiver.
He’s quick to nudge himself between her legs, settling in the cradle of her hips so he can easily rest his head back in the crook of her neck. One of his arms going underneath her back, while the other goes more underneath her shoulders. Her own arms wrap around him, hands resting on his back as they move up and down, reassuring.
Tomorrow her body will hate her for letting him rest completely in between her thighs, the stretch will be too much for them and her hips but she knows she won’t regret it. Can’t when Logan is making that little humming sound in the back of his throat from the contact, his breathing deep and even, his own body warm and the weight of him on top of her comforting.
“I love you, Lo.” She murmurs when he finally drifts to sleep, thighs already aching but she ignores the stretch of pain in favor of the small puffs of air that brush her collarbone and the way sleep calls her name as well.

Shockingly, I’ve never posted Dove Cameron before. I’m sure I did in the pre-poster era of this blog, but much to my surprise when I filed this poster away in the archive, it was 01. Perhaps it’s because Dove Cameron possesses a sort of surreal etherial angelic beauty that is honestly a bit intimidating. My gf Alice is really into the music of Alexander23, and as a way to convince me that he’s awesome she informed me that he had dated Dove Cameron. And I was like… had? Big mistake, buddy. If you get to have sex with an Angel you lock that shit down for life! ;) His music is pretty good and Alice finds him quite hot, but admitted he’s not, like, angelic. Few people are. But Dove Cameron is, and that’s why she’s today’s girlcrushart guardián.

How can you miss someone you've never met? Cause I need you now but I don't know you yet...
The van's wheel bumped into the hole on the road and Steve heard a whine coming from the back. He cursed under his breath and stepped harder on the gas pedal.
"Watch out there Steve!" Dustin shouted, his hands squeezing some bedsheets he found in Eddie's bedroom to the wounds on both side's of Eddie's stomach. "How much longer does it gonna take for you to get us there!?" his face was all wet from crying.
"I going as fast as I can Henderson! You better make sure he doesn't die again before we get there!" their plan was the most stupid one they have come up with yet, but they had no other choice if they wanted Eddie to survive. Steve finally saw the hospital building and some people already waiting outside for them. "Finally! Get him ready Henderson!" the car braked sharply and he jumped out.
"Steve! Where is he!?" you ran to the boy, the medical team right behind you.
"He is in the back, Y/N" Dustin opened the side door and helped them put Eddie on the bed. "He is bleeding pretty badly, we tried to stop it and his heart was not beating for like three minutes, maybe four." Steve was rambling, trying to give you the most informations he could. You had to squeeze his shoulders to calm him down.
"It's okay Stevie, let us take him from here. You two can wait by the front desk, I will get to you." you helped push Eddie's bed." We need a surgery room ASAP!" That's all they heard before the door shut behind you.
Steve hugged crying Dustin.
"Everything will be okay man. He is in best hands I know." they slowly moved inside.

Eddie felt like he was drifting, both light and heavy. He weighed nothing but at the same time was so heavy that he couldn’t even open his eyelids. If anyone would ever ask him, that’s how he imagined zero gravity in space to be. Floating around, not a single sound or light, his body was cold but didn’t shiver – just this weird state of no control. Am I dead? – was his first thought. He tried to open his mouth but just like his whole body it was too heavy to even open.
But can you find me soon because I’m in my head?
A weak sound broke the overwhelming silence. For a minute he thought, he had made it up but then it repeated slightly louder. It was a voice – he couldn’t understand the words, however he was sure it was calling him.
“...breathe, c’mon, breathe...!” he suddenly realised he was holding his breath all this time, his lungs started to ache and squeeze, desperate for air. He tried his best and was able to breath in, the sensation of air coming through his nose and down his throat was burning, like that one time he stole uncle Wayne’s whiskey and drank half of the bottle when he was 12.
The voice was getting louder and louder, being the only thing he could hear, then it all hit him at once – the gravity pulling him down on, he assumed, some kind of bed, the sounds of machine’s beeping and people shouting, the sudden brightness behind his eyes. He opened them, only to be blinded by the lights.
“That’s it kid, keep those heartbeat for me!” he turned his head to the person that dragged him back. Eddie never even in his weirdest dreams could imagine someone so beautiful as the creature in front of him. She saw his face and smiled the brightest smile imaginable. “There you are. Don’t scare me like that, okay?” he was struggling to keep his eyes open, the sudden weakness overwhelming him. He only managed to slightly nod before drifting off.
Yeah, I need you now, but I dont know you yet.

Next time Eddie opened his eyes he was able to define his surroundings. He was laying in hospital bed, connected to some machines next to him. His whole torso hurt like shit. He moved his head to the side and saw the person from earlier.
You were scribbling something down from his monitors. When you raised your head and saw him staring at you, you smiled that bright smile.
“Good morning, Sleeping Beauty.” Eddie slightly blushed at the nickname. “How are you feeling?”
“I’m... good.” his voice was hoarse like he ate sand.
“Gave us a huge scare, you know? Your heart stopped beating for 5 minutes.” you raised his bedsheet and started checking his bandages. He blinked, surprised trying to process what you just said. I was really dead?
He winced in pain when you touched his stomach.
“Oh, sorry. I will call a nurse to give you something for pain, okay pretty boy?” he turned red, still not exactly wrapping his mind around everything that was happening. You tucked him back and moved towards the door.
“W-wait...” he tried to get up, but whined and fell back on the pillow. “Where I... Who are you?” you turned to him and his big doe eyes melted you on the spot.
“I’m doctor Y/N Harrington. You are in Community Hospital in Anderson.” you smiled at him.
“Harrington...? Like Steve Harrington?” his voice was finally returning back to normal. Why is Harrington always surrounded with pretty ladies?
“He is my baby cousin. He was the one that drove you here, with a little boy.” Eddie wanted to ask more questions but you raised your hand. “No more talking for you mister. I have work and you need to rest. I will call Steve that you are awake and come check on you later. See you soon pretty boy.” you smiled at him and left his room. Eddie closed his eyes, a smile creeping on his face. She called me pretty.

I'm a big fan of taking advice. The advice I took this weekend was-- go out, be with people, laugh, connect with humanity.
I went to a Renee Rapp concert and a Taylor Tomlinson show "by myself." But, you know, not at all.
I laughed and I sang along with hundreds of other people who connected with the material just like I did and it was exactly what my monkey brain needed.
It was more than I normally do for my birthday by a lot, but it was like medicine. I just keep rewatching the video I made for the concert. The venn diagram of theater nerds, Swifties, and Renee Rapp stans is a circle, so during intermission the ENTIRE crowd sang along with Cruel Summer. Screaming "I love you ain't that the worst thing you've ever heard?" with hundreds of others???? Yeah.
I had listened to the openers before going to brush up.... but Towa Bird live???? ohmygod. I'm. A fan now. She's a literal rock star. I was enamored. The way she played. Her voice? Excuse me.
Alexander23 was great, I really only knew one song (Hate Me if it Helps) but they covered "Everybody Wants to Steal My Girl" and it was SO fun. Like. SO fun. They were very bouncy.
And Renee. Rapp. HOLY... She has the best smile? She's so funny. She read a sign. She had us sing happy birthday to a girl. She was cheeky and the energy was IMMACULATE. Fell in love with songs of hers that I'd have skipped before. The woman just GAVE.
Un/fortunately Tomlinson has a no camera's policy. It was so good for being in the moment, definitely the right choice... but I have no memory and now all but a handful of the jokes are in my brain... I know I laughed so hard I cried though. She somehow made me feel smug sitting between three couples (either side and behind) because of the way she talks about being single. Her tour is called the Have it All tour so the jokes centered around that, like you achieved your dream job... do you get love on top of that? Or vice versa? Which. Apropos. Her and the opener were just... dynamite. I'd never heard Sophie Buddle before-- very Alexis Rose with more cum jokes. Also. Taylor is apparently dating women now. So. There's a chance ladies. She made a joke about how a friend asked if she was grossed out by the idea of going down on a woman and she said no, she's just afraid of being bad at something as an adult. Which. Was literally me at her age. Never thought I'd be able to relate to her on that specific thing? But it was so so funny to hear. And also also, not as a lesbian, just as a woman I'm going on the record that her ass is amazing? Like. Kudos. Yeah. I'll leave there.

It’s currently 11:30p.m and I’m sat in my sitting room, I’m drinking a glass of wine while watching a programme on RTÉ as there’s nothing else on.
I’m startled when I hear a bang on my front, fuck what if it’s one of those people that are after the Kinsella family? I assume that they all know about me as I’m close with the family.
I look through the peephole in my door to see that it’s only Jimmy so I stop holding my breath in fear, I unlock the door.
“Jesus Christ, what took you so long to open the door?” Jimmy seemed upset
“I’m sorry but personally, I don’t want to get clipped ‘cause of your family’s bullshit”
I snap back at him and I speak up again, “What are you doing here so late anyways Jimmy?”
“Amanda and me had a fight over me telling Bren some information” I just
roll my eyes
“Well that doesn’t surprise me, you’re barely around anymore ‘cause you and Viking are always with Bren”
“I’m sorry, I know that you’re one of my best friends and I should look out for you”
Jimmy apologies and he seems genuine.
We sit down on the sofa in my sitting room,
“Do ya want a beer?” I ask him and he nods
“Yeah I’ll have one”
After a few moments, I arrive back in with a box full of beer
“Take as many as you want” I tell him with a bright smile
“Thank you”
The two of us sit in silence for a while, just staring at the telly until Jimmy starts talking again,
“From the way Amanda was talking,
I think we might be splitting up”
I look at him and I give him a quick embrace, “Fuck I’m sorry to hear that”
“It’s okay, I’ll be at Birdy’s house if you need me anyways”
Jimmy seemed agitated the whole time that he’s been here but I notice him with tears rolling down his face
“I just didn’t realise that telling Da the information was hurting Amanda so much” I wipe away some of his
tears with my finger and I hold his face in my hands
“Look at me, it’s not your fault, what did you tell him?”
“That Kem’s a rat”
“God I knew that there was something off about him, especially when Fudge was killed”
