Inktober day 7: Rule
Alice in Wonderland fanart because it's just a nice book and love the visuals associated with the story :)
Wish more adaptations stopped being so edgy at times

A pair of Alice in Wonderland characters I've only been requested to make a few times - at least in comparison to the nearly 100 march hares I've been requested to make.

Stole some visuals from the Alice: Asylum design bible that I read on occasion while crying into a pint of ice cream.

I didn’t mean for July to be another “sneak just one piece in at the end” month, but that’s what happened. 😅
Anyway. Alice in Wonderland (1951) had an anniversary on July 28th & (while it still ended up two days late…) I decided to give into the ongoing Barbie fever to celebrate this favorite Disney movie of mine.
Fun Fact: I didn’t make up this pink dress for Alice; There’s an old Polly-Pocket style play set that included this dress & a few others outside of her normal blue.
More on that & my thought process can be read over on DeviantArt as usual:

🐛🦋The Caterpillar🦋🐛
I RETURN (again) spicy brain is doing a number on me but I want to get back into posting so here we are lol.
This is a glow-up piece of an original that I did back in 2018/2019, maybe 2020? I can’t actually remember but it was a while back. I was never actually happy with how it looked, I really liked my sketch but everything kinda went pear shaped when I did the outlining on the face.
So I’m pumped that I really like my new version! Tadaaaa! I still don’t know how to be interesting on here lol, idk how to talk at people but TADAAAAAAAAAA enjoy thank you buhbye
[Image ID: The first image shows an illustration in muted pinks, oranges and turquoise of a little blue caterpillar character. They have a human face with curly blonde hair, and human hands and feet. They seem to be smoking an enormous pipe strapped to their back, which looks a little like a huge wind instrument, with multiple columns and clear tubes leading to little crystal bottles. Faintly coloured smoke curls from the pipes and a few moths flutter between it. The caterpillar and the bottles are seated on a couple of large red and white toadstools.
The second slide shows a zoomed out version of the piece.
The third image shows a closeup of the caterpillar.
The fourth image shows the original older version of the piece, with gaudier colours and wonky perspective. End ID]

I have some massive statement pieces that are perfect for big homes, businesses, and commercial spaces. This 6' x 8' "Alice in Wonderland" painting is one of them. I do have smaller canvas prints of this piece if you love it, but just don't have the space or budget. This is one of my all time favs 😘
Check out my linktree and hit me up so we can find a deal that works for you.

this is a redraw of a piece from last year, which is below the break! it’s still one of my favorites that i’ve ever done, and i really like the new version as well. i’ve gotten much better when it comes to details and patience :)
and this is the older piece! still very cool, but i think i prefer the newer one teehee

Just finished up a Duchess+pig baby from Alice in Wonderland for a long time fan of my work! It’s a bit smaller than I usually like to do for humans at 9 inches tall, but I think it turned out rather well!
