Hi friends, i remember reading recently a quote along the lines of “don’t borrow grief from later in life” but i can’t remember if i read it here or on twitter and i can’t seem to find any origin for it. can anyone help me out? is this something you’ve seen before/recently? i’m writing a reflection on grief for a grief and loss perspectives class i’m taking and i want to include that but i can’t find a source for it and it’s driving me crazy!!

"Alison, could I get your autograph too?" Jesse holds out his paper and pen with a grin.
“Aye! Of course,” Alison exclaimed as she took the paper and pen from Jesse. After she signed the paper, she grinned and said “Like Stuart said, it’s great that ya love our music and it’s great that ya went tae our concerts! We’re going to release an EP soon, so be on the look out for that.” She then gave Jesse back his pen and paper.

"Alison, what first attracted you to Stuart?"
"One thing was his physical appearance, back then he was well attractive and he's still a well attractive man today. Another thing is his passion. Stuart is well passionate about music, and he is great tae work with. That's why we're still making music together tae this day."
