I wish we got more moments of the Walkers being Family like. The opening of “Brave New World” where Hesh says he let Logan sleep a bit longer because he figured he could use the rest set the bar too high for the rest of the campaign. You don’t really get anything like that line again - there’s the “Sin City” and “The Ghost Killer” cutscenes as well but those are both high tension, ‘holy shit don’t hurt my brother/I am dying son but I’m proud of you’ lines. And honestly Hesh’s “All or Nothing” Rorke File where he talks about his misplaced guilt after losing Elias…it’s almost a bit weird that he doesn’t reference how Logan is handling it at all (especially considering he was the one manhandled into shooting their father).

I guess the first unlockable Rorke File where Elias talks about taking the boys to the beach counts, and Hesh’s “Logan’s got my back, and I got his. He’s my brother.” but it just feels a bit stilted compared to the natural tenderness of the “Brave New World” opening.

Eventually, I came to the conclusion that Zonovo tucked a strand of Zonovo's hair behind Baz's ear, and I could never resist drawing Zonovo with his hair down, so here you go.

Also loved that their smooches were immediately followed by a deep talk about death. Ah, romance...

Fafo is such a wonderful colonist to have. She's very talented, and I appreciate her a lot. Connie has been upset that her shoes are tattered, so maybe a pair of masterwork boots will make her stop complaining.

Then this happened, which was weird for a bunch of reasons, mostly because Andy is three and also we have no beer in the colony. Nothing actually happened after this notification- Kaz continued cooking, and Andy continued playing with the Comms Console.

The only person affected by this at all, in fact, seems to be Fafo, who now has a "jealous" mood debuff because Kaz was hanging out with someone else (even though he wasn't). I guess the pregnancy is taking its toll on her, poor thing.

Rhys has the most baffling nose I have ever attempted to draw it’s thin then it’s wide it’s long in profile but also kinda flat the bridge is concave but the tip points down but the nostrils are higher and every time I’m struggling with it and need a new ref it somehow looks completely different from my prev sketches!! And we’re off, with a doodle of the chunky little crochet sylveon I finally finished making after like four years. I did like 98% of the work in a day but got stuck on how I wanted to do the eyes. Today I finally bit the bullet and made them from felt. He’s got kinda a long neck and skinny face but I put a lot of work into him including threading his ribbons with wire so they stay up, and I’d say he turned out good!
