FOR THIS FACE ALONE ALL THE AWARDS TO MISS CATHERINE TATE HERSELF THE WOMAN THE MYTH THE DOCTORDONNA
Look at the agony on her face. She has no idea who this man is, other than she knows he's protected her and her family, and seems to know her and she doesn't know why and it's just gorgeous.
This is who she has been all these 15 years without the Doctor. Look how ready she is to die. She's been staring into this abyss for 15 years wondering what she's missing.
This is why when she's dying she looks at him so lovingly. It was her choice and he gave it to her. The last thing she saw was him smiling and the last breath she took was a laugh with him. What else could she ask for?
Side note, the way Catherine just made the light go out of Donna's eyes was heartbreaking. You can see she got David right in the heart because his lip starts to quiver. What other alternative was there? It was inevitable her brain would short-circuit. And she simply fell asleep. Excellent choice by Catherine.
The Batman deserves so much more love this awards season than it’s been given. This was the best comic book adaptation/ action/ crime/fantasy movie of not only the 2022 year, but the last 10 years. Don’t get it twisted 🖤🦇
