I listened to it again and god I have SO MANH FEELINGS

like this is not an album that you listen too lightly. You listen to this when you want Feelings™️ to slam into you at five million miles per hour. Greene Street just brings such unbridled joy, One of these Days is the college student mood, Pura Vida and Iron Mike simultaneously fills you with grief about our current world but also somehow gives you hope?? Like it’s SO GOOD and so full of emotion that I honestly can’t do much else listening to it, all I can do is just sit and close my eyes and let all their voices take me away. Like Jonathan Larson can spit out such truth about the world and ourselves and it’s a CRIME that most of these songs weren’t released before now because it’s so. fucking. Beautiful.

If nothing else, the Jonathan Larson project gives you the chance to hear him LAUGH and be happy as he sings Greene Street, and it’s just so pure and joyful and I fucking love it. Like we gotta appreciate the Jonathan Larson project y’all, it’s such a gift and we all should be grateful that Jennifer Ashley Tepper went through the work of creating it for us.
