Ford RS200 Prototype, 1984. Left without a credible entrant for Group B Ford used the lessons learned on the aborted Escort RS1700T program to develop a new, purposed built, rally car. The RS200 was designed by Ghia, with a mid-mounted engine and four-wheel drive. It was powered by a 1.8 litre turbocharged Ford-Cosworth "BDT" engine producing 250hp in road-going trim, with up to 450hp available for rallying.

All-Terrain Fat Tire E-bikes

The phrase “All-Terrain Electric Bike” refers to a bike equipped with knobby fat tires, front suspension, and at least one wheel is motorized. Some models have both wheels motorized, and all models have at least a 350 watt electric motor and a large battery to provide power.

They are great fun, but large and heavy, requiring decent physical condition and preferably a height of at least 5′9″ -- although some shorter riders have learned to handle these larger bikes. The all terrain fat tire e-bikes are versatile machines, and can take the rider over a variety of terrains, including off-road adventures. Most are equally at home on city streets and in suburban neighborhoods.

The e-bikes with 2-wheel power (dual motors) are almost unstoppable, with tremendous torque. Unfortunately, they are also expensive. I do know of one (and only one) very good all-terrain e-bike that is available for just under $1400 with FREE shipping. This is the best deal in a dual-motor all-terrain fat tire e-bike that I have personally ever seen. What a difference 58 years make juxtaposition of Dodge Charger, 1966 & Dodge Charger, 2024. Stellantis has revealed the new generation Charger based on their new STLA platform which will be available in fully electric or combustion engines. There's no V8, instead it will use 2 versions of the Stellantis Hurricane inline 6 with 420 or 550hp. At launch there are also 2 electric versions with 496 or 670hp.
