Saw the worst, tackiest T-shirt in my entire life at the gym. It was black with white text that said «Alphathlete» and it was so ugly.

I try to challenge myself whether it be in the gym or just regular day to day living. I’m blasting my self to keep me in check I have to post more vids each week. I have been saying it for about two years. I find myself swamped day in and day out between work, kids, being a dude, liking beer, and gym training shirts etc. but I have a story to tell. I have memories that will make you laugh and some will make you cry. I have advice for top notch athletes and top notch advice for novice lifters. We don’t have forever. I feel like getting this out there so others can take advantage of what the last 24 plus years of lifting have taught me. If lifting has taught me anything it would be this smile for the camera and if benching was easy it would be called your mom!!!!!!!
