Bug World Au's Princess Bubblegum! Her Candy Kingdom is waaaaaay more guarded than usual thanks to having to deal with Beasts and some unruly insects that want to eat her citizens.

Her Kingdom is however, on very good terms with bees and wasps. Multiple Bee Queens even took up residence in her Kingdom. PB's the main source of tracking Beast movements throughout the lands too.

Gemma frequently works with her in studying Beasts, and Marcy helps with tracking some really menacing ones.

Also, its not just Honey Bees that live in the Kingdom (though they are the majority), lots of "solitary" bees also joined in. The two bees here are a Violet Carpenter Bee and a Red Digger Bee (Both called Violet and Red by PB).

The Banana Guard are also mostly all gals. And Abegail is also originally from one of the Hives in Candy Kingdom!

end of year WIP ask game

this snippet is literally ALL i have of this fic that I thought of at the very start of august - it was supposed to center around Temple Guard Feemor and Qui-Gon's death. I was intrigued by the concept of grief and complicated lineage relationships and the fact that Temple Guards are supposed to be completely anonymous and detached from the first paragraph of this wiki page). I believe Feemor was going to attend Qui-Gon's funeral on Naboo under the guise of being there to protect the gathering alongside a few other Temple Guards who were actually and fully there for that reason. clearly I did not make it that far but I still really like the concept. also the fic was titled "death with dignity" from the Sufjan Stevens song of the same name

Gossip spreads quickly in the Temple. By the end of the day, everyone knows: The Sith have returned. Qui-Gon Jinn is dead. His padawan, Obi-Wan Kenobi, is to be knighted.

Overshare probably, but when I was a kid, I always assumed I'd have common sense when I was older.

Protein powder has disastrous effects on my digestive system; coffee has moderately less disastrous effects, but still substantial.

What was my bright idea this morning that was shockingly lacking in that common sense I'd assume I'd have by now? I made a protein shake with two shots of espresso in it.

This is having an effect somewhat like I imagine drinking napalm would have.
