In the time Eizen had known Velvet, he’d noticed a rather peculiar habit of hers. Everyone else aboard the Van Eltia made liberal use of the sleeping arrangements they had, whether they were hammocks or makeshift sleeping mats. Velvet, though, often seemed to wind up in more peculiar spots on the ship. It wasn’t a bad thing by any means. She’d likely gotten used to the arrangements she’d had back at Titania when she’d been imprisoned. Still, though, spotting her on the deck with only the open air and the clothes on her back was kind of a new one.

He strode closer, hands at his sides and only his head slightly tilted to one side being an indication of his curiosity over the matter. When he reached her, though, he realized she wasn’t asleep at all. His mistake for assuming.

“...Can’t sleep?”

That was all he said before he lowered himself to sit beside her. His head tilted at a bit more of an incline than it had before, and his stern gaze remained upon her. Not that he was one to talk. He hadn’t been able to fall asleep either, but that was in part to making sure that there was at least one set of eyes on things.

With recent events, including learning that her brother actually was Innominat now, he imagined there’d be a lot on her mind. It wasn’t really Eizen’s place to pry. That didn’t mean he couldn’t listen if she did choose to open up.

A funny thing on Utsuro's profile is that LINUJ mentioned that he's weaker than Makoto. I guess he meant it in the mental/emotional sense (Utsuro was easily manipulated by Junko and her "Despair will alleviate your boredom" promises, while Makoto had the determination and optimism to fight against her attempts to break him), but the idea of Makoto being able to beat Utsuro in a fistfight is pretty funny (Specifically bc it is confirmed that Makoto fights dirty)

yeah i noticed that, in the long run it seems to read as "if she couldnt predict the luck, nothing would've happened" in a nutshell also i loved reading your commentary on the luck!! the severity between the three's luck is what always gets gears turning in my brain. Also sorry I can't response to them properly, this is a side blog.

I'm unsure which way he meant it but being weaker then makoto physically and "even more boring then izuru kamakura"... LINUJ really came for Utsuro's neck with those comments xD

Viridian had nearly been put in a panic, going through all the belongings in her purse over and over when she had been attempting to make a phone call earlier. Shit. The one time she decides to go and explore by herself, and she manages to mess up by losing something very important. It couldn't have been a pickpocket, right? Her wallet was still here, amongst all the makeup, keys, pens, and god-knows what else.

By the time she had coming close to tears upon the realization that she had lost her phone, she heard a voice and turned towards it. She'd find the hairstyle odd, but considering her own stand's sculpted swirls and her peers' crazy hairstyles of their own, she wasn't one to speak. Still, it stood out.

"Oh my goodness!" A wave of relief washed over her as she reached out for her cellphone. "Thank you so much! Where the heck was it!? I've been looking everywhere for it and I was just about ready to freak out!"

"Look at me... I'm not going anywhere like this." Asch's temper flared, but only briefly. Surely even Luke could see that he wasn't in any state to be moved. Damn it all, he didn't ever intend on having his replica see him in such a state. He was supposed to be better than this.

Damned Oracle Knights had gotten the better of him. Blood was visible where their swords had struck him, and Asch wasn't even certain how he was still conscious. He had enough field training to know better than to move a soldier wounded to such an extent. There weren't any healers in sight, and he wasn't about to leave his hands in the fate of Luke. At least, that wasn't what Asch had planned. Perhaps it was another maneuver of fate. Some unseen strings pulling him in the direction of being aided by his replica whether he liked it or not.

"Don't waste your time on me. Don't you have more important things to do?"
