I found a (probably??) vintage 6 inch cast iron at goodwill the other day for three bucks and I've been trying to figure out how old it is and now I'm joining a bunch of cast iron related reddit forums and idk I think I'm becoming a Cast Iron Dad (tm)

#yeah i have three kids. my 3 cast iron skillets <3 #oh yeah its a pagoel 3 if you're curious #its a mexican brand tho and i don't speak spanish so i really can't find anything about it :( #its so well taken care of though!!! the seasoning is still perfectly intact and no rust at all!! #cast iron #also i made pasta with leftover chicken in my bigger cast iron for dinner today and it was amazing #butter + garlic. add the leftover chicken. cooked whole grain spaghetti. little pasta water. parmesean. some black pepper #chicken was juicy and not tough at all. the pasta sauce itself was a little bland but really the star was the chicken #went great with green beans too
