Okay saur. I was thinking abt agereggssor qcharlie. And i just finished the first gegg stream. So. Ive got hcs and also madness in my bones

Mariana is his main caretaker and is. Alright at it. Hes incredibly over protective when hes on though. No fun adventures for gegg when his mom is around #>>

Charlie regresses from like. 3months old to around 5 at any given day. Tiny baby gegg is incredibly sensitive to being called odd or weird so he sticks to the nicer caretakers those days

His pacifier is light green and has a green fish on it! His favorite onesie is yellow and has bees printed! His body physically regresses too, so he actually looks like a 3 month old when hes 3 months.

The day that gegg was introduced to the server mariana has entrusted him in the care of quackity. Bad idea quackity is a shitty caretaker who left him.

So phil gets the baby boy next! Yay. And hes like. Okay so i guess i need to treat him like the eggs. And he does. But that does NOT stop him from calling gegg odd . He just means it way more affectionatly than quackity did.

Roier is more of the fun uncle caretaker than dad. Which means gegg gets into so much trouble. Bobby and gegg are let loose and wreak havoc on various places!

Wilbur soot is banned from taking care of gegg.

So is quackity

Wil made him so upset one time while regressed that he fucked the whole day up. Please stop putting babies in cages.

Foolish is a pretty good caretaker when hes not going absolutely crazy building that damn dragon. Gegg has fallen off of it so much that mariana just buys a baby carrier for when gegg is over there.

Jaiden is a very good caretaker. She does not call gegg weird where he can hear her and that makes her. Better than. Alot of people on this list unsurprisingly. She takes him and bobby on fun adventures and teaches them how to cook. Or atleast she attempts to.

Maximus is also a little so he is . not allowed to take care of gegg. It would be the blind leading the blind and that never goes well. However they do have fun together on the occasions where they have the same caretakers!

Luzu (little hc of mine uwu) is a very good caretaker for gegg, while he may dislike charlie he is so soft for gegg its crazy. Arin likes gegg too but is a bit more firm with him.

Vegetta is a good caretaker for gegg too. Although theres a bit more of a languahe barrier he also takes care of biden when roier or dan cant do it. So hes good.

DO NOT LEAVE GEGG WITH DEVIL RUBIUS OR ANGEL RUBIUS HE WILL BITE BOTH OF THEM.

Missa is a alright caretaker, he gets overwhelmed easily when taking care of both gegg and chayanne though.

Fit is a great caretaker. He fights he protects but he is also bald. Immediate trust from Huevos and Gegg is no different. No, but seriously he gives Gegg souvenirs and also a gun.

Spreen. Is not a caretaker. Hes really bad at it too (fuckin left ramon. No one has seen him in weeks. Fit thinks hes dead)

Badboyhalo is a main caretaker. While he does rank lower than luzu on the 'who should i give gegg too while im out' list hes pretty damn good. He, gegg, and dapper work on the farm, play in the dirt most days. And then they go inside they bake! Fun activities for babies.

Dan is not a good caretaker he is liable to leave gegg out in the sun /j. No but seriously, when dans on hes an alright caretaker. They do science experiments and occasionally they blow up.

Egg section

Bobby is the worst around gegg. They blow eachother up and other things up too. However they work pretty well together in the kitchen

Chayanne views gegg as another egg under his protection, his left hand man actually. U mess with gegg you get ur ass kicked by both him and chayanne as they are very likely to double team ur ass

Tallulah likes gegg when she doesnt have to share her dad with him. Which. She doesnt anymore because her dad is BANNED from watching gegg. They play music together and while they may be off sync, its pretty fuckin cute lads.

Dapper likes gegg, theyre geggfriends and gegg can make stuff stick really well so buidling stuff with him is a blast.

Ramon likes gegg well enough, dislikes how goopy he is sometimes though. Goop in his mustache. They dance together often though, and ramon is very happy to find someone to dance with.

Leonarda fucking LOVES gegg. She is very willing to teach him everything about being an egg and is liable to kick wilbur in the shins everytime he comes over.

the posts you put on my dash combined with talking with a friend in the common room have convinced me to check out qsmp. i Have to have the context

SCREAMING AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

TL;DR yaoi island. everyone is gay, they have eggs, some of them die, theres so much drama, i swear everyones out to kill quackity.

alright disclaimer! i have not watched many vods! most if not all of my information comes from livebloggers, clips, various things i see on my dash, as well as a couple discord servers im in. another disclaimer! i only speak english so I don't follow the spanish streamers as much, and ive only watched three streams (one of quackitys, one of slimecicles, and one of wilburs) so my info is skewed off of those

so! qsmp is an smp made by quackity originally containing 7 english speaking streamers and 7 spanish speaking streamers (+quackity who is bilingual), a place they could meet and play together.

they arrive on trains to the luxury vacation destination, Quesadilla Island, where they've been split into two random teams, and noticeably there is a huge wall separating the teams. each team, consisting of both english and spanish speakers, must work together and solve puzzles before the sun rises, they get a message from a mysterious duck telling them what they can and cannot do, such as push the big red button on the wall, which they obviously do. The chunk of wall explodes, and everyone can now meet and mingle!

Everyone breaks off into groups, houses get built and people are starting to Minecraft! A community forms by the name of Ciudad de Sacapuntas (city of pencil sharpeners (wilbur really likes the word sacapuntas)), and is built into the wall, where the explosion went off. Another neighborhood is built north of that, on a river front, and theres a whole battle over the english vs spanish side, whos where, its all very funny and theres so many deaths. Other things happen, such as the terrorization from Osito Bimbo who keeps jump scaring people to take their survey

time skip cuz i stopped following for a couple days but they got eggs! everyone went to the adoption center and were paired off (one english, one spanish) to adopt a "kid" together which was just a dragon egg. the pairings were elmariana and slimecicle, philza and missa sinfonia, jaiden animations and roier, foolish and vegetta777, dantdm and maximus, fitmc and spreen, with single parents badboyhalo and quackity.

along with these eggs, the new parents now have daily tasks to do with their egg, such as giving them a new food to try, or going fishing together. as the smp goes on these get harder and more dangerous, such as exploring a dungeon together or slaying mobs.

the first egg death is when mariana misclicks his daughter, juanaflippa. literally, stepped away from his computer irl, sat back down and accidentally clicked on her bed after she had been put to sleep, the bed disappears due to a glitch. BOOM first death. slimecicle goes on a rage induced murderous rampage (doesn't kill any eggs).

a trial is arranged, mariana thinks its both of them appealing to get their daughter back. slime is trying to gain custody of juanaflippa and divorce mariana. by the end theyre sentenced to ten minutes in jail (which they escape) and court mandated couples therapy, and get juanaflippa back. all is good!

slime takes juanaflippa out to spend time with her, they go pick up tilin and slime tries his best to make the day enjoyable for both tilin and juanaflippa. while fighting mobs, he accidentally hits tilin with sweeping edge, killing her. roier is there immediately, saying he's going to jail forever and this was unforgivable. charlie exiles himself after saying goodbye to juanaflippa, saying he wont come back until he makes it right. later that same day, mariana took juanaflippa to a dungeon as part of a mission, and while fighting mobs, also hit her with sweeping edge and killed her.

quackity mourns the death of his child, vowing to kill slimecicle for killing his child, and resents wilbur for not being there for his child (wilbur and quackity were supposed to be paired). he buries himself next to tilins bed inside the grave.

there's a funeral for all the dead eggs, slimecicle climbs out of the ground to attack lil j (the devil who promised him the life of tilin or juanaflippa back, cant remember sorry). the parents of the dead eggs get to see their children one last time, its very heartfelt and wholesome

wilbur shows up on the qsmp, after being away for touring (irl, first time back in nearly a month). he finds and begrudgingly adopts his own egg which he names tallulah. they build a house and bond until wilbur sees quackity, they talk and quackity angrily and chaotically takes wilbur on a tour of the island to see what he's missed. they end at tilin's grave, with wilbur trying to console quackity and say it wasn't his fault tilin was dead. quackity gets wilbur to agree to help him kill slimecicle (without him realizing it was slimecicle). tallulah goes to stay with phil and chayanne when wilbur is offline.

quackity opens a school for the eggs, and its suspected to be a ploy to murder them without their parents presence, but a couple parents show up, as well as chayanne threatens to kill him, and also someone disguised themselves as an egg? not sure about that one, but the lessons were math and art, with all the eggs drawing pictures that were very cute and i loved them. no eggs were harmed, quackity held tallulah back at the end of class and made sure nothing was bothering her, telling her he'd take care of her.

quackity is seen spying on wilbur and tallulah's home, which he says is because he wants to learn from them how to be a better parent because he had obviously failed with tilin (he's also wearing booty shorts but thats irrelevant, just funny). wilbur accepts he's grieving and tallulah helps console him.

slimecicle, grieving, disguises himself as an egg and adopts quackity as his dad, and the two go about with the mission to rob other people. quackity ends up abandoning the new egg, whose name is gegg, gegg tries to get wilbur to adopt him, then has a nice heartwrenching conversation with chayanne

the daily missions get more dangerous as time goes on, chayanne and tallulah lose a life (which gets reversed and written off as a nightmare due to unfair buffs to the mobs) as well as dapper (i believe also written off as a nightmare?). leo got killed by a whale at some point, taking her down to one life as well, after being pardoned for a similar "nightmare" (what is it with these fucking scaling issues man??)

the streamers are told the eggs have six days left, and the countdown begins to sunday, today! (yesterday? its like 1am lol) the streamers wake up to their eggs gone, beds disappeared. they worry, theres something about a strip club, the newest batch of streamers, the Greater Brazilian Polycule, come in, and eventually the streamers are reunited with their eggs. the eggs now have cracks in their shells, can no longer wear armor, and seem heavily traumatized.

also as a little side note: slimecicle and mariana had gay sex i believe 4 times? canonical gay sex to clocks by coldplay, twice being after each time their daughter died. truly The cringefail husbands of all times <3

also the brazilians were given their own egg to share. who died within an hour and is now down to one life.

gnf cooking stream highlights

saw some people say they wouldn’t be able to watch george’s cooking stream because of school/work so i took note of some things that happened (with very rough timestamps. like really rough and it happened ~around~ that time) so they could relate to jokes/etc being made on the dashboard/timeline without having to watch the entire 4 hours of the stream immediately :) hope this is helpful in any way ? lol

quick stats: george beat his highest concurrent again this stream with 307k viewers by 133k and gained more than 10k subs :o

An// i decided to make this a part 2 to Have a Heart! So I hope you enjoy love!

The night is still cold and dark as you begrudgingly walk back to one of the buildings that was put up to replace whatever L'Manburg was there before.

After Dream's word you had still contemplated going back to Schlatt. He doesn't deserve what you do, but you still end up walking along the Prime Path back to the drunken man. You had no end goal and that was a problem. You probably were going to be embarrassed that you came back to him. You couldn't let Schlatt die, from either the hands of someone else or let him die from himself.

You eventually found yourself in front of the metal doors that led into endless hallways of offices nobody occupied. The offices that had wine and cigarettes for Schlatt to smoke just in case he decided to have a meeting in a room that isn't the official meeting room.

Walking down the hallways you saw that most of the doors to each office were open and most of the alcohol and cigarettes were taken from each room. You peaked inside every room to see if Schlatt was in there, but something in you told you not to because you weren't prepared. What were you going to say? Stop drinking? Because you're sure he'll know he's not going to stop. You want to try to save him.

You slowly opened a door to reveal an office that looked an absolute mess. The small refrigerator was knocked over and all of the wine off the shelf was either shattered on the floor or gone. There were cigarette butts on the ground and lit a cigar, there were also papers and folders all across the room.

You whispered as you walked around the lit room "Schlatt must've been in here."

"Sure as hell he was!"

You spun around to see Quackity looking disheveled as ever. He had a bottle of liquor in his hand, his beanie threatened to fall off of his head and his suit now only a white button up with his dress pants still on.

"I've been running around this goddamn place trying to keep that ram man at peace! He's gonna drink himself to death." Quackity huffed while looking around the hallway.

"I know."

"That's why you're here huh?"

You sighed at the realization. "Yes it is. I don't want him to drink himself to death. Death isn't what I want."

"Well, it's too late for that." Quackity faced away from you not wanting to look you in the eyes.

You stayed silent until Quackity spoke up again.

"You want me to take you to him? Wanna see him one last time before he dies-"

"Don't say that!" You rolled your eyes

"Are you fucking kidding me? It's inevitable Y/N! His body is now 70 percent alcohol and his lungs are filled with smoke!" Quackity laughed in disbelief. "I don't want him to die! But its fucking inevitable. Either from someone else or-"

"Himself." You finished his sentence.

"Exactly!" He opened his mouth to speak again but apparently decided against it.

Quackity began to lead you out of the office and down the long hallway you two walked slowly not even knowing where Schlatt was in the whole building. You and Quackity made small talk.

"I hate this. I had to find this liquor and deliver it to him and now I can't find him."

"I came here to try and save him from himself and you're here feeding the problem."

"What else do you want me to do?" He grunted.

"Stop him!"

"If I stop him he's gonna be even worse so-!" Quackity threw up his hands in frustration as you two kept walking.

"I actually have something to tell you." Quackity spoke up after the silence.

"Quackity! Ah there you are!" Schlatt came around the corner behind you both and you turned around to meet the man you both have been looking for stumbling down the hallway.

"Ah you bitch! I thought I told you to leave!"

"Here we go." You rolled your eyes.

"Hey Schlatt! Here's the Liquor you wanted!" Quackity tried to liven up the situation by reaching the bottle out to Schlatt.

"He doesn't need it."

"Yeah I do, who are you to tell me what to do!" Schlatt yelled, not even taking the drink out of Quackity's hand.

"Schlatt just calm down-"

"No! They made a mistake and they cant even do what I fucking say! They'll keep coming back to me, against my wishes!" Schlatt interrupted Quackity while flailing his arms around.

You stood still not wanting to hear him anymore. Ever since he won the presidential debate the first couple of months he's been sober with only a few drinks here and there. Now he's a full on alcoholic, only damaging himself and his presidency. It's a sad sight to see and you don't want to see it, so you can either run away and know it's still there or fix it and never see it again.

"Schlatt I want to help." You hesitated before stepping forward.

"Same here Schlatt." Quackity agreed with you.

"You, you! Aren't any help!" He pointed directly at you while trying to keep himself upright.

"How aren't I any help!?" You yelled back. "I've done everything for you and now you're digging yourself a grave Schlatt!"

"You think you're the best thing ever huh?! Im fucking fine! I can stand on my own two fucking feet!"

Schlatt wasn't standing up straight, he was stumbling either backwards or forward. His body threatened to fall onto the marble floor and he couldn't even stand up straight. His speech was slurring together as well you could barely understand him.

You finally responded to Schlatt. "Schlatt you're stumbling around like- like I don't even know what! I can't understand you and you just need to stop!"

"You're so useless! Not useful to me or my presidency! I can stand up straight and I'm completely fine shut the fuck up!" He yelled while leaning to the side.

"I'd rather die alone! Without you or Quackity." Schlatt yelled again

"That's what you're going to do anyways." Quackity whispered under his breath.

Schlatt kept babbling nonsense as his back slid down one of the walls as he sat on the floor. Head pulled to the side. It was a sad sight to see, you hated to see this man drink himself to death and apparently Quackity, who was looking at the ram man the same way, standing silently next to you.

"Schlatt this-"

"I dont fucking care what you think! You're the worst person I've ever met! You both made my life hell and that's why Im fucking drinking my life away so I wont see any of you're fucking faces!" Schlatt tried to stand up but failed in doing so.

He continued talking. "I am the best thing that happened to this country! I saved both of you from a tyrant! And you thank me by driving me into this state!"

You felt your eyes threatening to spill tears the second time today.

"Schlatt that isn't me that's doing this shit!"

"How the fuck would you know?!"

"I can't. But Ive done every fucking thing for you! You cannot say I haven't!" You yelled back as he rolled his eyes with a rebuttal already on the tip of his tongue.

"Sure as hell I can! I have fucking proof-!"

"What proof?!" You interrupted his babbling even though he kept going.

"I- I!" he stammered not having a rebuttal this time.

"You're incapable of doing anything Schlatt let someone help you for fucks sake-"

"I'd rather die alone than sit here and be lectured by the likes of you!" Schlatt yelled.

"You are going to die alone, old man!" Quackity spoke up. "That's what they're trying to tell you!"

"You shouldn't be giving me a lecture! Im the mother fucking president! I should be talking, but apparently its not fucking work-"

"IF YOU LIKE SO MUCH TALKING YOU DON'T NEED ME I'M LEAVING!" You interrupted him and stomped down the hallway for the second time today.

As you walked down the hallway you heard a faint "wait" from Schlatt on the floor. You stopped and looked back to see Schlatt looking at you with some sort of realization in his eyes. Quackity was standing over him shaking his head.

"You know what? I don't even know why I helped you. Probably for power, but I don't need you for that." Quackity walked away towards your way. "Go ahead and die alone like you said old man."

Quackity caught your gaze and he smiled and shook his head again. He finally reached where you were standing and started talking to you.

why mcyttwt does not think some (if not most) of the time when it comes to mcc

if i post this in twitter, i’d surely get hated upon but someones gotta have to say this one day. also this does not target to mcytblr!!! this rant is more of towards mcyttwt!!!

remember how mcyt was so chill before all of this shit? how we would watch our favorite minecraters when the community was so small? or how mcc was an event that both ccs and fans can have some fun and entertainment once per month? and that was only last year too. now look at the new generation of mcyt fans and see why some of the old fans dont really associate the new ones.

as a fan of the old gen mcytbers like DanTDM, SkyDoesMinecraft, Aphmau and CaptainSparklez. heck im a fan of pewds’ minecraft series before dream or tommy or ranboo or the new gen of mcyt ccs blew up (a year before them if im correct), and we dont see drama or bad shit all the time when it comes to their content.

now compare that to the new gen where every single fucking day, a bored fan or anti would post shit drama in twitter where some of the people from twitter moved to tumblr just to not get a headache from the batshit craziness mcyttwt brought forth. and it just snapped more when the mccp21 rolled in.

heres some of my takes about the mccp21 issue:

1) “there’s a lack of representation of lgbtq+ in the teams!!!”

heres something to tell yall about that. scott doesnt have a fucking choice. scott smajor has told time and time again, WEEKS before the announcement of teams, that there are certain requirements and limitations to mccp21 thus there will be difficulty in choosing whos entering or whos not. limitations and requirements such as it will be streamed on youtube or how streamers with twitch contracts aren’t allowed to stream or (god bless scott’s good heart) scott not allowing some of the lgbtq+ streamers in joining the special event due to wanting them to have a chance to stream and experience their first mcc (so to those who said that ranboo should have been in mccp21, shut up ‘cuz scott wanted genderman to have fun streaming his first mcc but cant due to ranboo being a well-known twitch streamer). to those who complained that ant and velvet should be in the mcc, stop being selfish and do some actual research on why scott didn’t include them. a simple question to those two’s fans would answer that they can’t make it due to them camping for a week which within those days is the mccp21. they’re having time to themselves, not wasting it on a minecraft championship.

take in the consideration that, oh i dont know, not a lot of lgbtq+ ccs applied to the event? its not a free invite championship (in fact, mcc has always been like that), it’s an applied with the sufficient and correct requirements kind of event. the artist who created the icons from the previous mcc for the teams said that scott let in some of the new ccs in last minutes due to lack of applicants not meeting the requirements thus not having custom artworks for the teams if they want to announce the teams in time.

2.) “there’s no lesbians or trans in the teams >:(((”

sadly enough, there’s not much of the players from the lgbtq+ community but to say there’s no trans people in mccp21 is utterly false. by definition, trans mean denoting or relating to a person whose sense of personal identity and gender does not correspond with their birth sex. other genders such as non-binary, genderfluid, androgyne, bigender, gender expansive all fall under trans. you define yourself with the gender you personally chose and comfy with from you birth gender. so saying there’s no trans in the teams when there are players from the event like eret or sqaishey who are nb and genderfluid respectively are there to also represent not only the sexuality but also the gender identity of others??? like c’mon, please make sense mcyttwt.

also, while its sad to not see lesbians, please know that lgbtq+ doesn’t strictly be defined by lesbians. ffs, lgbtq+ literally means Lesbians Gays Bisexuals Transgenders and Questioning (or Queer but im not too sure about that one) which means that there are still other representatives for the community in the event.

3) “technoblade is in the event?!!! WHAT THE FUCK, HES A HOMOPHOBE/LESBIPHOBE-”

utter clowns, toxic twitter users are. do you really think that scott smajor, an openly gay man, would let a supposed “homophobe/lesbiphobe” in an event that focuses in supporting the lgbtq+ community? do you hear yourself? do you even do research where the joke he made was when he was the same age as me and it was based on a historical article back in WW2? or how he passionately supports the community especially the lesbians because a lesbian couple complimented him to which kickstart his confidence? the man willingly went to this mcc event despite being flamed a lot in twitter because he (and everyone) knows that his chat, his fans and supporters, are literal millionaires. if you saw a stream from foolish where he auctioned canonical characters for funs, a techno fan donated thousand of dollars to get technoblade, and that’s only one fan, now imagine a hundreds of thousands of them.

like it or not, technoblade has always been open about his support to the community, especially that majority of his fanbase are from the same community that mcyttwt allegedly swore that technoblade hates.

4) “since this mccp21 is pointless because theres no dteam, quackity, punz or (insert cc name), let’s have a watch party of the previous mccs to spite mccp21!!!” “let’s hope (insert cc name) stream on the 26th so mccp21 doesnt have the same amount of viewership like before!!!” “where are (insert cc name)??? gosh, this mcc is so boring without them!!!”

shut up shut up shut up shut up shut the actual fuck up. are you really seriously hearing yourself? are you willing and proudly boycotting a once in a year special event that is seriously needed by the lgbtq+ community? are you that cruel and selfish to sacrifice a project that helped tons of people just for your sick entertainment and desires? are you that evil to stop others from enjoying and donating to the trevor project? are you that inconsiderate of other ccs that aren’t part of dsmp and calling them boring? and for what? because your favorite cishet streamer isn’t there? oh booofuckinghoo! you’re so fucking petty to even post about this kind of tweets in public.

(edit: did yall honestly thought that without your favorite streamers that the mcc is not worth watching because they aren't there? well let me tell you, im a ranboo fan. ive watched him when he first entered the dsmp and watched him spinning in his unicorn chair for 5 minutes. the boo community waited for so many months for genderman to join mcc yet we didn't even do that kind of disgusting action and behavior every time he isn't in mcc. 8 months. that's how long ive watched him. ive waited 8 months for him to be in the event yet i still watch other povs like tommy's, puffy's, wilbur's, and etc., because it's fun and entertaining to watch them despite the beloved not participating in the games.

if you're that spoiled to not even watch mcc because (insert cc whose not part of mccp21 name here) isn't part of the roster then you most likely have a one dimensional humor because there will always be someone more funny and entertaining than them. i like dsmp don't get me wrong, but i found parrot's school smp funnier than dsmp yet you don't see me insulting both series, do you? learn to keep yourself if you're calling ccs as boring or dull or not entertaining enough due to not having the same big platform as the dsmp members.)

you don’t deserve to call yourself a fan if you’re doing this kinds of actions. in fact, people like you should be kicked out from the mcyt community because your kind of people are the reason why we look so bad from the outside. your toxic and self-entitled to these content creators are the reason why famous ccs like sbi, purpled, tubbo and almost ranboo left twitter/implied strict rules to their subtwts. you drove out an entire friend group that tons of fans found comfort in from the platform and you still have the audacity to this kind of shit? honestly, just leave before you give me a headache.

what im sayin’ is that mcyttwt is one of the worst, if not THE worst, subtwts out of the other subtwts in twitter. having no actual research or evidences or spreading false information is common in twitter where you would have to take what they said with a micro size grain of salt. mcyttwt already ruined the fun and spirit of mcc during its comeback in mcc14 due to the glitch and beta testing shit (ey i still stand for the ranboo beta testing but i know that will be worthless since theres hints of him joining soon in mcc15). if you’re still in mcyttwt, i suggest to get out of there while you still can. we’ll never know if there’s a bigger shitstorm than this in the mcyttwt that may happen in the future.

edit! hi bella again, ive been told by a polite and cool user that not all people from mcyttwt are toxic and/or cruel. im going to clear something up here. ive written this during the heat of the announcement of mccp21 teams. so there's a lot of complains and/or entitled people in the app (you can even see it in my previous post too if you want evidences!) that gave off mostly negative vibes towards the event.

ive seen the cool ones who actually took the consideration for scott's side and the criticism of the lack of representation of other communities within the lgbtq+ umbrella (ive even share some parts of it above so im also a bit upset to the lack of numbers in the community). and some of them are correct about recruiting lgbtq+ creators in youtube but! like i said, it's an applied event and not invitational one, so its up to that content creator if they want to join or not. the amount of cishet in the roster are just those who want to support the cause and/or backups/stand-ins in case scott and noxcrew can't find enough ccs in time!

just wanna clear this up because mcyttwt these days are covered by really cringe fans (ive noticed a pattern of them mostly new ones but there are still awesome new fans (like my irl friend who just joined this year) within the community) that covered the good ones where they enjoy, have fun and share some neat ideas and thoughts to the community within the platform!

when i said to get out of the mcyttwt while you still can, i meant to get out of there to avoid drama (that is really small contrast those who really need to address the issue) and take a break from it. it's still your choice if you want to be surround by it or not or if you want to come back to the app. all im saying is to buckle up for the shitstorm cuz this is not the last time that the twitter side of mcyt will cause negativity to the community.

How c!Fundy is actually "Choose people, not sides incarnate"

This is an old analysis about c!fundy that i made after doomsday about how c!Fundy is literally the embodiment of c!Ranboo's "Choose people, not sides" belief. Idk if people have already made analysis like this and I'm not really good at making things like this but Ive just decided to just put it out there anyway lol

You know how Ranboo is always on about "Choose people, not sides"?

Fundy is literally "Choosing people, not sides" incarnate, and here are my reasons as to why:

1. He has always chosen Wilbur- from the very beginning, a lot of what Fundy does is for Wilbur. When it was first established that Fundy is Wilbur's son, Wilbur made it clear that he didn't have to fight in the war because he's the first natural born citizen of Lmanberg, but Fundy fought in the war anyways and that reason is Wilbur, because he wanted Wilbur to acknowledge him, to actually see him as a man and what he can do and not just baby him and belittle him. The only times he actually went against him was during The Election, where Fundy ran his own party with Niki, and not only just because he doesn't align with any other party's ideals during that time, but also again to prove himself to his father, that he is actually capable of taking care of the nation that Wilbur made for him. The second time was when he turned into a spy under Schlatt’s reign to destroy Manberg from the inside, all of that has been his attempts to get Wilbur to finally notice him. You can argue that it made the relationship worse considering that Fundy had to publicly disown Wilbur as his father in order to keep up his facade, but it doesn't really change the fact that that was another one of Fundy’s attempt to be given the recognition he wanted from Wilbur, no matter how badly it backfired.

The only time where Fundy felt like he was betrayed by Wilbur was when he died, as seen with his confrontation with Ghostbur and his conversation with Quackity, Tubbo and Ghostbur while they were rebuilding New Lmanburg. He wasn't mad at Wilbur for blowing up L’Manburg, he wasnt mad that Wilbur didnt choose him as the new president, he wasnt mad that Wilbur ended up betraying their side, he was mad that Wilbur chose to die.

2. He was the first OG Lmanbergian to ever forgive Eret- the entirety of the Lmanbergians were betrayed by Eret inside the Final Control Room, and because of this both Wilbur and Tommy have always been hostile with Eret afterwards. Tubbo didn't really interact with them a lot during that, so i can't properly gauge how Tubbo felt about them. But Fundy was the first person to approach them again, starting with the harmless pranks that they both do to each other. Fundy was the first person that trusted them again even after Eret had been the cost of their first lives and had nearly cost Lmanberg its freedom.

Eret was also the only person that Fundy trusted enough to reveal his plan as a spy to, while Tommy and Wilbur consistently refused their help when they kept trying to redeem themself. He also trusted Eret enough as a parent figure and was ecstatic when Eret said they were going to adopt him.

This isn't really him choosing someone but its more of a way to show that Fundy doesnt care too much about a person's side and how he values his relationship with them more than their side.

3. He very nearly chose Schlatt- While he was a spy under the guise of serving Schlatt, he very nearly turned after Schlatt actually gave him acknowledgment. When he actually saw the country that Wilbur made for him nearly flourish under Schlatt’s regime, and when Schlatt actually acknowledged him for his worth and capabilities and not just babied him like what Wilbur did, he was conflicted on who to choose. On one hand, he was a spy to prove himself to his father, on the other hand, Schlatt is actually giving him the acknowledgment that he has craved for his entire life. He was so conflicted that he even dedicated an entire entry in his spy diary of how he has conflicting feelings on which is right.

Only after Schlatt proved himself to be the tyrannical dictator that he is did Fundy solidify his resolve as a spy and ultimately chose Wilbur again.

4. During Doomsday, Fundy chose Ranboo- this conversation hurt so much, especially because Ranboo unfairly judged Fundy while Fundy was actually breaking down. Ranboo criticized him for always choosing the winning side and for being a coward when its actually the complete opposite of that. Fundy has never been a coward, he never ran at the face of danger, he never strayed from his ideals, and he is willing to go through such far lengths just to be able to prove himself of worth (i.e running against his father, burning down the flag, double crossing etc etc.) Fundy has also never chosen the winning side, again, he is the actual poster boy for "Choose people, not sides". From the very beginning he has always chosen people, and now at this situation whether he realized it or not, he chose Ranboo.

During the New Lmanberg era, when Ranboo just recently joined, he and Fundy formed a quick friendship. Starting immediately with building and ice cream business together, exploiting the various glitches that Fundy found (flying strider, fundy boat glitch), decorating for the Green Festival together and just hanging out in general. Both of them got really close during this time, something even akin to brotherhood. But that all changed after the Green Festival, after Doomsday. Because of the misunderstanding, and because both of them were not in their right minds during Doomsday, both released hurtful words hurled towards each other. But what Ranboo didnt realized when Fundy said he was teaming with him, was that Fundy chose him. After he sabotaged Lmanberg's supplies, after he just watched the chaos and destruction unfold on the land that his father gave him, Fundy ultimately chose another person, the person he was closes to at this time, which was Ranboo. I don't blame Ranboo for misconstruing what Fundy said. Both of them weren't in the right mindset at all during that time, with Fundy having a breakdown and Ranboo thinking that staying alone and individuality is the only right answer, but that doesn't really deny the fact that Fundy still chose him, Ranboo.

Note: after reading this again ive just realized that not only is c!Fundy the embodiment of c!Ranboo's belief, c!Fundy actually has the backbone to go through with it lmao. As long as you give him love and acknowledgment he's basically ride or die with you.

So, since we got that revival stream there are A LOT of takes that I’ve been seeing popping up regarding c!Wilbur. From straight up wrong takes like “he was worse then Dream” and “he manipulated Dream and made him a villain” to some more understandable but still very much wrong takes like: “Willbur was never a villain” and “Wilbur’s mental health spiral means we cannot identify him as a villain”

Since I’ve already spoken on other posts of mine about the first kind of statement, I want to focus on the second today.

Let me preface this by saying that c!Wilbur is most definitely not an irredeemable character (a redemption arc for him is most definitely POSSIBLE, though we’ve gotten quite a lot of clues by now that that’s not the route cc!Wilbur seems to want to go down). I honestly think that the only TRULY irredeemable character in the smp ic c!Dream and that’s because of a mix between the level of harm he caused and his reaction and motivation for it.

BUT he was a villain. A sympathetic one for sure, but a villain nonetheless. Being redeemable doesn’t make him any less of one, just like having understandable motivations or his harmful actions being a response to trauma or mental health related problems doesn’t make his actions and their consequences any less severe.

I mean I don’t see anyone out here having a problem with calling c!Jack a villain even if the harmful actions he tried to do or did are responses to isolation and trauma, why is Wilbur different when he’s caused much more harm?

Same with Niki: we all recognized that her planning and trying to kill a child in cold blood was most definitely villanous even with her being extremely sympathetic. And, once again, she suffered from similar conditions to those Wilbur was in: a lack of a system of support, loosing her country, isolation in a base underground and we can add loosing a dear friend to that for her. So why don’t we give her a pass for everything? Why isn’t (well, wasn’t, she seems to be better off now that she is with the syndacate) she JUST a tragic charact but ALSO a villainous one?

Well it all comes down to the goal and the impact of someone’s actions. While the declining mental health of a character is important to keep in mind when deciding if they’re sympathetic and to understand what motivate their actions, it’s irrelevant to establish if they’re a villain.

Let’s take c!Jack again as an example: he griefed multiple buildings trying to pit Dream and Tommy against each other, pre Tommy’s exile, and cause an all out war between them because Tommy’s actions had caused (in Jack’s mind of course, as what Dream did is entirely Dream’s responsability and in no way the fault of Tommy) Dream to burn down part of Manifold Land. He was angry at both of them in an understandable way, but his goals and actions were both immoral. And his actions didn’t cause harm ONLY because Tommy had already been exiled, otherwise they could have been taken by Dream as a reason to exile him either way later on.

Now, for another example, c!Quackity: his announced goal with him torturing c!Dream is taking away the power that grants him the ability to harm others while still within Pandor’a Vault. But, truth be told, he IS mostly doing it for selfish reasons, either be it because he lost a bet to Schlatt or because this IS part of the bet it’s still a completely callous reason for torturing someone. The person he is harming is undeniably a villain who’s hurt a lot of people, but that’s irrelevant when judging the morality of Quackity’s action.

Now let’s talk about Wilbur’s actions:

- He abused and manipulated Tommy, there is no way around it. He was extremely verbally abusive towards him. He tried to isolate him from everyone else and he tried to control Tommy’s emotional responses. He’s still doing that as a matter of fact by straight up dismissing any emotional response Tommy has that doesn’t suit him (by, for example, ignoring his clear signs of dicomfort back during their conversation post season 2 finale and by ignoring and making fun of his panic attack in their discussion in the afterlife). We know this caused long term trauma for Tommy causing him to have night terrorse about him and being terrified of ever becoming anything like Wilbur. Trying to find a way to avoid Wilbur’s path was basically Tommy’s whole arc in season 2.

- He retained vital informations from Techno (retaining information from him about his allies, and from his allies about him). This one is a bit more up for discussion to be honest, but Ive seen quite a few people make the point that Wilbur made sure that the info he gave Techno was the only one he had about Pogtopia’s intetions. He also was the only one who knew about Techno’s withers and about his anarchists ideals and he never revealed them to ther allies, which definitely helped in causing the rift later on.

- He mistreated Tubbo quite a lot as well (the whole scene at the festival is just painful). But, basically, he had him spy for them and basically treated him as a pawn. He described him, to his face, as just a “yes man” with no free will of his own. Then he used his death just to bring forth discord and violence between his allies. He also pushed on him all the pressure to decide on wether to blow up the country or not.

- He kept keeping L’Manburg hostage to his allies, increasing the already incredible pressure on them immensely. When Schlatt said he moved the tnt to Pogtopia he started doing the same with that place by constantly clicking all the random buttons while they were all trying to plan. That is blackmail my dudes. Blackmail done to an extreme.

- There is the whole pit scene that deserves a point on it’s own where he literally kept spurring on both Techno and Tommy (all the while blatantly putting down Tommy in an extremely manipulative way) to beat each other to death (albeit non-canonically). Re-watch that one and pay close attention to him if you have any doubt about him being abusive towards Tommy.

- And, for last, he also did blow up L’Manburg and he had fully intended to do it also as a last slight towards Tommy, just to add on to how much of a d*ck he was to him.

It’s true that he needed help and that he had spirald. He had become self-destructive and paranoid, but that DOESN’T erase what he has done, nor what that paint him as. His actions were all done with the spcific goal of being harmful to others and have all had long lasting effects. He hurt A LOT of people. He is, by all intents and purposes, a villain.

Also I want to add that if they do give him a redemtion arc it will have to be done carefully to be done well. And also none of the people he hurt with his actions should be forced to forgive him. As a matter of fact I’ll go further and say that Tommy in particular shouldn’t even be forced to TALK to him as he has already expressed extreme concern about ending up being manipulated again. No matter what he went through and what his mental state was, none of his victims owe him any understanding either.

ive been thinking about this a lot (and especially after techno's 6/6 stream and reading some other posts about the same topic) but

i believe that the reason lore streams are Like This now is indirectly because of the fans. before you put your dukes up, let me explain.

after wilbur stopped writing, a lot of the streams before and after the beginning of the egg arc were the same. block person walks back and forth around ugly ass server for an hour. rinse, dry, repeat and all that.

it most likely stopped being engaging for the fans, because who wants to sit around watching someone walk around the same area you've already seen with hardly any changes? i fucking didn't, and so i didn't watch as many streams for too long as i'd used to before.

(this is a whole different can of worms but ranboo's mining streams were like that for me too and so i stopped watching him for a while whoops)

i think a lot of people being bored by the walking around was really what told the creators "hey, let's try something different".

bring tales into the picture. at first it was a little goofy, two episodes about time and wacky personalities clashing together. and hey, what do you know? it fucking worked. people were excited, engaged, finally something different was happening on da white boy server!

other creators looked at something like that, which took effort, planning, time...

and suddenly the smp felt a lot emptier than it should be, no? the exile arc was just beginning and everyone began scattering, planning and figuring out where the lore should go next. people stopped streaming almost everyday and it became an event of sorts. "what'll happen this week? does anyone know who's going to stream?"

i think our excitement for the more weekly streams (and also the general angst of the exile arc) is what really hammered it home, here. we were excited for tales, for exile, for something that wasn't the rest of the smp that everyone scrambled to make something new, something better, a new land, a new country. (drywaters, snowchester, the secret city, eventually kinoko kingdom and las nevadas) something to keep the fans invested, y'know?

so when exile ended, tommy was the one to try and bring it back. a hotel right behind dream's old secret base, in front of the badlands' mansion. it worked, for a while, but it was clear that things were different.

no one was on the fucking server anymore. it's lucky to have more than like two people at a time playing anymore. this continued for so long that it's still happening to this fucking day, dude. some members are understandably not going to log on anytime soon, but the fact that only 2-5 people are on the server when there is over 30 people whitelisted?

everyone's planning or is part of some big lore. there's hardly any streams anymore (and at this point it would be much easier for quackity just to make youtube videos out of it because there is no live reaction anymore, ruining the point of a livestream. they've taken the fun out of an improv server! *angry old man noises*), the lore is big and dramatic. it doesn't feel the same anymore and tubbo and ranboo feel the same fucking way!!

and even tho those streams of people walking around aimlessly for an hour are long behind us and most likely aren't ever coming back, i would so much rather have that than the overexciting and overdramatic lore we get every month.

(NOT TO MENTION techno's streams uggggghhhhhhh. dude streams once a month and gives us 6/6? what the fuck man. to all the people who call him flat or boring on purpose: you are wrong. he absolutely has a personality and it is smug little manbaby gets taken down a peg (god i love techno). the 6/6 stream was all smug little manbaby, no pegs taken what the fuck!!!!)

(bonus: when the wait for tales turns into months instead of weeks *crabraves in tears*)

the cat was called pussboy by tommy, but dream only called it "the cat" and then said that "it was hope", which is why it sort of became a symbol (his hope is dead, basically) - that's why i kind of made its name capitalized, because it was more of a metaphor than anything.

most c!dream fans call the cat hope because it's just really nice and really symbolic, and also really sad when you think about it. that's why the name was used in the essay, just to clear up the confusion!

i don't really think so? mooshroom henry was entertainment more than anything, and even if it was bad, when watching the stream i don't remember seeing him mourn that much - on the other hand, dream was very quickly and very obviously attached to the cat, with it being his only companion in months of isolation, along with the hope that even when tommy left it would keep him company.

keep in mind c!dream has been deprived of stimuli and human contact for so long it's officially classified as psychological torture at that point.

i don't mean to compare trauma or even compare deaths - because honestly, what c!dream and c!tommy have gone through individually is incomparable and i think neither should be diminished in favor of the other since they're both terrible situations.

that's why i disagree that it "was nothing compared to" - it had an obvious effect on c!dream, and was still c!tommy killing an animal specifically to hurt him, no matter what reasons he had.

when i'm talking about effects people's actions have had on c!dream, i'm not talking about those people. i'm talking about him. :) /lh

as for the trauma, a lot of people agree that a lot of the things he says or does are trauma responses, and hence it's very possible that he's had trauma before he went into prison!

this includes being repeatedly called a tyrant via propaganda by about half of your friends who decided to betray you, trying to keep peace and being pushed deeper into villainy instead, repeatedly being put in between a rock and a hard place in order to make sure the people you care about don't start killing each other, then being betrayed by your closest friends after merely trying to keep peace (sapnap & george) and just in general having no control over your life or image and grasping at straws to gain it back.

i know a lot of people with trauma who heavily relate to certain trauma responses, which aren't always just shaky breaths and flashbacks, but trauma often also manifests itself in extremely ugly and destructive ways, both inwardly and outwardly.

trying to control the people around you is also very often a response to going through trauma, as well as emotional repression which is... rather evident on c!dream during season two. it only seems to get worse with repeated abandonment.

in the end, during the vault scene, the way he acts really just isn't at all the way a healthy person would act, and a lot of his really bad mindsets come from the way he was taught by the world around him.

the character is very reserved however, and since we don't have his pov we can't really say for certain - a lot of people claim it in good faith because they have a lot of evidence for it, and i think they're certainly valid in that.

that is just before the prison, however. from what happened during the prison arc? there is no denying he's traumatized at this point.

he's been emotionally and physically abused by c!sam since the very beginning of being imprisoned, and being in solitary confinement for over two weeks is generally considered psychological (and maybe also physical?) torture. that alone shows up in a lot of symptoms of his mental deterioration while in pandora's during people's visits, and quackity's "sessions" just absolutely drove the point home.

what he's gone through during this arc is absolutely incomparable to anything others charactes have faced before, and it's just plain suffering being endured by someone who is, despite everything, still a human being.

as for the wilbur manipulation thing!! it's talking about the whole vassal scene (though even beforehand a lot of their interactions are pretty iffy), and here's a post about that :]

I also have a small question about the analysis u last reblogged cus it says "why dream needed lmanburg gone rightfully" and like. The house analogy is poor because for one cus the land is infinite. And 2 cus punz's yard was literally larger then lmanburg. And also stuff about dream being a mediator? Can u provide examples?

i wouldn't say it was poor. dream's said a lot of times that he didn't care in the slightest about the land - a lot of his problems with l'manberg arose with the fact that wilbur basically built it on lies and tried to disallow half of the server to come there. c!dream was mad about the division and the fact that wilbur wanted "freedom" to have authority in his lands - over others, as can be seen in this post also.

the table analogy was fitting not because dream was some overlord, but because these were literally friends he invited to hang out and live in a place he wanted to call home. claiming a part of it for yourself and saying people of a certain nationality can't come in is directly opposing those goals.

in the early days of the smp, dream's always been a mediator between his friends - sapnap and george, who would often get into fights and go around killing each other! he would always do his best to stop the conflict, which continued after tommy joined when he took him to court and then later tried to mediate conflicts he was a part of, which resulted in tommy killing him unprovoked, stealing his gear, and starting the disc wars when dream was trying to get his stuff back. later, during pogtopia, he is also most concerned with peace over everything, and this seems to continue indefinitely after.

Today i was thinking about how messed up the final control room was. Like. Dream arranged the betrayal and punz and sapnap killed tommy and tubbo who like. Were literal children and their pals (because the author, wilbur soot, is dead/j but srsly if u take the streamers words tommy said he was 9 during the revolution sooo)

Sorry im gonna ramble about how dumb canon ages are for a second cus like. Streamers can say the characters are one way or another (wilbur saying he is mentally 30-something, etc.) But in the end the characters act like they(or at least their streaming personas) do.

i... honestly don't find it that bad? they were in a war, and the final control room was basically just supposed to end it quicker. the l'manbergians made it clear they were going to fight to the death, so they really left c!dream no other choice. and it's not like he didn't give them chances to give up.

also yeah the 9 year old thing was retconned, because in that case c!dream would've been 14 and i don't think that's true.

c!tommy and c!dream were both young and once again, in a war. the final control room was an attempt to assure victory, which both sides would've taken if possible, but only c!dream saw he had the option.

i do agree the whole child soldier thing was bad but... complain about that to c!wilbur, methinks. he talked naive kids into fighting for his personal power. however, the age argument isn't really valid either way. they had enough agency to sign up for it, and whether or not c!wilbur pushing the intense nationalism onto them had something to do with that is another debate entirely.

Bacl to final control room cus like??? Also fun fact punz took 2 of wilbur's canon lives. And like that probably is what started wilbur's paranoia which later lead to his spiral and i. Many thoughts full of lmanburg today.

i'm pretty sure cc!wilbur said what lead to c!wilbur's spiral was a "dark, twister view of possessions" and "disregard for his fellow citizen whom he claimed to love so much", but i really wouldn't say it was the control room; if anything the sudden loss of power after the elections seems to me like the trigger for his spiral.

I watched the exile arc live and. I feel dirty almost for feeling little to no sympathy for c!dream (srry ive been forgetting to add that aa) because of his actions toward c!tommy and like. The whole probation was so humiliating and unfair and c!dream was planning to frame him for the crimes he and puffy did under the the guise of "pranks" and c!quackity was planning to seize the vice president role.

i mean... to be fair, if you didn't watch the prison arc much yet or only watch tommy's perspective i understand not feeling that sympathetic - however, i encourage you to maybe watch a few prison visits, since they could help you see the whole picture better!

i also watched it live, and i also thought it was terrible, but i share very much the same sentiment for the prison arc because. absolutely no one should have to go through either of those things, you know?

i don't think probation was that humiliating? he was just. being asked to not start conflict with the other factions for two weeks. of course, what happened as a result is in no way justified, but i don't think probation itself would've been bad at all. either way yeah the framing and c!quackity's behaviour was. very yikes, i agree.

Also c!tommy antis are dumb because they say "he deserved exile angry emoji" i dont see u saying that about ranboo. Just say you hate cc!tommy and go. Also people say c!tommy was just as toxic to c!dream and i??? No. One is the victim and one is the abuser and like. :/// man. This part is rambly srry

i wouldn't say they hate cc!tommy? cc!tommy has a persona who people think is annoying at first ( but then they subscribe because he is super entertaining big man! ) but a lot of c!tommy's actions are straight up toxic to certain characters, such as c!funndy and c!jack. he has a very dismissive attitude towards others and their trauma and it does affect the people around them very negatively.

examples; his repeated bullying and behavior towards fundy:

Tommy: “Fundy, I’m just here to kinda let you know that I – if you weren’t Wilbur’s son, you would be out of L’manburg, alright? Just remember – you need to keep that relationship with your father. I saw how asshole-y and bratty you were acting in the courtroom the other night. You need to pull your shit together young man.”

......

Fundy: “I’m wearing glasses…are you making fun of my eyesight?!”

Tommy: “Yes.”

Sapnap: “Your father would be very disappointed.”

Fundy: “Wh – disappointed for wearing glasses?!”

Tommy: “You got glasses, like what are you wearing…”

Fundy: “What do you mean?”

Tommy: “Sapnap, Sapnap, over here. Fundy, Fundy, Fundy, I’m really sorry to say this – I’m just here to publicly denounce you.”

Fundy: “…What?”

he's also responsible for a big chunk of c!jack's trauma, both with actions and words, and that's why i think certain people might dislike the character, and i don't think that's wrong of them. anyone can dislike any character they want if they don't attack people for liking them, in my opinion.

also c!tommy was most definitely toxic against c!dream in the cell. it's of course understandable but that doesn't change the fact he was constantly hitting and insulting him (without dream doing anything back for a long while until he snapped) which is toxic behaviour.

i wouldn't say he was "just as" though, so i agree with you on that. they're different and they behave differently.

just wanted to say i’ve been thinking about your (rlly old) post (on twt i think) where you said something like “exile arc shouldn’t have happened” and ive never agreed w a take more than i have before (also you should post more of your hot takes since imo all of them are actually rlly good and True)

it not only shouldn’t have happened because of the reasons you listed, that too, but it also just created an obvious unbalance with how some of the characters were portrayed and talked about in both the dsmp and the fandom. Like, c!dream is this extremely dark character who is shown to having little to no hesitation in going to extreme lengths to get what he wants and what he sees as right, and exile arc was carried out so well it’s like something out of a psychological horror (kinda? couldn’t think of a better comparison) series + the way the fandom now sees c!dream is Just.. Something

(i’m not saying any of this in a neg way btw, just all observations) for example, the other day, i saw this lighthearted post about the exile arc summarized and it was a short funny animatic, though in the qrts you see multiple people tagging “// c!dream, exile arc,” as some sort of warning. What i’m trying to say is that the exile arc has heavily affected a lot of people / made a lot of people uncomfortable and unable to watch some of the streams + some people say that they find c!dream reminding them of their abuser and are unable to feel any sort of remorse for him at all bc of this (not blaming them, again, just observations). Can this be said for any other character/villain on the DSMP at all…? no, no not really. not as widespread anyway.

that’s what’s so frustrating to me about the exile arc. it made c!dream way, way more darker and realistic than any other villain, and this created an extreme unbalance amongst the villains of the smp.

take one look at c!quackity, c!wilbur, and c!schlatt. there’s two things they have all have in common and it’s that

a) they’re mostly taken as funny cartoon-villains by the fandom, like disney villains who will monologue and dramatize everything they do (to some extent) — **(this somewhat excludes c!quackity in the Actual lore though and i’ll explain that later)

and b) their affect negative effect on other characters’ is rarely ever talked about by the characters themselves, making majority of the fandom undermine some of the things they [the villains] actually have done, and gloss over it easily or with little to no second thought — (meanwhile, on the other hand we have c!dream and the consequences of his actions constantly talked about)

now we’re left with c!dream who is out of place when put next to each of these people. of course, all of them are threatening and.. well.. do villain-y things, but none of them are quite like c!dream, don’t have the same effect he does. (this makes c!dream stand out even more)

it would be much more fitting if the other villains were at the very least explored to have dark traits

**(talking about c!quackity) so here i said “actual lore” because the same is not applied / perceived in the fandom. in the lore, c!quackity is portrayed to be (currently) doing extremely dark things and having dark intentions along with them, (ie- c!dream’s torturing). torture is obviously a dark topic. the dsmp explores the topic of torture and whether or not people (bad people, in this case, which makes this whole situation much more interesting) deserve it or not. BUT, this does not hinder how c!quackity is perceived by the fandom… why?

because a) the very few people who are aware of c!dream’s torture don’t speak out about it and barely acknowledge it as something undeserved and wrong. one is someone who c!dream has manipulated and gaslit in the past, one is someone who barely considers c!dream a friend and went head to head with him in war, and the other two are c!sam and c!quackity (the person who is freely letting the torture happen in the first place, and the torturer himself. so obviously these two, who think c!dream is deserving of it, won’t speak out)

and b) the audience/fandom themselves think c!dream is deserving of the torture, just because he’s a bad person, so they are willing to brush off c!quackity’s dark actions as “justice” and “revenge” - and in turn not understanding the full weight of what he’s doing

Dream SMP - Long theory and breakdown

So, as we know, yesterday’s stream was a lot.

Disclamer: the dream smp is a roleplay server, most interactions and all conflict are acting and scripted.

After catching up on some of the other streams, I have come up with some theories.

1) The big heartbreak of yesterdays event: Tubbo going to visit tommy and thinking he lost his last life. Now, Since the two are very close and Tubbo now thinks hes dead, I’m pretty sure there is going to be a funeral in L’manburg. Now the thing here is that both ranboo and Philza know where Tommy actually is and that he’s alive, but both would get in a lot of trouble if they say they know where he is. Ranboo part of the the butcher army, and if Quackity even hears a hit of the fact that he was at technos, it’s going to end badly. Philza is in house arrest and would get in a lot of trouble if he were caught leaving. So, either tommy shows face or he will be presumed dead. The later is way more likely due to the Theseus parallel. In the story of theseus, his father thinks he died trying to fight the minotaur due to a small mistake made by the crew of the boat they where on and jumps off a cliff, ending his life. Now in the parallel, Tubbo went to visit tommy and due to the explosions and Pillar thinks Tommy took his life.

I don’t think tubbo will have the same fate as Theseus’ father, but he will definitely be way less active as president or just become cold.

2) Philza is going to act as a spy/ link to L’manburg for Tommy and Techno. After the attempted execution of Techno, which was held right in front of Philzas house, he has lost all respect and trust in L’manburg, even telling Fundy, his grandson, that he’s dead to him. Not many will trust Philza but I think they will grow warm to him again and he will use that to help his sons. Philza is very protective of his sons and will sacrifice a lot to make sure they are safe. What leads me to my next point.

3) Techno might go mad like Wilbur. After having tried to reason with the butcher army that he just wants retirement and failing, he chose blood. He gave in to the voices, the only thing stopping him from killing all of the butcher army being Quackity, who threatened Carl. We know now that the only two confirmed things that will make Techno stop is Carl and philza. I believe that he would do anything to protect Wilbur if he was seriously threatend but Wilbur being a Ghost make it hard to actually harm him. I also think that he will protect Tommy with his life. It may not seem like it but small things like not hitting him with a weapon unless he had eaten a Gapple. He was very loud and indifferent to Tommy apon finding him, but he didn’t kill him, he protected him from mobs and offered to help him. They are brothers after all, and in the end of the day the do care about each other, indifferent? yes but they still care and the small gestures make that clear. I think that techno will either see one of those he cares for get hurt or killed and just lose it or his family will keep him grounded enough to not greet complete insanity with open arms.

4) Quackity will become a worse Schlatt. Now I don’t think that Schlatt possessed him when he ate that heart, but it started the same power greed disease schlatt had. Dream telling him ‘don’t try’ made him fall over the edge. But I believe that is exactly what dream wanted. As we know dream is a big fan of chaos, because where there is chaos and fight, he can stand on top. Quackity falling into power greed fuled insanity makes him easy to play with. He isn’t the president of L’manburg but talks about it like its his. When he lost a canon life to techno, he said he didn’t care about what techno did in the past, what he cares about is that techno can threaten his power and that’s why hes on the hit list. Quackity is causing Chaos, the exact chaos dream wants. I’m not sure if its said anywhere but im sure Quackity was the one to evict Ghostbur from the sewers. Hes doing and saying things without running them by Tubbo and Tubbo is being played a fool, now especially after he thinks Tommy is dead, he will be easy to manipulate.

5) Ranboo plays a bigger role then meets the eye. He has all of technos stuff as far as I’m informed, and I wouldn’t be surprised if he was Dreams spy. Ranboo is in everyones backpocket. He talks with everyone and knows everyone. Ranboo is half enderman and the other half is unknown, there has been hints that his crown has lore, and I wouldn’t be surprised if the reason why he feared Dream so much was because dream was using something we don’t know against him, on top of the fact the dream is, matter of fact, rather intimidating.

6) The Prison. Now the Prison is a big one. No one knows who it’s for, but I think its for the people that can threaten dream / the people he can’t control aka Techno & Tommy. Tommy is an obvious one considering the whole disks ordeal and that Tommy has never bent to Dreams will. Techno is one of the only people that can actually go up against Dream and possibly come out on top. Now thanks to one of Ranboos Streams we know that the prison has like 6-8 Cells as of right now. I don’t think Sam would build unnecessary stuff in an already extreme build. I’m rather unsure of my own theory of Techno and Tommy, but I’m very confident with it being for multiple people. That being said, it could very well be that it backfires, and dream ends up in it

Final thoughts?

I think Tommy will see through Dreams plan to make everyone go against everyone. He is good at getting people together and I think he will be able to do it again, he just needs to realize that that is what he needs to do. After now teaming with Techno he might even understand that if they want peace, they will need to have no government or at least a system Techno agrees with cause that man has at least 25 withers on hand and that is a threat.

I hope most of them will realise that the sole problem will and always will be Dreama and Greed for power over the people, what again plays into the Techno thing. If the SMP has a good ending before the likely reset for the cave update, I hope that they realise the threat to peace is Dream and Governments. I hope that Quackity regains his sanity and I hope everyone can be happy.

Worst case scenario? Techno releases all withers he has, and the server goes out with a bang, I’d be ok with that one too.

MCYT god AU! :)

Hey there! Ive been working on an AU for MCYTers for a few days, here are the results of 3 am thinking:

This AU is based off greek mythology, with each character representing different aspects of life, from either humanity or nature. The backstories for these guys aren’t fully fleshed out yet, so I would very much enjoy input!

Characters I have thought of so far:

Wilbur Soot, god of poetry. I chose poetry over songs or music, and over politics, because I believe poetry is sort of a middle ground between the two.

Technoblade, god of battle/war. This one is sort of obvious, although I felt the need to clarify, he is not the god of strategy. While technoblade is great with strategy, there is another person I want as the strat god, and I dont want too many repeats. He is also most well known for his PVP skills, and a little less for his strategizing skills. (Even tho the potato war was awesome)

Philza, god of the skies. Gotta admit, this one is less creative, but I dont watch philza’s content as much, and his iconic elytra paired with his hat that kinda looks like rays of sun, so thats what I went with.

Tommyinnit + Tubbo, gods of emotion/morality. These guys are the dynamic duo, and I wasnt about to make tubbo god of bees or something, that would have been boring. Tommy and Tubbo are like the angel and devil on your shoulder, Tommy being the devil and Tubbo being the angel.

Dreamwastaken, god of strategy. This one is probably as obvious as Technoblade’s, he is known for his skills in quick thinking and planning ahead.

TheEret, god of redemption. No, I love him too much to have him be the god of betrayal, plus we got another betrayal god later on. He had a redemption arc (or is still in the middle of it, I honestly dont know this is all so complicated), so he is the god of redemption and forgiveness.

ItsFundy, god of destruction. To be clear, he is not only the god of destruction. I want his character to behave like the hindu god, Shiva, meaning yes he is the god of destruction, but also the god of reincarnation and rebirth. From death blooms new life.

Nihachu, god of compassion. You guys already know, how could I not make her the god of compassion? She’s, like, the nicest person on the server, and has tons and tons of compassion. However, this does not mean she has compassion for everyone. Mostly for her friends and allies, and if you hurt them, you’ll have hell to pay.

Georgenotfound, god of h o u s e (I dont have a character for him yet)

Sapnap, god of betrayal. Literally every single alliance or team he joins, he eventually betrays in one way or another for his own gain. C’mon guys, do I need to make this any clearer?

Jschlatt, god of corruption. Pretty obvious, I mean he is a corrupt tyrant who exiled beloved citizens from their own country after they tried to run agaisnt him.

Quackity, god of retaliation. He was abused, and now his abuser is going to have to face the wrath of not only himself, but his friends too. Just like with niki, he’ll have hell to pay.

Not quite sure about the others yet, so gimme ideas! Prompts! 3 am thoughts! It gives me serotonin ;-;

The Favor [Dream SMP]

Highlights, timestamps, summary, and transcripts. Feel free to request a transcript or timestamp for this stream! There was a bit of lore but most of it was just the syndicate having fun together, really good stream for chill technocontent!

Summary w/ timestamps

Techno starts the stream in his Antarctic house. He’s in the enchanting room, and he stalls for a while to let viewers join the stream.

At 3:30, he joins a discord call with Phil, Niki, and Ranboo, and walks outside. They’re all standing outside his house and set off fireworks, wishing him a happy birthday. They joke for a while, and then show Techno his birthday cake. This is completely unrelated, probably, but there are different flowers on the table, a cornflower, an allium, and a white tulip. They fire more fireworks, and Techno eventually gets stabbed by Niki and looses some hunger, so he can eat cake. He calls Ranboo a potential professional clown.

9:30 the syndicate sits down and starts filling Techno in on what’s happened while he was gone. He explains his absence as going into the wild to train, not hibernating. They explain that Tommy died, and Techno seems a little sad, but quickly moved to confusion when Phil says that Dream brought him back.

Ranboo reminds Phil that Wil was also brought back, and both Techno and Niki are, understandably, confused. Angry, Niki demands an explanation, and Techno mostly accepts it. Phil mentions that Wilbur is living in his house, and explains that Wilburs changed to Niki.

They go back to joking and non-lore things (thankfully), and return to lore at 15:35. Techno finds a forest in front of his house, Phil tells him that it just sprouted up one day, but tells him not to worry. Ranboo mentions that Phil said ‘it might have been her,’ but they quickly move on. Phil explains more about the revival book, saying that Dream has it and brought back Wil and Tommy. Niki reminds them that he could bring back Schlatt, and that they do not want that. They start talking about government takeovers, and Techno mentions wanting to train Niki and Ranboo to be at least self sufficient, but while hes talking, he spots Quackity on a mountain near his house. He leaves the conversation to go confront Quackity.

He joins the call at 21:30. Quackity thanks Techno for allying with him at the Banquet, and quickly moves topics to Dream and the prison. Quackity tells Techno that Dream wanted him to visit, and finally call out the favor. They joke about scheduling, Techno threatens Quackity a bit, and they leave the call. Techno contemplates if he should trust Quackity, and joins the Syndicate call again at 32:10. They joke, eat more desserts, and fire more fireworks. Phil takes the group to the training room, and they explore for a while. Techno cryptically explains why he left during the party, Niki says that they sound like someone who gives empty promises, and asks if it was Wilbur.

43:00 the group rings the membership bell for a long time. It is very loud.

I love how quickly techno goes from acting to laughing at minecraft. He just. He does not care and i support him. Makes it much easier to watch when u know hes gonna point out smthin dumb in the middle of Stress

I spent 2 hours on writing notes from the prison podcast stream.

Now I don’t know what to do with them, so I’m putting them here.

No need to read them, there is just some interesting stuff I noticed, things like tones and how many times somethings are brought up.

if you do, though, I apologize for spelling errors.

techno "did the calculations" on how long it would take to mine obsidian with the amount of mining fatigue they had. we knoe this is true.

dream has been writing, it is the only thing hes been able to do with the limited items he has. its his "diary"

techno teases over fanfics on wattpad

"the only thing ive written is my diary" do the revive books not count, then? or what is in the revive books that isnt writing?

techno focuses on that nobody is watching - dream doesnt comment on it - dream doesnt know about the voices?

techno is supposed to break dream out, but he hasnt got many ideas "ill get to it later"

techno enjoys prison - sees it as a vacation

techno has an optimistic outlook.

techno asks what the knowledge is, incantation/password/expelliarmus dream says "something like that" slowly, then quickly says he doesnt know and that he "doesnt know how schlatt had it" - going away from the topic original book - there are more than one it is a book is what youre saying - t well... i mean, it was a book that i memorised and that now i can recreate - d techno tries again to get the knowledge he wants to revive people dream doesnt want to tell techno because he wouldnt be the only one who knew techno tries to bargain saying that if dream died, techno coulld bring him bacl dream knows they wont kill him because he can revive people

dream says no, techno says "you forgot how to write it down didnt you dream says he didnt, that he did it recently, techno repeats again that dream forgot brings up wattpad again. dream says he wrote it down for tommy. he doesnt mention wilbur to techno. bring up the homeless situaation prison is dreams house cell is boiling apparently makes a joke about cali rent prices

techno needs a bell to sell out for the *brand*, ritual and tradition dream put the bell in church prime no twitch primes for dream - hes a heratic (no contract) dream makes no profit dream has lots of raw potatos for 5-6 months

techno asks if dream has any friends dream says not really, they turned against him techno knows the feeling being betrayed by closest friend happens every tuesday for techno

dream mentions being visited by a few people techno asks if any tried not to torture or kill him dream says yeah like he wasnt expecting the question/(as techno put it) "he hesitated"

ranboo (again) - dream says he used to visit a while ago and then stopped coming - techno asks "ranboo used to visit?" - ranboo visited "a bit" - probably visited the most - sapnap visited - tommy visited a couple of times - bad visited - and quackity - quackity visited the most, only because hes visited daily
