8. mumbling unintelligibly into the embrace & 14. cuddles after being touch-starved

Hangman could only remember three things while Marlee drove him home from the bar. She peeled them off the ground and bet Coyote a whole piece of chocolate fudge that he couldn't get in the car by himself. Hangman only giggled a little bit when Coyote jumped up so fast he nearly fell face-first into Marlee's lap through her open window to kiss her. Coyote would have kept trying to kiss his wife, too, if Jake hadn't helped pull him from half hanging out of the car. Then, Marlee made Javy sit in the back so he wouldn't get handsy with Seresin in the vehicle. A statement that made Hangman roar with laughter, and he almost forgot his list. Loosening his watch band a notch, Jake repeats his list.

Lock the doors.

Three doors, six locks. The front: one deadbolt that turns to the left, but a handle walk that locks to the right. Hangman shakes the reminder he needs to switch the locks to match away from his head. He knows if he doesn't finish the list, he will lose it in the wild and random whims of his brain. The garage door had a handle lock that locked to the left and a chain that slides into place but has to be pushed down to notch into place. Then finally, the back door, it was easy a deadbolt that locked towards the right and a bar behind the door.

2. Drink one bottle; take a bottle.

His tired and true hangover prevention method. When Hangman layered in water and then did a DOTO routine, he would wake up feeling better than ever. A hack that had gifted him the last six years hangover free. (Paired with generally drinking less) The nights he would remember to take his lemon mint-infused water, Jake would sometimes wake up the next morning and actually run an extra mile. There was something about the high a good night out and social interaction would fill his battery to 100%. It was an easy high to chase, one Seresin would often find himself chasing before he understood how to balance out. Too many nights of people, fun, and drinks were bad for his health; On the flip staying at home and not doing anything but reading the Stormlight Archives and work burned Jake out too. With age, Jake had gotten better at finding and living in the middle ground, doing his best to moderate the highs and lows. Nowadays, it was easier than ever, hardly more than the occasional consideration because Jake had you. And you had changed everything for him.

3. do NOT kiss Sugar goodnight.

Jake repeated that one six times more than the others. He was the most worried about forgetting it. It was his personal mantra for the night. Jake had even accidentally blurted it out to Javy and Marlee instead of actually saying goodnight. Coyote removed his lips from Marlee's neck and stared at Jake for 30 straight seconds before doubling over with laughter, disappearing in the back seat once more out of eyesight. Marlee had smiled wolfishly before wishing him "good luck with his sugar." Jake didn't know why he could possibly need good luck to complete his list.

The first two tasks were simple. Once Jake was in the dim light of the house, he locked the doors in left, right, left, slide, down, notch, right, kick. Then Jake got his water and made it all the way up the stairs. Unfortunately, the stairs are where his plan falls apart. Jake wryly thinks it seems that they often are for him. Maybe he should be more conscious of the puzzle curses he lets in his home.

You left your door open, and he could see you half awake, half asleep. You have something playing, and Jake is drawn to your doorway. All you have to give him is a half smile and a wave. It's always easy for you to activate the homing signal in his chest, then pull on the magnet there right to your side. Right where Jake knows he belongs.

'Do NOT kiss her goodnight,' Jake reminds himself again. However, his mouth does sometimes seem to have a mind of its own. His lips graze your pulse point of the hand you stretched out for him. Just that small touch is enough to set him on fire. If he ever allows himself more, Jake isn't confident he would be able to stop himself from not trying to fuse himself to you. He was content to be some barnacle to your life. Jake somehow finds the strength to pull away, but then you shock him by pulling him close.

There is no option but to melt into your embrace as you hold him. You are half-mumbling questions about how his night went. None of them really make sense, but Jake doesn't mind. The longer he is there, the more Jake's own eyes start to drift closed. Before he is too consumed, Jake nudges you into a more comfortable position.

He runs through his list again, checking them off in his head. Then he gets to the last one, and half whispers it to himself.

"Kiss goodnight," Jake says, nodding his head slowly.

Then he hears you hum in acknowledgment. You tilt your face from where you've pressed it into his shoulder, and Jake does the same to get a better look at you. Your lips brush his, once, then twice. It's a movement that's more sleep thanconscious. It's not even a thought to follow your mouth for one more small lingering touch.

Jake doesn't process what's happened until he is already past the precipice of sleep. And at that point, he can't tell if it was a dream. Or if that third item on his to-do list really was to get some sugar from his sugar.

Tiefling Bachelors - Tail headcanons [pining + in a relationship]

Some tail thoughts for Rolan, Dammon, & Zevlor [reader is gender neutral, non-Tiefling]

For anyone who doesn't follow already-- @forgeofthenine creates amazing Tief content! Their headcanons for these three are VERY delicious, including some genius tail HCs that I have been rereading all day!🖤

Pining:

Rolan:

When he's extra annoyed or excited by something, the tip of his tail will twitch side-to-side behind him slightly like a cat’s

Turns out the same thing happens when he’s got a crush on someone

He can control it with enough concentration, but it could still give him away if you catch him off guard or heaven forbid touch him in an unexpected way

It’s no secret from Cal and Lia—the three of them teased each other ruthlessly about the littlest flirtations back in Elturel, as teenagers do, so they’re used to picking up on all of each others’ signs

The minute they catch Rolan’s telltale (tell-tail?) move while he’s talking with you, you can bet those two will not let it go until you’ve moved in. Probs not even then honestly

If you get friendly enough with Rolan to have long talks about magic or the Weave, his guard will lower and he’ll let his tail do its thing (within reason)

He lies to himself that it’s just because he finds your conversation stimulating. Really, it’s everything about you

Dammon:

If you’re a non-Tiefling, Dammon might comfort himself with the knowledge that you probably don’t recognize the significance of how his tail moves when you’re near

He’s good at keeping his words to you measured and polite. The way his body reacts around you is a bit more instinctive and hard to control

He’s goddamn touch-starved to be honest, this man is practically married to his hammer and anvil & he’s been living alone for years

Whenever he makes you laugh, he finds his tail curls forward toward you a bit—wishing he could touch or hold you with it

Dammon always tells himself he needs to be a bit more careful when you come around the forge. But somehow it goes out the window every time

His tail will sway gently back and forth when you talk to him, not quite wagging, but definitely actively engaged

A fellow Tiefling would immediately recognize the gesture as interest and flirtation

Zevlor:

Zevlor thought he was a pro at this: controlling the tail movements, the ear twitches, generally suppressing his Infernal tendencies at all times

But it's been so long since someone made him feel like this. Handsome, desirable, everything

The first time you overtly flirt with him, and especially the first time you touch his arm or shoulder, his tail wags behind him

He stiffens immediately, alarmed and taken aback by his own reaction to your touch. Prays you haven’t noticed

If he can smoothly get away with it, he might excuse himself from your presence to try and collect his composure

He’s very conscious of his role as leader/authority figure among the other Tiefling refugees. He’d be mortified if any of them caught him eagerly tail-wagging like a youth after just a casual gesture from you

From that point Zevlor refocuses his control whenever you’re near, making sure to keep part of his brain aware of his posture around you. The way you keep seeking him out and standing close to him during conversation doesn’t make it any easier on this poor man

Rolan:

More than hand-holding, Rolan prefers to hold you with his tail

Let him loop it around your calf when you’re standing beside each other, or rest the curve around the small of your back

He finds it profoundly comforting to keep in contact and touch you that way

Rolan would love if you let him gently bind you with his tail, whether it’s your hands behind your back or one of your legs pulled open for him

He often wraps it around your waist while you’re topping or riding him

Rolan also likes to drag his tail between your legs while you’re going down on him and he can’t reach you with his hands

It turns into teasing almost every time—Rolan trying to see if he can finish you with his tail before you can finish him with your mouth

Now time for hurt/comfort, my fave

the first time you sleep in bed together, he'll most likely have might terrors that would wake you up. when he wakes up too and you ask him about them, he'd raise his voice, have a bit of a temper tantrum and tell you it's none of your business.

next morning, he'd either kiss you all over as a quiet apology or stay quiet about the dilemma and pretend nothing happened.

if the latter happens, he'd apologise eventually for yelling at you and telling you he doesn't want to talk about it.

ok, say he comes back from patrol or a mission with the other Titans, and something went horribly wrong, and he's blaming himself, and considering how the other Titans treat him, they'd probably blame him too, depending what happened that might.

So he's just cursing loudly, punching the wall, knocking things over. NONE of this anger is pointed towards you, Jason would never raise a hand at you, no matter what circumstance, he just needs something to release his anger on.

Something like this would probably happen a good few months into your relationship, so you know to step away from him for a while, until he calms down, then you'd make him some tea and you'd both sit on the couch or lie in bed in a somber but somewhar comforting silence.

Jason would then find some way to apologise for his outbreak, and you would repeat multiple times that it's not his fault.

I WANT A WORKPLACE SITCOM WITH THE FOUNDERS SJSKKSKS:

- Tobi doing experiments and scaring the villagers

- Tobi teaming up with Madara to make Hashi do work

- Hashi making flowers w/government documents

- Mito sipping tea while encouraging Tobi to revive the dead

- everyone in the Tower side eying the sexual tension btwn Madara and Tobi and them never denying they’ve fucked before

- Toka cackling in the background

The only time we get that is Obito vs Kiri nin, Uchiha Massacre, Wave Arc, Orochimaru…before it turns into DBZ fights

I’ve said this before: Sasuke was in a seinen Naruto was in a shounen

- the warring states is literally the perfect place for exhibiting the horrors of war and humanity. Bloodline thieves, child hunting squads, GIVE. IT. TO. ME. Madara and Hashirama experiencing all of this and wanting PEACE FOR THEIR YOUNGER BROTHERS UGHHH ROBBERY‼️‼️

I HC that bloodline thieves is prob why Madara wears gloves….being a YOUNG (he’s been on the battlefield since he was 8??) powerful, prodigy and future clan head of a famous kekkai genkai it makes sense why he doesn’t like skin-contact/sexual repression and repulsion. And why we don’t see female Uchiha shinobi (excluding misogyny) simply bc there’s such a high risk of SA in this era

- Madara is an eldest daughter who also prob has a praise kink and touch starved

- NONE of the founders r well adjusted like they went from spending everyday of their lives at war to tryin bring peace and start essentially a ninja-revolution (PLS GO TO THERAPY)

- madara was just the most open about it: being isolated and feared by his own clan BC he was powerful, trying advocate for the village and peace, all while grieving for his last brother…yeah it makes sense y he went crazy or at least wanted to leave (fuck Kishimoto for that Kaguya bs and fuck Zetsu)

- I don’t actually believe he was trying destroy the village idkkk. I think he was trying to do an SNS aka using fighting as a way to communicate with Hashirama and well…yIkEs

- tobirama is 1000% unadjusted: mans literally created a Justu to revive the dead. You cannot tell me that doesn’t REEK of desperation and loneliness. He’s lit rally the OG mad scientist

- hashirama rlly thought sealing the Bijuu and giving them to each village was a good idea….sir WHO TF GIVES NUCLEAR WEAPONS TO SHINOBI???!! 😳😳

- I think hashirama and naruto lowkey can be summed up as: a powerful idealist. Which is a very dangerous combination. Take that how you will especially considering how shinobi thrive off of violence….it kinda makes sense how we ended up with canon Naruto

- Madara has a god complex and knows it. Hashirama has a god-complex and doesn’t know it. (God of Shinobi title def got to him and understandable)

- the founders failed and they know it. But I also kinda love it?? They’re so flawed and human as leaders and you can see how their mistakes drag into Canon Naruto. It also makes me so sad knowing that Konoha was built to prevent child soldiers and give protection only for it to actually be WORSE (Kakashi ITACHI SANNIN ik for a fact it must’ve hurt Hashi to know ur own granddaughter left the village)

Uchiha are: love is the death of duty while the Senju are: duty is the death of love and neither of them will forgive each other for picking one over the other‼️‼️‼️

- proving this ^^ w/Hashirama’s weird af characterization: aka him being a loveable idiot but at the same time CONGRATULATING Itachi for killing his own clan for Konoha…. I feel like that rlly showed me how much of a war veteran/shinobi Hashirama actually is and how he will always pick duty

- we were ROBBED of baby Kagami/hokage Kagami 😤😤😤 I’m sorry Kagami should’ve been made Hokage it just makes sense personality wise and politically wise. The only way I could see him not take it is bc he needed to be a clan leader/placate the Uchiha/help Hikaku.

- I wanna see him process the loss of his clan leader, teacher, and eventually friends to a point where Danzo takes his eyes

- everyone on Team Tobirama had a crush on Kagami at one point

anon you have no idea how much i love you for asking this, ive been waiting for an excuse to do this, i am a SLUT for anyone and anything being overprotective of Gray

i don’t believe in canon or timelines so use ur imagination

i like to think of Gray as person practically everybody ends up really liking, and a total cat magnet.

And dragon slayers r just big cats. So Gray already had close friendships with them

so when they realized ‘holy shit hes like us now’ their protective instincts went in overdrive

Natsu, Wendy, & Sting didnt even try to hide it; constantly trying to make sure hes comfortable and felt safe and didnt sit alone confused and scared by all these new things he has to deal with

Natsu definitely drags him onto impromptu jobs and fishing trips with Happy, in an effort to get away from people, or just so they can spend time together, the reason is unclear

i think dragon slayers as a whole are like violently touch starved, and thats what Sting focused on mostly.

he would drape himself over Gray when he felt like the other needed or wanted it but wouldnt ask

it helped Gray get more comfortable for sure

Wendy, as a healer and friend, tried to give him every piece of advice she knew, offering remedy after remedy to help ease him into his now heightened senses

Gray tried to explain to them once that his abilities are fairly different from theirs, yes he has heightened senses, but his instincts and needs were a hell of a lot different than theirs; that only spurred them on more, making them try to research everywhere they could about demon slayers

Rogue & Gajeel were more subtle with it (not by much tho), they understood when needed it quiet, when he just wanted company without the talk

If Gray was having a hard time, whether or not it was bc of his slayer magic, Rogue would offer up Frosch and sit with him, offering silence or white noise. whatever he needed

Gajeel probably thought he was subtle but he absolutely was not, like asking Gray if he wants to run errands with him when places theyre at get too sensorially intense

he tried to ask Levy about everything she knew abt demon slayers without being too obvious, when she kept sending him knowing glances he just asked (very resigned) for some books on the matter.

there was surprisingly little

But he made do and probably studied every piece of literature there was on the matter

The others probably found out and teased him even tho they did the same thing (they also probs asked him to drop a list of books for them)

Now, Laxus really was subtle

telling Gray to go home when he was visibly pushing himself

talking about his new sound canceling headphones and then conveniently leaving them near Gray

or little compliments abt how his new magic is coming along, quiet support type shit

also staring someone down to get them to shut up if they’re being too much

i feel like they turned from ‘one of our own’ protective to overprotective when they realized ppl werent as accepting of demon slayers as they were with dragon slayers

Most ppl exposure to slayer magic is limited to dragon slayers, who refer to themselves as dragons. so when a demon slayer pops up, the correlation isn’t pretty, and their actions are even worse

While Gray understands people must just scared or confused, so he doesnt blame them; he has a hoard of extremely protective dragons who think differently

Wendy had to be physically restrained by multiple people after she heard people calling Gray a monster

Natsu genuinely considered burning alive someone who refused to pay Gray after he finished up a job

Gray definitely now had scary dog privileges, the dog being every single dragon slayer he knows

Laxus zapping people who so much as look at Gray wrong, or frying whatever electronic (ik its lacrimas but work with me) device they have.

or both

Them all hyping up (in their own ways) Grays physical demon features when they start showing up

Post joint guild party at Sabertooth: some guy talking shit abt how Fairy Tail could allow a demon into their ranks, how he is gonna hurt someone. They are now guildless and only eating through a straw and a face not even a mother could love

Someone at an event giving Gray a backhanded compliment and immediately getting death stares mixed with a violent increase of magic in the air that would make the gods shudder

Remember when i said Grays a cat magnet? its not just the dragon slayers who adore him, its their exceeds too

if u asked them to list their favorite people, Gray is in the top 5 for all of them

im stealing another hc from someone and saying Gray fosters cats, and Happy may or may not of gotten jealous once or twice over the pets and scratches that were supposed to be his

If Rogue loses Frosch and Gray happens to be in town 70% they’re probs together

RL Story

Liam had a nice day with D. & me... I think? I mean... our cat was not really pleased about the short Baby-visit, but well, the little man survived it. 😬

An hour after we arrived home, I got a call back from my doc. He said my results were fine, my Baby's fine. I shouldn’t worry. So we went out with Liam. I played with him in a water puddle next to a kids playground. Under that water puddle was a..... small fountain into the ground. I thought it was off.

But that... water-thing turned on, just as I was standing in that puddle with Liam. Of course I got wet. Daniel couldn't stop laughing, but I admit, it was funny.

Once we were back home, I took off my wet clothes. Daniel head back down to the supermarket to buy groceries. Liam slowly got hungry. Our little stinky started to cry. I didn’t have time to go up to the bedroom to change, so I ran around in my underwear almost all day long. To prevent Liam from starving, I gave him half a banana while I prepared his baby food. Only 5 minutes later Daniel was back. I asked him to help me with Liam, so I could prepare our food. But Daniel, he.......wanted something else, me! He got horny. Just because I was in my underwear. As I was preparing our meal, I thought about us, our situation. I wondered, if I should talk to him? Ask him, what was wrong with him this morning?.... However, I decided to... simply let things run their course. 🤷‍♀️

While Daniel was cleaning Liam, I went to get dressed. Now that I was no longer naked, I could help D., without him touching me all the time. Of course he was a bit disappointed, but still pretty horny. 🤨 As soon as Liam fell peacefully asleep, Daniel could finally........... vent a bit? 🤭

How about some dating headcanons for Weather Report?

A/n: ugh this was kinda shit but whatever, I tried to be as in character as possible but probs gotten more occ as I went along.

Being forcefully dragged into the ghost room by the likes of Emporio or Joylene where you met Weather Report was the catalyst of your relationship believe it or not.

Intimidated by him at first you soon learnt that Weather was in fact a sweetheart for a man of few words. For starters his habit of standing on his tippy toes was absolutely adorable to you yet you sometimes wondered how he could stand on them for so long without straining a muscle or otherwise. His piercing blue eyes whilst seemingly all knowing were also as unbearably lost due to his amnesia. So whenever he rested he head against your shoulder or within you lap as your laying down, peering up at you like a cat awaiting long overdue affection, you found yourself caving quite quickly to his silent demands of your love.

His love languages would be quality time and slight physical touch, though the second one was more or less behind closed doors rather then explicitly in public. Such as snuggling up against one another in the Ghost Room where’d you listen intently as he read novels with his deep, baritone voice, sending you adrift in sleep in a matter of seconds. Not that he’s ashamed or anything but more so out of his concern that it would disrupt your comfortability; he has a tendency to put your well being and safety before his own which you feared would become his Achilles heel

Weather reassured those worries with hushed sweet words and reassuring squeezes all the while remaining firm eye contact with you as if trying to convey his every emotion into them so you’d understand that if he were to die knowing he had succeeded in protecting you from harm, he’d be happy to subsume to his wounds.

Obviously not getting the point of your concerns, you’d lightly smack his bicep telling him that wasn’t what you meant before going into a tangent on who was gonna read TV guides with you and such. All the while not noticing how his stormy blue eyes seemed to lighten in colour and a smile spread across his lips the longer you went on, touched at the impact his presence had on you during a short amount of time into dating him.

He’s protective, insanely so when it comes to you that anyone he believes poses a threat to your safety is being glared down as he walks besides you, placing a arm by your side, drawing you into his side all without letting his eyes leave the person for a single second. It may or may not also be an excuse for him to hold you so closely under the eyes of other inmates, will he admit to it? Yeah just solely for the fact that he’d watch your expression change into a flustered one within a blink of an eye.

Touch starved to hell and back so at first when you laid a hand against his shoulder or brush up against his side, he stiffens like stone before relaxing into it until sooner or later he craves it like a drug and would find and matriculate ways where he’d be able to feel your touch once more. He’s slick with it but you’d always tell him that he doesn’t have to put such effort for something he could’ve just asked for but Weather likes the reaction they get.

During times of stress you always knew you could count on Weather to bring you back to reality. It pains him to see you so lost in hard times, feeling as though you were being pushed closer to the edge by your own two hands and in times like these weather would take you to a less populated room and just hold you against his chest, allowing you to hear his heart as he held your hand against his chest to remind you that he was there to brave this with you before pressing kisses into your skin.

He has a way with words i believe that I wouldn’t put it past him to write cute little well written letters and get them to you somehow. They would consist of things that reminded the man of you, right down to the littlest detail, and how he longed to hold you in his arms as you both drift off to sleep within each other’s presence after particularly rough moments, that left you a little more loved with each and every re-read.

Don’t contradict me but I firmly believe that he smells like how grass would smell after rain with some hints of natural musk. It’s relaxing that when in a sleepy mood you would cling to him, head buried deep into his neck as you breathed him in slowly to linger on this feeling for as long as you could before you were forced to separate.

Century Stone Egg au asks;

Some were sent in at the early-mid of Decemeber so I apologise if the story for Century Stone Egg au has altered since;

Oh gosh once the shock wears off, Wukong would super not want the decendants/reincarnations of his family hanging around in case the theories he read in Lao Tzu's books/Gold Star's research are proven true, and he fatally absorbs their dao energy on accident.

Ofc that doesn't happen. Those were only *theories* in the research. But Wukong doesn't know that!

The visitors are hard to get rid of tho. It like dealing with stray cats.

Stray cats that insist on feeding him, getting him new clothes/blankets, fixing his hut, helping him catch up with what he missed in the world, helping him organise infant care, offering access to mental health services etc...

It icks him out.

Don't get Wukong wrong, he is super touch-starved and grateful for all the attention/help, but he also feels bad for his visitors. He doesn't want them to keep coming just because they're connected to his pilgrim brothers. He also feels wrong for recieving help from Iron Fan during this time because he feels like she's only doing so as a favor to DBK.

Wukong tries his best to distance from them all. But damn aint they stubborn! Especially the little baby dragon who reminds Wukong so painfully of Ao Lie - the pup's Will somehow surpassing even the Great Sage's.

Mei: "Hug!" Wukong: "No sour-plum. No hug." Mei, frowning: "Hug!!" Wukong: "...oh I can't just not. C'mere you little kiwi!" Wukong: *picks up Mei and blows a raspberry on her chubby cheek* Mei: *shriek of delight!*

Tang is also super hard to get away from when he has big questions to ask, esp since Wukong really can't run far enough XD. Pigsy even more so since he insists Wukong "sits 'yer butt down and eat! You look starved!". Sandy lets Wukong come and go as he pleases, but never leaves the island without giving the monkey nice tea blends he might like + reccomendations for relaxing therapys.

The Ao-Longs are like a double battle of stubborn energy, they just had a baby themselves and have drastically more preparation than Wukong has in the nursery department. So they aren't leaving until Wukong understands "baby-proofing" and what not to feed them in the first few months. They def buy the monkeys product they themselves use, and Long Chao would probs give himself a concussion trying to build Wukong a crib as a surprise present.

Wukong simply can't get away from their motherhenning.

And ofc once Wukongs' subjects/fellow monkey demons find out that he's awake (cus they will), they immediately mobilize to fix what was left of the Stone Palace to make it fit for their King and his Cub. Wukong weakly insists not to go through so much trouble... but once he sees the palace in a fraction of it's former glory, he starts blubbering. The Stalwarts have to hold back from tackling their King into a tight hug after they finally reunite after so long.

Wukong still cries some nights. Missing the ones left behind so long ago. Especially his mate.

And even with being so secretive and careful of who knew about the Stone Egg; word travels fast...

And far enough to reach even Diyu...

okay so i have three mcs currently (will probs make three more, so i have two of each wolf type). this will get LONG so. sorry? maybe?

my mainiest main: my gamma boy. he has curly dark brown hair and one brown and one green eye, he's average height and has a lean build, a bit lanky honestly, plus he'd want to wear oversized soft clothes and would probably look skinnier than he actually is. his wolf form has long fur dappled with black and would, in dimmer lighting, probably look totally black, but in the sun i'd imagine the warmer brown would come out. like a little surprise. a kinder egg. lol.

he is currently having A Bad Time. (obviously). in the beginning of captivity, he would have been very jittery and tense and constantly tried to find ways to escape (and we know how that ended, so), but now that hyper-vigilance has taken a toll and he's honestly quite disassociated and numb. very tired, but also can't stop being on guard. he has had no control for so long, but knowing/seeing exactly what was/is happening around him helps a little.

as far as being rescued... he's glad to be free, obviously, but he doesn't trust the pack (even if he's grateful) and doesn't know how to even begin to process his emotions, so he's feeling both overwhelmed and numb at the same time, and can't really believe it really. he has not taken any chances to get closer to the pack (so no pets or cuddling), because any touch sends him into an anxious spiral. plus he's naturally quite introverted and being around people can be overwhelming and tiring, and now that's amplified times a billion. but when he feels a bit calmer and safer, i think he'll honestly like a little bit of cuddling and being petted and might discover that he's a bit touch-starved. he will bond with the pack eventually, though, and enjoy spending time with all of them. he would love to learn how to knit, for example, or help out in the garden or play card games or draw or paint or maybe help the pups with schoolwork. he'd be good at that, i think. he's very patient and actually good at School Stuff (mostly math and science). i think he'll fit into the pack nicely eventually, and one day it will feel like a true home, and a real family... HIS family, and it will probably be the happiest day of his life, when he realizes that.

my second main: my little but actually giant omega. he is actually tall, but he's like. an awkward/skinny/shy/gentle giant, lol. he has blonde hair and brown eyes, and his wolf form (long fur because fluffy and soft!) has white patches. sort of like a cow print. which is very cute.

the captivity... it was just very sad for him, honestly. obviously wearing a collar and being petted like a dog wasn't good or nice, but he's extremely touch-starved and wants to be around people. he's shy, like i said, so he doesn't necessarily want to be in the centre, but he wants to be with family, a pack, and the djinn wasn't that, of course, but it was something other than bare walls and cage bars, yknow? he feels extremely sad and lonely.

then he's so happy and overwhelmed at being rescued and he has latched on to bela very strongly. he takes any chance for pets and feels safe and protected around the alpha (since they're so kind and gentle and welcoming). he loved the pups. he wants to adopt them. he wants to be a full-time nanny for them. he also loved cuddling kesha. they can be cuddle-buddies forever. honestly i can sum him up with this emoji: 🥺

my third: my alpha. a small ball of rage. well. sort of. he's just the teeny tiniest bit shorter than average (if you ask him), but he has that angry chihuahua vibe for sure. he has black hair and intense blue eyes, and is quite muscular. but like athletic more than buff gym-bro. i don't know if a trans mc has had the opportunity to have any surgeries, and if they haven't, he would feel quite dysphoric in human form and wear a binder pretty much 100% of the time (not healthy! bad!) and his wolf form makes him happier, or at least more comfortable. wolves don't have boobs.

as for the captivity... he has been in a perpetual state of rage (well, despair + loneliness + hopelessness, too, but it all manifests as anger because it's easier) for years, and he's not about to stop now. the feeling of being powerless and having any and all autonomy and choice taken from him has been devastating in a way i can't even describe, and he has no coping mechanisms aside from anger and fighting.

being free now is. fuck yeeeeeaaah. fuck the djinns and fuck that cage and fuck his old pack. he's very happy about being out of that stupid cage and away from the djinns but he's very tense around the pack (even if he likes them, so far, mostly), because letting his guard down would mean showing weakness and he's refused to do that for so long, so when he eventually manages to settle a bit and start to process his trauma i think he will really struggle with accepting that the anger was also grief and fear. but he will eventually come to trust and love the pack so much and feel so protective of all of them, because they'll be his real family, and he won't have to be all alone ever again.

You have one wolf better than the other I swear. I love how they are all at different stages of acceptance and elaboration of their grief and captivity. And I love how they all have different attachment styles with the pack.
