Amane Started Tsukasa's Rumour
Maybe I am totally wrong on this, but this beginning scene of chapter 113 is so suspicious to me. Amane is smirking while hearing students calling out his dead brother's name in a silly ritual, you wouldn't be like that unless this is something you actually wanted. Not to mention: how would those girl's know Tsukasa's name unless someone close to him started the rumour?
I think, potentially, Amane regained his memories of the other timeline. If Nene can remember entirely on her own (Teru gets a pass as a strong exorcist), then who's to say Amane didn't remember as well? An Amane who remembers would understand how powerful rumours were in the supernatural world... An Amane who remembers would do anything to be with his brother, even commit suicide. But if that no longer becomes an option due to the interference of the clock-keepers, the next best thing will be keeping Tsukasa around through the rumours at school.
After all, this is the same guy who is 100% on board for trapping loved ones.
Maybe this is why he's even a teacher in the first place, so he can still have a reason to be at that school long after graduation. So he could still be with Tsukasa.
And sure, I know this is stretching quite a bit and entirely banks on Amane remembering. Nene has been shown time and time again to be special, so maybe that's why she remembers, so perhaps it's not fair to hold Amane to the same standard. Which is why I have also considered it is potentially Sakura who is keeping Tsukasa's rumour alive.
She's the only one we actively see creating and manipulating rumours (aside from Nene) for her own benefit. She needs Tsukasa (who is the host for the old god) to grant her wish, and he can't do that if he's been disposed of in some manner by the clock-keepers. Perhaps she can't save him, but can preserve him through the rumours until the present day.
Or maybe there's some other explanation entirely for Tsukasa's rumour, I'm not sure but it's fun theorising! I wonder if the rumour survived to the present? What we're being shown was long before Nene was probably even born... Hmm...

Theory time guys
Ok so I have 2 theories rn,
Tsukasa is currently present in the past as a supernatural (most likely a school mystery)
That means he either A;
Was never brought back from the red house, bc I kou nene meets nene they never go to the red house to see tsukasa and he never comes back with the spirit.
This means he is an urban legend of a "lost child" that used to "grant his brothers wishes, before he mysteriously disappeared after his illness was cured"
Or B;
The clock Keeper's just did something to tsukasa before 11/25/69 which is bc the last point we see amane alive in the original timeline is in july of the same year, and they say "amane died at 13" before killing tsukasa. Based on the twins birth year he should've turned 14 in 1969.

I would like to point out that the first part of the new chapter was set around 1983, which means amane would be in his early thirties.
I wonder if and when he died in this new present?

A way to summon Tsukasa….
Huumm….. a way to summon Tsukasa….
Using the gates that were on the boundary of number six. Interesting, so the number six actually has some connection with this entity, or it did. Remembering about the insects from number 6, which were the same as the ones in the red house and now the Tori gates.
It seems the twins aren't the only ones linked to this entity. Interesting, but why would Hakubo work for this entity when it was this creature who took Sumire's life?
Hmm……
But thinking about Tsukasa now, he doesn't have a boundary, if he can be summoned from anywhere, then he's probably not one of the seven mysteries. Unless it is necessary for him to be invoked in the classroom, then the classroom could be the boundary.
That won't be Tsukasa yorishiro, maybe, the 4 year old Tsukasa.
You have to play with him after summoning him.
Even though any version of Tsukasa likes to play, being 4-year-old Tsukasa makes sense because of the timeline.
If Amane is alive, then Tsukasa stayed in the red house, he didn't grow up, so it's little Tsukasa.
Does this mean that Nene will find little Tsukasa again and try to make him come back?
hmmmm…..
If little Tsukasa can be summoned, she can talk to him, however, he would have no motivation to return.
Amane is alive, Tsukasa wouldn't return if his goal was accomplished.
He came back to understand why Amane killed him, but in reality that didn't happen.
Interesting….
For what reason would he return?
I wonder, if Amane smiled when he saw the girls summoning Tsukasa, then he already knew, but how did Amane figure out how to summon Tsukasa? Did the entity speak to him?
How did he find out where Tsukasa was?
Doubts, doubts
