ST Mario Ramírez Retolaza atestigua convenio para fortalecer la paz laboral en Querétaro

Como testigo de honor, el Secretario del Trabajo, Mario Ramírez Retolaza, presenció la firma de Convenio de Colaboración, entre la Academia Mexicana del Derecho del Trabajo y de Previsión Social Querétaro (AMDTPS) y la Defensoría de los Derechos Humanos de Querétaro (DDHQ), con la finalidad de capacitar al sector productivo y que los derechos laborales sean ampliamente difundidos y conocidos, para fortalecer la paz laboral que caracteriza a Querétaro y que permite proyectar confianza para la estabilidad social, el crecimiento económico, atracción de inversiones, generación y colocación de empleos formales para la población. En este sentido, el Secretario estatal destacó a los firmantes de este convenio: “en la Secretaría del Trabajo cuentan con todo el apoyo, porque apostar por un sector laboral estable, es apostar por la tranquilidad y paz de las familias en Querétaro”. 

Asimismo, destacó la vinculación promovida por el Gobernador Francisco Domínguez Servién, para que los empresarios, la academia y el gobierno, trabajen de manera conjunta, para fortalecer el talento productivo de los trabajadores queretanos. Para ello, a través de este convenio de colaboración, y con el respaldo de la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro (UAQ), Ricardo Ugalde Ramírez, se establecerán las líneas de trabajo para fortalecer los derechos humanos en el sector laboral, ya que como dijo el Director de la misma, Querétaro siempre está a la vanguardia. “Un Querétaro que ha demostrado en los últimos años su capacidad de crecer, de mantenerse unido y de lograr objetivos muy importantes que hoy nos colocan como una de las entidades de avanzada para el país”.

Por su parte la Presidenta de la Defensoría de los Derechos Humanos de Querétaro, Roxana de Jesús Ávalos Vázquez, destacó la importancia de fortalecer a través de este convenio la dignidad de las personas, atendiendo por cierto, las conductas inherentes a las exigencias del empleo, como lo señala la Primera Sala de la Suprema Corte. Mientras que el Presidente de la AMDTPS delegación Querétaro, Jesús Zúñiga González destacó: “este esfuerzo (…) es para vincular las necesidades que tenemos en el sector productivo, y las estrategias que nosotros deberemos de proponer y delinear para dar la atención oportuna y que vayamos generando una nueva cultura”. Con esta firma de convenio, se llevarán a cabo talleres, diplomados y todo tipo de conocimientos que permitan fortalecer los derechos laborales en la entidad.

i think ppl are scared to speak up on where they want their love to go, yes out of rejection, but also in a weird way where no one wants to be the partner who “cares more”. no one wants to be the partner who always has to start the hard conversations, bc it’s easier to allow someone else to do the presentation and you be in your seat than to have you up there with thoughts & a clear plan with your nervousness and being Seen about what you are. It’s easier on the ego to feel like you can reject and walk away from someone instead of being the person who puts themselves out there. but the secret is this. the most special person will always be the one who starts those conversations. the fun of love and the romance of love will always follow that person who speaks first, who has the will to define their wants and needs. now you just get to decide if you want that to be you.

I really don’t believe in the myth of the “best friend”, it’s literally putting all ur emotional eggs in one basket... it’s always better to have a group of 3-5 close friends that you have a rapport built up with & trust in so that you’re always learning new things about each other and enjoying ur friendship. I feel like a lot of best friends end up staying together just bc they’ve been best friends for a long time & not bc they really bring joy into each other’s lives. Like while obviously there’s exceptions to this and ppl do have long friendships with ppl they see daily, overall I think having just One Best Friend is ultimately .... a bad idea.
