Random conclusion of the day regarding the Calamity Trio’s cooking capabilities:

Anne is the type of person who can just throw together a meal without a recipe and it always turns out well. The problem with this is that there is absolute no way to replicate any meal that she makes and asking her will not help.

Sasha is a master at baking, a skill she gained entirely because she wanted to surprise Anne. It was a long quest of secretly mastering the art, as she absolutely refused to give the others anything that was less than perfect.

Marcy can make the best grilled cheese sandwich you've had in your life and literally nothing else. Everything else (in typical Marcy fashion) inexplicably ends up on fire, including meals that don't use the stove or anything even slightly related to fire.

Just imagine Anne, Marcy, and Sasha going back to school after all that.

I know I bring up this concept with every group of isekai-ed children but, like.

Dodgeball.

Imagine the hell of dodgeball.

Madame Generals Waybright and Boonchuy casually taking command as if this is an Actual Army, giving good team ideas (that make students concerned they're being studied).

Sasha Waybright starting every match by slapping a ball against the palm of her hand and, as is Toad fashion, proclaims, "What a GREAT way to go!" as an intimidation tactic. It usually works.

Anne Boonchuy refuses to throw a ball. She tried, once, but everyone scattered, and she had to reflect on the fact that everyone kinda-sorta saw her dismember a man that one time. Now she just casually steps in and catches them. She never seems to break a sweat.

Kids try to target Wu. Wu, the nerd. Wu, who likes to play Switch over sports. Marcy, now a ranger, who has gotten really good at dodging and Sudden Snipe Shots.

By the end of gym class all three girls are basically feral and everyone is terrified.

Amphibia headcanons:

Marcy went to Luz’s school when she moved away and made good friends with her

Sashannarcy happened, they FaceTimed Marcy almost every day and that scene in the convertible didn’t happen

Anne is a trans lesbian

Marcy is a she/they bisexual

Marcy has large circular scars on her arms from when those pipes connected them to the core.

Marcy dreamed of the Core almost every night until they moved in with Sasha and Anne. Then the nightmares went away.

Maggie was one of the people in the friend group Sasha joined in high school. She asked Sash out on a dare when they were 16 and Sasha (who honestly couldn’t care less) said “Yeah, sure” and Maggie had no idea what to do because she low-key liked her.

Sasha cut her hair when she got back to Earth in retaliation to her parents, who instead of being happy she was back with them just got angry that Sasha didn’t try to go back home the second she got the music box.

Anne freed all the frogs her classes were going to dissect before they could be killed.

Turns out, Olivia had a lot of pent-up anger, so Yunan taught her how to fight. Now she’s OP and can even best her wife in combat at times.

This is how Anne and Sasha asked Marcy out: A: (with the FaceTime mic muted) I dunno, I’m really nervous, what if they say no? S: C’mon, don’t worry! A: Well if you’re so confident, why don’t you ask her out? S: Maybe I will! (Unmutes mic) Hey Marce, wanna go out with me and Anne? M: Ohmygosh, yes! I’ve been trying to ask for so long! S: (who did not plan this far ahead) I-I-we-you-it- g-good. Cool. A: (snickering but glad she’s got two girlfriends now)

The Diety/Domino 3 turns up in Anne’s dreams, just to check up on her.

I’ve never seen anyone else write, draw, or even mention this concept so I’ve got a hot take for y’all:

Darcy comes up with all sorts of fun derogatory names to call their frobots.

Like imagine one can’t find something they told it to grab for them and they scream, “IT’S RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR FACE, YA WAFFLE IRON!!”

Or a bot bumps against them in the hall and they shove it out of the way and say “Watch it, roomba!”

Or a couple are trying to lift something and Darcy sighs and goes, “You pathetic crockpots, PUT YOUR BACKS INTO IT!!”

It’s even in character imo. I mean Darcy has Marcy’s memories from Earth so they’d still know plenty of household appliances to compare some bots to hehe.

Like whenever Anne sees the colors of the calamity gems together she gets instantly reminded of amphibia even years later, and then thinks about it for the whole day. These thoughts just spawned from how the fandom reacts to seeing blue green and pink things, and my brain was just like yeah.

hc that the core itself is agender or never even rly bothered with the concept of gender, bc why bother wasting brainpower on such an arbitrary concept when there are plans to be made? wars to wage?

however that was before they learned what it was like to have a body. and since possessing mars came with inheriting their traits, that also meant gender, sort of

human bodies are definitely strange. the core had longed to be freed from that dreaded machine for thousands of years, but now that they finally had one, it felt… unsatisfactory. it was almost more confining than being in its previous form

according to the host’s memories, these sensations were presumably normal. he had felt the same for the majority of his short life, so surely it must just be a human thing. the host had even called themself a different name, unbeknownst to anyone else. marshall. how curious.

the core would still spend most of its time planning otherworldly conquest and leave marsh alone in their gay little room, but sometimes they still do consult with him when it comes to certain aspects of owning a human body. these are probably the most civil conversations they hold

darcy would use mostly it/they, but it doesnt really care

i think they’d have a lot of fun messing around with different levels of voice modification? like yk the darker reverb behind marshall’s regular voice. they like messing around with it and also just finally having a voice is pretty fun, so they mess around a lot with wacky intonation and the way it speaks

marshall never had great posture, but the core makes it a lot worse because it refuses to learn how to stand straight
