VEDIC CHART ANALYSIS - 1
Hi everyone.. I'm going to do a series on vedic chart analysis of celebrities. So.. Let's start.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I was thinking whom should I choose first. But after thinking long time, I decided a chart finally. It will be on her, Serena Williams. A marvelous tennis player. I will be extracting few things from wiki and analysing how it relates to her great ability as sportswoman.
Tumblr media
In case, if you don't know who she is:
"American professional tennis player, ranked by the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) as world No. 1 in singles on eight occasions, from 2002 to 2017. She became the world No. 1 for the first time on 8 July 2002. On the sixth occasion, she held the ranking for 186 consecutive weeks, tying the record set by Steffi Graf for the most consecutive weeks as world No. 1 by a female tennis player. In total, she has been world No. 1 for 319 weeks, which ranks her third in the Open Era among female tennis players."
First thing, I found interesting is her majority of planets in 6th house. 6th house is the house of fights and combats. So you can see that her 6th house is superstrong with 3 planets. That gives her fighting ability. 10th Lord being Saturn is situated in 6th house. It's a very good placement for sportswoman. So majority of focus will be on combats. i.e. sports. Virgo being the natural 6th house, it adds more to her fighting ability. The other combination, I would say is her Mars rahu conjunction. Mars is a natural fighter and rahu exaggerates the fire. The rajayogas formed by 9th , 5th and 10th ruler is of highest order. It is very special. It has formed in 6th. So it was predestined that she would acquire fame through her competitive spirit.
"Williams and her tennis-champ sister Venus were brought up in a supportive environment to prepare them for such pressures as the media and competition bring to bear during the tennis tours. Their dad Richard has been called both a genius and a racist who is keeping his gifted kids wrapped in the bosom of their family. "
As I mentioned earlier, Mars rahu in 4th house shows her aggressive home atmosphere. Also, the Mars rahu combination in cancer would increase the intensity even more as cancer is the natural zodiac of fourth house. She was raised being competitive. 9th Lord Jupiter in 6th would indicate her fights with her father. Her early childhood would have been difficult but it was shaped perfectly for her tennis future.
Tumblr media
"Williams is married to Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian. He proposed to her on 10 December 2016, in Rome."
She was exactly proposed on moon period and venus subperiod. Isn't it amazing that we are destined to meet our partners according to our chart? Venus shines in her 7th house being strong in libra. Such a great time to find a partner. Her husband was an American internet entrepreneur and investor. You can clearly see her 7th Lord venus conjunct with mercury which indicates a charming personality who will be among crowds. Despite her combative spirit, she had a romantic side. There is no way a person with such strong venus and mercury in libra will be unromantic. Also, 5th house house moon makes her more loving.
Tumblr media
"Williams was raised as a Jehovah's Witness, but states she has "never really practiced it" "
So she was not really religious. The reason might be major virgo placements. Virgo is a zodiac which puts logic into everything and might not perform well where faith or higher ideals are involved. Also, the planet of spirituality Jupiter placed in chitra nakshatra. Chitra is also associated with craftsmen which relates to attention to details.
Tumblr media
"Work : Prize 1998 (Wimbledon title)
Work : Prize 1998 (U.S. title)
Work : Prize 1999 (U.S. Singles title)
Work : Prize 1999 (French Doubles title)
Work : Gain social status 11 September 1999 (Defeated Hingis; No.1 champ)"
She gained major recognition within Mars period. Mars is placed in kendra(4th house) and aspecting 10th house of career and status. Mars being the lagna Lord, it was very much obvious. She faced her defeat in July 2000. It was the period of mars-saturn. Saturn is placed in her 6th house. So, she had to suffer sadness because of defeat through her sister. Saturn subperiod causes grief usually.
There are many things which could be analysed from her chart. I didn't even get into divisional charts. But, I will keep it short as of now. I would like to know your opinion on her chart analysis. You can comment it below. If there is any celebrity chart analysis request, feel free to comment it down.

as a follow up to me going on about BBC iPlayer and specifically its collection of old movies, today I ended up watching An Ideal Husband (1999) and had the experience, usually only found when watching Twelfth Night performances, of hearing the characters speak lines and immediately remembering having entire lessons and writing entire essays about those specific lines. Good ol' Literature A-Level texts! Perfectly good movie adaptation too, a lot of original dialogue and I always love Wilde plays :)

Thanks @chaniis-atlantis for the tag! ❤️
List 7 comfort films and tag 7 people:
1. An Ideal Husband (1999). One of my absolute favorite movies. It's beautiful, the acting is fantastic, and the dialogue *chef's kiss*
2. The Emperor's New Groove (2000). Apparently I gravitate to silly comedies when I need comforting and what better than the pinnacle of the all.
3. Thor (2011). The best movie in the MCU. What I love most about it is that it is two movies at the same time: both a Shakespearen tragedy and also a romcom, it just depends on if you're paying attention to Loki's story or Thor's.
4. Gentlemen Prefer Blondes (1953). A film I really enjoy about the friendship between two women and how they get everything they want.
5. The Fall (2006). When I need to be reminded that people can make movies that are truly art, and also that it's possible to write stories about the nature of stories without being pretentious.
6. Mr. Malcolm's List (2022). This was recommended to me as an alternative to Bridgerton and I'm so glad because it's fantastic.
7. A Muppet Family Christmas (1987). Kind of holiday time specific (and technically a tv movie?), but I used to watch it every year with my sister when we were kids so... careful of the icy patch!

First Harvest Moon was released on the SNES in 1996
Tumblr media
Then Harvest Moon 64 came in 1999, the first attempt to capture the intentions of the first game, however due to hardware limitations this was not done to the creator’s full desire
Tumblr media
So later that same year they released Back To Nature, the first true success of what the Harvest Moon Ideal was. It reused all the assets from 64 to save on development time. This became the template for the series then on, and is a classic I hold dearly in my heart
Tumblr media
An alternate version of BTN was released the next year which allowed you to play as a girl and gain a husband instead of the reverse
Tumblr media
Then in 2003 a remake of the two Back To Natures were made for the Gameboy Advance, Friends of Mineral Town and More Friends of Mineral Town
Tumblr media
Then in 2005 the original Back To Nature and For Girl were bundled as a direct port for the PSP
Tumblr media
And finally the GBA games were remade from the ground up in 2019, perfecting the formula and adding so many quality of life changes to ensure this becomes the true definitive version of Back To Nature. And it finally lets you be gay! A remake of a remake of a remake! Maybe even more!

That house is so creepy cool. You said there's a dark story behind it?? Super interested if you wanna share bestie.
Oooo I'd love to share! Thanks for asking.
So it's nothing really paranormal. And please, as a disclaimer, keep it mind this is all absorbed through osmosis through next door neighbors of the people that once occupied this house. Granted, the stories are nearly identical so take with that what you will.
The lovely family that lives a house down (husband is widowed and lives alone now; all their kids have since grown and his wife passed from cancer) and an older couple across the road painted a really sad picture. The patriarch of that abandoned property was mentally ill, abusive, and became addicted to alcohol and painkillers after losing his well paying job at a fiberglass plant. They would hear screaming and yelling when they lived there pretty much every night. He was quite abusive and the police regularly made visits. The matriarch was a waitress, I believe.
Eventually, unemployment benefits ran dry, he couldn't find new work, and he was shortly after locked up for aggravated assault for a year. When he got out he promptly skipped town to what is believed to be Pittsburgh, maybe? The wife couldn't keep up with the bills on her own and the house inevitably fell into disrepair and foreclosure. She and her kids went to live with her parents in possibly Ohio from what was remembered.
After that, the place sat and degraded. No one really had the desire to touch it. Time frame wise, it was only abandoned back in 1999, so, you're probably wondering why it looks as bad as it does in the picture (taken circa 2007) Well, it certainly didn't help that some pyromaniac set the house on fire. It was a fairly mild fire, but it contributed to its decay greatly. The arson was around 2005.
There's no paranormal stuff here, to be honest. Just the harsh reality of the tragic collapse of a seemingly ideal nuclear family. That's arguably worse, in my opinion. The Sabrina I referenced is the name of the next door neighbor that looked the other way while we hung out in and around the house. She has since passed on.

"With so much at stake in racial classification, the emerging social sciences endeavoured to bring precise empirical data to bear on the question. Dismissive of the early racial theorists, who catalogued and classified largely on the basis of anecdotal commentary from world travellers, the new scholars showed themselves anxious to demonstrate the superiority of ‘scientific method.’ Physicians, biologists, psychologists, and ethnologists conducted scores of studies on specific racial criteria. The deluge of researchers combing sites as remote as the polar North ultimately provoked the Inuit to coin the joke that ‘the ideal family in the arctic consists of a husband and wife, four children and an anthropologist.’ They measured head length, head width, face height, nose height, nose width, facial angle, stature, eye colour, hair colour and form, thickness of lips, and beard characteristics. Debates erupted over gradations of skin colour. The original idea that the ‘American race’ was properly designated as ‘red’ gave way to scholarly critique, with some conjecturing the real shade was ‘bronze,’ ‘coppery,’ ‘burnt coffee,’ or ‘cinnamon,’ while others continued to hold that ‘there is a tinge of red in some tribes amid the almost universal brown colour of the Amerind races.’ One British scientist, anxious to bring the respectability of mathematics to bear on the problem, created an ‘index of nigrescence,’ a curious algebraic equation that purported to measure the darkness of skin. Even the most astute researchers blanched a bit when one anthropologist postulated that there were no fewer than thirty-four shades of skin colour differentiating the races."
