🤍5 short tips on how to feel better after eating:
one- this is a very important one, just know that you need to eat to keep alive, please remember that!
two- it’s okay to eat, it just shows your body needed it so please don’t feel bad about it!
three- your body loves that food that you just gave it and it thanks you so much so please be happy for it because now you might have less chance of getting ill and you don’t want to be ill i promise you
four- you can get back on track tomorrow, stick to whatever you do but think of today as a boost for your metabolism because now the next time you eat, it will be easier+quicker to digest
five- it will not affect you weight: you can still achieve your goals!

1. Pilates. Pilates genialnie wysmukla mięśnie! Nawet nie spalając ogromnej ilości tłuszczu i kalorii, możesz wyglądać na chudszą ☺
