Hope this isn鈥檛 against community guidelines, but here鈥檚 some ana tips. Lmk if I need to delete.
馃 Use Tums to calm your stomach and reduce the sounds from fasting.
馃惣 Use chewing gum. Really. Bulk buy that stuff. Use it as much as needed.
馃 Green Tea is a great alternative to coffee, especially with coconut milk in latte form.
馃惎 Cut a piece of yarn or string in the exact size you want for it to fit around your thigh/arm/waist. Then you鈥檒l know how much you鈥檙e changing.
馃惢 If you need to eat, hard boiled eggs are wonderful. Mostly protein and quite filling, impossible to go back for seconds or give yourself a bigger portion.
馃惃 Still hungry? Eat ice. Need flavor? Mix in some zero calorie drink mix and freeze.
馃惐Eat some, but count the calories. Eating a little is necessary for living, sorry, I don鈥檛 make the rules. About 500 calories is awesome if you can鈥檛 or don鈥檛 want to fast. The app My Fitness Pal is a wonderful, free calorie counting app that can track your goals.
馃惛 When planning for the gym, the hardest part is simply going. Make a gym timing plan, and if possible, try to schedule motivation about a half hour before then. Thinspo pics, looking in the mirror, taking pics of your body, reading/scrolling through ana inspo, or anything else that can motivate you to work out.
馃惖 When eating a meal, take a sip of water between bites to make you feel fuller faster.
馃惗 Time your meals. Make them drawn out to make your body feel fuller quicker.
馃惏 When dishing up a plate, without thinking about it, put food on your plate. Then half it.

These are my personal rules!
(This isn鈥檛 healthy and I know! I鈥檓 not pro ana! Triggerwarning! Test at your own risk)
1. Never eat everything on your plate!
2. Cut everything in small pieces!
3. Eat slowly and chew a lot!
4. Drink a lot of water (no soft drinks!)
5. Weigh in the morning only!!
6. No sweets!
7. Never eat voluntarily!
8. Take lax as soon as you have eaten too much!
9. Always share your food!
10. Always eat the least!
11. Never eat alone!
12. Never eat out of boredom!
13. If restaurant-> smallest portion!
14. Extra steps and movement is always good!
15. Never say yes when food is offered!
16. Don't eat anything after 7pm!
