Put the protein bar down between bites! Wipe your hands off before that second handful of popcorn! (Or eat popcorn with chopsticks!) Set down the fork and put your hands in your lap while chewing! Come on!

IM 49KG FEELS SO GOOD LIKE I STOPPED CALCULATING CALORIES AS I TRIED TO GET MY HEAD OUT OF THIS SPACE AND I'VE BEEN ACCIDENTALLY EATING LESS AND NOW IM UNDER 50KG!!!!! I love summer so much as I can just drink all my calories and if I'm drunk I dont need to eat!!!!

things to remind myself:
- losing lbs without a goal is endless torture, always have a special event/day (concert, party, anniversary, etc) to make as a goal
- fantasize outfits that will fit on ur ugw to wear on ur special day
- make sure ur special day is far away enough to give u time to get to ur gw, rushing is not good for ur body, and u want to be pretty and flawless on ur special day!!
- losing a little every week over a longer time period helps with loose skin
- small progress is still progress
- fasting 2-3 a week, no more than 24 hrs each
- have a hobby that u tend to zone out into so u can do that when u get hungry (right now for me its watching kdramas :))

Haven’t posted in so long.. but going to try and start a 48 hour fast.
I work 20 hours out of the 48 so it should be fairly easy.
My only exceptions are water and tea

i hate the fact that when im in high restriction i become the most productive bitch ever like all the things i complain about not having time for (cleaning my room, skin care routine, meal planning, etc) when im binging i get done with time left over when im not eating
it bothers me bc i have to suffer in order to take care of myself

my body stores a majority of my fat on the stomach and arms and i’m so happy i can finally see hipbones!!!!! my arms are still beefy cause i pole and i need the muscles there unfortunately but still!! i have a flat-ish stomach and i’ve never been happier!
