seeing everyone’s takeaway pictures on my Insta feed is actually making me feel physically sick.
I used to love watching mukbang and ppl like Nikocado Avocado because they motivated me not to eat
but now I find it v easy to eat healthy and restricted. and I just wish I was surrounded irl with girlies who ate well and had self control instead of all the ppl around me who just eat awful food all day long and literally don’t care.
