~ Low Cal French Toast ~

items needed:
Keto bread, I typically use the healthy life one and its about 35 per slice
egg whites
unsweetened almond milk
any sugar free syrup
Now I typically use about 50ish grams of eggs white into a bowl with 1/4 cup of almond milk and mix. 
Then use a canola oil spray on the pan so it doesn’t stick.  
Keep your heat on low so it doesn’t burn
Once its done you can sprinkle a little cinnamon to give it extra flavor and use a drizzle of the syrup.

How I made Italian shaved ice:
Mix in 1/4th cup of sugar(I used stevia sugar)with 2 cups of water. Warm on the stove until all the sugar is dissolved. Let cool for about 15 minutes or until it’s room temperature. Then add 2-4 tablespoons of lemon juice and some lemon zest if you want. You can also use vanilla extract instead. Put it in the freezer and take it out every 30-60 minutes to stir. I took mine out to stir 4-5 times. Once it’s a good consistency, it’s done.

God do I need a therapist again.
I thought I beat my eating disorder. I really did. Until I noticed all I've eaten this week is a can of soup per day.
And that lead to a deep dark hole I never wanted to go down again. But here we are.

99 cal. pancakes!
I have officially perfected my pancake recipe.
They do not even taste like ED and it's 99 calories for 6 small pancakes! ( see picture)
Ingredients:
1 +1/2 tablespoon flour 42 cal
1 egg white 15 cal
2 table spoons low cal milk ( I used soy milk) 12 cal
Applesause or 30 g of banana :30 cal. (Idk how much applesause you are supposed to use since the one I used is homemade and was only 1 apple, so I used half of that =30 cal)
Cinnamon 0 cal
A sprinkle of baking powder 0 cal
Sweetener 0 cal
Steps
Beat the egg whites in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
Mix the other ingredients in a separate bowl, starting with the dry ones ->wet.
Mix in the egg whites into the bowl with wet and dry ingredients.
Fry on medium to high heat, use a spoon to portion and flaten out the pancakes.
Please note that u can cut the calories by choosing a milk alternative with fewer calories. The one I used had 40/100 ml.

bell pepper 30 cals (they’re usually 50 but i only had like leftover)
tuna 60 cals
15g salad cream 45 cals (this is a great substitute for mayo it’s really creamy and tangy)
onion ~8 cals
this whole meal comes to under 150! -143 to be exact but it’s very high protein and low carb perfect to keep you full for longer 🖤

☕️Coffee!! - 7/10 it’s bitter but it low key filling
🥤Diet Coke - 10/10 I love it so much
🍼non dairy milk - 10/10
🍵green tea - 9/10 I like it more than coffee but it doesn’t make feel satisfied

🫖tea - 8/10 I love it but it isn’t filling
Alcoholic drinks
🍷Wine - 7/10 best option for drinking, healthy tho it has a lot of calories !
🧊Vodka - 8/10 best option for getting drunk!! Low key makes me wanna puke, but that’s the point anyways
🍹Gin - 8/10 makes me drunk easily, super good alternative for low cal drinks, alone it is worse than vodka!! Makes me puke like 2x
🍾Champagne- 8.5/10 so good, I feel fancy !! it’s good to drink alone it has a lot of cals tho
Snacks
🫒olives- 100/10 sooooooo good it has salty flavour Kinda tastes like sour chips, LOW CAL
🍊Tangerines- 11/10 I LOVE its low cal and it tastes so good
🍫Rice cakes with chocolate - 8/10 one is 70 cal, it’s big and it’s so good!!
🍚 Normal rice cakes - 7/10 is good tho I have to eat a few to feel satisfied
🍞 wholewheat bread - 9/10 filing and low cal !!
🍒Cherries - 10/10 they have flavour !! They’re sweet they’re everything !!!
🍨Yogurt- 10/10 really good !! Tastes like ice cream good to use as frosting !!

nobody here is in a great state of mind and i dont encourage these behaviors but i know that this is a moral grey area so here are some calorie stuff
amab people should be eating between 2,000 - 3,000 calories per day depending on age, height, activity levels and other factors 
afab people should be eating between 1,600 - 2,400 calories per day depending on age, height, activity levels and other factors 
a baby needs 1,000 calories a day 
a toddler needs around 1,000 - 1,400 calories a day 
a child needs around 1,200 - 1,800 calories a day 
dont feel bad if you eat more than 1,000 calories or over 1,500 calories. your disorder still matters even if other disordered people are eating less than you because you are still eating much less than you should. i know how hard eating a normal amount is because disordered eating is so prevalent in everything, but at least have one day a week where you eat a normal amount of calories. it could take time but it will keep you a bit safer
