Don't eat after 9 pm
Only eat breakfast on days forced to and weekends
Do workouts every night
Skip dessert
Weekends are metabolism days, NOT binge days
Count calories when you can
Make lunch low cal and small
Breakfast nothing more than 300 cals
Lunch nothing more than 500 cals
Stay motivated! Your never going to reach your goal if you stay lazy.
