If Athy could see Ana and Roger together... that means Claude would have been able to see them too as he's right next to Athy.

If that was the case...had she pointed him out, what would Claude have done?

Would he immediately have recognized his brother from that distance, even with the black hair and black eyes? Would he have used his mana to attack without warning? Would he have shielded Athy as he did so?

Would he have been able to kill Ana again right then and there, because act now, ask questions later? Would he have instead told Felix to discreetly get Lily to take Athy out of the ballroom and then once Felix has rejoined him with the imperial guards ready to storm the room once given the order, would he have struck the first blow? Waited until Anastasius noticed him? Walked right up to Roger and Anastasius and calmly talked to them, noting Roger's nervous reaction?

Okay this has been on my mind for soooooo long so I decided to do something about it.

Who made me a princess x Trash of the count's family

Cale is secretly a prince in Obelia not like claude had another child but Jour being a princess there because the previous Emperor took a liking to her and unoficially Adopted(??) her and the previous Empress didn't really care but acted as a Mother towards Jour. Basically Jour is known as the Rose Princess and is adored by the whole Empire. Claude, Anastasuis and Jour have sibling relationship and Cale being the older brother of Athy and Jeanette(Cale is 4 years older than the two of them). But ofc Jeanette and athy meets eachother later found out about cale being a prince. Athy never knew about this because when she was young Cale was only visiting athy randomly. And with Jeanette, Cale visited her secretly but the Duke knew.

But ofc No one from Roan and TCF knows this.

When cale was 16 and in Obelia he told Athy and Jeanette he will be gone for a couple of years and he will be back. After dealing with the war with the white star and other stuff.

Cale is 21 years old and tells alberu and the crew that he will be leaving for somewhere but he will be back and tells no one to follow him. He visits Obelia and meets Jeanette, Athy, Claude and Anastasuis in a Ball and formally greets them (Aeternitas has already been dealt with by Lucas, and Anastasius is now nuetral Though Claude still hates him just a little less) and he apologizes to Athy and Jeanette for being late and asks Jeanette for her first dance.

"Your Highness, May I have this dance" as Cale helds his hand out.

I made Cale but in Royal clothes.

Oh m y mother freaking god. Let me be clear, I HATED the Ana+Aeternitas combo in canon and I was like, why couldn’t they give Athy a nice uncle and BAM WHAM THANK YOU MA’AM AUTHOR PULLED THROUGH AND GAVE ME A WINNER!!!!!!!!

He found himself taking in a deep breath before sinking to one knee. "Blessings and glory to the Sun of Obelia."

A quiet silence reigned before a youthful yet somber voice answered him. "Please rise, elder brother."

Anastasius rose, and a few years down the road, welcomes a bright and bubbly niece that he showers with gifts- ones that could only compare to the ones her father: the Emperor of Obelia, gave her.

To all the years that love will be given to one Athanasia de Alger Obelia.

(Aka: nice! uncle Anastasius + doting dad! from the beginning Claude, wmmap timeline but there was no coup.)

WMMAP's volume... 9 (Japanese edition) is scheduled to release this spring! The tweet says "volume 9" even though Spoon said this was the cover for volume 10 in her recent (now privated) youtube video. Weird...

I find it just a tad bit hilarious that Anastacius never underestimated Athy, not even once. Hell wasn’t he convinced that she was a master manipulator at some point 😭

Actually...now that you bring it up it DOES surprise me...wouldn't it have been easier to have him underestimate her and then have the rug pulled out from underneath him? But he goes in headfirst suspecting her and trying to be ahead of her and manipulating people around her because he's so convinced she'll kill him... 🤔

It might be because of his childhood, when he and Claude were young, maybe even around the same age as Athy, Claude succeeded in taking over the throne in the coup. And Athy is Claude's daughter, so he probably thought, the apple doesn't fall from the tree, she'll be the exact same as him- what seeing as how she's his carbon copy and all...! That's just my opinion though lmao

-> he meet you as a child. your parents brought to become closer to him as a way to (maybe) his wife or just to be a great ally of the empire. anastasius was really happy to have as cool as you around, especially as you taught him a little of your birth language.

-> the two of your were were considered the best from the many future leaders, destined to rule over the world with a great alliances and yet, he died. leaving you alone for years as you take over the control of your father’s throne to became someone stronger and influential both inside and out of your territory.

-> once claude take over the throne of the empire, you took a visit to see the boy that once hide in his older brother’s shadow. it was quite nice to see how he got taller than you and it was even better meeting his beloved daughter.

-> once you returned home, you failed to notice the shadowy figure following you and once you did realize someone behind you, it was too late. anastasius has stolen you from your own bedroom in the middle of the night, leaving no trace behind. he has you trap inside a nice place where he will free you once he became the emperor.

CLAUDE DE ALGER OBELIA

-> once he took the throne, your family send you as a representative of your country since one day you will take the leadership of your nation. and surprisingly, claude enjoy having you around him.

-> as someone who was raised to become the face of your territory and guide the citizens, you are a quite mysterious to him. hiding your emotions behind a monotonous expression in fear of being hurt, claude admire you and definitely wants to be closer to him, either as a friend or a ally.

-> originally, you were supposed to be there for a few months for whatever reason that your parents send you, but claude decides to make you stay forever with a marriage proposal.

-> that made you angry, probably furious. how can this man think you could easily abandon your legit place as a nation’s leader to be with him? he is delusional, you said. but it was your parents that easily thrown you to him and made one of your siblings become the new sultan, leaving you with no other option than marriage.

Please tell me I’m not the only one who sees the resemblance

This was wild for me to see! If I brought out more photos then they’d really would look identical. Minus the height. What P3 Protag would look like in royal wear is what my brain is thinking. But between the two, of course I’d choose my dear S.E.E.S leader. Especially given the past actions of the other guy (but he’s not bad in the second timeline though, he became a different person.)

Like, seriously fandom; and fanfic writers who all differed the ending and broke the canon ship up from blindness, 2nd Ruve does NOT deserve your ire, he’s a seriously sweet and considerate gentleman, so let them be together damn it! He does get character growth, and he understood Aristia’s trauma and was respectful of her personal space.

He’s practically helped her more than anyone in the story. Ruveliss is gentlemanly, respectful, he doesn’t pull any tricks or manipulation, he makes genuine conversations, he’s not cruel to Aristia or anyone else, he’s rational and understanding. He reads the room and knows not to push (like giving Aristia space from him). Being the only person to talk about what her mother was like when no one else really does. Help when she’s troubled, give her time on the Empress decision between her and the rival girl. He does a lot. And she grows to understand that and reciprocate in turn. Comforting him on his father’s funeral, and wanting him to live when he’s poisoned. She even cries for him. Ruveliss even has a good friendship/professional relationship with his assistant; who even offers words of comfort to the Prince in a chapter.

There are plenty of characters who��ve gone that route yet will win favours by fans, that just makes it hypocrisy, and 2nd Ruve is a saint compared to others! Has nobody heard of timelines? Nature vs nurture? How the world can influence you and how you influence back? Reformed/isekai/past life characters are in pretty much the same boat, yet they don’t get this kind of heat. Like:

Claude & Anastasius de Alger Obelia, Casian Spenner, cast of The Strongest Characters In The World Are Obsessed With Me, cast of The Twin Siblings’ New Life, Arsene Graroy, Killian Devonshire, Dillon Von Vasilios & Kyle Chrysia from The Reason Why The Twin Lady Crossdresses (which is considered as a sort of successor to The Abandoned Empress. I wouldn’t have called it that though. But honestly 2/3 male love interests are real jerks in the beginning. One with ulterior motives/blackmail on FL, the other just being arrogant and narcissistic), Rupert from Your Majesty, Please Don’t Kill Me (This one has tons of similarities that readers are blind to also. He has a rough and mean personality in the beginning, like a hard tsundere. It’s amazing how there’s so many positive comments for the main ship yet Ruve and Aristia’s get majorly belittled), I could keep going. It’s honestly ridiculous.

2nd Ruve and Aristia’s relationship is a healthy one. If the subjective POV of Aristia’s 1st life wasn’t told in the beginning or ever or another manner, 2nd Ruve and the ending would’ve gotten better support and care. I’m not undermining Aristia’s trauma, but I’m also not going to agree that 2nd Ruve should take blame and responsibility for it. This was random but I just thought to share this, I found it interesting.

You ever feel like, or maybe that’s just me. but Ana and Jennette have a deeper connection compared to Claude and Athy? Like, granted that Ana was possessed by mr, ancestor but he still listened to Jennette and knew her hope, belief and fear (getting recognized and being in a happy family, her family always happy and safe, fears of loneliness and unloved). On Jennette’s side, while she did not know much about Ana, or the whole affairs between Ana-Pen-Claude but she still trusted and worried about him. I also presumed sometimes in the future he would tell her more.

Also, unlike Claude, Ana did not have a nice/beautiful relationship with Penelope. She wanted to use him as a stepping stone to being more powerful and chance of luxurious life while Ana...Well, safe to say Ana did not think of her much as someone whom he loved deeply, like Claude with Diana. Like, because of Athy’s resembling to Diana was often presented in canon (and her cheery personality, which, again, was rather similar to Diana). Sometimes, it feels like Claude love Athy because she was a replica of her mother, rather as an individual.

With Ana, he had no such things. He eventually grew to love Jennette in spite of her mother.

I don’t know, what do you think?
