Burger King*:
*these are higher in calorie but (as an example--the whopper with mayo) they have more ingredients that you could take off for a lower count. I know cravings are hard to get around (or your family is eating there tonight and you don't want to make them worry).These options are just BETTER than the other options at this restaurant.

OKAY. This was officially amazing 😍
I’ll share the recipe with you because seriously you need to try it!!
Makes 2 servings - 202 calories for 1 serving.
270g Konjac noodles
100g pak Choi
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp Chinese 5 spice
1 spring onion (for garnish)
1 & 1/2 onions (1 in 1/4 & half thinly sliced)
4 chestnut mushrooms (thinly chopped)
.5 tsp chilli
.25 tsp lemongrass
1.5 medium carrots (cut into strips)
1 veg stop cube
4 cups water
150g bean sprouts
Additional - 1/4 pack of tofu cubed
1- add the stock cube, water, spices, onion 1/4’s, soy sauce, lemongrass, chilli end garlic to a pan and simmer for 30 minutes.
2 - cook off your tofu (or other choice) and set to the side
3 - fry off your veggies with a bit of soy sauce and put your noodles in the microwave
4 - dish out the noodles into two bowls, add the flavoured stock and place the stir fried veggies and tofu to that.
5 - garnish with the spring onions and chopped coriander if you have some

Does anyone have any tips for when you just start not eating and you feel sick for a little. Should I just wait for that time to pass or is there a way to deal with it? I'm really trying to not eat anymore beside dinner with my family. Yesterday I did ok besides the fact I made a giant cookie and ate half of it.

My absence
There came a point in my eating disorder where it really started to change my life. I never wanted this to affect me with friends or outer family. When my grandmother stopped inviting me to family dinner because my lack of eating bothered them. When my best friend stopped letting me come over because i made her feel bad about herself when I don’t eat.
I have been eating so much. Before this gap of activity, I had lost four pounds. I’m sure I’ve gain it all back. But now i’m going full force. No more slacking. 
Any exercise, meanspo, thinspo, diets, or tips/tricks would be amazing!!
