I will feel so tired that it's like my atoms are coming undone and I'm being made unreal...and then I will have a little chocolate treat and for 15 minutes I am whole and present again. Then the horrors

going on reddit diet subs and seeing such a large congregation of people partaking in my exact behaviour and exact same thought processes and describing them as “lifestyle changes” and “being disciplined/vigilant/insert synonym here about food” and talking about tracking calories and all that nasty shit for the rest of their lives never fails to trigger the hell out of me

Unlearn the dumb idea that inflicted pain justifies your reaction to it. It doesn't. Ladies elite women make it because we have a level of stoicism that borders on sociopathic apathy, exhibit A: we don't react to triggers we mimosa, sleep, see if it's worth it then logically make decisions. The idea that when someone does you dirty you have the right to react based on emotions so you're angry mad throwing names & hands sending texts talking sheet & other loser girl things is dumb dumb. You're not justified to react. 'They did me wrong' . So? Sit down, watch Netflix, wait for the emotions to pass then use the head God so generously gave you + that pretty face bonus.

When you react to people doing you wrong you give them the permission to bypass their actions & focus on your reaction so if your bf cheats on you & you start screaming sending 1b texts making titktoks he can bypass his cheating & focus on you're immature you're abusive why did you hit me you're mentally unstable you throw things around bla bla & will never face what he did. When we say be non reactive we aren't asking you to be a stone we are asking you to be smart. Do you want to get manipulated? Abused? Sit down get a manicure & go for brunch. Run to your room scream cry anhiliate your pillow but when they're watching its Elsa Lite, froooozen ice queen don't let them in don't let them see, ever.

One tactic m3n use in divorce court is to get the lady so triggered she loses her cool then it's look at her could you live with that? She nods says okay and goes to class. Days goes as usual. Evening we get dinner , Weekend we do research for our papers & talk college. Is she talking to him? Yes. Painfully polite, painfully. Monday morning her factory reject lookalike is losing his mind, she's being painfully polite, in a shallow way, so he resorts to triggering. Boy realizes that's not working & resorts to Allie behavior- throw a tantrum in public make yourself the victim why won't you give me the pleasure of being the one to push you to your edge? Sara says babe pull yourself together you're embarrassing your family. Do you need your anxiety meds? My therapist is good she can treat hysteria are you okay? Unlearn the idea that you're entitled to reacting to others actions to you, you're not. The amount of women I've seen triggered out of their jobs, marriages, houses, parenting &c when they were 10000% the victim from lack of emotional intelligence is unforgivable.

i like that they added a chunk of time passing between Ursula's death and Eric and Ariel reuniting, it added a little extra drama and emotion when they finally saw each other again!

listen i'm an absolute sucker for a "hug before kiss" reunion and i was SO happy that Eric and Ariel had that, it fit them and their relationship perfectly, the way Eric just clung to her, and Ariel's happy smile as she hugged him back 😭

The mermaid statue and the dress representing the land vs. the sea???? and both returning back to where they're supposed to be but having new meanings????

Ariel's wedding dress being pink to (probably) pay homage to her pink ballgown in the animated movie was such a good touch, and i loved the length!!

Triton and Ariel's goodbye, where he says "you shouldn't have had to give up your voice for me to hear you"???? hello my father issues jumped tf out and had me sobbing in the theater

literally the entire movie was so beautiful, i could talk about it for hours, this is the best live action remake honestly, and Eric and Ariel (specifically the live action version obvi) have moved up to become my favorite Disney Princess/Prince pairing, just behind Belle and Adam (bc let's be honest, nothing can top them)

He acts all whiney and dramatic but he's definitely got a softer more sensitive side, he just doesn't like to show it (maybe he doesn't like to feel vulnerable around people cause he's still hurting from the last time he let someone close iykyk)

I stand by the fact that Zayne is pure husband material

This man right here is so husband coded, like he's the kind of guy that is devoted to you and cares for you 24/7

Comes off cold at first glance but he's actually such a big softie 🥺 like he acts indifferent but this man is absolutely whipped for you

Begrudgingly goes along with anything you wanna do bc he loves seeing how happy and excited you get when he agrees (he WILL be your personal ice maker, even if he says he won't he doesn't mean it 😚)

Being with Zayne feels like home, a relationship with him is stable, comforting and loving

Not big on PDA so he can feel a little distant when you're out in public, but when you're alone with him it's a different story

Let's you see a side of him that no one else does, he can be vulnerable with you, finally letting down his guard (loves to come home to you after a long shift at the hospital, just holds you quietly breathing in your scent and feeling himself relax against you)

babes i cannot STOP thinking or talking about it. it's forever ingrained into me like someone made a brand of the scene and imprinted it directly to my cerebral hemispheres.

haein........the girl who has so much pride and an ego (lovingly) that she will not let anyone trample over her or her achievements........revealing her greatest weakness, an illness, that no money of hers can fix.........all to save the reputation of her EX husband. she has no legal responsibility towards him! she can easily let him suffer for what he did to her. but haein after hearing that 'i love you' got enough strength to know that if hyunwoo loves her, she will jump directly into the fire for him.

hyunwoo, knowing that haein's biggest dream was for queens to be successful, watching her torpedo it all down to save him.......all he can do is cry in shock because she perhaps loves him more than he could ever imagine.

and in that moment, while everyone else is shocked, angry, or trying to get a soundbite, they only see each other and cry for each other because of what they have lost and how their time is just running out but their love never did.

i'm genuinely going to enter a psych ward bc of this drama

loves bear hugs, but constantly underestimates his inhuman strength. will try to hug you and accidentally tackle you

loves running away with you at night to hunt, wander the streets, and generally fuck around. midnight walks are his favorite, and luckily he never has to worry about being cautious during the night, considering you're both the strongest beings on the planet

locks himself in his room during full moons bc he gets embarrassed about transforming in front of you lol
