it’s all started at a family gathering that is at the Evans' family home so y/n was comfortable because after the diagnosis of y/n's autism at only 4, a couple of years prior the family found she didn't do well at big functions even if it was family outside of the house plus she’d have everything she needed.
All of the cousins are playing a few games like tag and catch whilst the adults are sitting just chatting and watching the kids, whilst Scott was grilling on the barbeque.

This was all going on, Chris being the overprotective brother he is to his sweetpea noticed the sudden demeanour change in y/n as she became quiet, almost becoming a shell of herself.
It starts to get really loud and all the kids are trying to get something like a ball for the game and they all start to crowd y/n so she starts to panic
"no like- I-I don't like" y/n shouted tears streaming down her face
All the adults turned around in alarm on hearing her alarming scream.
Chris intervened and tried to take her away into the kitchen to try and calm her down with the squishy elephant that she named Elle because it was her comfort sensory item due to the material. "to--o much chri-ss-y too m-uch" she said through sobs but despite his best effect to soothe her by rocking her with deep pressure, snuggling her whilst whispering sweet encouragement in her ear, alas it doesn’t work so it blows into a full-blown meltdown. it did break his heart seeing her like this but it was normal.
He’d be calm reacting to it because he has seen it happen so much,
"shhh baba, it's okay" he reassured her as he walked upstairs with her on his hip. all he got back from assuring her was another sobbed-filled whine mixed with a scream.
They go into his room with a weighted blanket that is one of many in the house - and a hoodie out of his closet for her because his scent calms her with the box of sensory toys he keeps in his room to try to get her to focus on the calm room that he had since it’s a calm serene room that is miles better than the loud overwhelming outside, that is just naturally calming.

Dodger joins as standard, y/n lays on Chris with her blanket wrapped around her and Elle tucked into her chest, now just reduced to hiccups; "Sweetpea are you feeling better now?" Chris asks concerned but happy she calmed down way faster than he thought, which indicated the meltdown was bad but not too bad, he'd praised how far she'd come in the 45 minutes since the meltdown started.
"Yeah Chrissy, want Scotty to watch mermaid with you" y/n shyly replied. usually after meltdowns, all y/n wanted was her two big brothers, Dodgee and mermaid.
Mermaid is what she'd called The Little Mermaid ever since Chris showed her it, she only called it mermaid because she didn't get the whole title bit or the word dodger so it was 'her Dodgee', it was all a work in progress with her speech therapist
Chris acts like he does before he gets her out of the garden, and tried to calm her. It was normal for him he grew up with it so did everyone else Scott and Chris saw it more since they'd either calm her or be there for the aftermath or both, yes it was different when they found out about it and when you had her first major meltdown but he knows how and what he can do now due to the 'experience' because every person's meltdown was different. To be honest, out of all the family he can calm her down as well as she calms him when he has panic attacks they almost cancel each other out.

Scott got a text from his phone, reading it;
Big Bro: sweetpea is all calm now, she'd like you upstairs too and I quote 'watch mermaid with Scotty, Chrissy and Dodgee'.
Scotty: 'okay ill be upstairs soon, I'm glad she's better :)'
Scott had told every y/n was fine and that she wanted mermaid, he made his way upstairs to Chris's room and walked in to see them both snuggled on his king-size bed with the little mermaid on the tv.
"Hey sweetie you look comfy, feeling better?" he said as a matter of factly the reply he got was just an "mhmh otty come way down" so he did.
Y/n's meltdowns always took it out of her so within 30 minutes of the film being on she was out like a light it was bound to come because her speech was slurred when she was tired, and both Evans' brothers breathe a sigh of relief. They both hated seeing their sweet girl getting worked up to the point where she couldn't get her words across literally drawn to hysterical tears.
At the end of the day, y/n was just y/n despite the diagnosis nothing changes at all. They all loved her no matter what and supported the bumps in the road that a six-year-old could grasp.
Regardless the Evans family couldn't be more proud of their Y/n despite the obstacles that she has and will face however they knew, wholeheartedly nothing will stop their girl.

If Luis was quiet all the time or didn’t call everybody dude or call me Scotty, those would be big clues.
If Dave stopped wearing hats or beanies or didn’t have something sweet to eat with him almost all the time or forgot his phone even once because he never forgets it, those are big clues.
If Kurt didn’t make Baba Yaga comments or doesn’t care about his laptop or stopped drinking coffee like there’s no tomorrow those are big clues.

“No, because, I can totally drink Kurt under the table, man. I grew up on tequila,” Luis bragged confidently as he slapped Kurt on the shoulder. Kurt began to shake his head in protest, but Luis kept going. “Yeah, there was this one time while you were still in prison, Scotty, and Kurt was all ‘I’ll bet you, like, twenty bucks that I can drink a whole bottle of vodka and not get shitfaced.’”
“That is definitely not how I remember it,” Kurt finally interrupted over the loud bar music.
“Yeah, come on, Luis, the guy’s Russian. He’s been drinking vodka since he was two,” Scott laughed.
Luis shook his head. “No, ‘cause, like, he had vodka and I had tequila and he was on the floor before he was halfway through.”
Dave shook his head. “Vodka and tequila will get you fucked up in two different ways, man. Not comparable.”
Meanwhile, a waitress dropped off their first round of beers at the guys’ table. The men distributed the drinks amongst themselves, and Scott lifted his draft. “Hey,” he interjected, getting the others’ attention. “To Kurt, whose gonna be a married man tomorrow night. Last night of freedom, bud!”
As Scott, Dave, and Luis voiced their cheers, Kurt smiled but blanched. He drank when the others did, but as the conversation started up again, he stayed silent.
Kurt suddenly felt his cell phone vibrate in his pocket, so he fished it out and looked at the screen. It was a text from Yekaterina.
‘There’s a unisex bathroom at the back of the bar. Meet me there.’
Kurt furrowed his brow and glanced over his shoulder to the back. Sure enough, there was a single stall bathroom. How she had been able to sneak past all of them without being noticed was beyond him, but he had learned not to question her powers.
Kurt stood and slipped his phone back in his pocket. “I’ll be right back,” he muttered to the guys, who nodded briefly but continued talking. Kurt stopped at the bathroom door and looked around cautiously, making sure no one was headed his way. He opened the door and slipped inside.
“Of all the places in San Francisco, you choose here for your bachelor party?” Yekaterina asked with a smirk.
Kurt whirled around to see his fiancée leaning against the wall of the bathroom. He chuckled and locked the door. “What do you mean?”
Yekaterina glanced around the dingy bathroom. “This is the most disgusting place I have ever seen.” She stifled a laugh. “And the vodka is pisswater.”
“Aren’t you supposed to be having party with Hope and Cassie?” Kurt asked, raising an eyebrow.
Yekaterina shrugged. “They’re at the karaoke place next door. I saw you as we were coming in. You looked like you were ready to shit bricks.”
Kurt’s smile faded and he swallowed as he looked down at the dirty tiles. Yekaterina cocked her head.
“Kotya, what’s wrong?” she asked. “Something is troubling you.”
Kurt did not respond right away. He ran his hand through his hair.
“Do you want to call off the wedding?” Yekaterina asked calmly.
Kurt’s gaze bolted up. “No! No, don’t call it off,” he yelped.
“If you’re feeling nervous, miliy, there is no shame—“
“I want to be enough for you,” Kurt blurted out. His dark eyes sought out Yekaterina’s enchanted blue ones, and he found comfort in them. “I am just human.”
Yekaterina stared at him, puzzled. “What do you mean?”
Kurt swallowed hard. “I am afraid that we will be married and you will wake up one day and see that I cannot offer anything.” He sighed and shrugged. “You are a goddess. I am just felon who is glorified tech support. I have nothing to give you.”
Yekaterina winced at his words. They stung her, but not because of any insult against her. “Miliy, is this what you think of yourself?”
Kurt looked away from her. “You make everything better. I can’t.”
Yekaterina paused for a moment before standing straight and reaching out to turn Kurt’s face back to her. “You make me happy. Isn’t that enough?” Kurt blinked and opened his mouth to respond, but nothing came out. “You don’t have to do or be anything. But you are more than who you were—“ Yekaterina reached down to grace her fingers over the prison tattoo on Kurt’s hand. “Or who you are— which is an incredibly brilliant man… You are my love, moi kotyonok.” She placed her hand on Kurt’s cheek, and he leaned into her touch.
“I still have nothing to give to you,” Kurt murmured.
Yekaterina smiled. “You can give me a kiss,” she said as she moved her hands to his shoulders and pulled her against him, her back hitting the bathroom wall once again.
“S radost’yu,” Kurt whispered as he braced a hand on her hip, pressing a kiss to her lips. His body pinned hers against the wall with surprising dominance, his tongue darting into her own mouth. Kurt’s passion only amplified when she let out a soft moan, and he planted a trail of kisses down her jaw.
Yekaterina wrapped her arms around Kurt, digging her nails into his back. He gasped against her hot skin at the sensation, and he rolled his hips against hers; she could feel just how hard he had gotten in just a short amount of time, and she reached down to grab his length around the fabric of his pants.
Kurt hissed sharply and Yekaterina used her free hand to hold Kurt’s head in place as he kissed and nipped at the skin on her neck. As she continued to stroke Kurt through his pants, he let out a soft whine.
“I know, kotya,” she breathed into his ear. “This is what you give me, my love. You give me your whole being.”
Kurt raised his head to lock his gaze with hers. “Is it enough?” he asked.
Yekaterina devoured his lips in another kiss before breaking apart to whisper, “You will always be enough.”

I just realised that Luis, Dave, and Kurt aren’t given love interests. I like that they didn’t do that.
I’m a bit disappointed that there wasn’t commentary included on the DVD (Maybe on the Blu-Ray?)
Update: When I was listening to the Audio Commentary on Disney+ ...I was under the assumption that I already heard it! Apparently not. :)
(And...I’ve been wondering abut the red toolbox during the street chase. I thought: Why does Scott and Ava keep on picking it up!? Later I learned that Ava placed it on the accelerator and Scott had to remove it to stop the vehicle)

Highlights:
INT. HOPE'S HYUNDAI - DAY
Playfully laid back guitar music (kind of like if Pat Metheny would team up with classical guitarists that specialise in folk music) envelops us as we see SCOTT passed out at the front passenger seat.
He wakes up and sees a grumpy HOPE (with matching dishevelled hair) at the wheel staring straight ahead. He takes this image in.
SCOTT
Hope? Is this another dream?
He furrows his brows.
HOPE
Do you think it was a dream? Or is it possible that you really saw my mom down there?
SCOTT
I'm not sure.
He glances at her..wanting to say something but decides not to....then the freak out starts---
SCOTT
I can't be here! I can't be here. I'm on house arrest.
He tries the door. No joy.
HOPE
It won't open while the system's engaged, Scott.
As he turns to HOPE, a pigeon decides to have a peek and we get what hope means by 'system engaged'. Apparently father and daughter are now shrinking things like mad...or getting better at it...and have now included vehicles.
SCOTT jumps out of his seat as he sees the eye twice the size of his head at his window. He turns to the windshield and sees another pigeon joining the party.
The pigeons start pecking at the SUV but then fly away as a garbage truck approaches and passes over their vehicle. Scott clenches in his seat.
SCOTT
(wits end)
You have to take me home. They could show up any second.
HOPE
Relax. As far as your nanny cops know, you're still at home.
SCOTT looks at her in horror, realises the other important thing that is a giveaway---and glances at his ankle monitor. It's not there except the mark it's left on his skin.
INT. SCOTT AND LUIS' APARTMENT (LOUNGE ROOM) - DAY
We get the reveal that it's an ant in Scott's place. The ant has a box of Fruit Loops held close to its abdomen by one of its limbs.
Reverse shot on the reaction of LUIS: jaw dropped.
LUIS
Whoa!
He regards the insect for a moment.
LUIS
Scotty!?
The ant continues hugging the box of Fruit Loops.

Eveeeet yine uzun bir ara verdim. Ama bu arşiv işinde biriktirip yazmayı seviyorum sanırım. Dezavantajı ise bazı ayrıntıları cidden hatırlamıyorum, özet geçmiş oluyorum. Mesela Good Omens öyle ne yazık ki. Hatta bu diziyi bir önceki yazıyı paylaştığımda izlemiştim yazmayı unutmuşum hehehe :) 2020 hedeflerine bu arşivi yaparken sıcağı sıcağına yazmak eklendi.
The Good Place’in yeni sezonunu da yazmak isterdim ama çok bölük izledim. 4.sezon bitince yazacağım. Yeni başladığım eski bir dizi var. Sezon sayısı baya fazla. Bitirip yazmak için sabırsızlanıyorum. Başlayıp da devam etmediğim ve hayal kırıklığına uğradığım belki ileride bir şans daha veririm dediğim bir dizi de oldu. O nedenle bu yazıda aslında çok yeni bir şey yok.
Good Omens
Bu diziye canım David Tennant var diye başladım. Mini dizi olduğu için tatlıydı da. Uzatmamaları iyi olmuş. Melekle Şeytan’ın dostluğunu mitlerden, efsanelerden alıntılar yaparak anlatıyorlar. Anladığım göndermeler de oldu. Ama izlerken durdurup araştırdığımı da hatırlıyorum.
Dış ses yanlış hatırlamıyorsam tanrının sesiydi. Ve Frances McDormand ile kadın bir seslendirme yapmışlar. Tatlı bir ayrıntıydı.
Bu diziyi arkadaşımla konuşurken bölümlerin çok uzun sürdüğünü söylemiştim. O da kızım zaten kaç bölüm var ki uzun diyorsun demişti. Az bölüm ama bir saat. 40 dakikalık olsa bence hikaye daha derli toplu olurdu. Yine de David’ciğimiz oynamış, keyifle izledim.
The End of The F***ing World
İlk sezonunu nasıl olduğunu anlamadan bitirdim. Gerçi zaten kısacıkmış. 8 bölüm yirmi dakika. Ertesi gün de sınav olması nedeniyle bolca vaktim vardı.(!) Şaka bir yana hikâyesi gerçekten çok akıcıydı. 3. bölüme gelmişken imdb’ye bakayım dedim. Alyssa rolünü oynayan hanım kızımızın yaşını öğrenince çok şaşırdım. (çoğu insan bu şaşkınlığı yaşamış. genlerine sağlık jessica’cım) Daha da şaşırdığım bir şey de Lobster filminde izlemişim ben bu kızı ama gerçekten iki farklı oyuncu gibi geldi. Harika. Dişlerine takıldım sadece. İlerleyen zamanlarda yaptırır mı bilmiyorum ama içimde yatan diş hekimi çeşitli düzeltmeler yaptı gördükçe. James rolündeki çocuğu da bir yerden hatırlıcak gibi oldum ama sadece oldum. Ona da fazlasıyla şaşırdım. The Imitation Game’de Alan Turing’in gençliğini oynamış. Ben o filmde de çok etkilenmiştim. Dizide de Jessica’yı geçti benim gözümde oyunculuk olarak.
İlk önce klasik bir Amerikan dizisi sanıyordum. Hatta cafede arkada Amerikan bayrağı vardı. Kafam araba direksiyonunda karıştı ama hala inanamadım İngiliz yapımı olduğuna. Sonra bir baktım aksanlar hiç yabancı değil. En son The Crown’un kraliyet aksanını maruz kaldığım için kulağım şaştı tabi. Neyse. En saçma durumlarda bile “e bari bi cup of tea yapalım” cümlesiyle kesinleşti İngiliz yapımı olduğu. Olayın dedektiflerle gitmesi işe FBI’ın girmemesi de hatırlatabilirdi tabi ama çay her şeyi açıklıyor.
Akıcılığı sağlayan şey olay örgüsünün yanında müzikler. Çok çok çok çok güzel bir soundtrack’ı var dizinin. Benzer akıcılık, kısalık ve müzik güzelliği GirlBoss dizisinde de vardı. Oradaki başrol de kumral mavi gözlüydü.
Karakterler… 8 bölüm içinde insanı bu kadar içine alabilir. Bir bölümde dedim ki kesin geçmişten söz edilmesi lazım. Çünkü izleyicinin de o karakterle ilgili bir çözüleme yapması gerekiyor. O sırada James’in çocukluğuna gittik. Bir canlıyı öldüren insanları, savaşlardaki insanlar ruh hallerini düşünürüm bazen. James’in bu noktadaki gelişimi çok memnun etti beni. Kendine belirlediği kimliğin ne kadar yüzeysel olduğu en zayıf anında kendisinin aslında nasıl biri olduğunu fark etti. Alyssa’nın bir repliği onunlayken kendimi hissediyorum gibi bir şeydi. James de aynısını hissetti. Bölümler ilerledikçe iç seslerin birbiriyle örtüşmesi çok hoş bir detaydı.
Beden dilleri...
Bir dizi olduğu için tabii ki abartılmış bir olay örgüsü var ama duygusal, psikolojik açıdan çok gerçekçi geldi. Üzerinde konuşmak istediğim birçok tema var ama bilin ne yok? Konuşacak insan :)
İkinci sezonun en güzel ikinci sahnesi. Bölünmüşlüğü böyle anlatan sahnelerin aşığıyız.
İkinci sezon beni karakterlerin sonunu bağlaması açısından tatmin etti. İlk sezondaki tempoyu pek bulamadım. Bonnie, Alyssa ve James’in yanında çok yüzeysel kalan bir tipti. İlk sezonda da anlatılan sevgi temasının daha göze gelmesini sağlamışlar bu tiplemeyle. En başından beri sevginin insanlarda nasıl dönüşümler yarattığını, insanlar duydukları sevgiyi nasıl göstereceklerini bilmediklerini bu nedenle de bir sevgi dili oluşturmaya çalıştıklarını anlatıyor. Bu sevgi dili bazen uyuşuyor bazen de katlanmak gereken bir şeye dönüşüyor.
Bu dönemde böyle bir diziye ihtiyacım varmış. Uzun uzun övdüm valla iyi geldi.
Organize İşler
Aslında bunu yeni izlemediğim için yazmaycaktım. Sadece hiçbir zaman en başından itibaren izlememiştim. İkinci filmi de yakın zamanlarda izlemiştim. O zaman demiştim ki kendime ilk filmin daha güzel olduğunu hatırlıyorum. İkinci filmi burada yazmaya değer bile görmedim. Seneler ilerledikçe Türk yapımlarının çoğunda diyalogların, sahne tasarımlarının, makyajların, işledikleri konuların ne kadar değiştiğini ve o sevdiğim sıcaklıktan uzaklaştığını fark ediyorum. Bu sadece dizi film sektöründe değil çoğu yerde öyle. Dünyada da öyle mi onu karşılaştıracak kadar bilgi sahibi değilim.
Oyuncu kadrosundan hikayenin güzelliğine tatmin etmesini, İstanbul’un yeşil görüntüleri, izleyici salak yerine koymayan esprileri özlemişim. Son olarak Nil’in müziği… Burası İstanbul’dan çok daha iyi bi şekilde filmi anlatıyor. Belki ikincisinin net olarak şarkı olabilecek bir hikayesi olmamasından da olabilir bu. Evet ikinci filme baya sinirliyim şu anda.
Organize İşler ve Hokkabaz’ı bi işle meşgulken arkada ses olsun diye açıp yarısında işimi bitirip izledim. Televizyon gibi oldu. Ben valla zerre keyif almıyorum bu günlerde yaşamaktan. Işınla bizi Scotty!
Hokkabaz
Sırf bu kısmı yazmak için gittim film müziğini açtım. Yine başından sonuna kadar nadiren izlediğim hep yarım yamalak aklımda kalan bir filmdi kendisi. Cem Yılmaz’ın en sevdiğim filmi olabilir bu tam haliyle. Yani bu senaryoyu yazabilmiş biri Ali Baba ve 7 Cüceler’i nasıl yazabilmiş neden çekmiş anlam veremiyorum. Yanlışlıkla o filmi sinemada izlediğim için daha sonraki filmlerini sinemada izlemiyorum. Tavşan dağa küsmüş… heheh.
Filmi izledikten sonra youtube’de kamera arkası görüntülerini de buldum. Çocukluğumdan beri severim kamera arkası görüntülerini. İzlediğimiz o sihirli dünyanın yaratım sürecini az da olsa görmek ve sanırım bi film sırf bu dünyayı yaratmak için bile çekilir demek beni mutlu eden küçük şeylerden biri. Son zamanlarda sanal efektlerde bu samimiyeti, mahsusçuktan hissini bulamıyorum.
Çocuğum olsa ismini Erik koyarım. Bu kadar sevdiğim meyvenin filmde yer alması ayrıca mutlu etti :)
O kamera arkası görüntülerinde de bahsediliyordu olay bir hokkabazın başarısız olması değil babasıyla olan yolculuğu aslında diye. Benim hoşuma giden kısmı da bu oldu sanırım.
Bilinen bir film olduğu için uzun uzun yazmayacağım. Uzun yolcuklarda, yağmurlu günlerde, ılık yaz akşamlarının balkonunda izlenir. Trakya bol bol özlenir. O tarlalı düz yollarda çocuklukta yapılan yolculuklar hatırlanır. Güzel filmler iyi ki varlardır.

Turkish Airlines EuroLeague 2022-2023 sezonunun 26. gününde Fenerbahçe Beko Erkek Basketbol Takımı, Virtus Bologna'yı konuk edecek. Takımımız 12 kişilik karşılaşmayı 104-72 kazanarak 16. galibiyetini aldı.
Ülker Spor ve Etkinlik Salonu 'te gerçekleşen karşılaşmayı başkanımız Ali Y. Koç ve yönetim kurulu üyelerimiz Sertaç Komsuoğlu, Mehmet Dereli ve İlker Dinçay izledi. Fenerbahçe'nin yeni transferi Beko Tyler Dorsey maçı tribünlerden izlerken, Nemanja Bjelica uzun bir sakatlık döneminin ardından fu sezonunda ilk kez forma giydi Fenerbahçe Beko Virtus Bologn.
Fenerbahçe Beko, karşılaşmaya "siyah" formayla çıktı.
Maça Nick Calathes, Scottie Wilbekin, Dyshawn Pierre, Nigel Hayes Davis ve Johathan Motley ile başlayan takımımız ilk periyodu 31-1 ve 18-0 önde tamamladı. İkinci çeyrekte de etkili savunmasını ve iyi hücumunu sürdüren ekibimiz farkı daha da genişletti ve soyunma odasına 58-29 önde girdi.
Muhteşem oyununu sürdüren takımımız üçüncü çeyreğe 85:52 önde girerek maçı 10 :72 kazandı. Puan dağılımımız: Pierre 20, Motley 16, Guduric 16, Wilbekin 15, Calathes 11, Hayes-Davis 5, Edwards 5, Booker 5, Metecan , Melih 3, Jekiri 2, Bjelica 2.

I actually had a joke in mind that Fritz's parental nickname is the first one he actually says and Scotty's is the last, simply cause "Baba" is the same noises he's already making all the time and "Daddy" is a whole new word. Jeremy's was second cause he's "Papa" and that's also easier than Daddy skdgsbnb Logically he would say Dada before Daddy tho which IS much easier
