I know that the idea that Jim didn't pardon Ed and Os, only Barbara and Lee is a very common one and very in character, but I personally headcanon that it went something like this:

Jim: "Alright, since both of you have helped defend this city, I'm giving you a pardon for your past crimes. Don't make me regret my decision."

Oswald: "Don't worry, old friend! Ed and I are new men! We have turned a new leaf! Our future is one of legality and law! We will make you proud, Jim. Just you wait and see!"

Ed: "Yup. No more crimes for the Riddler and the Penguin."

Jim, sighing: "Fine. I'm trusting you two." *leaves the room*

Ed, immediately after: "Wanna go rob a bank?"

Oswald: "You read my mind!"

do you know why touya is wearing dabi's coat? BECAUSE HE IS DABI HIMSELF. There is no place for future Touya where he does reconnect with his past self but is unable to accept he also was Dabi once. No growing or heeling happening without that. Because there was a reason for dabi to exist, to be created, and it has marked touya so deeply, has shaped his personality and his growth at his young and older teens. So yeah, no touya without dabi, both of them need to be seen and to be accepted.

Just wanted to share a Weathers HC :

Cal knew it. He knew it was time to retire. The next generation was ready,and the old racers couldn't win against them.

So on an evening he decided to retire.

He said goodbye to Mcqueen and told Tex he wanted to leave the Dinoco team.

Tex didn't care too much about his retirement,but Strip tried to stop him.

Cal was in his truck,thinking about his races.

Strip entered and said "hey Cal...Tex told me you want to.."

But Cal interrupted him "you once told me the youngsters would have told me when it would have been the time to stop. I know my time has come...you can't persuade me to go on"

Strip slowly accosted near his nephew.

He said "Despite what Tex and the others say about you,I've always thought you were a great racer,blood of my blood."

Cal smiled. His uncle smiled too.

Cal "thanks uncle. Thanks for having always been by my side"

Strip winked.

Cal just finished an adventure, but he started another one.
