hihihihihihihihi, i cannot believe i actually slept for two days in a row? wth? and also that i never did this kind of posts? im such a lazy bum mb yall, I promise I'll write a real fic soon. summary: bllk characters as your secret admirers: isagi, bachira, chigiri, reo. how they fell, what do they do, how did they confess.

alternatively: how bad would it be if we just hard launched?

in which they didn't want summer break to end because that meant having to sneak around again

“i don’t wanna go back, i just wanna be here forever,” she hums, her cheeks pressed into her palm as she stares out at the calm waves. she lies on her stomach as she kicks her feet in the air, her sunglasses resting on her nose as her hair flew in several directions from the contrasting winds.

they find themselves on a private and discreet resort. one where there’s not many people, the younger girl really made a valiant effort to find one that’s not too famous to avoid any pictures leaking.

“you don’t mean that. you cried last night because you said you miss racing!” logan laughs, lying on his back next to her. he turns his head and holds his hand up above his eyes to shield himself.

“i lied, i don’t know,” she sighs tiredly, dropping her forehead on her forearm. she peeks through an eye and is genuinely confused. “how about you just… wear your sunglasses?”

“i wouldn’t be able to see how pretty you are,” logan frowns as a smile slowly stretches his lips. he pinches her cheek before rolling to lie flat on his stomach with her. “i don’t really wanna go back either.”

“if i had to be teammates with alex, i’d share the same sentiments.”

“no, not like that!” logan laughs. he moves closer to her, resting his head on her shoulder. “i don’t wanna have to go back and pretend like we’re not together.”

“i literally know what you mean,” she sighs. “i don’t think i can take another ‘are you with logan’ investigation from those losers.”

“hey, one of them’s my teammate!”

“he’s the biggest loser out of them all!”

“apologise!”

“sometimes i think we should just hard launch our relationship,” she rests her head on top of his, her feet swaying to hit his feet that are also in the air. “honestly, how bad could it be?”

“i fantasize about that sometimes,” logan agrees. “i just get so tired pretending like i don’t wanna hold your hand everywhere during the weekend. i also want to be able to kiss you after a race! do you have any idea how sexy you look after a race?”

she rolls away from him with a groan on her lips. “logan!”

“what?”

“it’s just the adrenaline that makes you wanna do that!” she laughs, shoving him back gently on the shoulder. “we figured that out last year when you were on the top of the podium.”

“i looked hot right? it’s not often you have to look up to see me on the podium when i’m next to you.”

“please! i let you win that race.”

“oh, how very generous of you,” logan smiles, resting a hand on the exposed skin of her waist. “is there any way i can thank you for that?”

“give me all your money,” she smiles sweetly, hanging her head to the side as she moves towards logan. “let’s hard launch our relationship. let’s tell the world — to hell with the people that will talk shit about me. i’ll get over it.”

logan raises an eyebrow. “you will not get over it. be realistic, my love.”

“i’ll get over it just to be able to kiss you in parc ferme. you’re right — i’m too sexy to not be kissed after a race.” logan frowns, making her giggle. “you’re hot too, i guess.”

“you guess,” logan trails off, shaking his head. “it’s like you don’t even love me anymore.”

“absurdity!” she shrieks in shock. “seriously, though. let’s tell everyone? i’m so tired of sneaking around and playing into their games.”

“let’s just keep it to ourselves for as long as we can,” logan mutters, pressing his lips against her shoulder. “we won’t ever get a moment of peace if we tell everyone now. i know i would hate that.”

she hums, goosebumps covering the area that his lips touch. “i guess you’re right. i just hope the summer would last forever — i’m having the best time with you here. i almost forgot we’ve got a job to return to in a couple of days.”

“we’ll have fun. we’re at least doing one of the things we would talk about,” logan smiles on her skin. “traveling together everywhere. sneaking into each other’s hotel room just makes it so much more interesting. how many times has james walked past you outside my room again?”

“i’ve lost count. i swear he knows about us but is saving us the embarrassment,” she giggles. “but i guess he’s got bigger things to bother about than figuring out his driver’s relationship status.”

“oh, he cares. he asks me about you every weekend.”

“shame he’s already married.”

“if i could throw a question mark in your race right now, i really would.”

“you’re just mad you’re not james vowles.”

“true.”

“hey!” lily squeaks, dropping herself into the mat next to the girl. “we found the brochure for water activities! and no,” she glances at logan, “they don’t have spots for fishing.”

“thank god,” she mutters in relief while logan sulks next to her. “do they have one where i can beat my boyfriend up?”

“if they did, i’d have already signed us up.”

SO MUCH ANGST OOOH MY GOF. Would be the most mature on the outside but on the inside he’d be ☹️☹️☹️. “I don’t even care about what she’s doing” [checked your instagram and other socials to see if you’re grieving as well or seeing someone new] He wouldn’t necessarily go out dating looking for a rebound he’d focus on his craft in all honesty and might even seclude himself a little bit. I see him taking a break with his s/o instead of just flatline breaking up and once he feels like he has emotionally healed as far as he can he’d return and it would be pretty serious like in a private closed space he’d want to talk everything out and NEEEDS you to be honest abt everything but he’d just want you guys back together and for both of you to be happy.

Eunseok

(I feel like Eunseok is aware that he could potentially fall victim to the “the one that got away” trope) but anyway. He’d be the biggest nonchalanter to ever nonchalant 😭 might even try to stay mutuals/cordial with you. Would date, see other people, have a mini roster and fwbs going on. But as soon as he realizes everyone else is boring him and wasting his oh so valuable time (And he hates. To waste his time.) he’d get so irritated at himself for letting go of such a good thing and would criticize criticIZE CRITICIZEE himself. Forces himself to not run from/internalize how he feels he’d reach out again, wouldn’t be the most sappy return ever he might even joke about what happened but he’d be as honest as he could ever be and would surprisingly admit where he fucked up.

Sungchan

His pride and the hurt he carried during the time apart would hold him back so badly. Would improve himself and boss up similar to Shotaro to show you what you were missing; try to find attention and praise elsewhere. But when he realizes you did the same thing and also became better in every way possible physically, mentally…and that people still have their eye on you like they did when he first met you..he’d cave. Would HAVE to shamefully put his hurt and pride aside. Cue his dramatic serious text at 11pm and him asking how you’re doing to see if the good things he’s heard about you were true (prays you say no when he asks if you’re seeing anyone) would ask you to meet him somewhere that was important to you two and nostalgic. Almost kills him to be wrong but has to accept it 😭

Wonbin

He’d be like “whatever” since he knows that so many girls want to be in your place, might even consider sliding back to that one ex. Would be torn between just letting things go back to normal but his stubborn stagnant attitude would leave him stuck in a victim state. But then once the pain slowlyyy seeps in and that what you two had was something genuine and you were one of few people that actually understood him and physically compatible with him then on the inside he’d lose it. Would have a wayyy more sappy lovey dovey way of coming back. Cue him using music in some way shape or form as his way of coming back. Would probably want to physically see you in a place that he’s most comfortable with.

Seunghan

So so sassy. Honestly he’d walk away pretty fast but would miss you pretty fast right after. He’d hesitate but only because he knows that he probably got a little mean when you two split and that you might not even want to talk to him. Tries to go dating around but wakes up and gets it together once he sees/hears that you’re talking to someone new (10 extra points if it’s someone he doesn’t like or thinks isn’t even close to how attractive he is ) . Tries to be cool about it but is hurting inside, would ask everyone for advice. The emotional side would take over and he’d just have to listen to how he feels and think later. His way of coming back is essentially him outdoing whoever has you on their sights or him showing you the epitome of affection. He’d have to force his virgo mercury to work and speak UP and apologize.

Sohee

Would seem pretty ok and normal compared to everyone else similarly to Eunseok. Talks about you but wants to jump someone if THEY try to talk about you. (“can’t believe she’d do this” “yea she’s crazy asf” “Don’t say that 🫤.” ). (Cue him singing “When I was your man” by Bruno Mars 😭). He wouldn’t want to constrict and limit himself or you after the breakup so he’d also try to date/talk to other people. Has to give in and accept that thinking about you while hanging out with someone else is a CLEAR indicator that he needs to get off his high horse and return. He’d probably word vomit about how he feels about everything and apologize but also goes on this passive lecture on how you two shouldn’t allow each others feelings to rip you two apart like that again and the principle of it all.

Word vomit pt.2. Could go two ways. Way one if the breakup was on good terms/mutual after the breakup he’d probably remain friends or still be in contact with you, then once he realizes he can’t just move on at the snap of his fingers and realizes that every person he’s with has resemblance to you whether it’s physical/personality he’d impulsively talk to you and get right back if he can. If it was on bad terms it’d feel pretty cruel ngl like you’d feel like he kinda just disappeared and made his way elsewhere..but once he’s alone with his thoughts he’d have to realize the errors of his way or the faults on his side he’d IMPULSIVELY come forwards with how he feels, would probably ask you to dinner and have the conversation there and says everything that he has to.

it’s hard dating kim minji. it was like one day, she was just your girlfriend. the girl who would hold your hand and swing it a little too hard on walks by the han river until both of you lose your balance. the girl who would wrap you with her sweater because she had a possessive streak and she liked you wearing her clothing. the girl who would kiss you senseless when she had to leave for practice even though she promised to call you when she got back to the dorms.

and then the next, she was the unofficial leader of k-pop’s arguably hottest girl group.

soon, the girl who would turn on the strangest filters when she video called you to make you laugh turned into the girl who would organize her members together as they interacted with millions of fans all across the world.

minji always tries her best to make sure you don’t feel like you’ve fallen behind. she talks about you to her members. she mentions that a ‘friend’ bought her the beautiful necklace that a fan comments on when she’s on vlive. she always wears that necklace - no matter where she is. in every single of the thousands of pictures of minji at the airport, she’s wearing that necklace.

to the extent that people began spreading rumors that jungwon of enhypen and minji of newjeans were dating and that was their couple necklace. minji had laughed about it when she called you when those rumors first came out.

“i don’t think i’ve ever even been within ten feet of jungwon. people will say anything if you’re the same age as someone else. or honestly, if they just think you’re shippable with them. how ridiculous is that,” minji snorts as she fingers the sapphire necklace thoughtlessly.

you try to laugh, nodding as your mind wanders. “yeah. so ridiculous.”

that night, you spent a good three hours searching up jungwon and fall down a rabbit hole of jungwon x minji ships on tiktok. you try to ignore the sinking feeling in your stomach when you realize just how well jungwon and minji match each other.

leaders. thoughtful. kind. so incredibly beautiful.

you weren’t bad looking - you knew that. and you knew that minji loved every single part of you, no matter how much you got in your head about it. but it was different for her. she didn’t even think about things that deep.

“have you ever noticed how uneven my eyes are? it’s like they’re on separate floors on my face,” you said one day, as minji’s not on camera for a second because she’s washing her face after practice. minji ducks into frame, white foam still on her face from her cleanser as she looks at you incredulously.

“y/n, i don’t think so at all. honestly, i don’t even know what you’re talking about; your eyes look fine to me,” she says, before ducking out of frame once more to wash the rest of the foam off of her face. minji can still see that you’re not completely comforted yet and she holds up her phone at an incriminating angle, as though she was scrutinizing your face.

“y/n, i literally see the most beautiful pair of eyes that could ever exist. you’re too hard on yourself. i promise no one sees what you think that they do. all they see is how kind you are and how genuine you are,” minji says and she can see the small smile that you’re trying to fight away and she considers her girlfriend duties to be fulfilled. for the moment, at least.

but that was a year ago, before newjeans was formed and before you started seeing minji’s face more often on billboards than in the comfort of her arms on a quiet date in your apartment.

now, when you get insecure about the tiny little things you don’t like about yourself, you stare longingly at the phone that you’re waiting for to ring, hoping that your girlfriend will call and wash all your insecurities away.

she tries her best - she really does. minji calls you whenever she can, even if she has to call you at 3 in the morning in america so she can catch you before you head to class. she’ll send presents to your door instead of actually showing up because she doesn’t want to compromise your safety.

and she will never take off that necklace. that beautiful sapphire necklace that you gifted her on her 16th birthday, with your first paycheck. the one that has your initials carved into it on a tiny little dog tag that falls down her back.

but it feels a little colder in your apartment meant for love when minji isn’t there to shelter you in her arms and cover your eyes during scary movies. you can’t help but checking her location (which she had shared with you soon after she debuted) to see when she would get home. more often than not, you would fitfully fall asleep before you could see her arrive at home. and you watch a phone that won’t ring until ungodly hours.

when she does call, minji tries to be as lively and attentive as she was before she was being flown out to a different country almost everyday. but you can see the eye bags that give away just how hard she truly is working. and you force yourself to tell her goodbye before you really want to because you want her to get at least a couple hours of precious rest that she doesn’t get too often.

it’s all worth it, you try to tell yourself. when minji finally gets a couple hours where she isn’t forced to be doing something, and she manages to bundle herself up and sneak into your apartment, it is worth. even when she gets a call from her manager that she has to be at the hybe building within the next hour, while she can hold you, it’s worth it.

dating kim minji is hard. but it’s all worth it in the end. it has to be.

He's calm and understanding. No matter if something is troubling you or you're simply in a bad mood just because, he'll never lose his patience with you.

Encourages you in everything you do, whether that is a small task or a lifelong goal you're trying to pursue, Bruno will always be ready to support you and help you in any way possible.

Might be a bit busy from time to time due to his job, but he makes you to call and text you anytime he gets the chance too. He loves hearing your voice and he wants to be sure that you're doing alright.

Speaking of that, he'd love to go fishing with you. It reminds him of the time he spent with his father and sees it as a way to continue his family traditions. After all, you are his future wife/husband.

He has the kindest look on his face while explaining to you how to fish and it makes me want to explode.

He loves to massage your shoulders, for some reason. Maybe because it helps you relax, but it just feels very intimate to him.

He rubs your back and kisses you on the forehead whenever he hugs you. His embrace is warm and you wish you never had to let go.

Gives you flowers or any sort of gifts on the most random occasions. Don't worry, buddy, you didn't forget and important date, he's just a sweetheart and wanted to give you a present to make you smile.

Also, since you're dating him, you'll now have to take care of five children, aka the gang. I'm sorry, but you did this to yourself the moment you became his partner.

Don't worry, Abbacchio will help you... Perhaps.

On a more serious note, Bruno would love to have a family with you in the future. This man is MADE to raise children, adopted or not, anything is fine for him.

He thinks you'd be a great parent, but of course, if you don't want to be, he'll never force it on you :)

What's sleeping with Arno, Ezio, Jacob, Altaïr and Connor like ? As in literally the nervous system being relatively inactive, the eyes closed, the postural muscles relaxed, and consciousness practically suspended kind of sleeping.

Who steals blankets? Who's a human heater? How do they react to their partner being a human heater? Morning person? Who's the biggest cuddler (doing the cuddling and enjoying receiving cuddling)

Arno:

- Okay sleeping with him would be the most comfortable and perfect experience if he wasn't such a BLANKET HOG. He genuinely feels bad for it but it's not like he can't stop it, at least thats what he claims.

- So to remedy this, you have him wrap his arms around you and cuddle up to him ad closely as possible so 1. he can't steal blankets if his arms have you in them and you keep them there the entire night and 2. you just like being close to him and he isn't complaining.

- This does result in his arm falling asleep depending on how you're laying

- Arno was also raised in nobility so chances are, he had to wake up pretty early in the morning and that internal clock just hasn't gone away so yeah, he wakes up at a reasonable time.

- But he still runs late because OH MY, YOU ARE CLINGING TO HIM!? Guess he can't do assassin stuff, damn, looks like he'll just have to stay in bed with you!

- Overall, I rate him: 7/10, because he does bring you breakfast in bed but THE BLANKETS KNOCK HIM DOWN A PEG OKAY.

Ezio:

- You wouldn't steal blankets from him, I honestly think that he's among one of the few assassin's that have a naturally warm body temperature.

- And if not, he can make it warm~ With cuddles, of course! And extra blankets! Honestly he'd be so concerned if you got cold and would never be able forgive himself if you were!

- More leisurely in terms of getting up in the morning, honestly. He does kinda wake up in the early morning out of habit due to old one night stands but then he sees you and he smiles before holding you and going back to bed.

- BIGGEST CUDDLER, HE LIKES TO GIVE YOU CUDDLES but he also wouldn't mind receiving them. Like one day, you decide to be the big spoon and he just lays there and he's like: "I think this just awoke something in me."

- I think that he'd like laying on your chest the most, unless it makes you feel uncomfortable because he really likes hearing your heart beat and how it relaxes him or he'll sync up his breathing with yours♡

- Overall I rate him a good: 10/10 and he's definetly one of the best cuddlers on the list!

Jacob:

(Sir, pls reject me so I can get over you-)

- The problem is getting Jacob asleep and awake a huge amount of the time, honestly. He's too excited to sleep and he likes to sleep in honestly. So you gotta drag him into bed and drag him out of it at times.

- Honestly I feel like Jacob would be one of those people with cold hands so he likes to put them on your skin because its so warm and you just yelp everytime but they warm up rather quickly. Still makes you really annoyed tho.

- LOVES GIVING YOU CUDDLES, IT'S HIS FAVORITE THING EVER. He gets to hold you and talk about somethings he and the Rooks did or how he messed with Evie and he slowly gets sleepy and looks down at his chest to see you sleeping on it and smiles as he kisses you and decides maybe he should get some sleep too.

- Absolutely will wake you up with tickles if he manages to wake up before you do, its his favorite thing and sometimes it results in the both of you falling out of bed but you guys just laugh it off.

- His legs are always intertwined with yours, too. Like when he's sleeping on his side, he'll hook one leg onto you and you might even wake up with his fingers being loosely intertwined with yours.

- Overall: 9/10, warm up your hands before you hug your wife, buddy.

Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad:

- Okay but just to get this out of the way, YOU CUDDLE HIM. Like how can you not want to hold this man in your arms and make him feel safe and secure and ease his guilty conscious for all the things he's done and tell him he's doing and creating something better?? He's awkward about it at first and just kinda...lays there but don't be mislead, he actually enjoys the feeling of being in your arms!

- Also once he is comfortable with it, he will cuddle you back tho. You also act as a human heater for him because there's just something really comforting about having you with him when he sleeps, it doesn't stop him from having bad dreams, but when he wakes up and knows you're there next to him, it helps a lot.

- Is also another person you have to drag to bed because we all know this man is going through stuff and might have workaholic tendencies but yeah. You kinda knew that entering a relationship with him.

- Also wakes up at the ass crack of dawn too, not gonna lie. Usually, he manages to sneak out of bed but when you then grab him and tell him to stay in bed a bit longer and remind that he doesn't have to get up for a while. He silently lays back down and he doesn't fall asleep but he does like to silently admire you.

- HIM WITH A BLANKET THIEF WOULD BE SO FUNNY HONESTLY. Bc early on in the relationship, he'd be too awkward to confront you but as the relationship progresses, he'd totally just kinda glare at you silently before tugging the blankets back to him even if it does wake you up. But he loves you okay♡

- Overall: I rate him a 10/10. Like, he deserves to be held.

Connor Kenway:

- As a fellow native, let me tell you this: WE LOVE OUR BLANKETS. Blanket thieving is not an issue, because he'd have a lot of blankets and I mean a LOT of blankets. So if you're somehow stealing all the blankets, then the most likely scenario is that you got into a fight and you're being petty and he just kinda silently stares at you like: "I said I was sorry-"

- Okag but he is also naturally pretty warm so he's definetly a human heater, he also really enjoys holding you because chances are you might be much smaller compared to him or he just likes how your body fits with his so well.

- Also wakes up early tho but considering he provides a majority of your warmth, you sometimes refuse to let him go and sometimes he tells you has to get up but other times, he can't resist you and lays down with you a little longer.

- If you were a natural human heater though, he wouldn't mind either, he likes how comfy laying in bed with you is. Especially after a hard day of training or helping around the homestead, its just something he genuinely looks forward too and internally gets excited about.

- A light sleeper honestly. So he can sometimes wake up randomly in the middle of the night or if you have a bad dream, you can feel free to wake him up and find comfort in him or like, if you want a glass of water but you're too scared to get up and get it by yourself, yeah, you can wake him up for that too.

- Overall: 10/10. Best sleeping buddy, not just because I'm biased but he's BUILT for cuddle time, I believe.

i’m so confused as to how everyone seemingly came to the collective consensus that the dream premiere was some huge pivotal moment/statement for taekook. i don’t rlly understand how them showing up to a movie premiere together is a huge deal? it’s not like they waltzed in holding hands or anything like that. it very well could have just been two close friends/bandmates going to a movie premiere together bc why not? if any two other members had gone to a movie premiere together it would be seen as completely platonic and normal so why is tkk going made out to be some crazy brave and “wow” moment for them? everyone knows they’re friends. is it just bc jk was shy? bc that’s pretty normal for him tbh especially given that it was his first public outing since being on hiatus for a long time and only doing weverse lives from his house/gym.

also everyone seems to have concluded that they were definitely intentionally wearing queer coded clothes when honestly their outfits were pretty normal. ppl just dug extensively into the background of every item they wore and found some far-off connection to queerness/tkk when rlly it’s so unlikely they planned each article of clothing out like that. bc for what? they’re not actually trying to come out so why would they plan queer coded outfits as some “secret sign” ? like ppl really think jungkook looked up the exact quotes of the print on his jacket and traced it back to being vaguely alluded to something queer? and then said to himself “yes this is what i’ll wear to show the world” ?? and ppl genuinely believe taehyung intentionally wore the brand juntae kim to symbolize the connection of their two names together…like rlly? it’s just a brand…we talk so much abt how shippers connecting clothes/accessories to prove a relationship is stupid yet we’re out here doing the same and making it one of our biggest moments?

don’t get me wrong i love the dream premiere, it was cute, but i rlly don’t get why it’s been made out to be THAT much of a big deal. like i get the kappa tshirts thing bc those r clearly the exact same shirt on the same day but in what way is going to a movie premiere together some “huge step” ?

Let me start by saying I also don't put much into the clothing. They may have been styled for it, they may have chosen themselves. Who knows? But I also wouldn't be surprised to find out it was deliberate. Tae is knowledgeable about queer culture, British music and art, etc. I don't think it's a reach to assume he knows who Morrissey or Oscar Wilde are. But ultimately no, I'm not factoring it into my thinking.

I found videos of a couple of other times two members attended a thing together.

They do heart poses together but when you watch the video, they are both completely focused on posing for camera. I'm not implying they're not close but there's a business-like vibe to it. Joonie was there to perform, it's on schedule etc.

I also found Jimin and Hobi at Dior in Paris.

This video doesn't show it but they arrive seperately, do photowall seperately* then sit together at the runway. They're on schedule.

These both feel a bit different to:

👉 An off schedule event to support Seojoon.

👉 Tae going to his best friends premiere and taking a plus one.

👉 Being together at all points of the event from arriving in same car to leaving together to then continue being together with Wooga after the event.

👉 Hyungsik and Wooshik posed alone and they're super close. This might be because Tae and JK are grouped as BTS though.

👉 The pair of them having a number of moments of eyes on each other rather than anywhere else.

👉 JKs extreme giggliness which, though I see your point about him being shy, seemed excessively nervous.

👉 The fancams of JK stopping and Tae encouraging him.

👉 JKs somewhat pensive live later.

Personally, I don’t see Dream premiere as the ‘they’re making a statement’ some seem to think it is. I think it was important to them personally, because they got to do something just the two of them.. that would come closest to being couply as they publicly can. I think it’s something Tae especially wishes for and possibly this was a real moment for them because of that. Just.. being somewhere together knowing themselves that they are a couple.. I think it must’ve felt satisfying to a certain degree.

I don’t think it was their way of telling the public they are together. I don’t think they specifically chose those clothes to make a statement, rather I think it’s clothes they like from brands they like. I would like to say though that I think both Tae and Jk are aware of what’s behind the brands they choose. I don’t think it’s them making huge statements, but rather them having preferences which are based in them being queer. I also think Tae would be aware of the Oscar Wilde reference. To me that is much more pointed than the brand he’s wearing. They probably are aware of the way fandom scrutinizes everything they do and wear, and I believe the wearing of queer brands is a choice.

I don’t fully agree with your assessment of Jk being shy. Having seen him solo, I know that man is capable of moving past his shyness and introverted tendencies. I don’t think it’s something he unlearns during the times he isn’t in public much. BTS members have trained for these things, they have learned through experiences how to deal with being the focus of everyone. So for me his shyness during Dream does not stem from being in the public eye again after a while.

If I were to go all sappy (I’m gonna… fully aware that my interpretation of this doesn’t proof a thing 😂)… it’s just in the way they look at each other. The way Tae seems all proud and endeared by Jk. How they hold eye contact for a bit and then look away cutely. How Tae reassures Jk and Jk goes giggly. It’s soft to me in ways I maybe can’t explain correctly.

🚫 don't be sorry LOL I love to hate on Louis, he is my favorite loser <3 I think my least favorite trait about Louis in canon is his massive ego. Like honestly, one of my biggest pet peeves is when people paint Lestat as the arrogant one when in reality, Lestat uses arrogance to cover up his own insecurity whereas Louis genuinely believes he is the smartest person in every single room he walks into. Physically? He's weak and human and whatever. But intellectually? Louis thinks he's superior to just about everyone. Even when he meets Armand, he begs for enlightenment, but the second Armand disagrees with his philosophy, he calls him simple! LMAO THE ARROGANCE!!

Idk I've been thinking about this a lot ever since I started chatting with @headfrst4halos about it, but I think one of the reasons I find Louis so intriguing is that he's somehow so pathetic and humble but also incredibly entitled and arrogant in the same breath, and it's weird because with the amount of guilt he carries, you'd think he'd have a bit more self-awareness, but I think especially in IWTV he fails to hold himself accountable for his own actions over and over again, it's just exhausting LOL

🧛🏼‍♀️ OH BOY okay so while I don't agree with everything Anne said in her Hypothetical Loustat Wedding facebook post (I'm haunted every day by the idea of a weird vampire children church choir), I do agree that Louis would actually wind up dressed in black for this particular occasion.

I actually don't think he'd wear a full early 19th century frock coat, though; rather, I think he'd wear something modern, but inspired by that same silhouette. Cue: this Tom Baker coat that costs more than my paycheck LOL. It still sits longer and accentuates the waist, and I actually would want to keep the charcoal satin cravat— if I had to change one thing, it would be that bit of leather at the top of the lapel, but otherwise I think Louis would look so dashing in this!

For a pop of color, I think he'd go for a waistcoat like this (sans tie). I love the dark emerald, and idk something about the floral print seems very Louis to me.

AS FOR THE RING........

I'm having trouble finding something that suits him because Louis is very much a silver tone, not gold. He wouldn't want a massive jewel, but something of a reasonable size, and square-cut, not circular. For the band, I don't think he'd be against something a little more ornate, but not too gaudy. The best thing I can find is sort of like a combination of these two styles:

The one on the left I picked out because I actually like the wide emerald cut on the silver band, and the one on the right has more of an elegant filagree on a thinner band, which I see as more Louis' style— if it was silver, and didn't have those little flowers, I think it would be perfect.

Remains of Spring - Chapter 2

This is my last contribution for @tamlinweek, lol.

As always, biggest thanks to the loml @cauldronblssd for being the best cheerleader, beta reader, and friend ever.

This Chapter occurs sequentially after Chapter 7 of Hope of Spring.

Tamlin pretended to paint the silver Penny chose across the walls of the study, but really, he was spending his time stealing glances at Penny every chance he got.

He had put off cleaning this room for years, even telling the staff not to bother. When Feyre had left with Lucien, he’d torn this room to shreds and sat in the dark in anguish for days. Before things had entirely fallen apart, this room had already symbolized all they had lost–Feyre’s paintings hanging on the walls to mock him. Now, though, it was time to move on.

Penny had been wonderful, helping him clear the room out, clean it, and organize the remainders. She’d washed the walls with the staff, assisted with repairing the furniture, and then picked out this lovely, bright paint for the walls. Tamlin was so astonished at how far above and beyond she always went; it left him reeling that she was just a genuinely good person, always looking for the ways that she could help. Tamlin honestly didn’t know if anyone had ever cared for him at a base level the way that Penny did, other than perhaps his mother, or maybe Lucien, but definitely never someone who wasn’t under obligation to do so.

More than that, she made him laugh. He honestly couldn’t remember the last time he’d laughed as much as he had in the past few weeks. She was so incredibly funny–her sense of humor as grating and brash as it was humorous.

“You see, I know you’re a shapeshifter already, so I only ask because I am genuinely curious.”

“You’re a smart ass, is what you are, Penny.”

“Listen, I think that you would be a simply wonderful puppy. I could carry you around, give you treats so you learn to stop acting like such a dumbass when you’re cranky.” He glared at her, but the amusement kept him from avoiding the smile blooming on his face.

“Careful, or I am going to pick you up and start carrying you around when you tick me off.” He pointed the brush at her accusingly.

“You can’t just remove me, Tamlin. You’re stuck with me harassing you endlessly, that’s the deal. I don’t make the rules.” He sighed audibly, but his mind focused in on her word ‘endlessly’.

Gods, I hope so.

He was so dazed by her throwaway comment that he didn’t notice when he accidentally bumped into her while dipping his brush. She stumbled over her own feet and landed, back first, against the wet wall. He couldn’t stifle the laugh that bubbled up through him at the shock on her face.

Her eyes had gone wide, her nose scrunching immediately when she saw his laugh.

She’s so beautiful.

“Tamlin. Did you just get paint all over my back and hair?” Her voice was so low and calm, meant to be threatening, but it sent his stomach flipping over with the timbre of it.

“Of course not, my lady. It would appear you got paint all over your back and hair.” He couldn’t help but tease her. The banter between them had become so natural–so second nature to him–had it ever been that way with Feyre?

Feyre had never been a friend.

He couldn’t hold his laugh anymore. “Truly, silver is a wonderful color on you. Really brings out your ey–” Before he could finish, he felt the cold slop of the paint across his entire face. She’d painted him, the High Lord of Spring, who people still feared to look directly at, and she was now giggling. He felt the joy bubbling within him as he raised his hand to wipe his eyes.

If she wanted to play, he would play.

She cackled, running out of the room, but he was already on her heels. The part of him controlled by that deep, endless fae magic loved this chase, couldn’t stop his heart from nearly thundering through his chest as he chased her through the halls and to the stairs. She was amazingly fast, honestly far faster than he’d imagined, but it only made this more fun. She was sunshine personified–a bright ray of charm, and cheer, and revelry in a life that had been so sorely lacking for so long.

He was closing in, and her shrieking laugh pushed him to close the final gap as they descended the stairs, pulling her by the waist back into him in a move that felt more possessive than he intended. Suddenly, she was all he could smell, all he could see, feel, touch her, taste her, claim her.

He leaned in to whisper without thinking “caught you”, and he heard her sharp intake of breath–the racing of her pulse echoing his own. She smelled like sage and spearmint, still, but now with something so undeniably Spring…

But Tamlin scented someone else and drew up abruptly, those predatory instincts snapping him to attention as he realized they were no longer alone. He’d recognize that scent anywhere, and it made him bristle. Lucien. He was standing in the foyer, shock painting his face as he tried to collect himself, as Tamlin remembered he was covered in paint and cradling a stranger.

“Tamlin,” Lucien said cautiously, and even his voice sent waves of rage through him.

Traitor.

Tamin swiped over his face with his sleeve to remove the paint, the magic of the moment gone as every nerve ending sizzled with fury.

Had Rhysand truly no shame? Could he not simply leave him be? He’d done everything they’d pushed him to do, and now his reward was supposed to be never having to see or deal with any of them ever again.

“Why are you here, Lucien?” He hated how his voice, meant to be authoritative, still shook with the tension of betrayal. Hated that Lucien was here. Hated that he’d always known him as funny, smart, and kind, and now only knew him as his enemy.

“Rhys sent me. He got your letter.”

The letter. The fucking letter he’d all but begged her not to send.

He’d forgotten in the last few weeks. They’d been getting to know each other, becoming friends, and he’d forgotten all about that fight on the first day. He would pay for it now.

“I don’t know what you could possibly be referring to,” he gritted out between clenched teeth. “Now, I must ask that you leave my court. Certainly, you remember how.” He hated the hurt that reflected in Lucien’s eyes at the comment, hated how he could only lash out, could only hurt others.

“Feyre recognized the smell of Spring on the letter. Your scent, among others. We know it came from you, from the manor. I assume the letter came from you.” He looked at Penny, then seemed to second guess. For a second, Tamin thought he could sense anger flowing off Penny, but before it formed fully, she was stepping forward to introduce herself. She awkwardly shook his hand, and Tamlin was in awe of how she directed the conversation, making the typically unshakable Lucien seem flustered.

“Hello, Penny. It’s wonderful to make your acquaintance. How do you find yourself here in Spring?” That rage again from Penny, but Tamlin only heard the barb in the words. The accusation.

“She is my guest.” He could feel the talons threatening to burst through his skin. All that work in the last few years, and for what? He still couldn’t control himself. He wanted to scream, cry, rage. He had to remove himself from the situation before he escalated it. If they chose to continue only seeing him as the beast, then that’s what they could have. “I want you out of my house, Lucien. Now.”

Penny spoke up, but he could hardly hear it. “...so, you may tell Rhysand that Tamlin’s guest is here of her own free will, and not a hostage of any sort.”

Was she defending him?

“My lady, I did not mean to imply–” She was standing up for him. But he could already feel the change coming. His veins sizzled with the magic, tasting his beast form and starting to force the transition.

“I am here of my own accord, and here I will stay as long as Tamlin will allow me to.”

She would stay. She wanted to stay.

“You know I will have to inform Rhysand of what I’ve seen here, right?” It was the last thing he needed to hear, and the magic roared within him, barely contained. He hated himself–hated this lack of control. He would never be someone worthy of her. What had he been thinking? He would always be this monster–this horror that they all expected him to be. He had moments at best.

“I told you I didn’t want to send the letter.” He gritted out, then turned back to Lucien. “I won’t tell you again to get out.”

Then he all but ran out of the doors, the beast within him taking over and pulling him to escape into the dark forest amongst the vicious creatures where he belonged.

He’d roamed the forest for hours, running until he was breathless and exhausted. He had let all the horrid thoughts run through him over and over.

Monster. Traitor. Failure.

The thoughts pounded through his mind like a mantra as he ran and ran and ran. He could never be worthy of someone to love him, to care for him in any way. He’d driven Feyre away all on his own, failure by failure. Lucien, too. They’d both betrayed and left him, but he’d made them do it. He was every bit the monster they painted him to be. All that work and grief and processing and self-reflection meant nothing at the end of the day. He couldn’t even control his shifting, something that a youngling should have been able to do.

Panting and burned out, he shifted back to his fae form and dropped to the ground, letting his chest rise and fall on the forest floor as he watched the stars emerge.

But she said she wanted to stay.

The voice whispered from somewhere deep inside him. She had. She’d told Lucien that.

He groaned and rubbed his eyes, feeling the leftover magic swim in his veins. The Spring magic liked her, for whatever reason, humming wildly whenever she was nearby. He knew that she was powerful, but she seemed eternally unaware. His magic, however, recognized that vibration within her and always responded like it wanted to play. He didn’t know, truly, what he felt for her.

At first, it had been nice just to have someone to talk to. When she’d put him in his place without a lick of fear her first day here, he’d been entranced by her. She was so brave, so honest. He couldn’t remember the last time someone hadn’t feared him, or hated him, but just treated him as an equal. Every day, he found himself so thankful she was here, so grateful that she had stayed. And to hear her say how much she wanted to stay was like feeling the manor had spun around him.

And he’d Ieft. He sighed, the familiar disappointment and shame welling inside him.

Why was he so incapable of just doing the right things?

He had been trying to get away–trying to keep them from seeing him erupt–but in the end, he’d left her there. She was probably furious with him; who knew if she even did still want to stay? He sat up, pushing up from the ground. He needed to get home to her and apologize. She didn’t deserve this. If she wanted to stay, she deserved someone who would stay, too.

He walked as he formed a plan. He’d go back, maybe get some flowers from the garden and some sweets from the kitchen, knock on her door, and tell her how sorry he was for leaving. He’d tell her he was working on it, and that he would do better. That he wanted her here, wanted her to stay, and that he wouldn’t leave her again. He cleared the treeline, tripping over brambles and staggering towards the house as he tried to calm his nerves.

“Tamlin?” He was shocked to hear her familiar voice call out across the grass. In the twilight, he could see her running across the yard to him, and his heart leapt into his throat.

She was here. And she’d been waiting for him.

She halted just feet away from him, so close that her abrupt stop caused her scent to swell forward and cloud around him, almost bringing him to his knees.

“Penny.” Her name came out as a whisper on his breath. He took a step forward.

“Yes?”

“I am so sorry. I am so sorry I left.”

“No. Tamlin, I’m sorry. I put you in such a shit position. I should have listened to you.”

She was sorry?

“I shouldn’t have left. You had every right to write to them. You have every right to everything. I would never stop you. I would never hold you back. You know that, right?” He would never make those mistakes again. He would never force someone’s hand when it came to choices, or their affections. If it wasn’t freely given, he didn’t want it. He hated the sting of tears that burned at his eyes at the admission. He so badly wanted to reach for her, to feel her hands in his, but he had to let her be the one to choose.

“I know, Tam. I know. It’s alright.”

Tam.

She’d called him Tam, in her voice like bells. "I am here because I want to be. I am here with you.” She grasped his hands in hers, bringing him closer, allowing her to embrace him, and just in time, because he felt like he might actually fall to his knees in front of her. She’d pressed her beautiful face to his chest, his heart beating right in her ear.

Could she hear how it was racing?

“Are you hungry? I was having a picnic.”

“Sure, Penny. Show me to your picnic.” He couldn’t let go of her hand now that she’d offered it. He wanted to feel the solid warmth of it in his forever.

She led him to the garden gazebo, a little dinner set out around her with enough food for two.

Had she known he would come back? Had she just been waiting for him the way he had been waiting on her?

Tamlin worried about the dangerous hope that bloomed in his chest as he sat next to her in the gazebo under the stars, feeling that hum in his veins call out for hers like it was calling for home.

My top ten Danganronpa ships

Since it’s Valentine’s Day I decided that i should show my top ten Danganronpa ships for the world to see

Now here are some rules

One all of this is my own opinion if you disagree that’s fine but no harassment

Two I do not ship same sex couples for reasons I won’t elaborate on so if you don’t see your favorite slash ship on here then tough luck

Three these ships aren’t just ranked on personal preference but other factors such as screen time chemistry or others so that should set the tone now let’s get in

I’m also tagging @hopeymchope @freezethunder and @wydstepcat to give a list of your top ten ships (you don’t have to follow my rules)

Number 10

Nagito komaeda x Mikan tsumiki

So why do I ship these to together? Because Kodaka said they’re kokichi’s parents! UP YOURS KOMAHINA’S HAHAHA

In all seriousness these two make a surprisingly good ship because of surprisingly compatible both being some of the most mentally broken members of the class as well as nagito being one of the classmates to stick up for Mikan so there’s that and because there’s so much potential in the dynamics for this ship be it the nurse/patient dynamic or just being the insane couple. The one thing holding this ship back is the lack of interactions between the two which is why it’s so low on this list but this should be a good way to start the list right?

Number 9

Byakuya togami x toko fukawa

If your still reading this please put down the pitchforks and hear me out

So you’re probably wondering why I’m putting a ship like this well I’ll explain

As well all know togami starts the game off as a selfish jerk who only cares about winning and doesn’t seem to care about anybody and is more than willing to use toko as a tool for his amusement so with that in mind how could I ever ship something like this.

Well most of the appeal of this ship mostly comes from the development of the two characters in general.after Sakura’s trial makes him reconsider his preconceived views about bonds he starts to treat everyone slightly better and even gives toko a few compliments (which admittedly isn’t a bit much but hey it’s progress) and later in the series we see him actually sticking his neck out for other people so admittedly most the appeal for me stems less from their current relationship and more for what it might look like after both of their development which is why it’s low on this list and honestly togami’s insults don’t seem to bug me as much since toko seems to be enjoying this a bit too much

Number 8

Shuichi saihara x kaede akamatsu

You know it’s true love when you see a girly looking detective boy who’s scared of his own shadow fall out of a locker

In all seriousness these have a nice dynamic between the two partnering up to stop the killing game in the first chapter.kaede helps encourage shuichi out of his insecurities which makes it more tragic when she’s revealed to be the culprit through the rest of the game kaede’s death serves as one of shuichi’s biggest motivators throughout the game

Now as for why it’s so low we’ll most of their dynamic stays in chapter one so

Number 7

Miu iruma x kiibo

News flash lusty girl falls for walking tin can

With how raunchy and egotistical miu is I didn’t think to much of this ship when I heard about it added on by the fact the kiibo was a robot (sorry that was robophobic of me) and when I see they’re dynamic it’s surprising wholesome with miu showing genuine kindness towards kiibo and kiibo being the only student who isn’t gonta to be sad she died and I haven’t even talked about the “maintenance” so yeah number 7 good ship

Number 6

Nekomaru nidai x Akane owari

Ahh yes the gym couple

Nekomaru and akane’s relationship isn’t just fun to watch it’s also sad to think about with how much they spend training with each other (and how many sexual innuendos they have with each other) it doesn’t take long to see why people like especially when it comes to Nekomaru sacrificing himself for Akane and his death being Akanes big motivator throughout the rest of the game really shows how much these two mean to each other

Number 5

Sonia nevermind x gundham Tanaka

What’s better than one over the top edgelord two over the top edgelord

Sonia and gundham is one of the ships that pretty much everyone can agree one (save for the yaoi/Yuri fans and the kazuichi fans crying in the corner) with just how over the top they are together and their shared interest in the occult and much like with Akane gundhams death helps drive Sonia as a motivator for the rest of the story well what do you know

Number 4

Kaito momota x maki harukawa

The luminary of the stars and his murderous girlfriend

Kaito and maki is one of the ships that have one of the strongest developments in the series. Maki’s arc in the series revolves around her dropping the aloof assassin thing kaito is one of the biggest factors in it. Throughout the game kaito constantly tries to reach out to maki to get her to finally open up not only inviting maki to train but also pushing her to open up as well to the point of arguing with shuichi when it’s possible that kaito killed kokichi and tsumugi using kaito to break maki like she used kaede with shuichi overall this is one of the best ships in the series I just prefer these next three

Number 3

Fuyuhiko kuzuryu x Peko Pekoyama

One of the ships we all can agree on

Honestly this ship surprised me and I didn’t like it until further examination in the beginning we see Peko seem to know kuzuryu better than most but it isn’t until chapter two when the whole story comes out.we learn that Peko is fuyuhiko’s childhood friend who was raised to be both a servant and a hitwoman for the kuzuryu clans heir (fuyuhiko) and was raised to be a tool since birth however we know that her feelings for kuzuryu are 100% genuine and she will do anything for him even take a murder out of his own hands so she can take the fall for him but what if kuzuryu well this is best displayed in chapter two when he confesses that he didn’t care that Peko was raised to be a tool and just wanted to be with her and was begging for her not to go to the point where he tried to interfere with the execution and got slashed in the process. The amount of devotion between the two is fantastic and bittersweet and the same time when you have a couple so devoted to each other they are willing to face death for the other

Makoto naegi x kyoko kirigiri

The hero and the heroine but which one is which

What can I say that hasn’t already been said these two probably have the most progressive relationships in the series from unlikely Allies to devoted partners these two have earned their place in the fandom

And now for my number one pick a tragic ship that was simply never meant to be

Number one

Hajime hinata/izuru kamakura x Chiaki nanami

This is probably the most tragic ship for me on this list by a pair with a bond so strong it transcends memory

The pair consists of a boy with no talent but wants one and girl who has a talent but sees no value in it and both end up positively impacting the other hajime started to realize talent isn’t everything and Chiaki starts to see her talent can be useful sadly thanks to someone beating(literally) it into hajime that he’s nothing more than a talentless scrub this leads hajime into the kamukura project and Chiaki suffers a tragic death impaled and betrayed by the person you loved most as she’s in tear because she didn’t want hajime to be talented she just wanted him alone (reminds you of another couple don’t it) but hajime’s love for her remains enough to get izuru to start shedding tears over her death

In 2dr2 Chiaki is hajime’s closest ally backing him up in trials and keeping him out of trouble all this comes to head when Chiaki is revealed to be the traitor and hajime is in the most denial he’s ever been in he doesn’t want to believe that his closest friend is the traitor but sadly is forced to do so

In the final chapter hajime’s memory of nanami is enough to inspire him towards the future and even helps deal the final blow to junko

Regardless of your stance on this ship its clear that these two have a strong bond that still persists regardless of it and that makes this my favorite Danganronpa ship of all time

I got a lot of edits on my fyp prior to watching any TVDU show so I knew a solid amount of the plot lines prior to watching either show, which also means I knew what characters were normalized to be hated/loved. I started these shows and expected to absolutely despise Matt, Elena, Tyler, and Cami. None of them are my favorite, but I never understood the hate for any of them whatsoever.

The Matt hate just makes no sense, I’m convinced people just want to “fit in” and hate the person that everyone else hates. You pretty much explained everything I would say for him so I’ll hold back a bit here. And yeah, I’m tired of people pretending he’s not attractive cause there is not a single actor on this show that doesn’t look good.

Everyone calls Elena a crybaby, but if they had lost the amount of people that she had before they’re even 20 years old, I guarantee you they’d be crying even more than she did. And calling her selfish? She very rarely ever put herself over anyone. There’s also the argument that she ‘played Stefan’ which in my opinion is just straight out wrong, it’s not like she was pretending to be in love with him while she was with him, but if you hate her for that, you’d have to hate like half the show. I swear everyone dated everyone within that friend group, why do people only hate on her for it? Also this has nothing to do with my point, but why does everyone hate on her NH era? I liked it, it gave her character something different.

Everyone hates on Tyler for one of two reasons. One being that he tried to SA Vicki in season 1, which you would think is a valid excuse, but then they go onto say Klaus, Damon, and/or Katherine is their favorite character (and I’m saying this as my Damon and Klaus are both in my top 5 TVDU characters). The second reason would be something along the lines of Tyler wanting to get revenge on Klaus. I do think he went too far with trying to kill Hayley/hope, but aside from that, he had every right to get revenge on Klaus. He killed his mom and practically ruined his life, including messing with his relationship with Caroline. I actually love Forewood, but I don’t think they could’ve been endgame after that. So I don’t get why people hate on him for leaving Caroline, because I feel like continuing to lead her on when his head is nowhere near the right space would’ve been worse.

Then there’s cami, which is honestly the most confusing one out of all to me. I completely understand her not being your favorite, especially if you’re into more of the anti heroes or villains (like me), but I do not understand why people just absolutely despise her. She plays a major part in the originals, especially early on, as she is the only person Klaus seems to care about listening to whatsoever. He isn’t paying Hayley any sort of attention, and he lied to/betrayed Elijah left and right in season 1. She’s also never betrayed anyone that she considers to be friends or family. The biggest reason she’s hated on is because she ‘stole Klaus from Caroline.” 1. I genuinely just do not get what people see in klaroline. I don’t absolutely despise them, but I do not like them either. Klaus hurt her multiple times (which, by the way, why do people act like Klaus is a hero for saving Caroline from a bite he caused…?) and Caroline was manipulating him every chance she got. I totally understand the whole ‘enemies to lovers’ trope, considering I like delena, but I just do not get it here. 2. How did anyone see that Klaus (and the originals) was getting his own show, and still expect klaroline to work out? 95% of interactions they had post TO being made was complete fan service. It would’ve been WAY too difficult to do a long distance thing with two different shows, especially when neither of them were (im so gonna get hated for this) never in love with each other, they weren’t even in a relationship. Oh and back to the forewood thing real quick, Tyler had every right to be pissed at Caroline for sleeping with Klaus.

Well that turned into a klaroline bashing towards the end. For the record my top 5 characters are Damon, Elijah, kol, hayley, and Klaus in that order and there really aren’t any ships (canonical ships anyway) that I absolutely hate so.

Side note, thank you for being able to hold characters accountable. I like characters as villains/anti heroes because they are a villain/anti hero, I will never understand why people try to defend their favorite character and make them seem like a hero. Like the character for their character, don’t make them into something completely different. If you wanna debate anything further (or something entirely different) let me know, I enjoy debating about shows, I just typically can’t find anyone in this fandom (or any fandom for that matter) that is able to have an actual debate without someone starting to scream over an opinion lmao.

There really isn’t a question here I just kinda felt like ranting after reading your post about Matt Donovan so here it is. Reply to this as you please!

I was fortunate enough to watch the shows before I got into the fandom so I didn't get spoilers (at least for TVD), but more importantly, I didn't have anyone to influence me on which characters to like or not. Which was why I was so surprised when I joined the fandom and saw so much hatred. But I do think some people just "bandwagon" hate characters. Especially Matt. Because anytime I ask people why, they can't even truly express why they *hate* him.

Elena was never my favorite character but I loved early seasons of Elena. I even enjoyed her NH era. I didn't like her sire bond era much. But she definitely gets too much hate. Even at times when I think she can be selfish, she's still miles better than the men the fandom loves.

I've actually posted about Tyler before, you can find that here. Sure, he's done questionable/problematic things, but who hasn't? The hate he gets is ridiculous, especially because it always comes from Damon or Klaus stans. I actually like Caroline and adored Forewood, but I hated how she handled the breakdown of their relationship. I blame the writers. They continuously tanked Caroline's character in order to get views with klaroline.

I love Cami and she is the one character that I truly believe has done no wrong. Cami was truly a turning point for Klaus. Cami was not only an important person for Klaus but for the entire Mikaelson family and the entirety of New Orleans. I also wrote about that recently. But yes, 100% of the hate she gets is because of Klaroline stans. I used to be indifferent to Klaroline. Like I don't like them because they are toxic and I would never ship them, and there are plenty of ships I feel this way about, but the fandom has made me actively dislike them. Klaroline had no possible way of working out and was just lust, but people build them up in their head and then attacked and harassed a real life person because of their delusions.

I'm glad you found my post and enjoyed it! I love finding people that want to engage and have actual discussions about the fandom. Too many people get so set in their views and can't discuss the characters without getting angry. I completely agree. We can all love the characters but 99% of the characters in this show are problematic to say the least. We can love them and still acknowledge this. I love to analyze the morality of the show because it is interesting as we can't use are real life standards to do so. I obviously love over analyzing everything about the show as I spend so much time doing so.

My second Pizzeria Simulator character! Not gonna lie I was never the biggest fan of Bonnie or any of his versions (besides BonBon and Bonnet) but after doing this request i'm kinda starting to see the appeal... (*ﾉ▽ﾉ) As always thank you for requesting and enjoy! (°◡°♡)

❧ Somehow you found Rockstar Bonnie’s guitar lying around during your visit to the pizzeria. Looking around and seeing the item isolated you figured turning it into the lost and found would be the best option. That is until his sudden appearance out of nowhere jump scared you.

❧ As an apology for scaring you how about a song from yours truly?! That cute smile of yours, while he sang to you, took such a toll on his heart. He’ll have to bring up those moments more often.

❧ Congrats on being his official guitar handler because you’re the only person who can find it. Honestly can’t tell if it’s being done on purpose or if he's genuinely forgetful. Those moments where you do get to spend time with him are very precious though. Getting to talk with him about life or sitting close in comforting silence is something you both get to enjoy.

❧ Being the wanna-be Frank Sinatra he pulls off the suave personality very well despite his clumsiness. He’s pretty confident and his flirts come out so subtle and smooth. The first time he complimented you it caught you off guard. Your name is slowly being replaced by pet names like “Love”, “Doll”, and "Dear”.

❧ Bro is such a big fan of the 1940s/ 1950s that he’ll sing classic love songs from that time. He’ll also make some of his own to describe you. He takes so much time and effort to write songs, especially the ones about you, to be perfect. To have you compliment them and ask questions makes his heart melt.

❧ As time goes on, his clinginess towards you shows. He just finds your sweet voice and company so wonderful he can’t help but go out of his way to be with you. He doesn’t mind you being a few feet away from him, just don’t stay out of sight for too long. Wouldn't want to hold back the band because he was off looking for you.

❧ I see the Rockstar group be one of the more harmless since their liability rate is one. That being said, Bonnie would never hurt someone he adores. However, the same can't be said for those who try you.

❧ Rockstar Bonnie's personality is very nonchalant, so it's rare to make him upset. He prefers to steer away from violence of any kind, but it's not rare for threats to be thrown around towards those he dislikes. Says the most outta-pocket things in a casual tone and walks away after that.

❧ If you ever told him to stop, he’d be hurt by it. Isn’t that person bothering you? It’s obvious you don’t like that scum, so why are you defending them? Maybe you’re just not comfortable enough to share your real feelings with him. As much as that thought also hurts him, Rockstar Bonnie understands. He’ll make sure to fix this little problem right away.

❧ The next time you come back to the pizzeria you heard of your coworker's sudden disappearance. No one has a clue how it happened but it's been rumored that he quit their job. Luckily, Rockstar Bonnie knows exactly how to cheer you up after such unfortunate news.

honestly i like to make light of the fact that rook was acquainted with vil via criticizing his play upfront, and the fact that they even became inseparable after, but i really think it says a lot about them. especially vil, in this case. about how vil values the cold and hard truth above all that is sugarcoated and brought to him via beating around the bush in a world where everyone is sucking up to him to get something out of it. like, what did rook have to gain in the moment? if anything, he would've been mauled by anyone else. but he did it out of genuine interest, in vil and helping him (even if his critique lacked tact in the delivery). that's what drew vil to rook. he was so unabashed in what he thought about a certain things flaws, but also so full of vigor and readiness to see it for all it's potential. he's exactly the type of person vil needs.

unwavering loyalty (the type that vil truly values) can also be seen through rook's election of neige in the vdc. i really do hate that it's portrayed as a betrayal. yes, i understand it would be to anyone else, especially given rook knows of vil's rivalry with neige. but obviously, rook and vil aren't conventional people. rook already stated very valid reasons for it; it wouldn't satisfy vil's ambition nor his need for the first place and perfection. it'd be hollow to him. most of all, vil would know he didn't deserve it because the performance itself wasn't the best he could give. why would he want an unjustified trophy? he would've continued striving for no. 1 in extremely damaging ways if rook did not choose neige and give him the reality check he needed. that's the type of reality check he wanted. that's what true friends do. holding each other to standards, encouraging improvement-- doing what's right, because it will do right by them in association. rook choosing vil in this context would be the truest betrayal to vil because rook knows it would go against all vil stands for. it would be the biggest betrayal to rook's wanting to help vil improve and blossom because it wouldn't do that. it'd drive him further into madness. rook pulled vil back before he could do that and that's real loyalty. making hard decisions for the betterment of your loved ones. i don't really remember much of chapter 5's ending, but i do remember vil also acknowledged all my prior points himself, and did realise the winning the VDC wouldn't have been the best for him in the long run.

i absolutely hate blind devotion. i hold my friends to moral codes because being too entrenched in unhealthy mindsets would leave you blindsided to what's truly beautiful and joyous in life and people, and i dont want to be the one to enable or exacerbate it. i expect them to do the same with me; tell me off, disagree with me, and give me a reality check when i need it, because i know ill appreciate it when that time has long gone and their wake up call was what got me back on the right track. that they cared about me enough that they wanted to help me change for better instead of just standing to the sidelines because to be loved is to be CHANGED.... (wails uncontrollably into pillow, shits, sharts, etc etc). my greatest goal in life is to be the best version of myself and to be loyal is to support what the truest part of me yearns for! improvement! that's why i expect that if i were to act up, my friends would have the courage in knowing that opposing whatever dumb idea i might have would ultimately mean the most to me! so when i say i get how vil must've felt during chapter 5 i really get it. sure he still would've been upset over his loss but i believe he understood the reality of the situation quite well, including rooks reasoning. he trusts rook because he knows rook can make the right call for him if need be, even if it results in such drastic consequences. he knows rook has his actual best interests in mind. he knows rook isn't one to lick vil's boots-- he'd bow before him and rise against him, all in vil's favour. that's why he was more determined than ever to get on the right track to strive towards complete perfection. he was upset but he knew it was transient and he'll have another chance at true success.

people also have to understand that brutally honest =/= cruel. brutally honest is just a term used by people who just want an excuse to be mean but he doesn't intend to be, so i can see how that term, when conflated with a character, can be warped to a different interpretation. yes, good intentions don't always equal good actions but he always means it for the betterment of others. you don't like his tone? tell him! he'll adjust the level of tact in which he delivers his speech but the content is more or less the same.

again, vil is also another one who drops a lot of subtle hints of vulnerability. of large deviations of who he is and how he operates.

god i am.. sgshn???!?!!!!!!! so desperately in love with him....!??? he's so deeply flawed but that doesn't make him a bad person. it makes him so real and raw and just. someone i could really sympathize with in real life, especially when i can relate to, or atleast understand many of his core themes and struggles. he's more complex than the other boys in the cast (not to say the others cannot have complexity) and it makes it all the better to pick him apart. yes i see god in your eyes babes please kiss me so hard my lips explode.

“He’d bow before him and rise against him, all in Vil’s favor” HOLY SHIT ANON THAT IS ?,, THE HARDEST LINE IVE EVER READ??? But I completely agree! Vil was less upset about the justified loss than he was about Neige winning ! He understood Rook’s reasoning and didn’t question it, but ofc he was irritated that his (one sided) mortal nemesis beat him. I agree that Vil is so insanely complex- that’s why he’s my favorite character to pick apart, and also why I feel the strongest connection to him. Tbh he’s one of the only characters I could see myself realistically befriending. His honesty and determination are super admirable imo, and we share some core values.

Also,,, I’m currently brainstorming ways for him to show his vulnerabilities, funnily enough hehe hoo

I’m a pretty kind person, but also sensitive. I’d jump in front of a bullet for someone else though. Im a people-pleaser so what other people think of me, i really take into account. Once people get close to me though, i tend to be sassy and have “snarky” remarks, but in a joking way. If my friends have ever spoken out about if it makes them uncomfortable i will immediately stop. Honestly though, i can’t handle seeing someone else in pain- or crying. My heart will literally tear and i’ll start crying with them. I tend to be the “funny” friend- everyone usually laughs at my jokes, but i’ve been called the “mom” friend too, because i start to take into account what other people may need! Hair ties? Hobbies:

Also, you’re the mum friend and it makes Barbatos so happy because he doesn’t have to worry about another hyperactive adult lmao. Diavolo is kinda like a golden retriever boyfriend. He includes you in all sorts of fun activities and always have dates planned out for you two! He shows you hell and you show him the human world. Sometimes Barbatos threatens him with less time with you to get him to work. But one thing for sure is that you two are always seen touching each other. He loves holding your hand and waist, when he sees you he runs up to you and engulfs you in a hug which is rather funny considering his corpulence. In private you two cuddle a lot, when he’s working he’ll hold you in his laps to recharge as he calls it. Diavolo often takes you on dates to operas and plays. He passes them to Barbatos as ‘Seeing how the arts are developing’, yeah of course. We all believe you Diavolo. During these dates he gives you historical facts and explains references you might not get. After or before those dates, Diavolo takes you two to try new foods. He knows you like sweets so he makes sure to always get you some or ask Barbatos to make some. Speaking of gifts….yeah you’re getting spoiled but he’ll calm down after knowing you feel guilty about it. Getting spoiled in the sense he always gets you your favorite things and supports your hobbies by getting you the best material. Then with time he’d start getting you jewelry and all. If you two get married your birthday might as well become a national holiday just like his….

Diavolo likes to have lazy days because he can just spend them doing whatever with you. Perhaps you’d explore the human world or he’d try his hand at the kitchen! You two always have a laugh after that. He likes taking your hand and engaging to a songless dance (he puts in music eventually), I believe he knows many dances and will even teach you some. He’ll also let you do his nail and makeup (you can’t tell me he doesn’t put at least some make up). Diavolo has to follow certain fashions but enjoys going shopping to get things he’d only wear at the castle. He’ll always take you with him and you also have some kind of say in the official clothes his tailor makes him! At the end of a busy day, Diavolo just wants to relax with you in bed. You’re his safe space.

I wanted to elaborate on this but didn’t find how to make the transition so I’ll just say it here. One of the topics diavolo used to get to know you is your law major. He asked you about it and you two had pleasant evenings comparing the devildom laws with the human laws. It’s canon that healthchecks in the devildom are rather….rough so you’ll have fun comparing them. I initially planned to match you with asmo considering your interest in cosmethology but Diavolo is a much better fit in my opinion. He’d always hype up your interests and even proposes to let you in some factories so you can compare products in both worlds. He’d be really interested in seeing you make some cosmetics because he is very curious in all fields. The only issue with Diavolo is that he can’t always take no for an answer. He is used to getting his way so set up some clear boundaries at the start. You also have to accept that he is a prince first, he has his own secrets. I think I lost track of words….
