i feel like people are sleeping on the occam's razor situation of how buckwild it is to outright accuse a guy of being a clone of your friend even if you DO have a lot of circumstantial evidence. there's other options is what im saying. they could just be like. a guy. that's a sensible deduction. you should explore that deduction. ignore my shirt that reads I <3 RED HERRINGS.

still cannot get over how much of a toxic sweat joel is. like if you watched his pov for mcc you would have no idea that his main schtick is that he's literally a builder on a fantasy roleplay server he is one of the most unnecessarily competitive players ive ever seen. the guy taught himself to speed bridge for tgttos and he occasionally does it on empires just to show off. he posted a clip on twitter of him playing tgttos on mcc island and the only words he says in the whole clip are "fuck off" four times. he camps the subreddit and viciously attacks anyone who places his team lower than top 5. someone so much as looks at him funny on stream in empires and he goes back to his base, grabs a chestplate and 5 golden apples, and hunts them down in complete silence until they're dead. you just know that man spends hours of his free time grinding competitive minecraft and for WHAT. to build a floating island???? to babysit his armor stand son????? NOBODY does it like him

#he is SOOOO insecure i love him so much #ive been watching mcc since mcc 2 and until about a year ago i only watched sweaty players #and then i started watching hermits and adjacent just to have a chill experience #and somehow joel is LESS chill than 90% of the players i used to watch who were ACTUAL sweats. like pvpers and stuff #IT NEVER STOPS BEING FUNNY TO ME #that being said ive watched almost all of joels mccs and seeing him go from an average to getting top 10 a few times has been awesome #ive been one of the joel A tier truthers since like mcc 15 and i was RIGHT #smallishbeans #whenever i maintag a joel post i get a little bit paranoid that hes gonna see the post . so if u see this joel #im proud of u. keep thotting it up in mcc. slay

this is a wierd question maybe but has a medical professional ever said anything at all about quadrobics?

i just know that in human pup safety courses they specifically dedicate a lot of time talking about wrist and hand injuries you can give yourself related to not playing properly and not using any wrist protection or support. MMA gloves are one of the most basic humanpup gears that they frequently stress is the Most important piece of gear you have because it's basically armor. and in humanpupplay, there is no running and jumping and parkour-type shit; youre just on the floor walking around or wrestling another dog. if its so easy to break your wrists doing that, imagine how easy it is to break your wrists with absolutely no protection whatsoever, running and jumping around?

iirc one of the entire points of the sport is to do it without protection to show off how adaptive or agile your body is. and honestly i think this is really terrible. this is a 1 way ticket to completely fucking up your wrists. again - if its easy to fuck up your wrists just by walking on your knuckles and knees, its even easier to do that when youre running and jumping and slamming your entire weight down onto your wrists without protection or support

i feel bad not having a real conclusion to this post. i want to say "go buy MMA gloves, go buy wrist support, go watch humanpup safety videos" but i am also not a medical professional and i have no idea what would work best here as protection against injury or longterm strain. maybe i'll say you should check in with a doctor before starting quadrobics and see what they recommend for wrist support because SOMETHING has to be better than forcing your entire body weight onto your hands and wrists this way (a fragile structure which has 8 bones btw!!)

be careful with your body. i dont care if you hate your body or do not identify with it. it is still a delicate machine that carries you through your life!!

things from The Halloween Update that are concerning me more than i already am about Eddie:

his Frankenstein's Monster costume turning his face (and hands. ha, hands, like the hands on a-) half yellow half blue/purple like the clocks & Sally's door. that's fucking me up a little ngl

Eddie tacks "A bit of a moral conundrum-" onto his description of Frankenstein's Monster, who he's costumed as. which seems out of place with the rest of his description. he could've said "bolts" or "white streak in his hair" or another physical trait. nope. Moral Conundrum (one could also describe his costume as "two-faced"...). and the fact that he's dressed specifically as someone who was "brought back from the dead" makes me 👁️👁️. kinda reminds me of a certain set of artworks from Clown's tumblr a while back...

Eddie, despite his whole schtick being "bad memory", was the only one to accurately recognize Sally's costume as pedrolino from the Commedia dell'arte. could be a little 'inside joke', might be something else. i suspect it's something else due to his... ah... Everything.

"Are you leaving already?" asked Philza as he embraced Missa tightly.

Missa laughed softly. "I'm trying to."

"Come home safely." Philza said and Missa nodded.

They pulled back slightly, gazing into each other's eyes in silence. Missa tenderly caressed Philza's face, examining each feature as if trying to commit it to memory for a long time apart. He placed a gentle kiss on Philza's forehead before starting to step back down the stairs.

"Hey!"

Philza's shout surprised Missa, almost causing him to lose his footing. He turned with a quizzical brow, and saw Philza's expression - no longer smiling, but annoyed.

"Are you playing with me? Or am I too short?" Philza said sternly. "My mouth is down here, not up there," he pointed out, gesturing. "Does your neck hurt?"

Missa stood stunned, then broke into a wide grin as understanding dawned. In a flash he darted back, seizing Philza in an embrace and pinning him against the wall in one motion. They took a moment to feel their closeness, to know what they were doing, to know what they were going to do.

Their lips met tentatively at first, both catching their breath from the impact. But quickly the tentative touches bloomed into a passionate joining, as if unable to get close enough to one another. Lost in the moment, they kissed deeply and eagerly like lovers reunited after millennia— although they saw each other daily —, coaxing sweet sounds of pleasure and desire from each other without a care for who might hear. All that mattered was the intimate connection between their melting breaths and tasting lips.

When they stopped they continued in a hug, and again they walked away, They looked totally out of line with their hair undone and their clothes torn. They looked like they had just gotten out of a fight.

Missa put a hand to his lip and felt some pain. "You didn't have to bite me so hard."

"I was trying to teach you how to say goodbye."

Guys what if Soap's skull mask is red because he wants the enemies to focus their fire on him?

Like he's a Sergeant, he has people under his command, under his protection, we've seen him focus on saving people in that first mission, I think he's very protective.

I also think he's not very careful with his own well being, unconsciously thinks of himself as less important than everyone around him.

So what if he spray paints that mask bright red to make sure that if anyone there is spotted and shot it will be him? And if he's hurt, or dead, but everyone else is fine, then he's happy with that.

I dunno, I think unearthed trauma suits him. And I think it's funny that Soap's way of dealing with it is by being self-sacrificial, and Ghost way of dealing with it is the exact opposite, unconsciously leaving people behind if there's the slightest chance of them being dead because he can't stop or he's gonna die too (and he can't be back in a coffin and fire's a no go also so he just can't die period), and then being so deeply overwhelmed with guilt that it sends him in a spiral...

Makes for quite a funny couple dynamic... And honestly I don't even think Price would say much about it because you know he's just as fucked up and if he recognizes that they're fucked up then he has to acknowledge that he is too and he's barely hanging on as it is, but he can't break because what's gonna happen to his kids if he does?

I think in this case it's a job for Laswell, she's fucked up as well but has a very comforting wife and a therapist, so she's working on herself at least.
