How will Demetri react when he finds out who his sister's baby daddy is?

Part One | Part Two | Part Three

The hard part, at least for now, was over. Reader found herself not only in a loving relationship with two people who cared for her deeply, but she felt happy to her core once again. It was a freeing feeling, something that allowed her to thoroughly enjoy everything she did from that point forward.

However, another issue presented itself soon thereafter the rekindling of Reader and Hawk's love. Though he had left Cobra Kai and vowed to never be that kind of person again, he had yet to tell Demetri anything that had to do with Reader and the baby; aka his involvement. Only one person outside of their relationship knew who the baby's father was because, for a long time, Reader had been stubborn enough not to tell a soul. It was quick to dawn on her, him and Moon that now that they were together, everyone would have to know.

The only thing really stopping them was Demetri's reaction to the news.

For as long as they could remember, Hawk and Reader always knew her brother got weird when it came to them being together in any capacity. When they were little kids, Demetri would huff and puff whenever the two were alone together, simply playing as children do, and said Reader needed to get her own best friend. He tried to hide Eli away from her, but she was always there, either right beside the both of them or just around the corner. She was an inescapable force and a delight, so it was no question as to how or why the two fell for each other.

Looking back on it, Demetri's jealous actions were quite silly. But it wasn't just his childish jealousy that concerned the pair.

It was the simple fact that this was his best friend, his binary brother of all people, and his sister. They knew all too well that he was going to be weird about it.

Throw in the fact that he's turned into an over protective older brother and soon-to-be uncle and they've got a mess. Reader is sure she's inadvertently created a monster.

"So." Moon speaks softly, cuddling up to Reader whilst rubbing her belly. The TV was playing a Disney movie they'd watched a thousand times, so she didn't feel pressured to keep quiet. "When are we going to tell Demetri?"

She was the only one willing to talk about it, Reader too nervous to even think about it and Hawk willing to avoid the topic at all costs. However, Moon could see that it would have to be soon. They'd have to tell people that Hawk was a part of their relationship now and that he is the father of their baby.

"I don't know," Reader said softly, looking down at her belly. Hawk's hand also occupied the space, rubbing small circles on the right side as he rested his head on Reader's shoulder. In the meantime, her own hand was in his hair, playing with the colorful strands as she watched the movie. "Maybe soon, I guess."

It wasn't a real answer, as it gave no specific times or ideas.

"Well, I think we should tell him soon," Moon said softly. She didn't want to push the already pressure-filled situation. She gently tapped her finger on Reader's belly and smiled. "Little lady isn't goin to stay in there forever."

This made Reader giggle as she looked down again. Moon took the opportunity to sit up, just as the baby started kicking the spot she had tapped. Hawk slid his hand over to feel the flutter of movement, but stayed quiet.

Reader looked at Moon, her smile melting away as her nerves tried to take over. She gave a small, one shouldered shrug. "I just don't know how to tell him, or anyone really. I just know that... it's gonna be weird for them to find out that Eli is the baby's father."

"They're our friends," Moon insisted, taking Reader's hand into both of hers. She rubbed her thumb over her knuckles gently. "I'm sure they're going to love and accept the baby and us just the same."

"Yasmine, sure. Sam, maybe. My brother?" Reader paused for a moment before letting out a deep sigh. "He's gonna freak out."

"I'll tell Dem," Hawk suddenly said.

They turned their attention onto him as he sat up, but only cuddled closer to Reader and kept his hand on her bump. He licked his lips, watching her belly for a moment longer before looking up at them.

"It should be me that tells him. I mean, I know he's your brother, but... I'm one of his best friends. You shouldn't have that kind of pressure when you're already doing so much," he said, speaking to Reader specifically before turning to Moon. "And you're not the one that actually knocked her up, so..."

It was quiet for a moment, then both girls laughed, They leaned into him, Moon carefully leaning over Reader's belly to hug Hawk. They kissed his face all over, wherever they could manage, making him smile after making such a decision. Moon brushed a gentle kiss over his lips before sitting back down and wrapping her arms around Reader.

"Thank you," Reader said softly, smiling at Hawk. He pressed a sweet kiss to her lips before nodding to her. "Once you tell him, we can tell everyone else about us. Then we won't have to hide away here forever."

She giggled, though the idea of hiding in Moon's huge house didn't sound all bad. She just didn't like that it had become the designated spot where the three of them could be together shamelessly. They wanted to be free, out and about to do whatever they wanted wherever they pleased. They wanted to hangout at the beach and go shopping for the baby together. Though it had not been very long since Hawk became a part of their relationship, it had been long enough hiding it from their friends and the rest of the world.

It was time.

When Demetri agreed to a sleepover at Hawk's place, he felt like a little kid again. Except this time, Miguel was there and made it a whole party.

Hawk was a little nervous to tell just Demetri, on his own to fend for himself against whatever words or karate moves Demetri might throw at him. So it was more of a strategic move to invite Miguel over for a guy's night, with Reader's and Moon's permission first of course. It was their call too, but they were perfectly fine with that. He supposed the less people Reader had to deal with, the better, which he wasn't surprised by.

Pizza boxes filled the table as they played video games, but Hawk stayed away. He was too preoccupied to play well and he knew the first round, his friends definitely noticed. Despite going over what he was going to say a million and one times, he was still unsure of how to put the words together. He felt like he was fourteen again, too shy to say what he wanted to say. He knew he was overthinking it, but didn't something like this require a lot of thought any way?

Then he thought of Reader, who was sleeping at Moon's house for the night because she was anxiously waiting for the inevitable call from her brother after he learned the news. The girls were probably curled up watching a movie, eating whatever snacks and weird cravings Reader was in dire need of. Moon was likely fussing over Reader's belly and their little girl as she did her little happy dance whenever she got her fix of Nutella and marshmallow sandwiches.

When he thought of them, he knew he had to swallow his qualms and tell Demetri, because that's who he was doing this for. This wasn't for himself, not entirely. This was for Reader, so she wouldn't have to go through that confrontation and stress.

As Miguel won the current round of their game, making Demetri groan and complain about how he was way better at it, Hawk sat up a little straighter. Demetri grabbed another slice of pizza while Miguel offered Hawk the controller, which he took and they started the next round.

Once they were a descent way in, he said, "I have to tell you guys something."

"Let me guess," Demetri said, then sipped his Mr. Pibb. "You got a new girlfriend."

Miguel laughed. "Yeah, that's what I was gonna guess. You're always sneaking away after training and we don't hear from you for hours. So it's a new girl, right?"

Hawk swallowed hard. "Something like that."

Moon and Reader weren't exactly "new," but if they wanted to get technical, there was a new girl in his life. His baby girl who was just months away from coming into the world.

"What's her name?" Miguel asked.

"Their names," Hawk corrected automatically. He wanted to smack himself over the head. This was not going as he had imagined; the short, curt answers, and the tiptoeing around everything, was not how he wanted to do this. He wanted to get straight to the point, but somehow that was harder than he thought it was going to be. "I'm with two girls."

"At the same time?" Demetri asked. He was sitting wide eyed hide his pizza still in hand, forgotten.

Hawk glanced at him and nodded shortly. "Yeah, we're poly."

He put his eyes back on the TV, working up the courage to just say it. He was glad Miguel was sitting between him and Demetri because he really didn't know what was going to happen once he told them the truth of the matter. After everything they'd been though, he didn't know if Demetri could forgive him for this.

"I'm actually dating Moon and Reader."

The game paused and he knew he didn't do it.

He looked at Miguel and Demetri, but they were already looking at him. Miguel looked shocked, though he tried to hide, which he was terrible at. Demetri's face was more neutral and blank, which twisted Hawk's stomach into knots, so he thought he should just - finally - rip the bandaid completely off.

"I'm also the one that got her pregnant."

He winced at his own words because he knew there were a thousand other ways to have worded that.

"No way," Miguel let out, voice low and bewildered. He was still processing, trying to put the pieces together. "How is that possible?"

Hawk opened his mouth to answer, but Demetri beat him to it.

As he put down his food and grabbed a napkin to clean his hands of grease, Demetri spoke slowly. "You were the guy at the party. The one that she said she didn't know very well but was charming... the one she said didn't want to see her again..."

Hawk put the controller down and wiped the sweat off of his hands onto his pants. He kept his eyes on Demetri, trying to figure out what was going through his head.

"I never used those words," he explained. In truth, he'd not used words at all. The cold shoulder had worked too well as far as he was concerned and it was a choice he regretted every day. "I thought I was doing the right thing."

"By abandoning my pregnant sister?"

Demetri's voice rose a few octaves. He stared at Hawk with a look of betrayal that went beyond anything they'd they'd been through in the last year or so. This was the deepest cut Hawk could make to one of his best friends, worse than leaving him in the dust for popularity and so much worse than breaking his arm. It was a betrayal of morals and the strongest trust he could put into Hawk.

Miguel sat between them, stiff as a board. He looked like a child caught in the middle of a fight mommy and daddy were having. He looked like he wanted to run and hide, but was stuck in his seat.

"I didn't abandon her because she was pregnant," Hawk clarified. He licked his lips, seeing Demetri's waning patience. "I thought it would be better if we weren't together because I was still in Cobra Kai. After that party, things were only getting worse between the dojos and I thought that if I stayed away from her, she wouldn't be in as much danger. That the Cobras wouldn't pay attention to her."

"If that was the case, you should have stayed away from her from the beginning," Demetri argued. He opened his mouth to say more, but the words died on the tip of his tongue and he was at a loss. He looked away from Hawk, as if having to look at him were the worse thing in that moment. It gave him pause and he thought of something to say. "How could you go months knowing you had done this to her and not say anything?"

"She didn't want me around! She couldn't stand to be near me after what I did! So I respected her space until I couldn't take it anymore!" Hawk shouted, unable to keep his emotions at bay. No matter what he had made it out to seem like, he cared about Reader deeply. He always has and always will. He loved her and Moon and their baby girl so much, and nothing was going to stop him from showing it any longer. "It killed me inside knowing I had done that! I regret it every day still! Even though Reader's forgiven me, I'll never forgive myself for that!"

Tears came to his eyes, but he didn't try to hold them back or wipe them away as they fell. His throat hurt with the throb of needing to let it out. He felt like the words would choke him otherwise.

"Hurting her was the worst thing I've ever done and I know you hate me for it, but you're just going to have to accept that it happened just like I have to, because I love her and Moon and they love me. And we're happy with how things are now. Right now is all that matters."

Hawk bowed his head, ready to take whatever Demetri was going to throw at him, but it grew quiet.

There was a beat of silence before Miguel let out a hefty breath, looking between his two friends. Demetri stared Hawk down and Hawk kept his head down.

"You really love her?" Demetri finally asked.

Hawk choked out a laugh. "You know I always have. It's never been a well kept secret..."

Miguel slipped away, feeling the threat had dissipated. He took the moment as an opportunity to leave the room and get himself another drink, imagining that it wasn't a place for him to be whilst they figured out the fine details. However, it wasn't much more talking.

Hawk looked up, still teary eyed, and Demetri moved closer to him. Hawk put out his hand, but Demetri shoved it aside and pulled his long time friend into a tight hug. Hawk returned it, finally breathing with relief.

Then Demetri muttered, "Just don't hurt her again."

"Not in the plans," Hawk promised.

Why does teru hate supernaturals so much

I think the best chapters you could read to get a feel for Teru's dislike of supernaturals would be 9, 10, 72, and 97.

Teru explains in ch. 72 that because being an exorcist is a 24/7 job, he hasn't had a day off in years. We've seen that Teru has been working as one since he was at least 8, which means he had zero time to enjoy his childhood.

Just look! AidaIro even drew art of him staring longingly at an arcade. Poor little guy...

This isn't the long and short of it, but it paints a pretty bleak picture. I wouldn't exactly be able to blame him for hating supernaturals out of resentment for this alone.

Being forced to fight supernaturals since he was young has given Teru many opportunities to see the uglier sides to them, as well. We've already seen some pretty nasty ones in the manga, haven't we? And I'm sure Teru has seen supernaturals bring real harm to people, whether that be through lifelong injury, mental scars, or worse, death itself.

Not only is all of that traumatizing, but he was indoctrinated into being an exorcist at a ridiculously young age. I haven't heard a single character bring this up as problematic in the manga itself, despite the very real danger Teru was facing. Kou admires him and was even jealous about it, since Kou was stuck doing household chores instead.

This just goes to show that Kou has been indoctrinated, too, but Teru feasibly has no reason to blame anything but supernaturals for his lot in life. If there were no supernaturals, he wouldn't have to keep doing this--and why would he ever blame the very people he's working for? They're the good guys, the ones fighting to protect the innocent. It could even be his very own father making him do this. How ungrateful he would look to cast any blame on his father and the senior exorcists...

Eh, now that last part is me guessing a little, but given that we've only ever seen Teru express dislike for supernaturals, I think it's a valid reading of his character. That said, I don't think he's entirely brainwashed, and I could still easily see him acknowledging that what happened to him wasn't fair and harboring secret resentment towards the exorcists. It's just inappropriate to express that aloud, and especially in the very loud way Teru expresses hate for supernaturals. It also makes more sense for him to like the exorcists more by default because he associates positive things with them, unlike supernaturals which have been nothing but bad news.

Teru is a great character in the manga since I feel it's easy to understand why he is the way he is, but he hides so much behind a facade (like Hanako) it's hard to know what he's really thinking sometimes. Writing this post has made this very clear to me. Given that we have seen Teru react very immaturely at times, though, I imagine that his hatred doesn't stem from some super deep and logical reason. And since his mother was revealed to have died from postpartum complications, I doubt there was some tragic childhood event involving supernaturals that made him this way, either. His childhood itself is the tragic event. (._.`)

So in conclusion, I think Teru hates supernaturals because he was indoctrinated from a young age to fear and eradicate them, that this constant exposure to the ugly side of supernaturals has only cemented this hatred, that his 24/7 exorcist job has been a source of great stress for him and ruined his childhood, and that hating supernaturals is not only a socially acceptable form of stress relief, but that it's the only valid form of resentment his upbringing has conditioned him to have.

I hope this helped! I do urge you to reread the manga and jump to your own conclusions, though. And who knows? Maybe you'll reach a conclusion you like more than mine!

But the thing with Cole is he's good at covering up his emotions and planning ahead

He'll be the only one successful into getting you to sort of turn against Zane, seeing his flaws, and making you fall in love with him

Cole sees Zane as a brother [They all see each other as family], so he couldn't imagine hurting him, but if he had to and had no other option....

He loves you so much and he hasn't felt this love and acceptance since his mom died, so of course he's going do whatever he has to do to protect you and protect his relationship

Jay Walker

He's not surprised when you told him you liked Lloyd

Lloyd is the Green Ninja, of course you like him

Jay is already super insecure about himself, but this is really the nail in the coffin

He'll gaslight you, "I guess he's better than me cause he's the green ninja"/ "I'm nothing without you"/ "No one could love you like I do" etc etc

He'll be rude to Lloyd and you find it hard to confront Jay about it, because you felt bad for Jay

Jay loved you so much and he hates that he's losing you to a villain's son

You didn't even know Lloyd as long as Jay has, so Jay says you don't know the real Lloyd

He'll try and turn you against Lloyd, much to Lloyd's annoyance

Lloyd doesn't understand why Jay is acting this way, so he'll ask you

This is when you tell him you like him and this really drives Jay over the edge

He complains about it and he'll tell you "I love you so much! I've always loved you, but you love another man"

You hate seeing Jay so sad, so you tell Lloyd [Since he didn't answer you and asked for time when you told him you liked him] that you couldn't date him, because Jay meant so much to you and you couldn't stand to see him sad

Zane Julien

Boy would be heartbroken

He would take it the best, but he would still be heartbroken

You go on and on about Nya, and while it breaks his heart, he'd rather you be happy then hurt someone because of his love for you

He ignores the feelings he has for you and buries them deep down

He hates seeing you both together, it just tears him into two

There's a small part of him that thinks he can win you over

Though he can't stand to see you sad, even if you being happy breaks his heart into a million pieces

He will always put you before him

Nya Smith

You like her brother? Why?

She has a better control of her emotions, she's pretty, she's a great cook! Not to mention this women could beat anyone's ass

Her and Zane are the most calm about it, well at first...

Her and her brother have rivalries, sure every pair of siblings does, but this was the straw for Nya

She'll confront her brother, telling him her situation

Whether Kai likes you or not, nothing could come between him and his sister, so he'll go to you telling you he doesn't share your feelings, which breaks your heart

Hey Gin this might be a silly thing to ask, but how did you realize you were trans? Cause ever since I saw your trans Stan and Ford I think I had some sort of relivation, it started with just really enjoying the art you drew to me feeling some sort of envy. Either that I want to dress more masculine or that I actually want to be a man, cause honestly when I look at your trans stans I just feel so much gender envy (jealousy?) And on my last period I had a whole crying fit over it starting, which has never happened before. I just don't know if this is actually what I'm feeling or if it isn't. I've had thoughts of telling my mom and fearing the consequence. This is just all so new and I'm honestly scared. I figured I'd ask you since I look up to you and from what I've seen you are quite wise. I don't really know why I have so much self doubt and constantly flip flop over things. It's frustrating, I just wish I could be certain about something for once. Sorry about this, I'm a mess really.

So, I was 16 and on tumblr even more than I am now, and I was (still am) friends with a trans woman who reblogged a post that was like “Just trans girl things: eating dark chocolate because it has substances similar to estrogen” and I went “Haha i guess I should stop eating it.” followed by “…why do I feel that way” and THAT was followed by quite the crisis.

Trans men weren’t as well known about back then, so I was like “Well, it means nothing, since only women can be trans”. And then I found out men could be trans too and that pushed my crisis further along. And I started to think. About how I liked when people defaulted to male pronouns for me on the internet, or how when i was a kid I would use a crazy amount of shampoo to make my hair look short and flatten my chest in front of the mirror and look at it. Things like that. And I got upset because “no i can’t be trans that’s impossible”. I would google things like “how do you know if you’re trans”, “quiz to see if you’re trans”, ect.

But the idea of being seen as a man was exciting. It was tantalizingly exciting. And I knew it could be possibility for me someday, and I knew that made a part of me happy and I couldn’t un-know it.

Final straw was a nonbinary person I had been following made a post about how they were going to start taking testosterone. And instead of feeling happy for them I just got mad and started sobbing to myself. Because I was so extremely jealous. So jealousy absolutely has its place in figuring things out.

You should think. Think about attaining the things you’re envious about. Does this make you happy? It’s okay if it’s upsetting or scary at the same time. Change often is. But if it makes you happy, excites you, gives you hope for the future, it’s worth thinking more about.

You don’t have to jump into telling your mom right away (and I wouldn’t really recommend it till you’re a little more sure of yourself). You can go at whatever pace you want to. I didn’t tell my mom (or anyone in my real life at all) till I was like, 20. And I’d known for 4 years at that point. You’ve sent me a tumblr message, so I’m assuming you’ve got an account here. I’d say asking your friends on this website to address you as male would be a good way to ease into things. And you can see if you like that or not.

For how you dress, again, you can ease into it. Personally it made me happy to dress in athletic clothing (especially tank tops- to show off my non existent guns), or to dress like a greaser (Though I preferred a black t shirt to a white one), or a golfer. None of those things particularly scream ‘man’ but they were man enough to me. You can find things man enough for you. If you want to try out a binder and think you can get one without anyone noticing, my first ever one was a Tri-top from Underworks. They’re like $30 or so. I was able to get away with buying it because I was a cosplay nerd so I just said it was for that.

If you’re the type of person who owns makeup- you could try to find some time alone just to have an experiment of mimicking drag king makeup, or makeup for cosplayers doing male characters. I did that once early on, and while it looked admittedly goofy, it made me ecstatic at the time.

Er sorry for things getting so long. But I just want to say lastly that self doubt is both normal and okay. And thinking far in the future (ie- things like coming out to people or hormones or anything like that) might scare you. But you can take things one step at a time if you want to. Play with just looking at clothes, making outfits on pinterest or whatever, imagining scenarios where people address you as male, thinking of names you might like. See what makes you happy, and expand on the things that do from there.

And regardless of what you discover, in the end you will have learned more about yourself. And that's always a good thing.

Looks like Sun and Ongsa are entering the mutual awkwardness stage of their relationship. We love to see it. Now it's not just Ongsa being an epic dork and I love that for the both of them.

Okay but I also love Sun flirting and knowing just how cute Ongsa finds her. Both are good.

Pffft oh Charoen. She wants to look at Sun. In that way I guess it's bad feng shui.

Okay Tin lbr here. Ongsa as a cheerleader? I love her and she's way prettier than she thinks, but she also has the coordination of a newborn fawn.

I smile down at my phone at your last message and as soon as I go to respond I end up locking my phone and throwing it on my bed just as Beomgyu walks in.

"Who's got you smiling like that?" he asks, crossing his arms over his chest, watching me with a devious smile. "It's that girl isn't it?!?!" he says, clearly waiting for more details. "She's not just that girl okay, she's my girlfriend" I say, finally feeling comfortable telling someone else about us.

"YEONJUN'S GOT A GIRLFRIEND" Beomgyu chants down the hallway getting everyone's attention. By now all of the guys know about you but I never put a clear label on us so it's nice to finally do so since you finally know who I am. I would've preferred to tell the guys differently but oh well. What could I expect when I decided that it would be a good idea telling him first?

"What? No fair! I want a girlfriend too!" Kai says, happy but also pouting. "Have you talked to the company about this?" Taehyun says, coming out with a no nonsense approach. "Yes I told the company about it. We're doing long distance so there isn't really that high of a chance of getting caught in a scandal so they were fine with it. I've of course just gotta keep it on the low and that won't be an issue for me. Now when it comes to you guys though, I really really need you guys on my side so if you're going to talk about my girlfriend then we really can only do it while we're home. I would prefer we don't talk about it at all but-"

"What's her name?" Soobin asks, taking a softer approach. "Y/n" I say while looking down at the floor trying to hide my smile. "Damn you're whipped" Beomgyu teases and I reach my arm out to wack him but he hides behind Kai leaving him out of reach. "You sure you can trust her?" Taehyun says, still wanting to eer on the side of caution. "More than anything" I say firmly, knowing in my heart that you'll stay faithful and keep us a secret. "Well if you trust her then I trust her" Soobin says, placing a hand on my shoulder. "Thanks" I say giving him a soft smile.

"Can we see a picture of her?" Kai asks, all the guys getting closer to me as I pull out my phone and show them a few pictures of you. "She's so pretty!" Kai says, clearly the one who is the most excited for us out of the four. "And you're sure a girl like that wants to be with a guy like you? She's totally out of your league dude" Beomgyu says with a smirk, never letting a chance at teasing me go to waste. I bring my hand up, fully ready to hit him again but Soobin places a hand on my shoulder making me stop.

"He's going to keep on teasing you if you keep on giving him reactions like that" giving me a logical explanation as to why I should just ignore him. "Fine" I mumble and go back to showing the other guys a few more pictures when they ask for more. "Where is she from?" Kai the ever curious one asks after I've put my phone away. "She's from somewhere in Europe but she's going to college in the states right now" I say walking toward the living room.

"Does she live near one of the stops on our tour? Maybe she can come?" Beomgyu says, excited at the though of finally meeting this mystery girl he's had to keep secret for all this time. "She does and she actually already bought tickets before she even knew who I was" I say smiling again at the coincidence. "She's a MOA? That's adorable" Kai gushes. "I like her already" Taehyun chimes in, now warming up to the idea.

"It's probably not the best idea to see her" Soobin says calling me off to the side while the other three talk amongst themselves. "I know" I pause trying to game plan a bit so I can hopefully convince him in the slightest bit. "We could probably bring her backstage at some point right? I close out our chat and get ready to finally settle in for the night and I can't seem to wipe the smile off my face, being a reoccurring theme when it comes to you. "Goodnight lover boy" he says before walking away leaving my door open, leaving me having to get up and close the door behind him. "When am I ever gonna catch a break from this guy" I mumble to myself. "Probably never" he says poking his head out of his room. I groan and shut my door behind me but I hear how he continues to laugh at my reaction even when it finally closes.

I take a deep breath hoping to slow the onslaught of a headache and lay down, finally getting some rest. "See you soon" I whisper to myself, knowing that no matter what, I'll do everything I my power to finally meet you. Who knew that that simple 'Hey' I sent you would be the thing that would help me change for the better, leading out hearts to intertwine.

Although our love is digital, I know I'll love you just the same when we meet in the physical.

Hi anon! This somehow turned out to be a very interesting reading. I wanna hug this person and I think they have something warm and cute going on, even if it's far from being a perfect union.

One of them might think that it's just safer to stay together because they are scared of real love, they are scared of truly falling for another person and then get their heart broken, like in the past.

So the union between San and this person is more similar to people who get drunk in order to forget about their problems and avoid their fears.

I don't think this person is a celeb, but they somehow moved out from their birth place, unsure if this means they're foreigner or if they're simply a Korean who moved to Seoul. I'd consider more likely the second one though, their birth place doesn't seem too far away or difficult to reach.

I actually might perceive some feelings of longing toward their hometown. I guess it's possible that this person was going to get married to that previous lover, but then they broke up, so this person thought they might as well just leave the city to go back to their family, since there's nothing important that ties them to the city. Then I guess their job (and maybe meeting San too) made them put these feelings aside.

I feel like I can't get a real picture of their personality, or at least I can't see what their healthy personality looks like.

To me, they seem like a person who is afraid to be alone but at the same time they're afraid of openly love because of past trauma.

They have a good relationship with their family, probably they left it a long time ago (maybe to study or to get better job opportunities), so maybe this is also why they struggle and they get so attached to San even though it's not a great union.

It's possible they didn't manage to get a lot of friends or all the friends they had were linked to their ex, so breaking up meant losing also a good chunk of acquaintances.

So they were feeling really really despaired right before meeting San.

I don't think they're a bad a person or that they are toxic to each other though, but it's the kind of relationship that after some years will make you think that you could've looked for "the special one" longer and harder. The one that lowkey makes you jealous of other couples because you don't have the same thing as them.

As for their looks, I can envision long and straight black hair, they might like to wear bright colors, in contrast to the negativity they feel in their heart.

Honestly I feel San might be partially unaware of all their issues? I feel like he's simply thinking "they're pretty, I'm single, let's do it".

It's possible he's also out of an important relationship, so he doesn't seek anything too definitive, but he somehow stuck with them.

Probably at first they got closer by realizing they're both in similar points of their lives: single after an important union.

It's possible they might grow affection to each other or that he started to absorb their fears or that he simply didn't meet anyone more interesting.

I feel they might truly appreciate each other, that San might develop some sort of "I don't want to leave them alone" attitude, which isn't something negative at all, especially if they feel good together.

But there's not actual love. They'd be better off as friends in my opinion, while they try to open up their hearts to an actual special person that can act as a real lover.

But of course, love affairs are hard and complex and I can't totally blame them if they prefer to keep a comfort relationship rather than waiting for something that might never come.

Early Days Hater and Peepers

We don't have s3 to explain the backstory of the two, but based on canon and crew Q&A: 1) For Hater, being evil is a pathetic attempt to seem cool 2) Peepers wants Lord Hater to rule the galaxy 3) Peepers wants to be the REASON Hater rules the galaxy 4) When they feel bad they bully others to make themselves feel better 5) Peepers is more evil than Lord Hater 6) Lord Hater just wants to be popular (and wants girls to like him) but Peepers actually wants to rule the galaxy 7) Peepers would follow Hater wherever Hater goes, and is jealous/possessive over Hater's attention 8) They met when they were teens, Peepers seemingly self-isolated himself from others due to Napoleon complex and a superiority complex, but they both agree Hater is AWESOME. 9) Wander is to Lord Hater as Love is to Loathing (which includes self loathing and self love). With all that in mind, my guess is that Peepers saw Lord Hater's might and suggested galactic conquest as a means to be number one/popular, and Lord Hater agreed? Pondering below:

I have to wonder though... did Hater ever feel pushed to do so? Bullying is one thing, but violent galactic conquest? Did Hater ever feel peer pressured by Peepers into doing things that were 'more evil' than Hater liked, or did Hater not care? Did Hater only agree to the galactic domination plans because Peepers was the first person to see him as the Greatest thing ever? Does Hater feel like he's worthless beyond his powers because of the arrangement, seen as worthy for his powers but not so much his vulnerable inner self? I know Peepers dumps out compliments, but Peepers also indirectly/directly criticizes Lord Hater's for wanting to have fun 'in the wrong way' (rock, silliness) or feeling emotions 'that hold them back' (guilt, slumps). Did early days Lord Hater's self-loathing grow because he assumes Peepers (the first person to see him as the greatest) only valued the superficial parts of him and not the real parts? Or was it less of expectant peer pressure into evil plans, and more of a "we both hate the universe, lets show em" and Lord Hater was 100% on board with it until it became a 'job' and not fun anymore? I'm not entirely sure if Hater had a lot of empathy for others or not before teaming up, and that's what would be the difference between peer pressured or steam rolling. I think the peer pressure idea would be a really good set up for Peepers and Hater to grow as characters. From selfishly possessive to selflessly sacrificing (he just wants hater to be happy, even if Peepers himself isn't a part of that happiness) and more sympathetic to other's feelings, and from self-loathing slowly learning how to self-love, taught by people who value what's on the inside more than the outside (Wander, Sylvia, etc). Not to make it angsty or anything lol, I just think the concept of "you can love someone and still hurt them" is important to address. This concept could EASILY be toxic, but since Peepers would absolutely become a better man for Hater, I think it could be a positive lesson on learning to love in a vulnerable way (which is scary but necessary for many healthy relationships) and be less possessively codependent. If you love something, let it go. If they return, that's wonderful, but what truly matters is that the loved one is safe and happy. On Hater's side of the story, it's for learning that self-love is more important than loving someone else/having people love you. Sure, it can help with self-confidence, but when you know how to love yourself with kindness and patience, it's a great guide for loving others in a healthy, uplifting way, too. Not to say that self-love is 123 easy, or that you can't wonderfully love someone else while you are learning self-love, rather, it only helps out to have the foundations first.

i live a very lonely life, admittedly. i have two friends: my boyfriend rudy (not his real name can't remember if i've used a pen name for him already. same dude i've BEEN dating), and cat (not her real name), who i met on instagram when she invited me to hang out w her and her friends. months later here we are! we hang out sometimes. cool.

rudy has more friends than me, always has. recently he's become friends with ally, and i'm not really sure what to do. ally and him met through a mutual friend and coworker, brady. ally and rudy seem to get along well; like, really well. i don't know how to feel about this.

they hang out three times a week, according to rudy, for like 30 mins at most. they smoke and shoot the shit with each other, mostly about brady, a little bit about climbing. he walks over to her apartment during a gap in his classes; knows her roommates, her friends, who once apparently fawned over him and how "strong" he was when he was in good climbing shape.

we agreed to have lunch today, last night before going to bed. this morning i woke up, and mentioned having lunch together; rudy complained he hadn't hung out with ally in a long time (they hung out on monday). i said oh, sorry, just have lunch with her today instead. but it really bothered me that he would rather have lunch with her than me.

i guess i'm being jealous, insecure, and horrible. i can handle being that in the void of my unknown tumblr blog.

rudy and i live together. we've been together almost two years. we've had a lot of arguments; even broke up once for a week.

he thinks i don't want him to have any friends, and he yells it at me whenever he can. i don't feel like i'm trying to take him away from his friends; i have never said "Rudy, you're not allowed to go to that." i've never stopped him from being friends with someone, let alone just because i don't like them. i get that that's childish and incredibly immature; i have never told him to stop hanging out with ally or complained about how horrible it is that he hangs out with ally so much. and honestly, i literally don't care what he does, so long as he takes care of my needs appropriately & his are taken care of as well.

he is, interestingly, supposed to take me out twice a month. rudy is really busy; one of the perks of living with him is that i can kind of bypass the 'busy' and be around him at home a lot. one of the cons is that the time spent together at home isn't really "quality time" a lot of the time, because it's just rudy working while i do schoolwork/play a game/entertain myself. he will frequently go to classes at 8:00am, be back home by 2:00pm, and then have to work until 5:00 or 6:00pm. so even though yeah, theoretically i'm 'around' him from 2:00pm to 5:00pm, but we're not actually spending time together. that's just...being in each other's orbit.

i need to spend time with him that isn't just in his or my orbit; i need to be together with him sometimes. i don't know if this makes me entitled.

rudy has told me that it does time and time again. that since we spend so much time together in the day, i am acting greedy by asking to spend more time with him. i think, okay, you'd be hanging out with me on that tuesday night anyway if we saw a movie...

i think i may be drawing a false equivalence between my dilemma and his friendship with ally, though. ally is gay, has acknowledged me & our relationship plenty of times, and has stated her own disinterest in a relationship. i think she is very confident in herself, so i feel inherently insecure.

i don't know. rudy did say he's been trying his best, but he didn't take me on a single date in september, and he took me on one in october. i get that he's busy. i'm never his first priority, and i don't always make second, either. i just wish he would be fucking HONEST with me and say that his friends are more important to him than taking me on dates. at least then i could leave him knowing it was just because him and i are a bad match romantically.

instead he makes me feel like i'm such a huge bitch for wanting to have lunch with him in the first place, that i'll never be satisfied with the amount of time we spend together, that i'm entitled and i never shut the fuck up, etc. etc. etc.

guys, at some point i might just leave him. i know i might be in the wrong for all of the insecurities, for feeling jealous that he goes so out of his way to be around ally, but i'm almost at my breaking point with the insults. neither of us are perfect people but my god, being called entitled and told to shut the fuck up by the one person you love feels like shit.
