"Y/n can you help with Hope tonight or a few hours, we have this very intricate plan and i-" "i will be over in twenty." cutting the old hybrid off. I had been helping the Mikaelsons with their schemes for a while.

When Klaus had his daughter, they had no one to look after her whilst they faked her death. I played a big part in keeping her safe in a house in the middle of no where, free of charge of course I loved the child like she was my own.

Hope was an angel, those who sought out to kill her I'd kill them before they even set eyes on here. Despite the whole human thing.

Walking through the doors of the beautiful house that Hope was raised in "Y/N!" Hope yells loudly with a cute giggle afterwards running up to me as I pick her up "Hey Munchkin" I chuckle kissing her cheek.

"Where's Dad?" I ask her "He's in Mom's room." she says pointing up the stairs "let's pay him a quick visit before he goes, yeah?" I ask to the small child in my arms and she nods "Up, up and away," she giggles and I run up the stairs dropping my bags.

"Klaus" I say, using one arm to support Hope and the other to knock on the door, it opens a split second later to reveal an old hybrid with a huge smile as I put Hope on the floor as she wraps her arms around her father.

"Thank you" he smiles with a huff managing to hug me despite the tiny child gap between us "you know i'll pay you back later, you're just the only person we can trust otherwise we'd get Camille or Hayley who refuses to fight a war without us." he chuckles.

"No it's fine, I love the little gremlin. It's no hassle and you know I love helping you." I smile to him and he nods "everything is where is was the last time you were here, I went shopping this morning and-" "you don't need to stress Klaus. Everything will go just splendid who knows I might be able to fix lunch for everyone tomorrow." I say and he sighs in relief.

Hope lets go of her dad standing in between us "go turn the tv on and grab a bunch of pillows and blankets, fort time" I whisper in her ear as she screams running off "I'll be back tonight, I promise I'm just checking in on my family." he smiles to me "I know you'll be back." I chuckle.

"if we make cupcakes, i'll get hope to make you one." I say and he hugs me again "send my regards to your family." I say hugging him back and he pulls away eventually "I will, be safe." he says "you too." I smile.

two hours later

Hope chose to watch the incredibles which is a great movie.

"Hope hunny." I say from the kitchen "Yeah." she said peeking her little head out of the fort "do you maybe want to make cupcakes?" I ask her and she jumps up "can I make them pretty?" she asks and I laugh nodding "yes." I laugh.

"who are you decorating for?" I ask her as she sits at the table and I pull down the ingredients "uncle lijah, mom, dad, aunt freya and aunt becks oh and uncle kol he's funny, and marcel." she says and I laugh "ok that fine looks like we'll be making heaps." I smile to her and she squeals in excitement.

"Alright" I say putting my ingredients in a bowl, handing Hope a wooden spoon "just mix it up while I get the trays out" I say and she winks at me "You got it dude" she says putting the spoon in the bowl mixing everything.

an hour later

The cupcakes were ready and Hope managed to stay awake "what do you want to decorate with love?" I ask her pulling out the tray placing them on the stove top.

"sprinkles, icing and more sprinkles." she says laughing manically "you concern me" I say to her making her laugh even more.

Flipping one tray out onto a plate, hope runs over to the fridge pulling out her cake decorations throwing them on the table "alright, here you go Miss Mikaelson." I smile to her and she claps excitedly "are you going to decorate one?" she asks and I shake my head "no hunny, I can decorate you one?" I ask her and she nods "yes yes yes" she says handing me a cupcake and I laugh.

It had been three hours since Klaus had left, I'm never usually concerned for him when he leaves me with his child. He never fails at his plans and when he does he always comes back... somehow.

"look at this one i did for dad" she says flaunting her first cupcake "that was quick hope" I chuckle yet the cupcake looked amazing. I shouldn't underestimate a seven year old despite a mikaelson seven year old.

"my powers helped me." she grins "you cheeky girl, you know no powers." I point to her in a joking manner, even though it was serious not that we could be tracked or anything I was just worried that she wouldn't be able to control it.

"i know sorry." she says "it's fine hunny, if you want to use them for the cupcakes you can." I smile giving in and she smiles continuing to decorate her cupcakes.

I take a photo of the first cupcake she decorated, it had sharp fangs covered in red sprinkles and it had the word DAD written in the middle.

Klaus come storming through the door causing a loud racket and Hope spins around scared "it's fine hunny, continue decorating your cupcakes." I smile sweetly to her, rushing over to the door to see a piece of wood in Klaus' chest.

"oh Klaus" I mumble helping him upstairs laying him on Hayley's bed.

He breathed in through his teeth, angrily and I pull out the wooden stake "I don't get it, it shouldn't have hurt you." I panic "there's a knife" he says grabbing my hand a putting it on his abdomen "oh no no no" I gag.

Lifting his shirt to reveal a huge scar across his stomach.

He started sweating immensely "reach in and grab it" he huffs "i love you lot but no" I say grossed and he grabs my hand tighter shoving it through his stomach and I gag again "EW" I squeal, feeling through his insides for a blade.

My hand continues to look around until I feel a handle and pull it out, seeing my hand in blood I drop the blade retching in front of the exhausted looking Mikaelson "you drove here for that, elijah could have-" "he had other priorities." he says his breathing calming down.

Sitting up grabbing the blade off his stomach as his wounds heal "thank you" he says panting and I nod "your child is downstairs decorating cupcakes, i going to thoroughly wash my hands and when you have washed yourself you can see her. Yes." I say to him as he nods.

Gross.

My hand covered in his blood as I speed walk to the bathroom tipping half a bottle of hand soap on my hand and scrubbing at the blood turning the tap to the warm water on.

"Y/n, the cupcakes are done." Hope yells and I dry my hands off running downstairs "aw those look neat, dad just needs to clean himself up and then he'll come down and look." I say and she smiles "does that mean you have to go?" she quickly realises "no, i can stay the night" I say to her.

"Let's plate them up, oh look you decorated them all." I say and she nods dusting her hands off "they all looked bland" she says "they did, didn't they?" I ask her and she nods.

Fifteen minutes pass and Hope and I are stuffing our mouths whilst watching another movie "right" Klaus says and Hope runs over to him, hugging him immediately "where are those cupcakes?" he asks and Hope directs him to the table as the both sit down and eat. I continue to watch the movie.

"these are so good" Klaus says practically melting and I smile to him "yeah y/n made them, she's very good to you, you know." I hear Hope say to her dad and I pretend to not listen.

"she is isn't she hope?" Klaus asks his intelligent daughter "you must like her if you trust her with me." she says in a cheeky tone and I almost spit out the food in my mouth but I manage to keep it in.

I walk over putting the plate in the dishwasher "Hope, don't harass your dad." I laugh as does she "I'm asking dad a question" she says defensively "a question that made him look deep in thought." I say to her and she nods.

an hour later after putting hope to sleep

"She's asleep" I say to Klaus walking into the living room, Hope had gotten me to read her, her favourite bed time story for her to go to bed.

"Thank you" Klaus says still sitting at the kitchen "It's no problem" I walk over to him sitting down "How were the cupcakes?" I ask him "as sweet as you" he smiles to me "right well not that good I assume" I say making him laugh "don't be ridiculous" he says.

"did you know what Hope asked me, before you walked over." he turned his head to face me and I shake my head lying "you're lying" he says with a gentle smile "I won't kill you for it, she'd hate me, i'd hate me." he says "I just couldn't believe that my daughter could tell before me." he continues.

Placing a hand on my cheek "I do like you, maybe that's why i like you here with her all the time." he smiles admiring every flaw in my face, in my forehead and cheek area "i trust you more than i trust people that are closer to me." he says.

"funny, if you want me to live here with her you don't have to seduce me to do it." I say getting up out of my chair, I knew what Hope had asked but I didn't realise that she had actually made him think about it whilst I put her to bed.

"i'm serious" "as am I" I say taking his palte putting it in the dishwasher "I admire your fearless personality, I also admire the fact that Hope likes you more than me at times" he smirks "and I dont admire your fearless personality, its annoying to a very large extent, i do however admire your child" I say making him laugh.

"but your daughter could tell before you, she's 7 klaus. you're 1000. I think you're slacking" I laugh

summer 2022.

well fam...has it been a minute or what? i realized i was getting more anxious to upload, because it seemed all too daunting. i have accepted that this will inevitably be a subpar rewind just because oh so much happened. and after this year i hope to get back to more frequent posts. any waayyy...

music.

‘world’ by seventeen. AKA SONG OF THE SUMMER. AKA OWNER OF MY HEART. AKA THE BESTEST TRACK EVER. it literally is full of sunshine and rainbows. it cures any ailment. i freaking love this, fills me for breakfast, lunch and dinner. it is the absolute best track. and it fills my heart. 10 out of 10 recommend.

seventeen. literally their whole discography. i had the immense pleasure to see them live during their north american tour. all i can say is that it was such a unique experience. listening to their music since debut, watching their survival show, and seeing them grow. it was wild to just see them, because when i first got into k-pop i never thought i would be able to experience a live show without going to korea. then to see the first group that got me into k-pop, host an arena tour…i was so emotional seeing them in real life. like we are talking ugly crying level.

‘slam the door’ by ciipher. a complete an utter bop. thank you to ‘yoshified’ on youtube, because dang this person really recommends the best tracks. and i would never have had a complete summer playlist without this.

‘scared’ by p1harmony. let me start by saying this was noisy but it an absurdly good way. like oh my goodness they just came for me like that.

nayeon. our queen. ‘pop’ and ‘no problem’ on repeat. we stan. (p.s. ready for jihyo’s solo)

monsta x. ‘whispers in the dark’ and ‘if with u’ also on repeat. all the time.

onlyoneof. the single tracks that they’ve released. i am in love with ‘be free’ by KB, and ‘begin’ by yu jung. and the music videos and the intertwining storylines, like yes please and thank you.

newjeans. ‘you got me looking for AATTTTEEENNTTTIOOOOON’ catch me screaming their lyrics at the top of my lungs. the way they dropped their singles, like woah hold up. ‘hype boy’ definitely a favorite track. and ‘cookie’ is never played it makes me immensely uncomfy. i hope they stick to chill appropriate concepts, because come on hybe…

blackpink. the queens have returned and this album…controversial opinion….the title tracks were not it, but the B-sides. fammmmm these slayed it. catch me crying in the bathroom, i love them.

‘after like’ by ive. how can they always release bops, and the b-side ‘satisfaction’ like come on stunning.

’24/7’ by DKB. this track. i love that it comes in with the chorus. i freaking love it.

‘my type’ by brb. this is a new group i discovered and love them. technically not k-pop, it’s in english, they are from singapore but i couldn’t not include because the vibes are there. and it sounds heavily influenced by k-r&b and i am here for it.

‘sexy nukim’ feat. RM by balming tiger. FAM. when this song dropped i was like WOOOAHHHHH. these artists’ style and groove, i can’t get over it. thank you namjoon for collaborating with them and putting them on my radar, because they pass the vibe check.

‘us’ by moon jong up. randomly stumbled upon this gem, and i am so sad that there is not more content from this stunning human.

‘mascara’ by XG. it’s a bop, i scream it. ‘baby girl don’t you ever be wasting your good energy’ like amen honey!

‘talk that talk’ by twice. it’s twice you know its gonna be a bop. the dance addicting.

dramas & movies *spoilers ahead*

my mister. i would give this drama a 9 out of 10. we follow dong-hun who is really going through it, like bad. like his wife is having an affair with his boss, and his family is a mess. his brothers live with his mother, and they are kind of subpar not doing the most. he meets ji-an a young girl in a difficult situation, she is being harassed by loan sharks. things get shady when she comes to find out about the affair, and uses it to blackmail the vice president and she has to get dong-hun to leave the company. she obviously doesn’t go through with it, but fates get tangled, and i would be lying if i said i was upset that our main actors didn’t get up together. but i understand why, they learned a lot from each other. it was tragic, raw, and everything you want in a melodramatic drama.

tomorrow. fam i started this drama for rowoon, but i finished it for soohyuk because dang….we follow jun-woong who is struggling to get a job after school but ends up in a coma and meets grim reapers. they come up with a plan to get him back to the world of the living by helping the crisis management team. this team’s goal is to save suicidal people. i loved the dynamics between the team, and i loved the ending of this drama. i would give this drama a 9 out of 10. i loved the style of it, each episode being a new situation and issue to solve. this was a difficult drama to watch at times, it obviously covers the trigger topics of suicide, domestic violence, and depression. the concept was unique and i loved how they offered reasonable ways to overcome and get necessary help. i loved the relationship that was unpacked between koo ryeon and joong-gil because it went so far back, and his choice to completely forget it because the situation pained him so much. but she remembered it all. i recall my heart breaking into a million pieces as their story unfolded towards the end. like there were not enough tissues to rescue all the tears.

like literally look at the way he looks at her. let me weep.

sh**ting stars. this drama was a 10 out of 10 cute fun summer drama. we are in the entertainment world with our girl han-byeol (lee sung kyung) as our leader of the PR team, and she actively manages gong tae-sung (king young-dae). he is the top actor, and their relationship is everything. she starts the drama unable to tolerate him, because she has known him since college. we come to find that he has always had feelings for her, and little misunderstandings had driven them apart. but my goodness you know that by the end of the drama they were together, and sooooo stinking cute. i loved their interactions. i also freaking loved how everyone ended up happy! like our second male lead was no second male lead, he got his own happy ending. and i loved the coworkers that ended up together in this drama too. like yes we stan character development all around! it was great!

sound of magic. i don’t know what i expected, but dang it was a musical and outright wild at times. i gave it a 9 out of 10. yoon a-yi is a high school student working hard to support her sister. she doesn’t have a supportive father because loan sharks drove him out of the home. na il-deung (hwang inyeop) competes with her to be top of the class. he likes her (obviously). our girl stumbles upon an amusement park and meets a magician there. he encourages her to believe in magic, and a quite odd relationship ensues. definitely not going to lie it was on my radar because my hwang inyeop is in it, and literally anything and everything he touches is gold to me. but it was incredible, and i loved all that they did in this drama, though it was short lived, i hope they will continue this story.

yumi’s cells 2. i was hyped fam. really hyped about it. like yes ba-bi (jinyoung), he is our man. we stan, we love. men fail. he failed us, and i’m not going to lie did that bump my rating down to a 7…yes. yess it did. once again we follow our girl yumi, in her life through work, pursuing her dream of writing. achieving her goals. and seeing ba-bi be absolute trash. so yeah. i hate ba-bi and if anyone asks i never liked him. i am ready for season 3 to come through and give us a happy ending. i am deserving of this after surviving this long, only to be betrayed by ba-bi.

dear m. FINALLY i got to see this gem after waiting forever (only) to see it. so sad about the delayed release because it would surely have taken over everything if it was a live drama. i loved the concept of always trying to figure out who ‘M’ was, and it looking like it was anyone and everyone. we follow joo-a who has been besties with min-ho (jaehyun) for forever, and they are at university together. we follow their university struggles as they get through the semester, and we meet their roomates, who are all great. and i loved that we got to see all their personalities develop and grow. there was also immense growth from joo-a, which we love to see. i loved all the characters we got to meet. and seeing jaehyun freaking slay, i stan. i would rate this an 8.5 out of 10.

weathering with you. this was an anime that i watched and it was stunning. i loved the concept. a high schooler runs away from home to tokyo. he befriends a girl who has the power to control the weather. it wrecked me emotionally and i loved it. i would give it a 7

studio ghibli: my neighbor totoro, ponyo, howl’s moving castle, spirited away. not me rewatching these studio ghibli titles. they are always a 10 out of 10 recommend.

why her. once again hwang inyeop. my man coming through with the dramas that will make me cry. in this drama, we follow oh soo-jae a freaking boss lawyer. like the youngest partner at the best law firm in korea. she is driven out and gets demoted to be a professor at a law school. gong chan is a student there and it turns out they had met in the past. he was wrongly accused of murder and she was his public defendant, she was the only one who believed in him. but it turns out that she didn’t give the case her all as the defendant. but he knows her true intentions, and how she was blackmailed by the political moves happening. they all work together along with other students in their law clinic to uncover the truth. it was really frustrating/infuriating at times, because the head of the law firm is absolute utter garbage and the things he did were AWFUL. but overall i loved this drama. a 9 out of 10 recommend.

the uncanny counter. i loved this one. we follow so mun who gets possessed by a spirit that rescues people on the verge of death, to hunt down evil spirits. these fellow counters operate out of a noodle shop. and we meet our crew of unlikely heroes here. i loved how they were a found family, and they all come together in various situations. there were so many hilarious laugh out loud moments imbedded in this quite sad theme. se-jeong is the best and i picked this one for her. i would rate it an 8.5 out of 10.

extraordinary attorney woo. if there was ever a green light drama this would be the one. a 10 out of 10 recommend. it was so precious, and i loved all the characters that we met. we follow woo young-woo an incredible bright individual who happens to be on the autism spectrum. she starts working at a law firm, and this brings about the best and worst in others. each episode was a new case, and we got to see her unique perspective on conquering each case. we also saw her relationships with others in the hanbada office. freaking fell in love with lee jun-ho, and her bestie from university yoon-kyung. they were always looking out. and we loved the character development that happened with their coworker joo jong-hyuk. this one shall get it’s own recap. because i have so many feelings and favorite moments.

alchemy of souls. when i say i didn’t know what to do with my life when this gem of a drama ended, i literally did not know what to do. it was a top tier drama for me. like the characters, the set design, the world building. it has it all. it shall too have its own recap, because dang, too much happened and i am not emotionally ready for december. i would 10 out of 10 recommend. we follow jang-uk from a noble family, rejected by the skilled teachers. he stumbles upon mu-deok, who happens to be naksu an elite warrior/assassian trapped in mu-deok’s physically weak body. she decides to be his master and teach him fighting skills. a lot of crazy nonsense goes down, and so many plot twists happen. and i freaking loved it. i loved the character development especially from out naksu and wanting to put others around her first. like yes queen.

Star Sign(s): Cancer sun, Cancer moon, Taurus rising. Water and earth, yo! It gets muddy over here. A decent amount of fire and air in my whole chart, too.

Favorite Holidays: Christmas, it's the lights and Ave Maria and Joy to the World what can I say.

Last Meal: Burmese mango chicken and coconut rice with browned coconut flakes on top of the rice. Delish! I would eat that coconut rice every day, just by itself. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Current Favorite Musician: First Aid Kit is a current favorite, love sister duos. Khruangbin has been an obsession for awhile.

Last Music Listened To: Monster Rally. Lately I need no lyrics. Just take me away please. Into the stars, into the universe.

Last Movie Watched: well the fam bam was out of the house so I took advantage to leisurely wrap presents, sip my bevvie, and watch not one but two xmas movies back to back. Last Christmas and Love Hard. Both were fun! Last Christmas: it got me at being an homage to George Michael songs the whole way through. Love Hard: catfishing turned love story, okaaaayy, I'm with you. These holiday romcoms though, wince, cringe, love you/hate you.

Last TV Show Watched: I finally started Pen15 and it is EEK watching these adult actors play this young age so well, it is so wild. I'm also slowly watching Only Murders in the Building (do I like it? I think so… Selena Gomez is killin it and I gotta say I love her makeup line) and also Not Dead Yet (hmm, didn't realize there was a death theme). I just really enjoy Gina Rodriguez and it’s a fun sitcom and makes me miss Jane the Virgin.

Randomly found Crashing from 2016—Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s writing had me belly laughing in a few spots and I almost want to say I'd have preferred this show to continue with another season than Flea Bag getting two seasons, which I rewatched a few eps of to remind myself and compare with Crashing, and while FB was such a good show that got acclaim, like Crashing is sort of the funnier prequel (for PWB?) with an ensemble cast? And fuckin Jonathan Bailey is in it? Both lead characters played by PWB are annoying af to me, probably in a good way.

I hope to get through all these but the Bear has me fixated.

Last Book/Fic Finished: Ok well let me pull out my dusty kindle now to see what I last read. All really good recent reads: If I Survive You, True Biz, Black Cake, Kindred, the Book of Form and Emptiness, the Island of Sea Women. Okay, I feel I need another worthy book to maybe offset my Sydcarmy obsession. These were good books. Books are good. Note to self: read a book!!!!!!!

Last Book/Fic Abandoned: I'm a mama, I can't tell you what fics I like best and which I abandoned!?!? I love all your fics my sydcarmys and honestly I want to read more. Last book I abandoned: What Fresh Hell is This. It's a funny and serious book about menopause that I started reading it to see if I could recommend to a client because I haven't been througu it, but I just can't yet. Glad it's out there tho. One day.

Currently Reading: Nothing. I'm waiting for something good. I need something good. I'm afraid to start more sydcarmy fics because then I won't sleep til 3am.

Last Thing Researched for Art/Writing/Hyperfixation: Never you mind

Favorite Online Fandom Memory: Being in an online fandom is actually pretty new for me, I’m sort of an oldie and I’ve been missing out. Just finding the sydcarmy tag has been revolutionary. It’s so fun, mind blowing, brain rotting, and I respect y’all so much.

Favorite Old Fandom You Wish Would Drag You Back In/Have A Resurgence: Since I mentioned it already: Jane the Virgin, and I'm guessing it had a divided ship fandom, and I could personally never decide who I liked best for Jane even though SPOILERS I knew Rafael was endgame. I hated what they did to Michael, HATED it. (SPOILERS let him RIP.) Not saying I’d want a resurgence, more that I wish I’d been there because I was so alone in my angst over obvious endgame guy versus so much unexpected chemistry with the other guy and they like worked that into the show and made me wonder if they were gonna change their minds about who was endgame? That was enticing and nerve wracking. Also I ship the three generations of women and, Rogelio with himself, but with Xiomara, too.

leah cruz, my darling, my dearest, my guilty-pleasure fav. here’s some small notes because i really haven’t talked about leah all that much (her name used to be cece just, so i have some posts about her under that name):

she and han have known each other since she was 18, han was a few years older and they meet post-better luck tomorrow and pre-f&f(2009). she ran away with him. they didn’t end up actually dating until years later.

the first time han let her drive his car in a race war, the back tire was clipped and she was shoved off the road by her rival when she was winning. when han raced over to make sure she was okay, she was crying, but not because she was hurt, but because she was so upset over wrecking his car and he just ‘i don’t give a f*ck about the car!’ ^ also my headcanon of han and leah first meeting letty and dom.

leah is a huge motorcycle fan. she likes bikes more than cars, but when pushed she’d say her favourite cars are 60s chevies.

‘knife girl’ is a trait i love to give my ocs, but leah is the og knife girl. this girl loves knives and doesn’t care for guns in the slightest. any scene that’s like ‘remove all your weapons’ is just leah standing there pulling out multiple knives for a long time.

for all the post-tokyo drift timeline movies, leah wears han’s watch that she ‘stole’ for him circa f&f6 from that car auction punter after tej and hobbs embarrass him.

now for just one scene that i need to talk about because it lives in my head rent-free whenever the topic of leah comes up: the fate of the furious ending.

so the ending of fotf is that shaw joins the family for lunch, right? leah is pissed about it. of course she’s pissed about it. he killed han and apparently she’s the only one who remembers that.

shaw being welcomed to lunch and nobody else says anything? she’s quietly raging and eventually it all just boils over. she tells hobbs’ kid to cover her ears and then she just goes off. (i usually equate ‘monster’ by dodie with this scene). nobody can look her in the eyes and she’s pissed because now that she’s showing ‘ugly emotions’, nobody’s on her side.

everyone’s kind of tense over being called out and also because she’s got a steak knife in hand and it wouldn’t be the first time she’d attempted an attack on shaw (she does earlier in the movie even). shaw says he’ll just leave, but she goes ‘no no, you stay, i’ll go since every else’s forgotten han’. she doesn’t let anyone get a word in and, as she’s leaving, she snatches up dom’s challenger keys. she pretends to throw them off the roof, but actually doesn’t because the fam finds them later on the front seat.

after this, it’s a bit difficult to get her to come back around to help for f9. she doesn’t apologise for her outburst either because she ‘was f*cking right’. she was thankful for dom’s kid being saved, but she was pissed that shaw wasn’t just told to leave and that’s where she feels slighted.

i think antonio's sooo coming to get his girl . he's so used to partying and being with the boys that she knows he'll get home safe . she on the other hand probably has security around , but throws a fit when she's drunk and they gotta tell tonio to come to get her .

takes care of on sick days

they're the type to take care of each other and end up getting sicker because of it . i def don't think they're v good patients and stubborn af . so it's probably funny af .

drags the other person out into the water on beach day

cleona would try to pull him but he's too strong for her . so whenever he wants to pull her into the water he just needs to pick her up . she really hates it sm !!

gives unprompted massages

cleona lives on him like a spider monkey and she’s def always rubbing him . kissing the back of his neck . rubbing his shoulders . i mean they be putting themselves in some hard positions. . . and kinky ones .

drives/rides shotgun

idk why but i feel like they get driven around a lot . when it's just them two tonio drives . especially if cleo's mad . he shouldn't trust her behind the wheel when she's pissed and even more so when she's mad at him . the next thing you know she's like that girl from stan . don't trust a mad cleo . . . too impulsive .

brings the other lunch at work

cleo would so bring him food when he's at the studio . pull him away for just a little when he's been working so hard . she misses her man and if he's home she's soooooo gonna come and get him . the band steals him for long enough . they need more time together .

has the better parental relationship

cleona def . y'know , fam over everything . her fam ain't all blood . take care of your own and their loved ones . bad behavior gets rewarded so . . . it's not like there's much that'll have her parents part from her . cleo doesn't fuck with his family bc they've all abandoned him at some point and she doesn't rock with that.

tries to start role-playing in bed

both of them depending on the night . i feel like they're so very chaotic that rping in bed is something that happens more than they'd realize . like , it'll just come outta nowhere . they get very into fucking each other and the moment that they won't even remember the little weird parts that happened . just saying shit .

embarrassingly drunk dancer

yea . . . it's going to be antonio . do i think most of my muses can dance ? yes . . . yes , i do . buuut listen , cleo comes from a mexican family that loves to party ( & other things ) . she's been dancing since she was young and i think tonio's not bad but he's something else when drunk . hmm . . . maybe it's actually her ? that she starts acting up when she drunk and the dancing turns into . . . flailing her arms around and being silly .

still cries watching titanic

neither of them ! they're so the types to make fun of that movie and a lot of super sweet / romantic movies . it just isn't them . they like passion and messy and a little toxic . the more reasons they have to leave each other the better .

firmly believes in couples costumes

cleo wants to twin with him always and when it comes to costumes they need to be as sick and twisted as them . very much does toxic couples ; harley & joker , chucky & tiff , just crazed lovers aesthetic because that's what they are .

breaks the expensive gift rule during christmas

both of them as his music career gets better ! but it's also always cleo . she only know the best so it's hard for her not to get it . she doesn't really check for the price of things . she has multiple cards and multiple streams of income , so she's all good .

makes the other eat breakfast

lol . . . neither or maybe cleo . they seem like they don't eat the best tbh . cleo def makes like dinner and / or has a chef come over to cook for them . that's probably who makes them breakfast . since they have unconventional lives they kinda just eat when they're hungry .

remembers anniversaries

neither of them . their phones are more likely to tell them it's their anniversary then they are to remember . they got a lot of things going on and they're fucking insane so what's an anniversary when you're gonna spend eternity together . when you're literally the same person spilt in different body .

brings up having kids

ooouufff i don't think they've really talked about it ? i wanna say if they do it's in a joke or in passing never seriously . however if they ever had a kid it would be the funniest thing . child(ren) will be so fucked up bc they're a fucking mess .

Heck yeah!! Having people to yell about hyperfixations with is such a joy and delight.

Today's already been stressful, not because anything bad has happened just because of crippling anxiety. And it's a huge pain flare day and very very hot, so it's hard for all my chronic illnesses. But I brought the iPad to family lunch (where I am now), so I can go watch a comfort movie and hide in a bit if I want to.

If I can survive today we'll have one more. Christmas catch-up probably next week, then relaxation times 🤞 (I just want to be able to write Jara fic!!!! But no time lately)

Wkend was awesome! Although I didn't get to try flying pig. Hubby managed to find another delicious Thai eatery. We were bloated!

Went Hermès pop up gym w hubby. It's was fun and interactive. Drop dead tired when we reached home and took a nap and had light dinner.

Cooked seafood porridge for fam for breakfast next day. Hubby enjoying his Sunday, eat n sleep. Till I asked him to watch horror movie w me. Hahaha~

Took PH OIL on Monday to chill at home. Cut my nails, went grocery shopping, did my lunch prep and watch show~

Not sure if our exercise was too rough 🤭started having spotting since last night. Lasted for 24 hrs already.

Google gave too many reasons which might cause it but I'm not sure if I should worry. Maybe it's just drop in hormone level, or could be infection, or cancer or pregnant?

If it's just drop in hormone, then fine, cos it's the first time happening. .. and idw to be careless if I'm actually pregnant. But it's silly to think I'm pregnant? I just ended my period last Tue.

I'm going IPL and drinking w my colleagues this wkend though. Maybe I observe 2 more days?

Today's dinner at MIL house was good~ can't wait to meet hubby on Thu!

Get to Know Better Tag

Thanks for tagging me, @blind-the-winds!

Rules: answer the questions and tag nine people you want to get to know better.

3 Ships: Caitlyn/Vi from Arcane. Leslie/Ben from Parks & Rec. Arya/Gendry from Game of Thrones. My biggest ships are my own OCs, but that’s for me to delve into in my WIPs. But basically I’m on board with any legit power couple that don’t have a toxic relationship with each other (so Joker/Harley are off the table for example, but I do have my own villain power couple that, with each other, have a healthy relationship, so they’re on the table.) As another note, Abed/Annie would be a runner-up to this list if they didn’t work better as best friends than they would as an actual couple.

First Ever Ship: Oof, I have no idea. I think I’m going to say Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s Mr. & Mrs. Smith. I saw that movie when I was like 10 or 11 and it definitely shaped what I still think of when I think of what I want in a story. Peak action comedy. Great action. Great comedy. Great combination of the two. And the entire final sequence of the movie? As in everything post resolving differences and deciding to be an actual couple? *chef’s kiss* Surviving the ambush, leaning on outside friendships, the car chase, the stealth kills in the shopping center, and the final shootout where they’re perfectly in sync? Absolute perfection and you can probably definitely find ripples of that movie in all of my fictional couples.

Last Song: If we’re doing songs I listened to myself and not the Christmas music that’s been playing out loud in my home this morning, then “Best Friend” by Yelawolf ft. Eminem

Last Movie: Just watched Barbie: Rapunzel with the fam, so that. Speaking of which, I’m hyped for the live action Barbie movie. It’s going to be amazing

Currently Reading: Gardens of the Moon by Steven Erikson. Some of my friends recommended it to me (I’m actually reading their copy of it). I’m still near the beginning and it’s interesting, but very dense so far. Lots of world building right out of the gate, so it did take me about the entire first chapter to adjust to the speed I had to absorb new information at.

Currently Watching: So many things. My wife and I are watching a handful of shows together, but one show that I’m currently working my way through by myself is Better Call Saul, which I’m in the second season of. It’s been very enjoyable so far.

Currently Consuming: I’m thinking about having leftover chili fries for lunch. If not, then maybe some Ramen or something.

Currently Craving: Ice cream? It’s actually been awhile since I’ve had any. For me anyway. I used to have it way more often than the rate I’m currently eating it at, mainly for budget reasons. Hoping to return to consuming it at a higher rate soon though. Also, I could go for some Chinese takeout right about now.
