Top 5 fruit

Nectarines. They are the most decadent gift this earth has given us. (They have to be hard with yellow insides though, it is a delicate balance which is harder to maintain now that I live alone and my mom doesn't devour them when they've become too ripe for me)

Oranges. This is a new discovery. While I've been prone to steel a slice (or a boat as we call them in danish) from my dad's after-dinner-orange from time to time, I did not really enjoy this amazing fruit properly until I took one on a whim at circus training. They taste amazing and the gathering of people around the trash can as we slowly uncover the fruit, carefully removing the bitter strands, hands getting sticky with juice and talking about who knows what, holds a special place in my heart.

Lemons. While I may have never eaten a lemon whole (don't get ideas Sif (or do, I guess. It's your mouth)), they just bring goodness to all they touch and so many of my favorite things wouldn't be complete without them.

Plums. (I had to look the spelling of that one up) Though plums are always a precarious business, like nectarines they can't get too soft, but even then each plum can be a revelation or the greatest disappointment you have ever fielded. The revelations are worth it though.

Pineapple. (I feel like they're fruits?) While it's easy to get too much of these I will always take a cube when my grandma offers it, despite the weirdness in your mouth for the next hour.

#I am not a great fruit enjoyer so this one was a little hard for me #though nectarines are some of the greatest gifts this earth has given us #I considered also putting peaches on there #but to me it is kinda like putting nectarines on there twice #like there IS a difference which make nectarines slightly better but still #felt like cheating #didn't expect this to get so lyrical and long #I was very tempted to put tomatoes on there because they are also god tier and I have been known to just eat a big tomato like an apple #and the whole TECHNICALLY A FRUIT thing #but then I realised I would have to check if every single thing I wanted to put on here was technically a fruit and nah we're going on vibe #This was more fun than expected tbh #kirokiro #askkiro #spørgejørgen

Man I started listening to Coven yesterday because people said they sounded like how people think Ghost does and lol they’re right. A lot of their songs really do sound like Ritual. I’m pleasantly shocked that the singer is still around and touring and seems to sound and look pretty damn good for having to be in her 70s or so. I’m gonna have to keep an eye out for them later this year since they say they’ll be touring this year.
