giving u a hc i love, WHAT ABOUT kenny having chronic pain that increases after each of his deaths... like dying leaves him with a fraction of the pain for a lot of time (like. months), and depending on the death the pain is different the next day, for example if he gets crushed his whole body will be hurting the next day to the point he'll most likely skip school (bad pain dayy</3), meanwhile if he has one of the chiller deaths he's having a good day and doesn't feel it much (compared to the amount of pain he's in the rest of the time)

oh and his friends have no idea either cuz he won't tell them, and if they see him during his bad pain days and ask what's wrong he'll just say he's tired, unless a couple times when he's felt real bad and just broke down crying on the spot, probably only in front of butters stan and/or kyle tho....
