Is there a German word for when you want to respond truthfully when people close to you ask how you are but you’ve had so many objectively hard things happen recently that you’re afraid that you’ve started to sound negative just by virtue of answering honestly, so you end up just tacking completely incongruous tone indicators to the end of your texts to compensate, until one day someone asks how your weekend was and you find yourself responding with “got stung by a swarm of wasps lmfaoooo”
