im exhausted and had a breakdown over my math hw because my teacher doesnt explain shit and im honestly only looking forward to MC, even if it hurts me, im depending on that soon as i wake up tmrw morning to read it

Oh boy Anon I know what it's like to have a math teacher who doesnt teach. I had a pre-al teacher back in junior high who was on tenure and used that as an excuse to be bad at her job. Every day she would tell us to read the next chapter in the book and then do all the questions for that chapter. When we didnt understand the work (wow shocking, young teens can't teach themselves pre-al just by reading a textbook explanation) she would ask, "did you read the chapter?" And when we said yes, she would say, "read it again"

Like BITCH. WHAT ARE YOU EVEN GETTING PAID FOR??????

Needless to say, I decided that a class without a teacher is a class I dont need to participate in. So I never did the work and failed the class and the principal took me out of advanced courses. (Which I didnt care about tbh) But you know who did care?

That's right. My mommy.

She went in to the school to complain to the principal. He sided with his teacher and so she told him to check my ISATS (yay standardized state tests) scores in math. That year I just so happened to have really outdone myself, AKA I didnt want to go to class so I really took my time on the tests just so I could stay in the computer lab all day with snacks, and scored the highest math score in the school (feel free to think I'm a genius)(even though now I struggle to do basic division) and the principal was like, "oh" and slapped me back into advanced courses.

The dumbass teacher still had tenure though so she didnt get fired. I think she did get moved to a subject that kids could actually teach themselves if need be though. Like history or some shit.

Uhhhhh, but anyway, sorry to go off on a story about ME like that, I know I'm self centered, lmfao
