So ocarina of time goes to great lengths to show that the Hero of Time doesn't kill anything that's not a monster. If you shoot a patrolling Gerudo, you knock her out. One of the ones that ambush you even says that he hit her with the flat of his sword. He doesn't (can't?) kill the Skull Kids that attack him as an adult in the Lost Woods. This continues into Majora's Mask when he moves to restrain the Skull Kid rather than attack him even thought he has a sword. And even in Twilight Princess. Even though it's only briefly mentioned in the manga and hyrule historia about how careful The Hero's Shade is with the Hero of Twilight.

ALL I'M SAYING IS: The Hero of Time is actually an incredibly gentle person and Zelda bound Ganon at the end to protect Link from having to kill him a second time.

I'm probably one of like 3 people who still plays Neopets on this website but I need to discuss this image- A rundown: there's been a fuck ton of discourse over the Seasonal Attack Pea (SAP for short) item being introduced into the neopets trading economy via random chance through the yearly advent calendar they do.

The Seasonal Attack Pea (from my understanding as someone who's never engaged with the Battledome mechanic until like 3 weeks ago despite having played Neopets for 18 of my 28 years on planet Earth) is one of the single best items in the game, and turbo expensive. We're talking 9 figures worth of neopoints. Maybe 10. It's initial distribution also made it so ludicrously sparse. Only 100 existed and it was released in 2002. This thing is a *grail* item in Neopets, is what I'm saying. Things like getting Invincible to drop or a full odds shiny pokemon are child's play videogame achievements compared to getting any of the Attack Peas. Dec 1 rolls around and suddenly players are reporting in staggering numbers that they got Seasonal Attack Peas from the advent calendar and all hell breaks loose. The fat cat neopets players are all mad that their items are being devalued to hell event after event and the proletariat masses are excited to see the neopets economy in shambles so they can finally own grail items, it's chaos and I personally love it. There's conspiracies on reddit about it that I can barely parse and don't care to get into. Anyway, so I just logged in to get my free stuff, do my dailies, drink my 4:30 am soda pop and see Dr. Who Mr. Orion O. Ophiuchus the Shadow Ogrin in *shambles* talking about how we need to stop the Advent Calendar and it's making it seem like he's baring the brunt of the Seasonal Attack Pea discourse and I'm HOWLING right now. My man literally just got introduced as a character to this game in like... May of this year??? And now it looks like he's being pinned to the cross of the Seasonal Attack Pea discourse- Like I doubt this was intentional but I choose to believe Orion did an oopsy and is The One reason for the chaotic mass redistribution of wealth across Neopets.

Before I answer more asks I want to say my stance(???) on this whole thing

I hope caiti finds peace, I don’t condone what George did but I don’t think he’s a monster.. I believe in second chances and from talking to other people irl even if what he did was really bad and makes my skin kinda crawl from what we know they were both comfy at the time and so George still should have been more careful but I believe that if he fully takes responsibility, if he takes the necessary steps starting by apologizing fully privately and or publicly (which he kinda did ig? But it’s caiti’s decision to accept or not) he can change to be a better person

I’m not really sure what to think of other things people brought up about his past chats or jokes as I never really tuned into streams that much so

As to dream, I feel bad. I don’t think he’s a perfect person or a saint of a man (and even if Twitter doesn’t want to admit it they’ve been putting all these men on such a high pedastool that if they show one sign of imperfection as seen on twitter’s chronically online eyes it’s seen as a betrayal or a monsterous thing whatever it might actually be) but I feel he’s been quite sincere this whole situation and is pretty innocent it’s just horrible he got caught up in this and all the attention was focused on him instead of the victims of the situation hope he finds peace as well and the world learn to treat him with the kindness and respect he tries to give to this world

As to dteam friends, I hope they all find peace this must be WAYY harder for them to process as their friendships are so closely related to their image, career, money and connections in the industry (which is… wow toxic af) I don’t blame any of them for acting this way (especially if ur a woman in this industry gawd damn 😭😭) must be hard to be a creator

So what about me what am I gonna do (not related to art) I’m probably gonna be less attached to the fandom, as I showed I have impulsive tendencies and get attached to things really easily and SO deeply which is unhealthy to probably do on men that I don’t know (with twt amplifying it sweats) so I think I’m gonna take a back step on Dnf and dteam as a whole but still in the fandom (probably just from a distance tho) so ig it’s just I won’t make content only for the fandom but will sometimes! I still want to see those Dnf posts haha

definitely do not think about being called tons of masc terms by an f/o. if you’re comfortable with it of course, they make sure before doing so. maybe they start with calling you the petnames/nicknames they’d usually use for you, calling you handsome along with it (‘hey, handsome man’ or a ‘hi, my sweet, handsome boy.’) maybe you like being called pretty boy too, they’d definitely ask first. maybe they focus on the features they adore the most about you.
