Day 2: Jokers - Curse | Spirits/Hauntings | Escape (implied)

When they were young, Arthur and Gilbert encountered a supernatural incident that would lead Arthur to create his own supernatural detective agency in the future. While he now mainly operates as Queen of Spades, Arthur also runs his detective agency on the side. Although Gilbert is not as eager as Arthur in working on their cases, he sometimes tags along whenever Arthur takes on the more dangerous cases to make sure he’s safe.

Now having Peter as his junior joker in training, the kid begged Gilbert to let him join the agency. He understands why the kids wants to do this, same thing as his. After some time, he eventually agreed.

Arthur reluctantly yet eventually agreed. As long as it’s one of the easier, less dangerous cases.

Even though he and Gilbert will be there with Peter, Arthur couldn’t help but worry for him. Peter is his family.

Now, seeing Peter so so eager to tackle his first case, Arthur can’t help but worry more.

I want season5 to just be "Monster Hunters Guide to Finding Vecna" as the cast tries to navigate the newly merged upsidedown/real world combo, running into the monsters Nancy described in her vision, and battling through different things.

I want Joyce and Hopper to fight something inside the ruins of Enzos. I want a desperate run to the hospital to get/protect Max.

I want a reveal that Eddie somehow lived (ie Owen's people or some weird upside-down magic like Eleven).

I want actual carnage where parts of the main cast die and stay dead.

I want the parents of the kids to join in and help; I want Karen to team up with Joyce, I want Mike's dad to grab a gun and help the kids to safety, I want Lucas' parents to find Max's mom and help protect Max in the hospital, I want Dustin's mom to join the milf squad (and comfort her son who just lost a significant male figure in his life).

I want the police to see that Jim is alive and actually fucking help for once. I want them to protect people, to sacrifice themselves, to do something.

If the upside down has spread to our world, they better give us the journey of a fucking lifetime to make up for vol2.

Y'know what, I'm gonna say it.

I have no hopes for ND 34. I'm still gonna buy it, because I want to be proved wrong. But I'm expecting another Midnight in Salem.

HOWEVER

Jesus Christ this is the single best and most interactive marketing campaign I have ever seen, and even though I am too lazy to partake in it, mad respect to everyone who is and I can see why y'all are getting hyped. The effort they're putting into making all these clues and puzzles really gives me hope for the game itself and hey, even if it's not indicative of anything within the game, at least the adventure leading up to it was a great game on its own! I'm honestly loving sitting on the sidelines for this and thank you HeR for giving it to us, I just wanted to say all that. X)

Apols for oversharing but just to say... I'm aware that chapter six is coming hot on the heels of chapter five but, as a Childhood Trauma Haver I have to write The Childhood Trauma Stuff pretty swiftly or I risk getting bogged down in it. That said, I'm proud of the quality of That Stuff and it certainly made me feel things, hopefully it does the same for anyone else who gives it a read! (There's also plenty of jokes and romcom stuff in the chapter I promise)

in unrelated news, second scene is done, my knee still burns a bit, and I now want to reread lost legends because I keep seeing your blog picture whenever I come over. all I can see if Ford Neck. oh! one last thing, how’s the owl house watching been going? watching and dreaming is two weeks away…

Yippe!!!! Progress is always epic!!! I am still worried about your knee though- I'm glad to know it doesn't feel NEARLY as bad as it did yesterday. (Still!!! If it worsens at ALL, please get it checked out-)
