Can Fright Knight x Batman be a thing? Is it already a thing? I just saw this post where Frighty is acting as Danny's dad and I just want something with Fredric Knight meeting Bruce like..
Bruce is happy Daimian is making friends. This new kid, Daniel "call me Danny" Knight, seems nice. Kid might be a meta or something, with the way his eyes reflect like a cats and how he seems to always be cold, but he doesn't seem to be a bad kid and his background seemed to check out.
Yesterday Damian had invited Danny over for a sleepover and Bruce was stoked. Dami is having a friend over! A civilian friend! This is so normal and great! Danny had said his father would be picking him up the next day and would show up on his motorcycle (which was apparently named Nightmare?)
Bruce is in the sitting room close to the entrance when Alfred goes to buzz the gate for Danny's father. After a few minutes, he can hear Alfred walking the man in and explaining that "young Master Damian will be down with young Daniel in a few minutes. Till then, maybe you'd like to speak with Master Bruce?"
Bruce almost falls out of his seat when this almost 7 foot tall hunk of a man walks in, with his long raven black hair with a streak of gray down the center, all pulled back into a low ponytail. His bright green eyes have that same, almost glowing, shine that Danny's have and he's got a neat bit of stubble on his sharp jaw. He holds himself tall and seems to scan the room before setting his gaze on Bruce, who is using all his will to not ogle at this gorgeous man in front of him.
He stands to greet him and, oh God, he may actually be 7ft. "You must be Danny's dad, right?" He offers his hand to shake, "Bruce Wayne. I'm happy to see my son making friends with such a nice kid."
The behemoth of a man stares at his hand for just a moment to long before he shakes it and introduces himself, "Fredric Knight. I'm also glad my son is making friends." He says with the hint of a smile, "He's been a bit reclusive since we came here and I don't believe that's been healthy for him."
The two fathers talk for a bit, Bruce doing his best to be Batman ever now and then to make sure this guy isn't a potential threat. After some time, Danny and Damien walk into the room with Danny's bags, "Hey Dad, hi Mr. Bruce. Sorry that took so long," he says as he walks over to Fred (Bruce was told he could call him that) and half hugs the man, "Dami has a snake and he let me feed her!" Fred looks down at his son and pats his head, "That sounds interesting, little prince. Was it a frightful creature?"
As father and son speak, Bruce notes how fond Fred seems of Danny. The 'little prince' name seemed cute and pretty fitting with the last name. He also notes how Fred seemed to relax just a bit the moment Danny walked into the room (the same way he would after his children returned from patrol safe and unharmed), huh.
They say their goodbyes and the father-son duo are escorted out. Bruce and Damien watch as they ride down the driveway, Danny doing his best to wave at them from between his father's arms.
"We should invite the both of them over for dinner." Bruce says with a hand on his son's shoulder, "Fred seems like an interesting character, don't you think?"
"Father,"
"Yes Damian?"
"Please do not seduce my friends father."

get well soon; t.f.
synopsis: the day in the life of the fushiguro's... except you, mamaguro, is sick... cw: fem!reader, papa!toji x mama!reader, nothin but fluff, megumi's shikigami are so cute and are even cuter when they're conjured by a 5 year old, not beta read so sorry for any errors! I'm delirious rn wc: 1.2k+ an: jus a lil somethin cause I am currently under the weather and I want my fictional husband and son to take care of me
It was the softest thudding that had you stirring in your sleep. With the constant change in your body temperature, shivering in one moment, then sweating the next, you were at the point where you were about to give up on sleep. Dealing with the flu was the last thing you wanted to deal with... When was the last time you were this ill? You couldn't remember. You were the one who always cared for your husband and son, they were the ones who always got sick and you were the one who managed to dodge every virus that entered your home.
Except this time.
Hearing soft whispers, a baby voice you recognized, followed by a deeper one, you tried making out what they were saying but it was too muffled. Feeling a slight shift on the mattress followed by something tickling your nose, your eyes fluttered open to the sight of a white rabbit. Blinking a few times, eyeing it with confusion, your vision cleared as your focus settled on the small flower held by the animal's teeth.
A daisy?
Removing the blanket that had you wrapped up like a burrito, you reached a hand out to gently pet the rabbit before grabbing the flower. Studying it, your eyes shifted towards the small animal as another hopped up next to it, carrying another daisy. Carefully sitting up, slightly groaning from the aches throughout your body, you noticed a dozen or so more bunnies that sat around the floor of your shared bedroom. All holding daisies by their little teeth.
Trailing them and noticing they lead out of the bedroom, a smile grew on your lips as your son stood there. His five year old self holding a bouquet of flowers, yellows and whites that caught your eye as your heart suddenly felt heavy. "Hi, Gumi..."
"Hi, mama," he waved, "papa said I have to stay here so I don't get sick, too."
Letting out a small laugh, you nodded. You definitely didn't want your little boy getting sick, too. "Was this all your idea?" You asked, gesturing towards all the rabbits that sat around your bedroom.
"Mhm!" He eagerly nodded."Papa helped me pick the flowers from the garden! I had my shiki..." Standing there, Megumi tried remembering how to pronounce the word he was looking for. His little eyebrows furrowed before he gasped and continued, "my shikigami! I had my shikigami help me bring them to you since I can't get close."
Feeling your eyes well up with tears as your nose began to tingle, you reached for your box of tissues as you blew your nose. Your son was the most precious thing in the world... how were you so blessed to have a baby boy with such a beautiful heart like his? "Thank you, Gumi... Mama wishes she could give you a big hug and endless smooches."
Slightly blushing, Megumi looked away, "mama can do it when she feels better..." His little mumbled voice made your heart do things. Oh, how you hated being sick! You just wanted to grab your son and smother him with kisses!
Sighing as you sat back against the headboard of your bed, you wore the softest smile as you eyed the flower you held in your hand. "Where's papa?" You asked.
"Was settin' up a tea for you," Toji said as he popped up behind Megumi, towering over his son as he held a mug in his hand. You couldn't help but chuckle at the sight: your boy matched his father, in similar white sweaters, black pants, their sock covered feet... and white face masks. Megumi got 100% of his DNA from his father, a pure carbon copy. Not that you complained, you loved that your son was his father's mini me, the perfect duo. Though, you were glad he had more of your personality than anything.
"What's so funny?" Megumi asked as he tilted his head.
"You two are so cute, did you purposefully match?" You asked as your son hugged the bouquet closer to his chest, his timidness kicking in.
Grinning, Toji used his free hand to pat his son's head, "it was this little bug's idea. He saw how I was dressed and grabbed his pants and sweater to match while I made myself coffee. Then he asked if we could pick some flowers for you from the garden."
Frowning, you coughed a bit before looking away, "I hate being sick... I want to hug you two so bad..."
"Ah, don't worry," Toji said as he carefully walked amongst the rabbits, handing you the mug as he pressed the back of his hand against your forehead. The slight chill from the wedding band on his finger made you shiver as he checked you. "You're still a bit hot, but not as bad as last night."
"You don't think I'm really hot?" You mumbled with a pout, earning a laugh from Toji.
He lowered his mask enough to kiss your forehead before he muttered, "you're the hottest woman alive" in your ear, earning a giggle from you.
"Papa! You can get sick!" Megumi called out as Toji sighed.
Stepping back and lifting his hands in defense, he shook his head, "my bad. Can't get sick or else Megs won't have anyone to play with him—"
"That's not why!" Megumi called out, causing Toji to smirk.
"What? You won't be able to take care of your old man and your mom?" He asked as he looked at his son, Megumi's eyes widened as you lifted the mug to your lips to hide your smile.
"I'm too small! I can't reach the medicine shelf!" He defended himself, causing Toji to laugh as he walked over to Megumi and lifted him up, kissing his headful of messy hair.
"I'm just messin' with you, bud," taking the bouquet and walking back over to your side to settle them on your nightstand, you gave him a small thank you. "Don't forget to take your medicine, okay?" Toji nudged his head towards the pile of  on your bedside, cough drops and other products to help you recover faster. "We need you to feel better soon."
Saluting as you took the last few sips from your tea, you settled the daisy and brought one of the bunnies to your chest, "for now, I'll cuddle them since I can't cuddle my little Gumi bear."
"Wait!" Megumi exclaimed before he peeked over his father's shoulder. "Kuro! Shiro!"
Watching as the pair of pups rushed in, you smiled as they instantly sat at Toji's feet. "Are they also going to keep me company?"
"Mhm!" Megumi nodded. "So you don't feel alone!" Gesturing for the pups to join you on the bed, you welcomed the pair as they cuddled against you. "They will also protect you..." he said as if it were something to keep hushed. A small giggle left you as Toji couldn't help but grin at his son and his pure way of being.
"Alright, let's leave your mother to be so she can get some more sleep." Toji said as he patted Megumi's back. "If you need anything, just call for me."
"Okay," you nodded as he took the now empty mug from your hand. "Thank you for everything."
"Always," with a wink, Toji walked away with your son in his arm, waving goodbye as you buried yourself deeper into your warm sheets and the shikigami that surrounded you.

Another request, hope it’s not bad.
But batbro!reader who was raised to be perfect. Who’s older than Damian bur younger than Tim. But I was thinking maybe Bruce and readers mum have split custody and his mum is very demanding, the reader doing things like music and ballet (I just love dancing bc I was a dancer) and their mum pushes them to be perfect, in that and schoolwork and belittles then if it’s not perfect.
Like they are worse than most of the family, not sleeping and always studying or pushing his body to the limits with practice.
The family is going to a dancing competition for Cassandra and the reader is performing but they don’t know, reader not getting first place and they see how his mother reacts badly, maybe belittling the reader, their reaction maybe.
Hope it makes sense, if you are uncomfortable with it dw🫶. I’ve seen so many assassin or killer ones.
Oh I hate those types of parents... Thankfully, my parents are not like this... Thanks mom and dad. Also, not a dancer so any inaccuracies are on me. Also, I don't know why this is so short???
Summary: (Y/N)'s mom is awful. Bruce finds out.
Warnings: the mom is awful, belittling, the fam is not having it and neither is the author, verbal abuse
Tumblr media
Standards are important in life. With the said standards you choose important things in life. Partners are one of the most important thing you need to choose by your standards, but there is no such thing as perfection. There is no such thing as being a perfect person in anything you can do.
Everyone makes mistakes.
But that's something that (Y/N)'s mother doesn't seem to understand. Both her and Bruce taught her that it's important to have standards. But they had different approaches.
(Y/N)'s mom wanted nothing more than perfection. Bruce only wanted (Y/N) to give him his best. And with sharing custody with his mother made things far more difficult for the teen. Bruce noticed how tired he was and how he looked like he was on the verge of sleeping every single time he sees (Y/N).
But the mom couldn't care less. She wanted her son to be perfect. And if he didn't achieve what she had in mind? Well, he would get grounded and shouted at.
(Y/N) didn't even want to remember all the insults she screamed at him over the years. He doesn't want to remember the fact that she was his mother. But he knew that the custody agreement wouldn't change.
They always favor the mothers rather than fathers.
The only thing where he could let go of those insults and thoughts was ballet. It was his biggest passion and it was supported by both his mother and Bruce. Bruce always tried to come on every single recital that (Y/N) had and he was always the loudest person in there.
However, (Y/N) was competing against his adopted sister Cassandra. (Y/N) didn't tell them, because his mom didn't want Bruce to know. She was often like that, trying to rob Bruce of a lot of things. (Y/N) didn't like that at all, but he couldn't go against her.
After Cassandra was finished, (Y/N) saw that he had a good competitor. He stretched behind in the wings, getting himself mentally ready.
He would really have to reach deep inside himself in order to win.
(Y/N) was happy with how he did and now they waited for the awards. Cassandra and (Y/N) knew that it would be a tight race for the first place.
One thing that he didn't expect to hear was that he got second place. He smiled, but his gut dropped. Oh no. No. Not happening. This can't be happening.
He accepted the award with a smile, but he could see him mom in the crowd. She was fuming. He looked to look at his father, who was smiling at him, showing him a thumbs up. That was a little bit comforting.
After they have finished, he changed into the normal clothes. He took a deep breath as he saw his mother.
" Second place? Do you know how you embarrassed I am? " She whispered harshly. Bruce congratulated Cassandra and then walked towards the duo.
" You are a failure. " She said and Bruce saw red. Not happening.
" (Y/N)? Please go to your brothers. " Bruce said, a tight smile on his face.
The said brothers were glaring at (Y/N)'s mother, ready to give her the piece of their mind. They welcomed (Y/N), saying that he did a good job. (Y/N) nodded, but he didn't really believe it.
Bruce was chewing his mom out and said that that he will have full custody of his son. No child of his will be berated.
" Hey (Y/N), you are going to stay with me from now on. " Bruce said, hugging his son.
" What about mom? " (Y/N) asked.
" Don't worry about her. I don't want you to go back to her. I don't want you to go through the abuse. And as soon as I can, I will file for full custody. Nobody deserves to be abused like that.

Ruby is such an icon‼️
could you do something where her pre-k does a daddy and daughter dance and Charles takes her shopping for a new dress and ruby helps charles get all ready (like the princess he is)😭😭?
beauty and the beast | charles leclerc
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
When Y/n got an e-mail from Ruby’s school saying that they were going to have a father daughter dance, the first thing she did was make sure Charles was free of anything F1 related. She then texted Charles a screenshot of the e-mail. Charles was far too excited when he got the message. He started to book nail appointments and asked around with his friends who had kids on which shop had the best dresses for little kids. He truly wanted everything to be perfect. He had even asked Pascale if she could do Ruby’s hair for the dance, which she happily accepted.
“Okay, let’s go Ruby Jules, we only have a week until the dance and we still have to get your dress!” Charles called out from the bottom of the stairs.
“I’m a pretty princess! I’m a pretty princess! I’m a pretty princess!” Ruby sang as she walked down the stairs with her little purse that Charles bought for her.
The father daughter duo went to multiple shops in Monte Carlo and by 2 PM, Ruby had finally found the perfect dress. Before they could continue with finding her shoes, they decided to eat so Charles drove to their favorite restaurant.
“There’s this girl in my class and she says her maman is putting makeup on her for the dance.” Ruby told Charles as they ate their lunch.
“If this is your way of asking if you can put makeup on, the answer is no.” Charles replied.
“But it’s glittery! Maman has pretty lipgloss.”
“You can put a little and that’s it.”
Ruby groaned. “When can I put the rest on?”
“When you’re older.” Charles replied.
“Old like you?” Ruby asked honestly.
“Just eat your food.”
Tumblr media
The day before the dance came and Ruby was watching the dancing scene from ‘Beauty and The Beast’. She watched Belle’s movements and copied them exactly. She even wore her favorite pink tutu so she could feel like a princess. She wanted to be like Belle so she searched for a pair of her maman’s heels and put the on her tiny feet.
“See? You have to do it like the Beast! You’re noticing right.” Ruby explained to her papa.
“You’re a better dancer than me, Mon amour. I don’t know how to dance.” Charles admitted.
“Grab my hand and I’ll show you.” Ruby reached out to him.
“If I fall, I’m taking you down with me.”
When Y/n got home from grocery shopping, she found Ruby and Charles on the floor giggling. She found it cute until she saw her heels she wore at her wedding on the floor.
Tumblr media
“You look so beautiful, Ruby! Let me take a picture so I can send it to your uncles and aunts. Oh, my sweet girl.” Pascale placed a kiss on the girl’s cheek. She had just finished doing Ruby’s hair.
Ruby smiled at Paascale camera and even did a pose. Pascale then called for Charles, who was just done with his tie, to take a picture with his daughter. The father and daughter smiled as Pascale took multiple pictures.
“Papa, can you stand right there?” Ruby pointed to the spot next to Pascale. “Wait, come here, your hair isn’t pretty enough! It has to be likes this!” She ‘fixed’ his hair like she saw her grand-mère do to him thousands of times before.
“Mon amour, it’s fine. Where do you want me to stand?” Ruby pointed again to where she wanted him.
Charles was confused, but he did was he was told. “Grand-mère, take a picture of me like this please!” Ruby then did a couple poses of her own with her tongue sticking out and holding up a peace sign.
“You sneaky girl.”
“You two look so adorable.” Y/n awed at her family. “Hopefully Mathéo has a mother son dance. Is that a thing? It better be.”
“If not, we can always make one right here,” Charles placed a kiss on Y/n’s lips. “We have to go, don’t wait up, this princess and I are going to party all night.”
In reality, by 9:30 PM, they were both knocked out on the sofa since all the dancing and eating many slices of cake tired them out.

🌱🩷:Blue lock au where Y/n got invited to join the Blue Lock program as a player. She crossdresses as a boy and is friends with Reo and Nagi (they don't know she is a girl). I didn't change much abt Y/n's appearance, except that I made her around 5'10" tall and that she has a similar hairstyle to Chigiri's (the color is up to you, tho)
Warnings: None in particular. Reader uses she/her when narrating, otherwise the characters use he/him for Y/n. Requests are open for this AU.
⚽️Blue Lock belongs to Muneyuki Kaneshiro and Yusuke Nomura⚽️
'Blue Lock... so this will be my new escape...' (Y/n) gulped as she looked at the building in front of herself. She saw a lot of people, well known high school players enter the place, making her nervous over the whole idea. Sure, she was excited over finally leaving her home, her adoptive parents for a while, but she was just entering a bigger hell than she already left. Now, some might be confused what a girl was doing at Blue Lock? A project meant for the best football players in Japanese high schools. For male football players. Well, the question was pretty easy to answer, kinda. (Y/n) was adopted at a pretty young age into a somewhat well-off family, but the life she had wasn't the best. Her parents always wanted to have only boys, and while they had 2 biological sons, they didn't want to have a daughter.
'The only reason we adopted you was because I was indebted to your father.' She shuddered as she remembered her adopted father's words. (Y/n) knew they didn't want her, so she did her best to survive the household till she can be free. One of the ways was giving into her parents' demands on changing her personality and appearance to suit a stereotypical guy. (Y/n) didn't want that, at all, but for now she had to be someone she wasn't.
'At least they let me grow out my hair... and they allowed me to leave to this football camp.' She thought, touching a few strands of her (h/c) hair.
"Hey! Earth to (Y/n), are you alright?" She jumped, looking over at her teammates, Nagi and Reo. The two looked at her in worry for a moment, which caused her to smile and nod her head.
"I am fine! Don't worry... Just a little nervous." She thought as Reo grabbed her hand and pulled her into the building while Nagi followed after them.
"Don't be. All three of us are highly ranked football players, I am sure this thing will be a walk in the park for us." Reo laughed.
"Yeah, you worry too much." Nagi yawned as they got into the main hall where the other players were. (Y/n) recognized some from her previous matches, and some were unfamiliar.
'Oh... that Kira guy was invited here too? Figures, he was a good opponent back then...' She thought, recognizing the white haired boy. She then turned her attention to another guy standing next to Kira, they seemed pretty close.
'Who is he? I never saw him before...' (Y/n) thought while observing the blue-eyed boy.
'That sprout is cute tho.' She smiled, noticing the few strands of hair that were sticking out.
"Who are you looking at? Come on, we need to catch up to Reo." Nagi ground as he tugged on the pants of her uniform.
"H-huh? Nobody! Let's hurry up." She said, glancing a few more times at the unknown boy.
They soon reached Reo, only for him to scold the duo for getting lost.
"Congratulations, you unpolished lumps of talent." The trio froze for a moment and then looked at the stage, only to find a guy with bowl-cut black hair and glasses looking at all of them.
"Who is he?" (Y/n) muttered.
"Dunno." Nagi shrugged.
"What did he just call us?" Reo wondered.
"According to my personal judgment the 300 of you are the best strikers under 18. My name is Jinpachi Ego and I was hired to give Japan a World Cup victory." Everyone kept silent as (Y/n) stared at Ego in shock.
'World Cup victory? Japan can't qualify for semi-finals, what does he mean by victory?' She thought skeptically.
"I'll say this plainly. One thing is needed for Japanese soccer to become the best in the world: the birth of a revolutionary striker. From you 300 players gathered here today, I will forge the best striker in the world through a certain project."
Ego continued his speech, not giving anyone time to digest anything.
"What a bore." Nagi groaned, earning a kick to his leg by (Y/n).
"Shh." She warned, then looked back at Ego.
"All of them revolutionary strikers!! Their extraordinary egoism is the one thing Japan’s football lacks. You will not become the greatest strikers in the world, unless you have the ego to match. My purpose here, is to create such a player in Japan."
'Egoism? Shouldn't football be treated as a team sport? What good does it bring to act like that on the field?' (Y/n) raised her eyebrow, tuning out whatever Reo and Nagi were saying.
As Ego kept on talking, (Y/n) was getting lost in her thoughts.
'So we are basically training for our national team now... Getting out of one hellhole into another, but at least here... at least here I feel a little bit more like myself, as odd as it sounds. While I can't tell to anyone I am not a guy, at least I can play the sport that always saved me from going insane.' (Y/n) thought, looking back at the crowd as Ego finished his speech. (Y/n) listened as he talked about reaching the goal he set up for them, and if the players who were gathered had what it takes to become a striker. From the corner of her eyes, she saw the boy from before rush to a open door, and something struck her. She wasn't sure what it was, but something about him and the look he held in his eyes made her hypnotized, and she quickly ran after him.
'Who are you? And what's up with you?' She sprinted faster after him, ignoring Reo and Nagi's calls, both desperate to catch up with her.
"Huh? Thank you... so you said I am in Team X, Teieri-san?"  (Y/n) asked the woman, who smiled and nodded her head.
"Yes, that's just down the corridor. I will keep your phone and other items safe while you are at our facility." (Y/n) thanked the woman and started walking down the hallway, looking at all the rooms in curiosity.
'Probably the storages...' She thought.
'This place is like a prison, but I can welcome it. I wonder how I will keep myself hidden now... now that I have to share a room and everything with some dudes.' She cringed and sighed, then slowly walked into Team X's room. Inside were, as expected a bunch of other guys, some changing, some just talking.
'Oh brother....' She thought, looking to the side.
"Ah? You are our other teammate?" A guy with brownish hair asked.
"Y-yes! (L/n) (Y/n) is my name." She said in a little bit deeper voice.
"(Y/n)? Isn't that a girl's name?" Another guy asked while walking up to the duo.
"My parents have a thing for feminine names." She answered with the same lie she's been using for years.
"Wait... (Y/n)... (L/n) (Y/n)? Hakuho's eagle?"
"What?" (Y/n) she raised her eyebrow as a blonde approached them.
"You are known as a beast with those precise shots. I should have expected someone like you being here."
"Ah... thanks." (Y/n) answered, unsure what was going on at this point. By now a group has been formed around her and the guys started asking her different questions, until someone cleared his throat.
"Can you donkeys shut up?"
(Y/n) tensed up and looked at a pair of red eyes staring directly at her.
'Ahhh!! Scary!' She thought.
"Sorry, Barou." A few sighed out as the boy and (Y/n) had a stare down.
"Barou... I know you. You are that guy from Akudo Academy. We played against you at the quarterfinals." (Y/n) recalled, remembering the sheer force he used back then.
"So what about it?" The boy asked, obviously annoyed that she brought that up. Some of the teammates backed away, scared of a possible infight.
"Nothing-"
"I see you unpolished lumps have all found your room." The group looked at the monitor, only to find Ego staring down at them.
"Good, now it's time for the first elimination round."
"What?" (Y/n) and Barou asked at the same time.
"Every team in our 5 buildings is playing a game of tag, in a football way. You will be given a football, the person you hit with it will be it, and will chase someone else." Ego started explaining as a football fell from the ceiling, landing between Barou and (Y/n). The duo glanced at the item and then at each other.
"You are given 2 minutes. The person who stays it when the time runs out, is eliminated from Blue Lock..." The room fell into a tense silence.
"And, subsequently they are losing the opportunity to ever play for Japan."
"Haaa?!" Barou and (Y/n) yelled in shock.
"That's rediculous, how is a game of tag going to help here?" Barou wondered.
"Especially if you only give us 2 minutes."
"2 minutes is the most a player spends in the possession of the ball during a game. Now hurry up. On your sleeves you will see your current rankings, the one with the lowest is the 1st it."
(Y/n) quickly went to look at hers and scanned the tag.
"Currently the highest ranked one here is (L/n) (Y/n), at 252."
"How does this ranking even work?" She wondered to herself as the screen flashed the name of the first it. She looked at the boy and felt a little sad, he looked pretty meek.
"Donkey." Barou started, hitting (Y/n)'s head.
"Ow! What? And did you just call me a donkey?" She asked in disbelief.
"Don't get too distracted, can't have you eliminated this soon." Barou warned, confusing the girl a little.
"What? Why would you care?"
"Because I still need to prove to you that I am far better than you are."
The girl sweatdropped as the siren signaled the start, causing everyone to disparage across the room. She watched as the boy nervously looked around before his eyes fell on her.
'Shit.' She thought, dodging the ball that came flying to her.
"Huh? Why aren't you kicking back? You are the higher rank here." Barou questioned, annoyed at her move.
"What? The goal here is not to be it!" She watched as the ball bounced off the wall and back to the boy, who seemed more and more determined to get her instead of someone else.
'I can't be eliminated.... I don't want to go back home...' (Y/n) thought, glaring back at him.

I've been on law backstory brainrot and one thing stuck on my mind is the topic of lies, wrt rocinante in specific. I find him fascinating as a character and it's like - the flashback focuses on law, of course, since it's part of his story, but it's still somewhat objective. we're shown some of rocinante's inner thoughts at times. he's kinda hard to pinpoint though, in terms of overall personality. there's the little brother and son of former celestial dragons, rocinante the marine, corazón the executive, and law's cora-san.
a line that stayed with me despite the kinda goofy context was law's the most ridiculous thing about you is the only part that's true, back when rocinante first revealed his motives after learning of law's full name. rocinante is sincere but not necessarily always-honest. it's all over his character too, what with being an undercover agent. rocinante lied to doflamingo and his crew, he lied to his adoptive father/father figure, he even lied to law, denying his identity as a navy officer and insisting doffy wouldn't kill him. even so, the one person he apologizes to? is also law.
we don't really know if covert operations within the marines were always his thing or just something he did because it involved his brother. regardless, rocinante was forced to lie for different reasons: for a greater good (his mission to stop doflamingo), for law's sake (stealing the op op fruit). when faced with the brat he'd grown attached to and wished to save, he lies again, but only because he didn't want law to hate him. there's just something painfully bittersweet about it. it's a little selfish too. he didn't regret lying to his older brother. he didn't express regret over lying to sengoku, the man who'd raised him like a son, either. it's in the moment of his imminent death and the exposure he subjected himself to so that law could escape, when he voices it out - I'm sorry for lying, I just didn't want you to hate me.
rocinante was willing to make an enemy out of everyone, even the organization he belonged to and the man who'd raised him, yet it was law he didn't wish to be hated by. his last direct words to law were I love you and an apology, neither of which he received a response to. rocinante died not knowing for sure if law felt the same or if he resented rocinante for his association to the marines but he didn't need to, anyway, because reciprocity wasn't the point. he saved law because he loved him and saving him was the right thing to do, not for the D or whatever destiny awaited law in the future, just because he was a kid who'd suffered so much and deserved to live and be free. this is pretty much what law's conversation with sengoku is about, too. don't ever attach a reason to the love you've received.
on the one hand you've got rocinante who died, uncertain of whether law hated him or not, for the lies and all, hoping to be remembered for his smile. not knowing law would build so much of his self and life around his cherished memories of cora. on the other, there's law who spent thirteen years being unable to realize how truly unconditional cora's love for him was in the end, up until the aftermath of dressrosa. such a tragic duo for real.

the deets  — you are a warrior of very few words, yet oftentimes your gaze betrays you. this widens the rift between you and the eldest sully, but will seeking refuge with the metkayina soothe the burn? especially when the alleviation comes in the form of a certain ocean boy?
the who — ao’nung x fem tipani!reader, a lil neteyam x fem!tipani reader
the word count — 7.1k (i thought this was gonna be longer, regardless i have zero self control)
the tags — slight e2l (you and ao’nung get off on the wrong foot), unofficial love triangle (reader has two people hooked lmao), angst (wouldn’t be me without a little heartache), fluff.
the warnings — language, ao’nung’s a cheeky lil shit, neteyam’s in denial and makes things difficult. ao'nung gives reader a lil kith.
the notes — this is my first request! it took me a moment to finish this because i wanted to really research the tipani to characterize reader the best i could. similarly, i feel like we don’t see much of ao’nung past the point of him being a little shit in the movie, so i had to take some creative liberties regarding his character. thank you so much to the anon who requested! this is so long, holy shit, but i hope i did it justice! :)
(also not proofread well, my bad lmaooo).

YOU WERE BORN TO FIGHT. That was what your mother and father had told you day in and day out, from the rise of the sun, to the last eclipse. It was what they had told you when you began your training, when you had started to deepen your studies, and finally, when they clung to their final breaths in the smog of the burning jungle.
Your village was scarce, a dying lot, as families broke off and settled farther into the jungle, high above the forest floors and into the canopies of the looming trees.
Jake had heard about you, heard about your dwindling family, your mighty spirit. You were barely older than his eldest, just shy of ten when he’d taken you in, told the clan to revere you as their own. You were tough to crack, stoic, quiet, as you grew into a force to be reckoned with.
The only thing that chipped your facade came in the form of Jake Sully’s oldest son.
Neteyam, you’d come to realize, was always the diligent one; courageous, firm, and commanded any space he occupied. But he was curious about you. Curious about the lone wolf who wouldn’t even bat an eye in his direction. He poked and prodded, tried as he might, to crack a smile out of you in the first year or two, but found that you gave little reaction. The slightest tilt of the corner of your lips, the most infinitesimal furrow between your brow bones. It was triumph enough, but then things started to shift.
Though you’d softened around the Sully’s, especially Kiri who, despite being two years your junior, had doted on you like an older sister, Jake had seen potential in you and Neteyam as the fiercest duo.
It was only normal to consistently pair you two during your training, forcing the hands of time to twine you closer together as your iknimaya drew nearer. You’d both succeeded with flying colors and it was the first time Neteyam had touched you, crushing you in a hug so tight, you felt the breath and the sense leave your body.
You begrudgingly admit that from that moment on, you were wrapped around his finger.
Your heart would swell dangerously behind your ribcage every time his hand would come up to pat your head affectionately, stomach twisting in on itself when he’d flash you a pearly smile after each successful hunt. Neteyam made you feel, and it thrilled and horrified you all the same.
But despite basking in the warmth of his company, of being intertwined so intricately, you still feel grossly misplaced.
The thought of letting him in on the fact that he’s swayed your heart leaves a horrid taste in your mouth.
“It’s not like you to back down,” Kiri tells you as she helps you roll beaded tops and woven loincloths into the small satchel you’d designated for the flight to Awa’atlu.
The humans were closing in and Jake was growing desperate.
You stop, tongue in cheek as you settle back on your haunches.
“Some things are better left unsaid,” you reply, hands clasping in your lap as you level Kiri with a soft gaze through your thick lashes.
“Perhaps,” Kiri hums. “But will it settle well with you in the future when you think about your inaction?”
You stiffen a fraction, knowing that Kiri’s insinuation is a heavy one.
Will you be able to live without him knowing? Will it settle well when Neteyam courts another?
You doubt it will, but pride can be an ugly thing. You’d been taught by your parents, by your surroundings that reading into things farther than you must will only leave you scathed. You’re afraid to piece every lingering touch, every furtive glance, every sweet smile into something that paints an unwanted picture.
“The worst he could say is no,” Kiri presses. “You are his equal, his dearest friend. You could never ruin that.”
Kiri squashes every doubt you have with her encouraging words, so you take the plunge.
Neteyam is almost finished preparing for the journey when you poke your head into his tent, cheeks warm and blood pulsing erratically in your veins.
“One last walk through the forest?” you offer.
Neteyam grins from ear to ear, excusing himself before ducking out of the tent to meet you outside.
“Lead the way,” he gestures, voice deep like the velvet of the night sky.
You’re clammy as you walk a few paces in front of him, tongue tied and wracked with nerves as the forest comes alive so brightly around you. The bugs chirp and croak as you cross over fallen logs and climb through the dense flora.
You’re so deep in your head that you barely register Neteyam calling your name. It’s only when his hand clasps around your wrist that you jerk to a stop, neck craning to take in the concern that mars his freckled face.
“Everything okay?” he asks, head tilting to get a better look at you.
“I need to tell you something,” you blurt, swallowing down the courage threatening to escape your body.
“Of course,” he says, hand lacing with yours. “You can tell me anything.”
A breath catches in your throat before you finally spill.
“I don’t know what our future holds, but…” you trail off, distracted with how intensely he gazes down at you.
“But?”
“But I know that I want you in it,” you say, blinking when you realize that’s not at all how you wanted that to come out.
Neteyam’s head tilts again, this time confusion crosses his features.
You try again.
“What I mean to say is, I— well… I like you,” you admit, looking up to meet his golden gaze.
His face softens and your heart picks up speed.
“Oh, ________,” he whispers.
“Maybe I’ve always felt like this, I don’t know,” you continue, steeling your resolve. “But being around you, being with you, makes me feel light. Like I don’t have to bear the weight of the burden all on my own.”
You realize that this is beginning to go south when his mouth purses and instead of seeing you, he begins to look like he pities you.
“I’m sorry,” is all he says as he pulls his hand from your own. “We’re friends, ________.”
You look up at him and it feels like the forest has stilled enough for someone to strike it and shatter the peace.
“That’s all,” he reiterates. “I’m— I’m flattered, don’t misunderstand. You’re great, lovely, but…I don’t see you in that way.”
You recoil like you’ve been burned and Neteyam looks guilty.
“But…”
“C’mon,” he says, almost pleadingly. “We grew up together. You’re apart of my family. You’re like a si—“
“Don’t,” you whisper. “Don’t say it please.”
Neteyam sighs, deflating.
“I love you, you know that,” he urges. “But not in that way.”
Your lips press together tightly, shame filling every available space within you as you feel like the most minuscule speck underneath his burning eyes.
It’s like you’re both rooted to the earth, unable to part from the other, but you eventually fold first, backing away from his towering stance.
“________,” he sighs, like you’re just another task he has to deal with.
“Sorry,” you murmur. “I’m sorry.”
And you steal off into the glowing forest.
Tumblr media
The waters of Awa’atlu glitter as you close in on the reefs. You lag behind the Sully’s, thoroughly taken by the prior night’s rejection.
You almost miss the tilt of the voyage, falling even further behind.
Neteyam peers over his shoulder, immediately noting your lack of focus as you fly with a wide berth between you and his family.
He falls back.
“You okay?” he asks over the flapping of wings.
He notices the puffs underneath your eyes when your gaze flits to him, but like a wall erecting itself, your face goes blank. You lean forward on your ikran and press her to move forward.
Neteyam is left at the rear now, watching you fall in tandem with Kiri who seems to light up at your first display of emotion.
Tumblr media
The sun gleams againstglinting blue tides as silence blankets the newcomers, the only thing piercing the stillness is the squawk of the birds and the ripple of the waves.
You stand behind Kiri, staggered in a shallow of sand among the Sully's. You're the smallest of them all, hidden from view as the Metkayina begin murmuring.
“What a freak.”
Something tugs hard on your tail, and like muscle memory, your fist is flying. Your knuckles are caught before they strike and you look up into the foamy eyes of a towering boy whose skin is a gentle blue.
You pull your tail back, ears flat as you level him with a nasty glare.
The smirk playing at his lips disintegrates as Jake’s voice announces that his family are seeking refuge among the reefs.
You turn your attention back to the front as the woman, fierce despite being with child, takes Lo’ak’s hand and thrusts it towards the sky, announcing that his extra finger denotes demon blood.
The villagers gasp and you take a step forward, fists balled so tight you feel like they could burst through the skin. Lo’ak’s head is bowed, refusing to meet the intensity of the clan’s prying eyes, and you feel helpless.
Kiri squeezes your shoulder as Jake attempts to quell the crowd by hold up his own hands.
The murmuring intensifies as the Olo’eyktan and Tsahik stand at a distance, staring at each other in a silent exchange.
“Show them our ways,” the Olo’eyktan says after a final verdict. “So that they may not suffer the shame of being useless.”
Your body is rigid, tense as another ripple of speculation flutters through the crowd.
“My children will spearhead this by showing them the way of the water,” he says.
A deep voice makes a noise of protest behind you and your fist tightens around the strap of the satchel slung across your body, temper beginning to tick like a bomb ready to detonate.
Tumblr media
The daughter of the leaders, Tsireya, is the one to show you to the marui that you’ll all occupy. It’s an empty one, uninhabited and clear of any belongings.
Tuk runs in, tossing her things to the wayside as she begins her inspection.
“Get settled in well, we will begin our first lesson before eclipse,” Tsireya smiles, then turns to you, trailing behind the Sully’s like their shadow per usual.
“I’m sorry about Ao’nung,” she says quietly, and you look up at the girl whose dimples dent her rounded cheeks.
“An apology means nothing if doesn’t come from the aggressor,” you say flatly, hiking up the roll of fabric tucked underneath your arm.
Tsireya’s ears flatten, her smile faltering as she nods her head.
“I suppose you’re correct,” she agrees. “The villagers are very steadfast in their ways. When change arrives, they are hesitant, but they’ll come around, promise.”
She takes your hand and gives your fingers a squeeze.
“Tell your friends not to be late,” she coos, pulling away from you to bound down the path you’d all come from moments before.
When you turn, Neteyam stands before you, skin dewy under the unrelenting heat of the pounding sun.
“Can I get this for you?” he asks, reaching for the items tucked under your arms.
You ease away, almost as skittish as the first nights you’d joined the Sully’s all those years ago. You feel shamefully like you’re back to square one as you shake your head wordlessly and Neteyam looks down at you with an indiscernible look on his face.
“________,” he murmurs, and you name sounds like a broken plea on his lips.
You push past him, taking a quick survey of your surroundings as you claim the level up, hammock tightened around two support posts under a woven canopy.
Your things are thrown haphazardly underneath the hammock and with your satchel, you’re steering quickly out of the marui.
“Hey, kid, where you running off to?” Jake calls out.
“Out,” is all you reply, steps quick down the unfamiliar webbing of the maruis’ woven walkways.
You’re on edge all over again, like you have to restart all of your valiant efforts to feel any semblance of comfort among another new clan. When you’d joined the Omatikaya, you were able to grasp onto the slivers of belonging through blending into the background, but now, as you pass villagers with skin as glittering and blue as the ocean, tails strong, and figures built, you feel so grossly misplaced.
You search for less, eyes falling near a swathe of shady trees and a shallow pool in the distance.
Your pursuit is futile as three looming figures emerge and begin surrounding you, basking you in their shadows.
“Are you a five-fingered freak like them?” One of them tries to swoop to grab your hand, but you recoil like their touch is acidic.
“Leave me alone,” you grumble, attempting to push past them.
Someone tugs sharply on your tail and you jerk back, hands and knees burrowing into the sharp grains of sand. A hand comes up to grab you by the top of your head, forcing your face skywards.
His curly hair is braided out of his face, the purse of his lips menacing.
“I asked you a question, weirdo.”
You hiss and his face contorts.
“I should—“
“Wune,” the voice is a warning.
A grunt of annoyance.
Wune lets go of your hair and pulls away from you. You all look in the direction of the voice, and your blood seems to curdle when you see the one who’d yanked your tail earlier in the day.
Ao’nung.
His chin jerks in the other direction and the three pass each other a knowing glance before retreating, leaving you to fall into a seated position against the sand.
You surprise yourself when tears begin to well in your eyes involuntarily.
“You okay?” Ao’nung asks hesitantly, crouching in front of you.
“Piss off,” you whisper, climbing to your feet as you quickly brush the tears from your waterline.
“Wait—“
“I said piss off,” you hiss, stalking away.
Tumblr media
Awa’atlu is beautiful right before eclipse, sky bathed in orange and purples.
You’ve rejoined the Sully’s after your encounter with the three Metkayina boys and Ao’nung. Now you’re seated with the four siblings, Tsireya, and another friendly face that you’ve been introduced to as Rotxo.
“The way of water has no beginning and no end,” Tsireya says. “Our hearts beat in the womb of the world.”
Your heart beats fast now, like you’ve just run from one end of the forest to another. It beats erratically under Neteyam’s unrelenting gaze. He looks like he’s dissecting you, trying to pry into your mind and you hate that things have come to this.
You hate that one evening has shattered the careful friendship that you and Neteyam have built over the course of many tumultuous years. You want to find comfort in his presence, know with your soul that he’d tuck your hair behind your ear and tell you that things would be alright. But now you feel like you two are distant strangers.
“The sea is your home, before your birth and after your death.”
You want to argue that you know no home, that the wind seems to carry you where it may, but you bite your tongue and you zone out of her lecture.
You only tune back in when the hairs on the back of your neck stand at the arrival of a new body.
“Mother and father say that it’s time to prepare for the evening meal.”
After hearing the voice twice in the day, you recognize the timbre.
Ao’nung stands tall, chest broad and eyes bright.
They settle on you in an instant, and you feel indescribably smaller as Tsireya announces that she will continue during the morning’s eclipse.
Everyone begins to stand, brushing the residual sand from their skin as they begin to file away.
You’re startled to a stop when your name comes from Neteyam’s lips and a gentle hand latches onto your forearm.
You look down to see strong fingers lighter than your own holding onto you. Then your gaze flits to Neteyam who stands a few feet away, words dying on his tongue.
Ao’nung tugs lightly and you look up to meet softened eyes.
“Can I borrow you for a moment?” he asks. He notices the apprehensive look on your face as you peel away from him, then adds, “I’ll be quick.”
Neteyam opens his mouth to protest on your behalf, but you flash him a pensive look and he stops in his tracks, watching as you turn your slender back towards him and follow the lumbering Metkayina.
When the two of you are alone, you dig your toe into the sand, hands clasped behind your back as you wait for Ao’nung to break the silence and get on with it.
“I want to apologize,” he finally says, when you’re out of earshot of the village and the curious Sully’s who’d noted the entire exchange.
You look up at him, brow bone raised.
“For?”
“For being mean,” he says, “I was inappropriate.”
“Is this your sister talking?” you ask crudely, but he doesn’t flinch at the venom in your tone.
Instead, he smiles down at you.
“No,” he assures you. “One hundred percent me, promise.”
You look down at your feet, still fidgeting with the sand.
“I guess…” you trail off.
“You guess?” he prods.
“I guess we’re okay,” you say hesitantly.
Ao’nung hums.
“Good,” he concedes. “Great. I’m glad.”
You flash him a bored look through thick lashes and his lips twitch as he stares down at you with piercing eyes.
“I can be dumb,” he says, grin widening. “My family says I don’t know how to act around nice things.”
Your cheeks warm as you avoid his eyes, breaking away to catch up with Kiri and Tuk.
Tumblr media
After dinner, in the quiet of the Sully’s marui, you lie in the hammock you claimed earlier in the day, hands folded underneath your head as you gaze at the stars.
“My dad came from a star,” Lo’ak had said to you one night, eliciting the smallest of smiles.
As you comb through each one, you burn to be up there. A digging desire to only know about shining bright and being wished so hard upon.
There are nights like these where everything feels heavy, where your shoulders sag underneath the pressure of being a great warrior. You wonder what life could be like had the RDA spared your village, had you not gone off into the forest to hunt, had you—
He’s a barely perceptible shadow under the glow of the moon and ocean, slinking down the woven path between pods.
Like a whisper of wind, you climb out of your hammock and over sleeping bodies.
As you slip out of the marui, you don’t notice the pair of sleepy eyes on your retreating figure.
Before he even knows what’s going on, you’re scurrying over the thick branches, following his path until he hits the intersection right before the Sully’s quarters.
You jump down and intersect Ao’nung, hand coming over his mouth before he can shout in shock. His eyes are wide as you stand on your tip toes, other hand coming to your lips to gesture for him to be quiet.
“What are you doing?” you hiss quietly.
His fingers come to your wrist, nudging your palm from his mouth to reveal a beaming smile.
“I was coming for you,” he admits.
“Why?” you press, shaking his hold away when you realize that he’d still been grasping your wrist.
“Have you ridden an ilu before?” he asks.
You shift uncomfortably.
“No,” you answer shortly.
“You wanna?” he offers.
“No.”
He frowns.
“Swimming?”
“Pass.”
“I have fruits,” he singsongs.
“Ao’nung,” you warn.
“Is it so wrong to want to spend time with you?” he asks, hands up in defense.
“Why would you want to?” you ask accusingly. “Your village sees us as demons and I’m included in that whether it applies to me or not. I’ll stay out of your way, just leave me alone.”
“I don’t think you’re a demon,” Ao’nung says gently. “If anything, I- I think you’re great.”
“You don’t know me,” you spit.
“I know enough,” Ao’nung says with finality. “I know that you are strong and your spirit is kind. Ewya has let me feel as such.”
Your expression is lethal, but Ao’nung doesn’t back down.
“One night,” he says quietly. “Spend one night with me.”
The following silence stretches eternally before something magnetic pulls you towards Ao’nung’s honeyed gaze. You chance a glance over your shoulder, met with stillness and the minute laps of the ocean on the shore.
When you meet his eyes again, you nod once, hesitantly, and he’s taking your hand to tug you into the glowy night.
Tumblr media
Ao’nung returns you before the sun rises, a few early risers giving you two curious glances as he walks you to where you’d ambushed him the night before.
You wave to him hesitantly, sighing in relief when you you creep back into the marui and find everyone fast asleep, splayed over one another like a big heap.
You climb over limbs and snoring bodies, finally settling in your hammock to watch the beginnings of the eclipsing sun brighten the village.
You don’t notice the same bleary eyes watching you from where he’s laid on the floor, Lo’ak’s head weighing on his stomach and Tuk smushed onto his armpit.
They’re the same eyes that watch you all morning, as his family gets up one by one, stretching their lithe limbs and tidying up before being called for the day’s first meal.
Neteyam is watchful, stealing glances as you file behind his family from the pod to the clan circle, now buzzing with hungry villagers as the sun shines high in the sky.
But he doesn’t say a word, silent as you choose the seat farthest from him. Quiet as you blink your eyes sleepily, barely registering Tuk’s excited blabbering about all of the new things she can make with the shells and supplies here.
“Give it a rest,” Lo’ak grumbles from beside him.
He snaps out of his reverie, eyes narrowing in on his brother.
“What?”
“You’ve been watching ________ all morning,” Lo’ak chides. “She’s locked up tight, bro. No way you’re getting her.”
Neteyam’s blood curdles at the thought, wanting to tell his brother to shove it. But you’d shut him out the past few days, the sting of his rejection obviously driving a wedge between the two of you.
“Shut up,” he grumbles.
He hates that you’d gone from being inseparable to being strangers overnight. But what he hates even more is the way Ao’nung drops onto the log next to you and you don’t even flinch, just pass him a bored gaze that makes him beam.
He watches you closely, eyes glued to your every move.
Something ugly roils inside of him as Ao’nung offers you a braided bag and you hesitantly take a piece of dried meat from him, face morphing as you give him a nod of approval.
Ao’nung looks proud of of himself as he balances the bag next to him on the log and leans towards you almost imperceptibly. Neteyam expects you to put distance between the two of you, but you barely bat an eye, watching intently as Ao’nung talks animatedly.
Lo’ak scoffs beside him and Neteyam stomach turns.
Tumblr media
Hours bleed into days, days bleed into weeks, and for once, you feel like things could be alright. The breathing gets easier, the learning comes faster, and something feels peaceful being near the ocean.
The only thing that hadn’t been amended was the gaping hole that separated you from Neteyam, but in the company of a certain Olo’eyktan’s only son, you don’t feel the burn as much.
You watch him now, as he treads water with Rotxo and the two Sully boys, walking them through the procedure of hunting under water and how to maximize their kills.
“…and the reefs underwater…”
He’s one and the same with the tides, mighty and commanding as his veined hands gesture confidently. One moment, he’s focused on his instruction intently, the next he’s glancing at you.
You feel hot in the warm waters as your cheeks flame under a genuine smile. Neteyam follows his line of sight, body tensing in the water when he sees the shy look on your face.
He’s not the only one who notices as Kiri feigns a gag and Tsireya pauses her spiel to giggle at the obvious exchange.
“Oh, ________,” she whispers giddily.
Your eyes swing to the group of girls surrounding you as Tuk lets out a gleeful laugh and pinches you under the water.
“Ouch!”
“________ has a crush,” Tuk singsongs obnoxiously.
You knuckle her forehead and give her a warning glare than only sends her into a frenzy, laughing and splashing as she seeks protection from Kiri.
“Stop that!” you whisper fiercely.
“Don’t tell me you’ve gone soft,” Kiri moans.
“No!” you say, a little too quickly. “No.”
No one in your circle looks convinced as Tsireya closes her lesson and leads the three of you to wade out of the waters.
“It’s okay, you know?” Kiri says once you’ve reached your belongings and sling your trusty satchel over your front.
You give her an inquisitive look and she throws her head back and laughs.
“I know you sneak out to meet with Ao’nung at night,” she admits quietly. “I love my stupid brother, but it’s okay to move on.”
You blanche, embarrassed at having been caught.
After the first night, when he’d taken you for a swim with his ilu and you’d gasped in both fear and delight as the creature cut through the waters to sail through the air, he had started to frequently come back for you in the wee hours after eclipse. It had turned from you clocking him as he approached the Sully’s pod, to you standing off the side of the path he usually crossed, waiting for him.
The first night you’d done that, his smile was so sweet, you felt something fluttering in your tummy.
Among one of those late night excursions, while you both were splayed on the beach after a particularly adventurous swim, Ao’nung had told you he wouldn’t mind showing you all the beautiful things Awa’atlu had to offer, you just had to say the words. And you had reluctantly agreed, heart locked away tight.
You hate to admit that he’s done well chiseling away every effort you’d made to remain snug behind your walls. He had coaxed you out with soft words, sweet fruits, meaningful talks. And you absolutely melted like putty in his hands.
“We are head and heart,” Kiri says gently. “Sometimes it’s okay to listen to your heart.”
You swallow under Kiri’s sympathetic gaze.
“You’ve been strong for a long time, ________,” she states simply. “Your feelings are not a weakness.”
You nod as she rejoins Tuk and Tsireya a few strides away.
A few moments later, a voice is warm in the shell of your sensitive ears.
“What adventure awaits after eclipse?” Ao’nung asks lightly.
You resist smiling up at him, but fail miserably when his webbed fingers come up to move hair from your face.
“I have seeds of a spartan fruit,” you say quietly. “If you know of anywhere to plant them.”
“I can make something work,” he assures you, thumb brushing your cheek, then pinching gently with a toothy smile. “Our usual place?”
You bow your head, cheeks hot.
“Of course.”
“Alright, little leaf,” he bids, that stupid nickname he’d called you one of the first nights, sticking. “See you then.”
He’s walking back in the direction of the other boys, cutting across the sand as they venture towards the heart of the clan’s village.
As you pick up the remainder of your items, you don’t realize a body has stayed behind.
“Little leaf?” It comes out as a scoff, mocking as your whirl on your heel and find Neteyam standing over you. “What’s your deal with him?”
You blink hard.
“What are you talking about?”
“You an Ao’nung,” Neteyam bites, temper short. “What’s going on between you two?”
Annoyance pinches the back of your brain as you look off into the roll of the shallow tides, then turn your attention back to the eldest Sully. For the first time in an infinite amount of moments, you don’t feel like falling into him.
“He’s my friend,” you decide to say, sucking in a deep breath in hopes of calming your racing nerves. “Is that alright with you?”
Neteyam’s glare doesn’t falter.
“Just your friend?” he accuses. “I know you meet with him after eclipse, don’t think you have anyone fooled. Why?”
“What do you mean why?” you counter, unable to keep the edge from your tone.
“Why are you sneaking around with someone you barely know after dark, ________?” he grills. “Don’t be dense.”
“Ao’nung is kind to me,” you argue. “He shows me about his life, about the villagers and the way of the water.”
“And what, I’m not kind to you?” Neteyam bristles. “Tsireya can’t show you all of those things?”
Your face scrunches in annoyance.
“You’re being unreasonable, Neteyam,” you scoff.
“I’m being unreasonable?” he asks in disbelief. “Ao’nung is just like the rest of the village, ________. You really thinking that in front of everyone else, he doesn’t shun us all the same?”
“No, Neteyam, I don’t,” you retort. “Because Ao’nung is nice. He goes to great lengths to make me feel welcome, like Awa’atlu is home.”
“So he puts on a show and you’re so willing to be with him, huh?” Neteyam seethes quietly. “We’re your home, ________. Ao’nung is earning brownie points with his parents having you hooked, but do you really think he sees you?”
You swallow, biting the inside of your cheek as you stare up at Neteyam in resignation.
“You can be so callous sometimes,” you whisper, turning to leave the conversation.
“I’m not done talking to you,” Neteyam sighs.
“Well, I am.”
Tumblr media
You never make it back to the marui that night, still embarrassed that two of Sully’s had noticed that you were ditching your hammock as soon as the village turned in for the evenings. Instead, you wander around the beaches, collecting shells and little trinkets for morning handicrafts with Tuk.
After the island glows both from the luminescence of the habitat and the moon, you stand post, waiting for the familiar pad of Ao’nung’s feet over the sand. You watch the stars up above to distract you, fingers twitching as you recall your argument with Neteyam earlier in the day.
You know he was looking for chords to strike, but something akin to insecurity begins to root itself inside of you as the stars begin shifting further and further, indicating that a wide span of time has elapsed. The village is still, but your mind is racing as Ao’nung’s whereabouts remain a mystery.
Regardless you wait. You wait so long, you’d resorted to planting yourself in the sand, and after what felt like infinity, the morning eclipse begins. When the village starts to turn over for the day, curtains and drapery being pulled back to reveal slowly waking families, you finally stand, heart in your hands.
When you return to your pod, Neteyam is already up, posted on the edge of the walkway with his toes in the water.
He’s shooting up when he sees you.
“Where have you been?” he demands as you draw nearer.
His face softens when he sees the first tear arch over your sculpted cheekbone.
You quickly wipe it away.
“No where,” you grumble, pushing past him.
“________,” he urges.
You deflect his reaching hands.
“I’m serious, Neteyam,” you warn, the look in your golden eyes deadly. “Leave me alone.”
Tumblr media
Despite not seeing Ao’nung the entirety of the day, you return to your post the next night, hoping the night prior had been a fluke. The seeds of the spartan fruit are held tight in your fist and you use them as a vessel to wish hard. But it’s futile when the stars that map the skies continue to inch and you continue to wait.
On the fourth night of Ao’nung’s absence, you decide to get to the bottom of things.
You weave through the maruis, into the village’s circle right before eclipse. You spot Tsireya first, then him. He isn’t hard to miss when you’ve grown to know the drape of his curling hair and the bass of his hearty laugh.
Rotxo, who sits opposite them, notices you first and his smile falters.
Ao’nung’s neck cranes and his face shutters as he locks eyes with you.
“________, hi,” he greets simply.
“Hi?” you parrot, the spartan seeds you were beginning to use as a safety blanket clutched tight in your fist. “That’s it?”
Ao’nung turns completely, waving off his sister and Rotxo as he stands to his full height.
“What are you—“
“I waited for you,” you hiccup, shocked at the emotion that hijacks every morsel of resolve and composure you’ve always kept a tight lid on. “I waited for you, but you never came.”
Ao’nung’s hands are on your shoulders, nudging you to a more private area, an alcove hidden among arched and gnarled tree roots.
“________, I don’t understand,” he says quietly. “You—“
“I waited for you so that we could plant these stupid seeds and—“
Your unfurled fist catches his attention and his eyes widen when he sees that you’ve gripped them so hard in your hands, your palms are bleeding.
He makes a move to grab you injured hand, but your fist tightens again.
“This is inappropriate,” Ao’nung says sharply, eyes pleading.
“What is?” you ask desperately.
“You and me,” he says, like it should make sense. “This isn’t right.”
Like a time warp, you’re brought back to the glowing forest before your departure. You see Neteyam’s disappointed expression, the twinge of disgust lacing his features at the thought of wanting you like you wanted him.
Your heart shatters.
Just when you thought you were getting over it all. Just when you thought that Ao’nung made you feel alive. Made you feel things you’d never felt before, he was extinguishing every sweet moment. If he was trying to cut ties before you could fall, it was too late. He was dousing the flames that had grown to engulf him and you don’t know how much more you can take.
“Why would you do this?” you whisper brokenly. “I wanted to be left alone. Why would you force yourself into my life if you don’t want to be in it in the first place? Why would you make me want you?”
Ao’nung’s expression turns sour.
“I want to be there for you, ________,” he says fiercely. “You shine so bright and you are so incredible, you don’t even know it, but I can’t do this.”
“Why?” you hoarse.
“You are promised to someone else,” he says vehemently. “This entire time, I have sought you out with the intention of making you mine, but your heart belongs to someone else.”
Your face crumples.
“What are you— I don’t—“
“Neteyam told me to stay away from you,” Ao’nung says. “That you two would solidify your union once it was safe to go back home.”
“No,” you interject. “That’s not—“
“Don’t be cruel,” he says quietly. “I don’t think I can take it.”
“No, Neteyam and I are nothing,” you spit. “We—“
The fury hits you full force as you pull away from Ao’nung and stalk away.
You don't you hear him rushing to catch up with you. It’s like you’re underwater, hearing muffled as you map the woven path to the Sully’s marui.
Everything is absolutely red as you clock him.
Neteyam is laughing with Lo’ak and Kiri when you approach.
The expression on your face is murderous when he looks up and he pales as he stands to meet your barreling figure. You’re shoving him away from you as soon as he steps in your immediate space.
“How could you?” you cry out.
Kiri and Lo’ak’s eyes are wide at your outburst, the warrior of few words teeming with anger and emotion as you square your shoulders. Kiri nudges Lo’ak’s shoulder and gestures towards their marui to give you two some privacy.
“________—“
“You told Ao’nung we were promised to each other?” you press, finger jabbing his chest heatedly.
His face contorts as his spine straightens.
“Yes, ________, I did,” he confirms, nearly smug.
“Why?” you cry out. “After everything, why would you—“
“You’re mine, ________,” he blurts, fists shaking as he closes in on you. “All mine, and I refuse to let anyone have you. Especially Ao’nung.”
The boy who stands before you is unrecognizable, so taken by anger and envy.
“You’re heartless,” you whimper.
“Me?” he asks incredulously, voice breaking as he comes up to grab you by your biceps. “You– You made me fall for you and suddenly you–“
“I liked you first,” you choke, eyes searching his wildly. “I liked you first and you told me that you were sorry. In that moment, I could see how you saw me. Pitiful, coarse, misplaced. Ao’nung doesn’t make me feel that way.”
“Ao’nung doesn’t—“
“For once in my life, I feel okay. I feel like I can finally breathe, and that upsets you? You’re jealous? All I’ve known is the forest from a distance, coinciding with clans that make me feel like an outsider! When it’s me and him, that’s all it is, just two souls existing together. This is the first time I can say such.” Your voice is hoarse, drawing wandering eyes.
Neteyam’s face softens.
His entire time growing up with you in the forest, he’d never seen you display as much of yourself as you had in this moment. He can feel it pouring from you, every feeling you’d kept locked tight in your heart. He sees it in your eyes, nearly feral as you tremble in his hold.
“You love him?” It comes out more like a statement, his chest heaving.
Love. A word that holds the weight of a thousand suns. Four letters that seal your fate.
Did you love Ao’nung?
No. You didn’t, but maybe…maybe you could learn to. You could learn to love him just how he’d learned you, how he meticulously dismantled every doubt you had in him.
“I could,” you whisper.
Neteyam’s grasp loosens and he looks wounded as he backs away from you, peering down at you like he doesn’t recognize the person you’ve become.
As the cloud dissipates, you become aware of the eyes watching the entire debacle.
You shrink, mortified that nearly the entire village knows of your feelings for their Olo’eyktan’s son.
You turn on your heel to flee, but a sturdy body stands a few feet away, leaned against one of the twisted trunks of a tree supporting the surrounding maruis.
You swallow.
“A-Ao’nung,” you splutter.
His smile is soft, knowing, as he pushes off the tree and comes to stand in front of you.
“You’re popular, little leaf.”
You buckle, head bowing in embarrassment.
“I’m sorry, Ao’nung,” you murmur. “I…”
His hand comes around your head and pushes your face into the smooth skin of his chest.
You soften.
“Why are you sorry?” he asks, hand caressing your loosening braids.
“This must be embarrassing,” you whisper.
He spins your bodies, tugging you back down along the path you marched to confront Neteyam.
“You could never embarrass me,” he assures you, guiding you towards the village circle. One of his hands turns yours over, inspecting the tiny wounds as you two hurry along. “Let’s get you fixed up, okay?”
You can barely swallow around the lump forming in your throat as he climbs up into an empty pod used for treating the wounded and helps you up.
“Sit,” he coaxes, striding to the ledges of supplies, meticulously organized by his own mother.
You obey, tears streaking your cheeks as you tuck one leg under the other. You don’t feel like the mighty warrior Jake and many of the Omatikaya have made you out to be all of these years.
You feel small, and you feel weak. All because of a boy.
“Hand, please,” he says gently, kneeling in front of you with an arm full of remedies.
You oblige, offering your shaky hand, palm up.
The blood has dried, revealing small little angry lacerations that sting when he pours a thin liquid to clean them. You hiss and the tears start again.
“Stop,” he murmurs, wiping away the rivulets that slip. “Stop crying.”
“I’m sorry,” you repeat, fist balling involuntarily when he slathers a viscous mixture on your palm that soothes the burns.
“Stop apologizing,” he says softly. “You have nothing to be sorry for.”
He places a leaf over your palm and then wraps your hand in a soft cloth that sates the ache. When you’re all patched up, he brings your fingers to his lips, then holds them tightly in his lap.
“I need to hear it for myself,” he sighs.
“Hear what?” you croak.
“Every moment I spent with you since your arrival has been precious to me,” Ao’nung says. “I want you to say it to me.”
You’re in knots, swallowing hard as he blurs.
You take a gasping breath as you will yourself not to cry.
“I want you, Ao’nung. I see you,” you warble. “And I’m petrified to admit it because admitting it means I’m being vulnerable, but I want you to see me too.”
His lips curve, pulling you forward so that you have to catch yourself on your uninjured hand.
“You scared me for a little there,” he whispers, mouth a hairsbreadth from yours. “I don’t know what I would do if all that time we spent together meant nothing to you.”
You swallow for the thousandth time.
“Never,” you shudder.
His smile widens.
“You’re not gonna stop me, are you?” he asks, lips ghosting yours as his eyes search your own.
“No,” you murmur.
“Good,” he sighs.
He kisses you like you’re delicate, pulling you into him to taste every unspoken word you’ve held onto since the first night he came to you.
When he pulls away from you, forehead resting against yours, he’s so quiet when he whispers.
But you hear him all the same.
“I see you, little leaf.”

Chu chu I have this suggestion idea so satoru, reader and son go for a trip and son/reader gets carsick (im on my trip and shit I'm so sick..I'm half dead :(( not me sending my exp as suggestion but anyways)
-cat anon
hoho gojo messes with your son so much that he kind of hates him but when he notices that your baby is the slightest bit unwell, he’s going to drop everything and soothe him😗
“still dizzy?” he crouches down to his level with the question and a frown, to which your son nods lethargically. gojo hands him a bottle and pats him in the head. “here, drink some water.”
you only stand there with a smile because your husband has done his duty unprompted. it makes you feel warm inside, at how worried he gets not only for you, but also for your son.
over the years, gojo still has that bad sense of humor, but he's also fiercely protective. he isn't the sappy type so he shows it in the subtlest of ways; lowered voice, concerned gazes—things one can easily overlook if you don’t know him well.
gojo satoru is a very good husband and father... way more than you realize. way more than people think he is.
“i can walk! you don’t have to pick me up!”
“nah kid, i’m bringing you with me and that’s final.”
and the sight of him holding your son in his arms always makes people turn to stare at the very handsome image of this father and son duo, and the lucky woman who has ensnared the heart of the hot dilf 😋

Hi can I request a Tonowari fic where his female mate is exhausted and can’t wait for him to come home as she wants to be in his arms and when he does home she jumps into his arms and he wraps his arms around her holding her close asking what’s wrong, she says nothing just that she missed him nuzzling her face closer to his warm chest, he laughs and rubs her back before moving them to the ground and he sits down holding her in his lap stroking her hair and kissing her softly with her arms around his waist, he talks with her and asks her questions she doesn’t respond eventually he hears her soft purrs and even breath letting him know that she’s fallen asleep on him with her head resting on his shoulder snuggling into his warmth, he kisses her hair and lies down with her stroking her back? Thanks 😊

Life on Awa’atlu is always so calm and peaceful; oh how y/n wished she could agree. For months now, she has been training to be the clan’s Tsahik. She knew it would happen eventually but the time seemed to arrive quickly. Every day, she would sit with the clan's current Tsahik, her mate's mother, and they would train. She would be quizzed on anything she had ever learned.
Y/n understood why this was necessary; being Tsahìk was not an easy job to have. You had to have the most profound connection to Eywa, and have the trust of the people, but as time went on, y/n felt more and more exhausted. She was beginning to doubt herself.
Y/n couldn't complain; she knew that this was what would happen when she agreed to mate with Tonowari. He was to be the next Olo'keytian, and she will be his Tsahìk.
Tonowari was away on a hunting trip with his father, the current clan leader. This was not anything new; since they were children, the Olo’keytian would whisk his son away to train him. The father and son duo had been away for almost a week, and y/n was missing him terribly. She missed having him there to talk to. Missed having him there to reassure her, encourage her, and listen to her. Yes, she had other friends to talk to, but this wasn’t the same. Tonowari was her best friend before they became mates, telling each other everything.
“Okay, that’s enough for today.” Tonowari’s mother said, placing her bowl of herbs to the side, seeing how tired her son’s mate appeared.
“Once I've finished this.”
“No, I’ll finish it, go and rest, child.”
Y/n nodded and slowly stood up, not going to miss the chance to be alone.
Making her way out of the healers marui, y/n slowly walked towards the beach, needing time to relieve stress before she returned to her empty marui.
Sitting down and pulling her knees to her chest, y/n closed her eyes and took a deep breath. A moment later, she felt someone sit down beside her.
“Hello, miss Tsahik.”
A tired smile appeared on y/n face, “my dearest Ronal.”
“How’s it going?”
Turning to face her friend, y/n nodded tiredly, “Good, it's going… Good”
“Good? You look like you haven’t slept in three days.”
“Four, actually.” Y/n joked.
Ronal smiled at her friend before standing up, brushing the sand off her legs and holding out her hand, “Let’s get you to bed then.”
Y/n slowly took her friend's hand and stood up, Ronal brushing the sand off of her too.
“It’s too early for bed; I haven't even eaten.”
“Shh, it’s never too early for bed. Get some rest; I'll make something and bring it to you later, once you've woken up. Can't have you sleep deprived when Tonowari returns.” A smirk appeared on her lips.
Y/n smiled bashfully, her face heating up at Ronal implication but nodded, allowing her friend to guide her back to her marui.
The two girls spoke briefly before Ronal left, reminding y/n that she would come by later with food. Once y/n was alone, she sighed, looking around the empty marui. She missed Tonowari deeply, wishing that this trip would end so she wouldn’t feel alone.
Tumblr media
Tonowari and his father walked up the beach just as the sun was starting to set. Residents of the village greeted them with smiles, but Tonowari couldn't see the one person he was looking for. His y/n. Excusing himself from the crowd, he walked to the healer's marui, thinking she would be there but, she wasn’t.
As he turned to leave, he came face to face with Ronal. Before he could speak, she shoved three leaf packages into his chest.
“Those are for y/n.”
“Where is she?”
“Asleep. Hopefully. Bye”
With that, Ronal had walked off. Tonowari stood dumbfounded at the very brief encounter with his mate's best friend before letting his feet carry him to their shared marui. Stepping inside, he noticed a bundle of woven blankets against the far wall. Putting the packages down gently, he walked over to the bundle to see the top of his mate's head poking out.
Tonowari smiled sweetly at the sight, going over, getting down on his knees to kiss the side of her head. He could tell that y/n would be asleep for another hour or so, so he sat on the other side of the marui, sorting through the assortment of shells and rocks he had collected on his travels. Thinking of how he can make them into gifts for his loved ones.
As time passed, Tonowari heard a change in y/n breathing as she turned over, indicating that she was waking up. Slowly she opened her eyes, Tonowari giving her a gentle smile.
“You’re back,” y/n scrambled up and leaped onto her mate, still seated on the floor, her arms circling his neck. “Why didn’t you wake me?”
Tonowari circled his arms around her waist, pulling her close.
“I couldn’t; you looked so peaceful.”
Squeezing, y/n pulled away, sitting on her knees so that she was somewhat eye level with her mate. Just as she opened her mouth to speak, Tonowari cut her off.
“I missed you,” he said sincerely, which made her heart flutter,
“I missed you too.”
Tonowari gently pulled his mate forward and turned her so she was sitting with her back against his chest. He wrapped his arms around her, kissing her head again. Y/n turned her head, smiling up at her mate. Tonowari smiled down at her, placing a small kiss on her lips, followed by a second and a third. The pair grinned at each other before y/n turned back around, leaning her head onto her mate’s chest, and Tonowari placed his chin on her head.
Their pair asked each other about what they had missed being apart. Tonowari spoke about what he had seen while hunting, how he and his father stayed with another clan on a small island not too far from where they are now. Y/n hummed every once and a while to let him know that she was listening.
“How was your training this week?”
But Tonowari didn’t get a reply, peering down at his mate. He noticed that her eyes were closed and her breathing even. Smiling softly, Tonowari carefully lifted her, taking her to the sleeping mat and blanket. Setting her down gently, he laid beside her, pulling the blanket over their bodies. Tonowari wrapped his arms around her as her head rested on his chest.
“Sleep well, my love.”

I'm wondering if you would write either a Roy Kent x reader where they go to NY or Disney? I'm a big MT fan and a big Disney World/Disneyland fan
The Happiest Place on Earth
Roy Kent x Reader 1.5k words Warnings: Language
Ahh this was such a cute request! Roy at Disneyland would be the cutest, funniest thing. (And if there's any artists out there, I am begging someone to draw that grumpy man in some Mickey ears!!!)
I hope you like it! ❤️❤️
~
“Where the fuck are we going now?”
You rolled your eyes and grabbed Roy’s hand. “Small World. It’s got a short line right now,” you explained, weaving through the crowd. “And stop having such a good time, it’s embarrassing.”
A bunch of the staff and players for A.F.C. Richmond had decided to spend some of their off-season at Disneyland, and you’d somehow managed to convince Roy that it would be fun. However, you were pretty sure he only agreed to go because you were so excited and that the allure of Mickey Mouse and princesses and Star Wars had absolutely nothing to do with it.
“If that fucking song gets stuck in my head, you’re going to have to perform a lobotomy,” he muttered, earning himself a sharp look from you. “Sorry, sorry. Look, we’re having fun, whee.” He offered a smile that was really more than a grimace as you approached the ride.
You wrapped your arms around his middle, gazing up at him, all grizzled and handsome and brooding- and wearing a pair of Mickey ears he’d reluctantly let you pick out for him when you bought your Minnie Mouse ones. It was a nice sight- or at least it would be if he was smiling. His signature glower would probably scare more kids than any ride on the Haunted Mansion could.
With a sigh, you tugged on his leather jacket. “Aren’t you hot in this thing?”
Finally, a smirk. “You tell me.”
“Just get on the damn boat.” You chuckled as you approached the front of the line, which was even shorter than you’d expected.
The two of you settled into the back row of the little boat, joined by a father and son duo. The dad’s eyes lit up at the sight of Roy, and he leaned down to whisper something in his son’s ear. The little boy turned around, mouth wide, and waved at Roy, who gave a little growl of acknowledgement. The boy didn’t falter; instead, his smile widened, and he and his father exchanged high-fives.
As the little boat traveled around the world, you bounced your head from side to side and hummed along, enjoying the familiar warmth of Roy’s arm draped around your shoulders. When you snuck a glance at him, your heart melted a little when you noticed the corner of his mouth moving ever-so-slightly along to the words of the song.
Once the boat finished making its way through the tunnels, Roy nearly jumped out of the boat, turning around to offer you his hand as you climbed out. You glanced at your phone, debating what to do next. With a grunt, Roy nudged you. You followed his gaze to a passing princess.
“Hi, Snow!” you called good-naturedly, not caring that you sounded like a child and not an adult woman.
Snow White paused, smiling at you. “Hello there!” Her voice was high and sweet, like cotton candy to your ears. She pointed to Roy. “Oh dear, is something wrong?”
Roy’s face bore the same expression he wore anytime someone called Jamie his best friend. “What? No.” He was clearly holding back a “fuck” somewhere in there.
You giggled and nudged Roy. “That’s just his face.”
“Ohhh,” Snow White responded, nodding in understanding. “He’s like my friend Grumpy!” she chirped with a giggle. “He always makes a face like that too!”
Roy’s frown deepened as you laughed.
“Could we get a picture?” you asked, pulling out your phone.
Snow White turned to the cast member that stood next to her, who shrugged in response. “Absolutely!” she answered, fluffing out her yellow skirt.
You handed your mobile to Roy, who quickly snapped a picture of you and the princess. After he handed the phone back to you, you nodded to him.
“No fu-” He stopped as a small child crossed between you. “No,” he grumbled.
“Roy, are you going to disappoint a princess?” you reasoned, nodding at Snow White, who was ready for another pose.
With a heaving sigh, he went and stood next to Snow, looking more like an inmate on death row than a man on vacation. After a quirked eyebrow from you, however, he smiled- at least, his version of a smile.
“Have a beautiful day!” Snow White called over her shoulder as she continued on her way, probably heading to a well-earned break after walking around wearing that dress in the Anaheim heat.
You showed Roy the pictures and smirked. “So, all it took to get you to take a damn picture was mentioning the beautiful princess, hmm?”
Another one of those grumbling sighs escaped his lips. “I didn’t do it for fucking Snow White.” He placed his hand firmly on your waist. “Did it for you. ’Cause you’re my princess, or some shit like that.” His cheeks were tinted pink, a telling sign of his embarrassment.
Standing on tiptoe, you kissed one of those warm cheeks. “Well, guess that makes you more like Prince Charming than Grumpy, hmm?”
He gazed down at you with a smile- a real one this time- and shrugged. “Are princes allowed to be grouchy?” he teased.
You took his hand and continued your walk. “Oh sure. Haven’t you ever seen Beauty and the Beast?”
“So, I’m a beast now? Fucking thanks,” he muttered, kissing the top of your head.
“Hey, if it makes you feel better, I think the whole ‘giving her the library’ thing is like the hottest thing any Disney character has ever done.”
Roy rolled his eyes as Sam and Jamie walked by, leading a group of Greyhounds wearing Disney spirit jerseys and waving to us enthusiastically. “Your standards are far too high to be dating me,” he mumbled, greeting the guys with a nod.
You shrugged. “Guess you gotta step it up, Kent,” you shot back.
The two of you made your way to Space Mountain, the only ride Roy had named when you’d asked him what he wanted to do that day. As you waited in the futuristic hallways, you felt a pair of arms wrap around you from behind.
“Careful, my boyfriend used to be a professional footballer,” you joked, looking up and seeing Roy gazing down at you tenderly.
“Oh yeah? Is he big and strong?” he played along, his mouth ticking upwards.
You twisted around to face him, wrinkling your nose. “I guess. But you could probably outrun him, he’s got shit knees.”
Roy rolled his eyes. “I see he’s got a very supportive girlfriend.” He tilted his head down and kissed your lips gently. “Lucky bastard.”
With an eyeroll, you playfully shoved Roy away. “Alright, relax, there’s kids around, Kent.”
“One more.” He ducked his head again and pressed one more kiss to your lips. “You having a good time?” he asked, shifting to keep one arm around your waist as the two of you shuffled with the moving line.
“I am,” you assured him. “Not sure if you are though,” you admitted.
His thick brows furrowed. “What makes you say that?”
You shrugged, a little embarrassed. “I mean, you’re hard to read sometimes.” You reached up and used your finger to push up the corner of his mouth. “The whole brooding scowling thing is sexy and all, but it’d be nice to be able to see that you’re having a good time,” you joked.
“Hmmf.” Roy gave your hip a small squeeze but didn’t say much else for the rest of the wait.
As the two of you climbed into the rocket ship, you turned to face him. “You mad at me?”
He made a face and shook his head as he took off his ears. “You’re fine,” he said, his gruff tone assuring. He shot you a wink before you turned around to make sure your things were secure.
As the ride shot through the dark, you couldn’t help but hear something familiar over the music: Roy’s laughter. The sound was different than his usual snickers at Jamie’s expense or the huff of air he’d let out when watching Step Brothers. This laugh was loud and gruff, sounding like it came from the depth of his lungs. It was punctuated by a few hoots and hollers when the ride picked up speed or took particularly sharp turns. By the time you returned to the start of the ride, you couldn’t tell if your heart was racing from the ride or from how happy Roy sounded.
Just like with Small World, Roy quickly got out and reached down to help you exit the ride. He gripped your hand tightly as you walked away from the ride. Though you intended to keep walking past the ride photos, Roy tugged your hand, pulling you towards the screens.
“Roy?”
He jerked his head up towards the pictures. “Want me to buy you one?”
You looked up and stifled a giggle at what you saw. There you were, gripping the rail in front of you tightly, mouth wide open in a scream. More importantly, behind you was Roy, hands in the air and a giant smile filling his bearded face. It made your heart burst to see him so full of… joy.
When you looked back at him, he was putting his ears back on, smirking at you. “There. Can you tell I’m happy now?”
“Yeah,” you answered softly, planting a kiss on his cheek. “Absolutely. Now, can you go buy one? I’m putting that on my Christmas card."

Imagine being Diluc Ragnvindr's significant other.
Imagine how proud you, his father and adoptive brother were when he was recognized as the youngest captain in the history of the Knights of favonius. The smile on your faces that day, of how happy you were for him and his achievements.
Imagine how nervous you were as you called him out that night after the family dinner. All these years you thought you only see him as a brother figure, having to grew up alongside the two step siblings. But you knew it wasn't the case anymore.
Imagine how nervous you were when you confess to him, how you aren't able to look at him in this eyes upon saying the words of your confession. Your hands were shaking, waiting for his reply. Already accepting the fact that he doesn't feel the same way about you, you don't feel bad at all, after all you just want to get these feelings out of you chest.
Imagine the way your heart skipped a beat when he took a hold of one of your trembling hands, there you watch as he bring it close to his lips, your (eye color) iris meeting his crimson ones as he give the back of your hand a kiss.
"Please do give me the honor of going out with you." He said with a smile on his lips. Making you gasp in surprise. "I'll make sure you won't regret it, Luc." You smiled back at him, showing him that toothy grin of yours that he loves very much.
Imagine being the couple that nobody knows were together, the people of Mondstadt suspecting the two of you were just friends. And as years went by, both you, Diluc and Kaeya were now 18 years old, even Kaeya was even now one of the knights of favonius. Their Dad was very proud of them and of course so were you.
Imagine that one eventful afternoon, as where you riding on a separate carriage, behind your carriage was the son and father duo where Kaeya were still on the city, out for some patrol.
Imagine as you were busy chatting with out of the attendants and knights who happened to accompany you back on your way back at home, as relax and happy you were. The next thing you knew the carriage was overturned, ears ringing as everything was spinning, you felt numb.
Imagine trying to hold on into your consciousness, wondering about what could possibly happened, wondering if your lover and his father were alright. Unable to call out his name as you shaking and numbly hold out your hand and everything went black.
Imagine staring at a piece of letter left by your lover. After being two months in coma, you finally woke up in a very unfamiliar room. Turns out his father died, you almost did too as the knight arrived able to aid you. And Diluc quit the knights of favonius, as stated in the letter.
Imagine the unreasonable, emotionless expression on your face as your head throb in pain, hands still clenching on the letter he have left for you. Also stating about what had happened between him and Kaeya.
Imagine as tears unconsciously roll down your cheeks, heart aching in pain as you were confused. Just a day ago, or a few months ago for everyone other than you. Everything seems right, their dad was still alive, Diluc was still a part of the knights, his relationship was Kaeya was still alright and good and now. And now you don't know where to start, lost.
-- I don't know when I'll be back but always remember this. The times I have with you, I will forever remember cherish it.
I love you. May the wind allows us to meet again, my love.
- Diluc Ragnvindr.
Imagine the night before he left, he was sitting by your bed side, looking at your still unconscious figure, his one hand holding your slightly cold yet warm hand or was that his just body heat? His other hand gently stroking your head. Looking at you like this, there was nothing else to change his mind.
"I'm sorry to leave you like this." He held into your hand tightly before bringing it close to his lips and giving it a peck on the back of your hand. "I love you, I love you so much, my love." He whispered, silently hoping and praying you'll at least wake up. But you didn't.

I Love You
Tumblr media
Aaron Hotchner x Y/N
Summary: Y/N has been working in the BAU for a year now, she is satisfied where she is along with her crush on her Boss Aaron Hotchner, but the entry of a new person would broke her or will she be able to be with man she love.
Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3 | Part 4 | Part 5 | Part 6 | Part 7 | Part 8 | Epilogue
The next morning Hotch woke up to little clattering sounds around the house, he sits up quickly, wide awake but relaxed when he heard the sound of laughter and realized there is no danger. After Haley's death he had become more aware and protective over Jack. He just shook his head and gets up to freshen up.
He goes down stairs and towards the kitchen and lean onto the kitchen doorframe and looked at Y/N and Jack who didn't noticed his presence and were in their own world. He had a smile on his face and after a little while Y/N looked up and saw him at the doorframe looking at them, she shyly smiled at him and said "Hey, good morning", hearing her Jack turned his head and gave a big smile to Hotch and cheerly said "Good morning daddy, we made breakfast". Hotch walked up to them and said "Good morning to you both too, I see you have done great buddy" and kissed Jack's forehead. Jack smiled and said "I just helped a little daddy, Y/N is the one who actually made the breakfast".
Hotch looked up at Y/N and said "well then I should thank her then" and walked up to her. Y/N still smiling shyly said "ooh there's no need to thank me, I was just up and had nothing to do so I made breakfast for all of us". Hotch looked at her adorably and took a sit at the stool and Y/N gave the food to both the father-son duo and they all ate breakfast together. After finishing Y/N took their plates to wash despite Hotch protest. Hotch looked at Jack and said "Jack go get ready for school, Jessica will be here soon to pick you up". Jack just nodded his head and ran upstairs. Hotch stands up and goes towards Y/N and stand beside her and said "Thank you Y/N, for everything", Y/N looked up at him and gave him a small smile and said "no need to thank me Hotch really, I didn't did much okay it was just a little breakfast" and let out a small laugh.
"I'm not just talking about the breakfast, I'm thank you for everything that you have done for this whole year, for Jack and me, it has been a blessing for us , so thank you , thank you for coming into our lives", Y/N and Hotch looked at each other and they were so lost in each other eyes they didn't realized that someone was knocking on the door not until Hotch phone ranged and they both broke the eye contact, Hotch picked up his phone to look at the contact and realized Jessica must be at the door and he goes to the door and opened it for her all while Y/N eyes were on him.
Jessica comes inside and greets them both when Jack comes downstairs, ready and all. At the door Jack was saying his bye to Hotch and looked up at Y/N and said "you will come next time right for a sleep over, I really want to have a sleep over with you again". Y/N beamed up at him and crotched down to his height and took his hands and said "I will baby, I will come again and we will have a sleepover again, I promise okay, now c'mon give me a big hug and have good day at school". They both hug each other and bid goodbyes and Jessica and Jack left.
Y/N turned to Hotch and said "I'm sorry I didn't asked you before agreeing to another sleepover, I just... I wasn't able to say no to him when he looked so cute and hopeful while asking". Hotch let out a laugh and said "I know how hard it is to say no when he does that, and he also know how to make someone say yes, so I knew you will not be able to say no to that and It's not like I have any problem with it, I have always said it before and I will say it again you are always welcome here anytime, now let's go we also need to get ready and go we don't have much time left" and walked back to his room and if he had looked back at Y/N he would have seen her reddened cheeks, blushing after hearing his words.
They both get ready and left for work, reaching there Hotch parked his car and they both goes inside the BAU. Upon reaching there, they part ways and when Y/N goes to sit on her chair someone took hold of her hand and take her to the break room, she turned to the person and realized it was Spencer and looking at his face she knew what he was going to ask and said "nothing happened Spence, everything was normal okay", Spencer gave out a pout and said "I didn't even asked yet, how do you know what I'm going to ask??". "you don't need to ask for me to know what you want to know, your facial expression is enough to know what you are up to" and rolled her eyes at him fondly, she knows no matter how much she tried acting annoyed at him she will never be really angry at him, it was a fact.
"tsk something should have happen, I didn't just let you both go to not do anything" and shook his disappointedly. Y/N let out a sigh and said "there's nothing for it to happen Spence, Hotch just think of me as a co-worker or even friend but nothing more than that, let's just....just let it go okay" and walked out of the break room leaving Spencer behind. Everybody got to work and start doing the paper works and soon it was time for them to go to Rossi's mansion for their little party. Y/N was about to go to the lift when Hotch walked up to her and said "do you want me to drop you at your house and pick you up for the party?". Y/N shook her head and said "no it's okay actually, Spencer gonna pick me up for the party so I'm gonna take the ride with him, you don't have to come all the way to my house Hotch". Hotch just nodded at her and they both took the lift.
Reaching the garage they both noticed Beth with Spencer, reaching near them Y/N asked "hey Beth, you waiting for someone?". Beth just gave a tight smile to Y/N and turned towards Hotch, basically ignoring everything Y/N asked which didn't go unnoticed by the two male. Beth looked at Hotch with a big smile and said "Aaro..I mean sir can you give me a lift to my house, I didn't came with my car today so can you please drop me off and pick me up for the party too, I might get exhausted and don't wanna drive there, please sir" and looked hopefully at him. Hotch knows what actually happening here, it's not like Beth even tried to hide her feelings at all, he didn't had problem before but now it was starting to become one. He just sighed and looked towards Y/N, noticing her eyes at him and let out another sigh and said "okay I...I will give you a lift but I can't pick you up, my son and I need to spent some quality time so it will be better if you book yourself a cab or something", he knows it's a lame excuse but he didn't had any other idea. Beth nodded her dejectedly and goes towards his car knowing her plan failed of spending some alone time with him.
Hotch turned towards Y/N and Spencer, looked at Y/N and said "see you at the party then" and turned to walk to his car when he suddenly stopped and turned back to them and said "and...um.... I need to tell you something, so let's have talk there too" and then walked up to his car and drove off. Y/N and Spencer looked at each other and gave a look to one another and gets inside the car and they too drive out of the garage. On the way Y/N can sense that Spencer wants to say something and turned towards him and said "okay out with it, whatever you want to say just say it". Spencer looked at her a little then turned back to the road and said "I just want to say that I have a good feeling about this party, like something good and big going to happen but that might involve you...."and paused, "and Hotch right" said Y/N. Spencer just sighed and nodded his head at her. Y/N let out a long sigh and said "Spence I know what you mean but I just can't make myself think that Hotch might be feeling something for me, there's might and what ifs and I don't want to think of those things at all and now there's Beth who has feelings for Hotch and he might like her back....I.....just don't know what to feel anymore Spence, its getting so much hard, why do I have to fall for him, why not someone else, why didn't I fall for you rather than him" and let a single tear roll down her cheek.
Spencer parked outside her apartment building and totally turned towards her and said "it is how love works maybe, I have read in a book that quoted that there is no love if there is no pain, I don't know much about love Y/N but let me tell you one thing for sure, maybe right now even Hotch hasn't realized what he feels for you but I know he feels something for you, I'm not giving you any hopes I'm just telling you what I have seen, something is bound to happen Y/N I can feel it, we can just hope that its something good" and gently wiped her tears and teasingly said "and hey its really not too late to fall for me, you can you know, I can be more charming for you to say that, tell me Y/N do you really love Hotch or its me, hmmm?". Y/N let out a small laugh and smacked his shoulder and said "shut up idiot, I do love you just not in that way". They both laugh a little and Spencer let her know that he will pick her up in an hour and they bid goodbyes to each other.

--------------
The wood creaked under her as she was softly pressed up against the walls of the weapons shed. Her wings carefully spread across the wall and Y/N peered up at the tall male in front of her and smirked. This is the last thing she expected from the shy shadowsinger her brother considered as one of his closest and most trusted friends.
“You can’t leave.” His large hands grasped her biceps, soothingly rubbing his thumb in circles. “I- I just want to talk with you for a little longer. Hold you until the sun rises.”
“Az-” Her smirk dropped and her gaze softened into something unrecognizable to herself.
“Please. I don’t know when the next time we will be able to sneak away for a little while. But I want to spend whatever time we have left together.” Azriel leaned down and pressed his forehead to hers. He breathed in deeply and closed his eyes.
“I can’t. My mother will start to look for me and Rhys will be right there with her. I don't want to imagine what they’ll do when they see us like this.” She smiled sweetly and nudged his nose with her own. “I’ll be back before you know it.”
Y/N begrudgingly placed her hands on top of his and painfully peeled his hands from her arms. Azriel dropped his hands to his sides and kept his head lowered. Her heart broke from the scene but she knew that she had to go now, or her heart would never allow her to leave this forsaken camp.
Her father had requested both her and her mother back to court to seperate them from Rhys.
Saying he had agreed to their mother sending him there to learn how to be a warrior, but our constant presence with him in the camp was of no help with his image as the son of the High Lord of the Night Court.
Y/N knew that her father had always tried his best to disconnect Rhysand with the world. Allowing him to train in the camps was a mercy compared to the isolation he actually wanted for him. Cauldron knows he knew exactly where to hurt his son: through his chosen family. Even if he had to get rid of his daughter and mate to get his way.
“I’ll be back Az.” The royal reassured, grabbing a nearby weapon. “Only to know that my personal trainer will be here waiting to show me some new techniques.” She threw open the door and looked over her shoulder one more time before fully leaving and threw a blushing Azriel a soft smile.
“Wait for me okay?”
“I’ll be waiting.”
“Y/N!” A voice shouted from outside the shed. “Mother has been looking everywhere for you. She doesn’t want to delay your trip back any longer.”
“I’m going I’m going!”
—----------------
“The anticipation is killing me!” Yelled Y/N from the head of her group traveling towards the Illyrian war-camp. “My brother promised to teach me how to winnow further than the mere feet I can do. Can you imagine the places I’ll see? The people I’ll meet, the history I can learn. My heart is on the verge of bursting through my chest.”
Light hearted laughs passed through the group. Y/N’s mother lowered her head and let out a slight snort. She only hid that way when she tried to maintain her mysterious aura between Lady of the Night Court and amused mother. The latter usually broke her cold demeanor and brought bright smiles to her children.
Very ladylike mother.
A soft laugh passed through Y/N’s mind.
I have no idea what you're talking about.
All I’m saying is that I would have had to sharpened swords and re-oiled all of the saddles if-
A piercing shriek rang out from the trailing group behind the duo. Everyone and the animals froze and waited until they could make out what just happened or to see what caused it. The light blizzard blew unwelcomingly between everyone. After a couple of seconds a frenzy of panicked guards started to move and try to take cover and grab weapons from the wagon.
“Please my Lady, take cover.”
The Lady of the Night Court grabbed onto her dagger she strapped onto her hip and pulled her daughter into her.
“Whatever happens, just run. Rhysand should be here soon, we’re closer to the halfway mark we were going to meet at.”
“No.” Her daughter shook her head. “I’ll stay here with you. With everyone.”
The wind brought the strong scent of bloodlust and sent a shiver down their spines. They turned their backs to each other and surveyed the area around them. There wasn’t much to see besides the distant mountains and the snow covered trees. Everything was too similar for her to assess what hid in these woods. Not everything can be perfect.
Y/N ran her violet eyes over and over the trees until she could see the faint outline of someone perched carefully in between some trees. She went to nudge her mom with her wings, careful not to take her eyes off the enemy. Nearly tipping over she turned around when she didn’t feel her mother.
Mother!
The Lady of the Night Court was nowhere to be seen. A panicked Y/N walked around to where she knew the rest of the guards were and nearly threw up from the scene. Her jaw slackened and the breath caught in her throat. They were all viciously slaughtered.
The mangled bodies were piled onto each other and were stripped of their clothes. No. The clothes were ripped from them. Claw marks ran through each of them, from their torsos, backs, and throats. She turned her head and muttered a prayer quickly under her breath. No ordinary warrior would have been able to take down their group of high trained warriors and do so silently. Who was here with them in these woods? And why would they target them?
Y/N looked again to the group and could see a girl no older than her and saw her pain stricken face. The girl's mouth hung open and her eyes wide as they could be. This must have been who gave out the first yell of warning. An arrow pierced through her throat and shined with drying blood. The red of blood contrasted so differently to the clean snow around them. No snow stuck onto the bodies yet as their bodies were still warm with their fresh blood. Y/N had to lower her head as she imagined their chests still moving, struggling to take breaths.
“What do we have here?” A dark voice chuckled behind Y/N.
She whipped her head so fast at the same time her hands went to the sword strapped onto her back.
“I wouldn’t do that if I were you.” Another voice said behind her again. “I would much rather you alive for when we bring you to our father.”
“Who are you both? And why are you here?” Snarled the violet eyed royal. She sidestepped quickly to have a look at both men. They wore thick green coats and boots made from the richest of browns. Their startling green eyes held such animosity that she couldn’t help but naturally go to square off her shoulders and plant her feet solidly under her. Both men grinned when they caught her measuring them up.
“Don’t try anything funny. Just come with us and we might let you live.” The eldest said casually kicking the dead body next to him. “Your mother would like to see you now. She’s been waiting long enough. As well as our father.”
“You’re a fool if you think I’ll willingly go with the both of you. And even dumber if you think I’ll go without a fight.” Y/N asserted before fully unsheathing the blade on her back. The cold steel balanced perfectly in her hands and shined with the determination of the wielder. This was not the first time she had to wield a weapon in protection, and this certainly would not be the last.
The other male spoke up and chuckled, “Yeah, we’ll see how this goes.”
Y/N waited for them to engage but instead heard footsteps behind her. She closed her eyes and listened to the faint drawing of a bowstring. Surely they did not think she’d go down with something as little as an arrow. The arrow released and flew through the air towards her. And just as fast Y/N whipped around and sliced it mid air.
“What the hell do you think you could do to me? Especially with an arrow.” She snarled back att the males. Her teeth clenched tightly.
“Nothing.” The eldest shrugged. “Just wanted to see how fast you could react.”
“What?” The hair on the back of the royal’s neck stood. Arrows. Arrows flying from every direction towards her. The leathery wings on her back flared then tucked into her body as she twisted and twirled to avoid them all.
“I think we underestimated you.” A flash of blonde hair rushed towards Y/N.
Think. Think. Y/N mentally told herself. She could either give up the ability to block herself from the male or be impaled by arrows instead. But what if she could do both. Her right hand stretched out to the sky and clenched. The arrows blackened and dissipated into the air as if they were never there. And the sword she held in her left braced for the impact that never came.
“Where the hell are you both?” The girl growled before spreading her wings to launch herself into the sky. “I am going to rip your hearts out of your chests!”
A single arrow soared the sky towards her, singing with the intent to kill. It moved so fast that Y/N had trouble keeping track of it and braced her sword one again in front of her. Ever so calmly breathing in deeply as the Valkyries had once taught her. Shoulders squared and eyes on the target she released her held breath and stilled. But not from the inner peace she had worked into, but from the pain that shook her from the core.
“And that is what you get for being an insolent brute you half blooded bitch!” A kick to the backs of her knees had her kneeling before the two males. The eldest reached around the girl and ripped the arrow that had edged its way into her back. “Maybe the next time you try to do something as idiotic as fighting us, you should learn to kneel bitch.”
They both grabbed a shoulder and braced themselves for their killing blow.
“This is a mercy compared to what our father wants to do to you.”
A figure approaching stopped closer enough for Y/N to see their face. His face.
“Tamlin.” She uttered. “Why?'' A gut wrenching scream tore through her throat. The males on each side of her took turns with the arrow and ripped through the membranes of her wings. Ash. It had to be ash arrows as her normal healing would have helped with the first blow but it did anything but. The liquid red spilled into the snow and showered all of them. She gasped and inhaled as much air as she could, her lungs burned in defiance.
“Let’s go see what father wants to do with them. Hopefully something torturous for the mouth on this one.”
Each male took their side of the limp body while it shook through sobs and dragged her to a now burning fire. Tamlin trailed behind and looked towards the woods, maybe in hope that his friend would come ripping through the earth and end this torture. Would he go down as well as bystander to this atrocity? Cauldron knows that he was powerless compared to his father. It was futile to even go against his words.
----------------------------------------
“Please d-” Y/N started before her head was violently thrashed into the snow beneath her feet.
“Do not speak another word!” Hissed the High Lord of the Spring Court. His boot stepped down with all his weight on the space betweens Y/N’s wings. “ Half blooded trash!”
The soft flurries of snow piled around the group from the Spring Court and now we're covering up the red snow made from her mother. Soft gasps could be heard from behind Y/N, and with her head dug so deeply into the ground beneath her, she struggled to hear what was happening.
Mother! Please answer me! Please! I need you!
The empty answer from her mother caused her to choke out a sob. She had to figure out a way to get both her and her mother out safely and find a way to get into contact with Rhys.
“Please allow me the honor of getting rid of this pest father.” The eldest son of the Spring Court chuckled as he reached for his dagger on his hip. “I wouldn’t want you to stain yourself with mere brute blood.”  His fingers twitched in excitement as Y/N’s blood ran cold. Her palms flattened on the hardened  snow under her, and she tried pushing herself up but was forced onto her face again by a forceful kick to the back.
“Watch it! Or I might not be so lenient when it comes to your death. Behave and this might go just as fast as we caught you.” The High Lord spat on the ground next to her face and reached to grab the back of Y/N’s hair and faced her eye-to-eye. “A shame really. I thought you were going to be a good breeding stock for my men back at court. Now I just have to enjoy the pieces of you and your mother I’ll be bringing back to my home as trophies.”
How could this have happened? Y/N and her mother were traveling through the Illyrian woods on the way to visit Rhysand in the Illyrian war- camp, thinking he was going to meet them halfway until they were rendered helpless by the royals of the Spring Court. Her mother tried blocking her and getting her to escape but Y/N refused and faced down the males with her willful mother.
“Wait!” Squeaked a voice from behind the High Lord. “I’ll do it.”
Y/N watched as a wicked smile etched itself on the older males face. He dropped her limp body and trekked himself towards a young Tamlin. The boy shook from the cold and maintained eye contact with his father.
“Do you think you have it in you to kill these worthless bitches?” Ground out the High Lord and grabbed Tamlin by the shoulder. “If you can prove yourself with this measly task, then you still might find yourself with a roof over your head when we get back.”
Tamlin swallowed and took a deep breath and nodded. His father dropped the sword he had strapped on his hip to his outstretched arms.
Y/N looked around for her mother and crawled her way to her. Her mothers hands grasped for her quickly and tucked the young girl under her arm and twisted wing. She stole herself a glance to her daughter and dipped her chin low enough to get the message through.
I’m sorry I made you come with me on this trip.
This isn’t your fault, mother. I promise you I’ll find a way to get out of this. If it weren’t for those ash arrows I would have flown us out of here already. I will get us out of here. Rhys should be here soon. And-
Look at me.
Her mother grabbed her chin roughly and stopped Y/N from her internal spiraling.
I might not be able to make it. But I sure as hell will get you through this.
The son of the High Lord of Spring approached slowly. His head lowered and his lips thinned with pain. His father walked back to where the dead bodies of our group were and began giving orders to his other sons.
“I wish that it didn’t have to be this way.” Tamlin whispered.
A scoff came out of Y/N as she raised her chin. “You told them where to find us  didn’t you?”
“I didn’t think this would happen. I swear it upon the Cauldron.”
“Well it sure doesn’t look that way.” Y/N glanced back to her mother who tiredly leaned against her daughter's shoulder for support. The Lady of the Night Court tried her best to remain conscious by reminding herself of the hope she has for her daughter to escape. For her eldest child to come and rescue her.
“You can’t seriously think that we wou-” The young royal was cut off guard by her mother retching up blood onto the snow beside the both of them. Her mothers body shook and slumped back into her daughter's side.
“Tamlin.” Whispered the Lady. “I know you are much better than your wretched family. I know you have good in you.” Pain etched itself across her face.
“I need you to get Y/N out of here. Far away as possible.”
“I don’t know how. I will end up dead with the both of you.”
“No. I will tell you what you must do. But please promise me you will get her out of here.”
No. What are you doing? You can’t trust him. He will never let us go.
I just have to believe that he will let you go.
I can’t do this without you. I’m not leaving you. Look at yourself! I will get us out of here. I promised to protect you.
I know I know. Her mother grasped onto her hands and looked Y/N in her violet eyes. The eyes she stared deeply into as her reality shifted and blurred.
But I also made a promise to you when you were born. I don't know how, but I’ll make sure that you are kept out of danger. That you can live out your days and happiness. Even if that’s without me.
There is no happiness if I can’t have you in it. Please mother. Don’t leave me. Don’t make me choose-
I’ve already chosen.
“Tamlin. Cut off mine and my daughter's wings.”
“What?” Her daughter gasped out.
“Your father is going to want proof of our deaths. This is the only way. And then you may do what you want with the rest of me. But I will ask one more thing of you.” She whispered softly.

I’ve actually never done a post outside of art but I just had to say… imagine if the Nightmares were never implemented
No like really imagine it
From the beginning of the egg event it’s been understood that the eggs have two lives (save for Juanaflippa because she’s a queen and rules don’t apply to her) and it was also clear on what it would take to keep the eggs alive. Multiple eggs have lost lives due to neglect (wether the CCs were simply unable to log on or not), any players who doubted the seriousness of the tasks realized the QSMP wasn’t playing games when eggs started loosing lives like with Juanaflippa, Tilín, and Trump
However, there were always going to be certain occasions where an egg dying simply wasn’t fair wether that be through uncontrollable lag, the game being weird, or OP mobs. Thus we have the Nightmares and while we can debate on the circumstances they’ve been used in I know we’re all grateful they exist.
But what if they didn’t?
What if despite certain deaths being unpreventable or unfair the Federation or QSMP (however you see it) stayed steadfast and showed no mercy to the parents still trying to process the sudden death of their children
If that was the case who of our beloved cast of eggs would still be here?
Unless I’m forgetting any Nightmares only two eggs would have survived until now
So what traumatic dreams turned reality would we have? With Juanaflippa, Trump, and Tilin all having permadied before the Nightmares began, we have Chayanne, Dapper, Bobby, Leonarda, Ramon, Tallulah, Richas, and Pomme (all under the assumption the Code would have still attacked eggs with one life)
[TW: This is essentially me writing about many of the eggs dying and their parents reactions to it sooo gore and death warning]
-
Let's start with one of our most beloved duos, Chayanne and Tallulah, yin and yang, one could not exist without the other, so on so forth. You know where this is going.
The eggs alongside their dad/abuelito head out at night in order to complete their tasks. The HorrorsTM are many but as long as they stick together nothing will harm them. After traversing the ocean for a while they catch sight of a flicker of light on the shore. A torch, a town. They dock and gather their things, Philza smiles at his bundles of love and curiosity as they spin around on the beach, ready to see what the village has in store for them.
Something white catches his eye, at first he mistakes it for a glowing bug of sorts, maybe a firefly, but something about the way it moves makes the paranoid part of his brain perk up. He watches as two small orbs of light move in eerie synchrony closer and closer to his children, like a predator stalking its pray. The eggs were too distracted to notice.
Philza opens his mouth to shout their names but a bloodcurdling scream steals his voice from his throat.
It happens within minutes. Philza Minecraft is powerful, stories of him and the warrior with pink hair spread far and wide, warning anyone foolish enough to stay out of his way. But, as he holds his children close and watches them slowly slip away, their blood staining the sand, he has never felt more weak. The universe is truly cruel, it keeps him alive just long enough to watch a final tear fall from his son's unfocused eye. When he dies it's with the knowledge that while he'll wake up in his home as if nothing had happened, his children won’t. When he rushes to the bunker where his son and granddaughter live he holds Tallulah tight. His chest barely stifles her sobs as his composure finally breaks.
His Chayanne is dead.
And despite his burning grief, his blistering anger. Innocent blood stains orange sand again as the Binary Entity spars no mercy for a girl who would never live to see her father again.
-
Let's keep this going shall we? Dapper and Badboyhalo are father and son, reaper of death and his shining apprentice, units of chaos complimenting each other perfectly.
Bad has always taken so much care to provide his son with everything he needs to protect himself. But, despite his constant need to protect his son he is also aware that Dapper needs to be free. No matter how much he'd like to if Bad were to just rap his incredible kid in a blanket and hold him close he knows Dapper would just be miserable. He needs adventure and danger and knowledge. Somehow Bad knows he got that from Skeppy.
And even though the fear of loosing his son claws at Bad's heart and the deadline draws near Bad decides that what is important is for Dapper to have that freedom. Besides they can have adventures and be safe at the same time.
Bad realized his misjudgment too late. It beat with certainty as his heart raced with his body as he sprinted past foe and monster, desperately trying to find his son in this horrible labyrinth of a dungeon. Dapper was hurt, they were bleeding, they were dying, and they were too far out of reach.
Bad’s throat ached as he screamed his son's name only to be forced back by the crowd of enemies overpowering him with ease. He has no protection anymore, his only hope being to keep running towards his son despite every hit he takes. It wouldn't matter how many times Bad dies, he won't stop fighting, but he knows every falter is another crucial moment lost for his son.
And despite every effort Bad is forced to watch as Dapper finally stills, he couldn't save him, he couldn't even hold him as he died. He failed.
He nearly broke in that moment, his eyes unable to look away from the broken body on the floor, his mind unable to process how impossible this was. His Dapper so full of life, always ready with a remark, always creating, always thinking, always- No, they still needed him. This was no time for Bad to grieve or freeze or scream. The only thing he could do now was find his son, hold them close, and get them home. Dapper still has one life, this wasn't the end.
They didn't have a scare like that again for a long time. When the Brazilians arrived Dapper was still in one peace. When the French arrived the Binary Entity tried its hand but it failed, Bad was quicker now and Dapper escaped.
He escaped but the Entity wasn't done quite yet.
It was night and there was no disappearance of the sun to warn Bad and Cellbit of the incoming attack. It was quick, planned, chaotic. While Bad and Cellbit were still fumbling to bear their weapons the Code destroyed what had foiled it before.
Dapper, racing the touch his father’s warpstone and bring himself to safety was met with only rubble. Undead swarmed them, lava covered the ground. It was so much worse than before. Bad could only watch in terror as Dapper fell to the floor, defenseless and he could only shout his name as monsters forced him farther and farther from his son. His mind flashed with images of that day as history repeated itself. Cellbit burned amiss the chaos as Bad was thrown off the antenna where the fight was taking place.
He fought with all his heart and all his soul to get back to his son but he knew as the ghouls cleared and the smoke diminished that he was too late. Bad climbed back up dreading what he knew he would see. He wasn't ready, it couldn't be true, his eyes would prove reality wrong.
Broken sobs carried through the night as a father held his son close.
A son who’d never outstand the world with their smile again.

Bobby is the first one this list to have truly died. We all grieved when it happened, he was taken too soon, but he could have been taken much sooner…
It was Jaiden’s turn to take care of Bobby. To say he was excited to take on another dungeon was an understatement. Her perfect angel had displayed a love for danger and violence for as long as she could remember. Many of the other parents were put off by it but Jaiden saw it as just another aspect of her son to love.
But to say she wasn’t nervous was also an understatement. Jaiden didn’t really do dungeons, she was jumpy and honestly didn’t do well under pressure. But with a task lingering in her hot bar and a restless son Jaiden felt it was about time to step out of her comfort zone a little. Besides it wasn’t like they were low on good gear.
It wasn’t long before the two found themselves in an airship above the ocean, quickly becoming overwhelmed. Every enemy packed a hit far worse than Jaiden had expected, their armor might as well have been made of leather.
She shouted to Bobby, she understood that if they didn’t get out of here soon they wouldn’t make it out at all.
The look in the boy’s eyes was conflicted, he was Bobby chingon, he never backed down from a fight! He pushed on but every foe he cut down only led to five more. His pointed ears twitched as he heard his madre call his name again, telling him to use the hole in the ground to escape.
Maybe Bobby was too hardheaded for his own good.
Jaiden watched with dread as monsters blocked off her son’s only exit. If he tried to reach it now he would surely be overwhelmed. She desperately slashed at the enemies around her as she inched closer to her son, fear climbing her throat as she realized the monsters had forced him to the ground, letting his life bleed out and stain the ground around them.
She screamed his name one last time, urgency poisoned and turned to terror. The monsters, content to let the boy slowly slip away, instead turned to the second intruder.
They pushed her back, overpowering her through force and speed. Jaiden’s heart tightened as she felt her foot settle on thin air. Suddenly she was plummeting through the very hole meant to save them.
The wind tore away her final words, a final cry for her son she knew she could no longer save. At least the had the ocean to hold her as she slipped away while Bobby remained, doomed to die alone.
Bobby enjoyed playing pranks on his apá. It was just the two of them on a hill at the edge of some island they were passing through on their adventures. Roier was busy messing with their speedboat so Bobby took this as his opportunity to test how long he could hold his breath underwater.
Roier grumbled as he struggled to get the boat to start up just right. Running his hand through his hair he took a moment to look around. He turned in confusion as he didn’t spot his hijo, certain he had just heard him splashing around a few moments ago.
He chuckles and shakes his head. Announcing to his hijo that he’d used this trick one too many times, he wouldn’t be fooling his apá again.
Silence stuck in the air, making Roier’s stomach turn uncomfortably. Sensing something was wrong he quickly called his hijo’s name, cupping his hands around his mouth and taking a few steps deeper into the water.
There was no response and Roier prepared to call again when he noticed something big moving under the water. A mixture of curiosity and wariness grew in the back of his mind as he swim far enough to dive under the surface.
The very second he dipped his head underwater he was jerked aside by the Binary Entity. In a panic he regained his posture and drew his sword, swimming as fast as his body would allow him whilst searched the water desperately for his hijo. He quickly spotted Bobby being chased down by the Code, fear capturing the boy’s face as the Code refused to let him resurface for air. Panic was engulfed by rage as Roier dug his sword into the Entity, doing everything he could to distract it and give his hijo a chance to escape. He new full well he couldn’t defeat it alone, but as long as Bobby made it out it didn’t matter what happened to him.
It was as if Roier was nothing more than a gnat. It continued its ceaseless attacks on his hijo as if he wasn’t even an afterthought. With each passing second Roier’s lungs burned deeper and deeper, his attacks slowing, and his thoughts growing hazy. His screams were muted by bubbles and water as he cursed terrible fates onto the Entity, demanding it release his hijo.
His hijo who had slowly stopped struggling.
The moment the Binary Entity realized the fight was over it was gone as quickly as it had come.
Roier wasted no time in using the last of his strength to drag his limp hijo to shore. He frantically pushed his ear against Bobby’s chest for any sign of a heart beat, barely acknowledging the water still clogging his own lungs.
With trembling hands Roier performed CPR on the child. Begging through thick tears for his hijo to wake up. Not like this. He’s too young. Not ten minutes ago we was running around on the same sand he was now dying on.
No one is with Roier to put a hand on his shoulder and tell him Bobby is gone.
Behind him the sun sets, paying a final homage to its most loyal admirer.

What about Ramón aye?
Ramón paced around the cold tile of his home. Heart beating deep in his chest. He wasn’t in danger, he knew that, but with every glance outside his window he could only think about the Code somewhere outside.
Maximus had left not too long ago, rushed him home when the Code attacked him and his siblings. Ramón had tugged on his cloak, demanding Maximus let him go outside and help the adults or at least be with his twin Dapper. Maximus had put his hands on his shoulders and told him with a stern but empathetic voice. Stay inside where it’s safe.
Ramón’s hand rested on the smooth metal of his door.
He pushed just slightly enough for a strip of sky to be seen. His mind was racing, a battle of what was right or wrong in this situation. Ramón wasn’t known to rebel but he was known for his curiosity and right now he needed to know that things were okay. The knowledge that he only had one life settled on his shoulders as he took a careful step outside.
His eyes carefully traced the skyline, blue, not black. The Code was sporadic but it had its consistencies and only attacking in the cover of darkness was one of them. Or so he thought.
It would be quick, he just needed to check that Dapper was okay. Then he could teleport right back home as if nothing had happened.
He didn’t waste anymore time, fastening his armor before sprinting towards the warpstone outside. He’s only a few yards away when he feels the hairs on his neck rise.
He could feel it before he even turned to look. His head slowly twisted, his eyes widening as he saw it. He’d never seen it so close before.
Ramón struggled to describe what he saw. Bright green zeros and ones raced across a writhing mass of black energy. It had no permanent features, rather it summoned whatever limbs or weapons it needed.
He didn’t know how but he could feel the monster lock eyes with him. Ramón stilled, unable to move, unable to see as its darkness seemed to suck in the very color from the earth around it.
Ramón thought back to every binary attack he had heard of or seen. Every time the beast had been ruthless in its attacks on the eggs and their protectors. Now, with the knowledge it had already gotten what it came for, it simply moved closer to the frozen child.
It slowed at the glint of a sword. Tilted its head in amusement as the boy in front of it bared his stance. His hands were trembling. In his eyes he knew he stood no chance against the Entity alone.
Ramón held his breath and tried not to think of his twins face as Bad told him the news. Tried not the think of Maximus returning to check on him, only to find him dead in the grass, his blood already dried. Tried not to think of Quackity, Maximus, Foolish, and Bad bringing Fit to the body of his son.
His son who was too stupid to listen.
The Entity had waited long enough. It happened faster than Ramón could blink. The boy lifted his hand to feel a warm slit in his neck. His brain told him he was choking, drowning as blood filled his throat.
The Code left as quickly as it came, knowing no one would find the boy until it was too late.

Then, of course, there’s our beloved Richas who’s had such a strong influence on the story and was at the heart of one my favorite arcs. Where would we be if he was never even around to start them?
It had been, quite frankly, a crazy fucking day for the Brazilians. Mike wasn’t sure what more the world could throw at them. Aside from the storm causing Felps to crash them into an island of course. But not just any island, nonono. One filled with people from across the world all supposedly trapped here by the Federation. Because the Federation is also a thing here. Mike honestly lost focus as a duck hybrid tried to explain it all to them.
The events after introductions were a blur of noise and new locations. Mike vaguely processes Pac pulling him across the Pizzería so Cellbit can take a group picture. He blinks again and they’re in a club, he has a glass in his hand and a smile on his face. He doesn’t know most of the people at the party but he could probably name one or two of the islanders if he tried. Pac uses his shoulder as support as he cheered for Forever as he took a stand on the stage. Mike could only take a moment to wonder where the blonde man had been during their whole tour.
He looks around in confusion as the party completely stops, every islander murmuring and looking at their communicators. Out of curiosity Mike takes his own out as well.
He reads a universal message from a user “QSMP”. Confusion settles in his stomach as the words register. Something about eggs being returned safety would usually make him laugh by how random it was. But, as the club clears out almost immediately Mike understands this must be something important.
Not ten minutes later Mike, Pac, Felps, Cellbit, and Forever gather in front of their new filho. Around them the islanders hold their shaken children close.
They named him Richarlyson.
The Favela needed supplies, Cellbit and Felps offered to go mining, Richas insisted on going with them.
Under normal circumstances it would be any old mining trip, but the two were quickly learning just how unpredictable this island was. Even though Felps and Cellbit were fairly decent at combat, the mobs were taking them easily.
Felps shouted for Richas to run for the exit. Only one mob was on them now. Cellbit turned heal to stand between his friend and filho and a towering skeleton. He tried to ignore his complete absence of armor and charged.
His sword lodged directly into its neck, a perfect hit. I proud grin almost formed on his face until he realized the monster remained completely unharmed. It’s head remained firmly on it shoulders as it’s hollow eyes turned its attention to Cellbit. A chill ran down the man’s spine.
When Felps looked back the creature had continued its chase, leaving a broken body in its wake.
The exit was still too far away. He’d spent less than a day with the child running beside him but he’d be damned if he let anything harm him.
Felps stopped running, unsheathing his iron sword. Richas faltered, clearly split between fighting with his pai and escape. Felps shouted to bring him to his senses, now could be his only chance to survive.
The monster only grew closer with steps that seemed to shake the caverns. The clanking of its heavy armor filled Felps ears as he charged.
He didn’t last very long either.
Richas cried out for the slight chance that anyone could hear them. That another person would just so happen to be in these same mines. That they could possibly step in at the last moment to slay the monster, save his pais, and take them all the safety.
He was halfway through the tunnel they came through when the monster yanked him back. Richarlyson yelped as he was harshly flung to the floor. He heard his pais shout his name, struggling to stand with their injuries.
Felps and Cellbit were forced to watch in horror as the skeleton raised its rugged axe.
They were forced to watch as their filho’s blood painted its blade more and more with each swing.
The next day would be even more merciless.
-
Phil sat on the sands of the beach. Distant eyes watched as Pomme played in the sand. Forever was hundreds of blocks above them, preparing a water jump.
A shakey hand wiped a tear that threatened to fall. He couldn’t help but see whispers of Chayanne and Tallulah in the footsteps of the young girl.
Six totems of undying hovered around her as she decorated a small sandcastle with imperfect seashells. Obsidian armor glimmered across her small frame, her fathers and mother had ensured she was fully protected at all times.
Even then Philza couldn’t shake the feeling that when the time came, it wouldn’t be enough. He took in a deep breath of salty air, trying to clear his mind.
Pomme’s giggles stopped as her eyes landed on something behind Phil.
He didn’t even have the chance to turn his head before it attacked.
Philza winced as stabbing pain shot through his torso. Pomme’s eyes widened with horror as a blade pierced clean through her oncle’s chest. She stumbled backwards as the Binary Entity removed its sword, splattering a trail of blood as it swung its weapon in an arc. Phil was dead before he hit the floor.
She heard the voices of her parents in her head, shouting for her to grab her crystal and teleport away. Before she could even reach into her pocket the Entity was on her.
Deafening booms exploded in her ears as her totems took the deadly blows for her. Each one crumbled in one hit. Tears fell from the child’s eyes as sparks of green and gold filled her vision.
The monsters roars prevented Pomme from even hearing herself think as her final totem shattered, leaving her at the Code’s mercy. None of this made sense, there was no moon, no mobs, no warning, no chance.
The monster saved its most powerful attack for last. In one swing Pomme’s armor was completely destroyed, her body talking the full blunt of the blow. The girl’s eyes widened as her body numbed with shock. A slow hand moved from her abdomen to her face, covered in blood.
Pomme blinked in confusion as her hand moved from one to three hands and then back again. The panicked voices of Forever, Etoiles, Antoine, and Bad all mixed together in her ears.
When she fell, two of her fathers were there too catch her, but they were too late to stop the bleeding. Pomme looked around for the Code, moved her hands to try to sign a warning. She felt them hold her hands in theirs and realized they must have found her alone.
As she drifted away she was in the presence of people who loved her. They whispered words of comfort, ones they weren’t sure if she could hear.
They swore she would never be alone again.

Okay damn so that took me TWO WHOLE DAYS TO WRITE but it was fun as hell so I’m not complaining. But I also love all the eggs to this was… painful to make at times
But yeah! Food for thought! The server would be so so different if even one of these deaths ended up sticking. And who was left? Welp today the only surviving eggs would be Leonarda and Pomme, both with one life because as far as I’m aware Leo has never had a Nightmare
You can probably tell who I watch more of with the individual POVs but I hope I did everyone justice nonetheless (I kinda got carried away with Dapper and Bobby’s parts, writing their Nightmares AND canon deaths but oh well) I’m happiest with Ramón’s ^_^
Anyway I’m gonna go rewatch Across the Spiderverse now, adios!

[ The repetitive click of the beads rung in your ear, which flicked boredly as you assisted your twin Kiri in creating her necklace and bracelets. It was a common pastime you and her shared, making small gifts for your siblings and mother, sometimes their father, but not often. "Must we continue this?" You huffed, eyes narrowing in the direction of your dear sister who sat with her legs crossed within the Marui. Your form was outside the doorway, sat near the ledge of the tight wound cloth bridging of the village that held all above the crystal clear water so they may venture through via bright day like it was or the dead of night.
A noise of annoyance left her from where she sat, hand coming up to fan your direction almost dismissively, "Then spare me your sour company." Kiri was always one to be blunt, uncaring to those who aimed to rile her, but still gentle and kind even so. You giggled at her, chucking the oddly misshapen hunk of rock to the side and into the water before picking the small basket up from your side and taking it to your siblings' side.
You noted the smile your sister offered and returned the softness tenfold before grabbing the crossbow you'd been given and making your way out of the Marui into the water with a simple dive. The crossbow laid against your back, secured in place with a root vine as you swam under the waves and past Metkayinans to the far end of the cove. There, your feet took you onto land and across the slippery wet rock that cascaded waterfalls behind it, over the ledge and then across the steep of the rockwall. Shortly after making contact with the sand, you broke away, ignoring the eyes watching you as you sped through and further down the beach towards the forest.
The chipper calls, signals, shrieks, and conversing of the clan was so far from earshot that only the softness of the waves beyond the foliage and undergrowth could be registered. Your destination happened to be something you'd stumbled upon when exploring, after a run in with Ao'nung, the infamous clan leaders son and his prissy posse of prudes, you'd been chased just far enough out to get lost and that's when you'd stumbled upon it. It was a smaller cove, full of abundant wildlife and flowing clean waters that brushed through corals, but this area at the time was unlike the other waters you'd been to, it glowed in the night, the flora beneath the water.
A noise brought you from your focus, ears flicking towards it while your head followed; voices became louder, and you could tell who they belonged to. Boy wonder himself and his trio of idiots, well duo. You had always been kind to the smallest of them, shy Rotxo had never particularly done anything to make qualms with you yet, so you left the curly haired one out of your complaints to your siblings when it came to your near daily teasing. Since day one he'd been shadowing you nearly during every duty you'd attend to, his fluffy head of hair always peeking from behind trees, mauri's, even barrels near the Tsahiks healing marui. He'd tumbled in, claiming to feel ill after a loud crash before the hut and you just so happened to be inside alone, mashing pastes and dried herbs together, and it went from there. He was the sweetest, as long as you both were alone and in this instance, you weren't alone. "Look, it is the freaks sister." The cockiness and entitlement dripping from his mouth made no use in you, turning to look at him.
A brief scoff emitted from you, golden eyes shimmering over the bark of a tree to distract yourself from the stinging words. Well, until the prick himself grabbed the curve of your shoulder, roughly tugging you back before you'd gained your bearings and slapped him off. "Knock it off, fishface!" You hissed, fangs bared while your ears came flat down against your head. Ao'nung only seemed to be able to laugh at this, his group all joining in with 'oooos' and 'aaaaahhhs' of mockery. "Oh, is the little forest freak going to fight us?" Ra'la mused, shoving you into Ao'nung who shoved you back and into Ra'la. It went like that only a few times, tumbling to and fro due to the teasing tugs and groping that was being done. "I'd like to see her try." Tonowaris son piped in reply, shoving you once more until you stumbled into Rotxo's grasp, half-heartedly expecting to be shoved yet again, but it never came to that.
"Knock it off, skxwngs!" He barked at his friends, his thick arm wrapping around to the small of your back just above your tail to hold you up as he directed his attention to Ra'la, "Come on, can't we leave the women alone?" This question made the two others groan and fan him off dismissively. "If you want her safe so badly, then take her and go be a freak with them." Ra'la hissed back, hand pointing dramatically towards the inward part of the forest area they were in. It seemed Rotxo wasn't against the idea, his wide hand grasping your lean one and proceeding to drag you along with him, much to the shock of the boys.
°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•
Eclipse came sooner than expected, but due to how long the both of you had walked it felt like it was a decent time to rest for a bit, Rotxo seemed to be leading you to the backside of the island, to a place thick with undergrowth and fruitfully abundant with wildlife and coral within a cove that stood clear beside a cave, the blossoms of the vine smelled intoxicating, the warmth radiating from the water beckoning. The water pulsed with life, the glow of the flora and sand beneath the crystal-clear liquid. It was magical how the creatures sang, and the insects buzzed softly, hexepedes chittering in the distance. "Where are we?" You asked softly, fingers slowly clasping around his bicep as you stood at his side, yes it was beautiful, but there was a feeling of something you couldnt place, something that pulled you in "It is my hiding place.."
°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•
The minutes shifted to hours, bodies somehow finding one another in simple touches. Simple touches that grew, festered and mutated into wanton desire filled gropes and grabs.
"Tanhi-" Rotxo's voice sounded wounded, needy, whiny with want. His hands, dancing across the silhouette of your figure and pulling you into him with all the more desire. "Mm..- Wait! - Hold on-" You choked, feeling the light press of the males thumb to your throat as he held you firmly in place. "Oh.." He breathed against your lips, eyes narrowed with a carnal lust as the faint brush of his lips met yours sweetly, even with the touching, even with his forward movement of hands to chest, to shape, to feel, to revel in the bliss of what you had to offer from beneath your bead-woven top. The soft and supple flesh, the perked bud of your nipple, the weight of your breast as he engulfed them and kneaded them with his free hand. "Do not move." He purred against your lips, the vibration making you shiver, to which he pressed down harder with his finger against her throat to still her again. "Do. Not. Move." His words were honey coated, sounding so soft yet stern, harsh but so very sweet as he trailed his lips down your own ones, mouth agape as he began peppering your jawline and neck with subtle kitten licks and kisses. "Rotxo..~♡" You mumbled, hand sliding up his arm to his shoulder to pull him forward, closer so that you may grind against him. "Ah- Tanhi, mawey!~" He groaned against your skin, nipping it again as he shifted his grip to your waist to push you back a tad so that you wouldn't feel his rock hard erection throbbing from within his loincloth.]
