I did this after watching heaps of samdoesarts videos. He has a lot of great tutorials and I just really like his style.

Ended up painting this after trying to draw the picture (from a gif lol) in my sketchbook, then moved to digital when the proportions were extremely off. She def looks more disgruntled in my first sketch than amused.

i'm sure i am not the only one who is very concerned about the ~4 hours between when the midjourney change was made, and I knew to go opt out of it, so; glaze does not need to be on all your works to be effective. in the same way that one artist glazing all their works will ruin a broad, multi-artist dataset, glazing your works moving forward will ruin any dataset trained on you. if out of 100 comics I've posted, 10 are glazed, a dataset trained on all of my comics will not be able to make anything similar to my style. anyways. go download glaze.

#ofc a manual review of the data set could pick out anything glazed. ig the point for me is to force that manual review #though wider adoption of glaze is not a perfect or even workable solution for many. my computer is 10 years old and runs glaze but #thats pretty lucky on my part. and the '100 comics' thing isnt perfect bc. im not using glaze on my comics. it looks really bad. #and there's not a real risk of someone using my art to train a data set bc. like. cartoons exist. #like you probably SHOULD glaze everything especially from now on #but if like me the idea of trawling your entire internet presence seems so daunting youd almost sooner delete it all #posting Some poison is better than posting No poison #but most important is not being paralyzed into inaction by how daunting the task is. even if that does mean no poison #im trying out what works and what does not right now for me. and i guess my advice is that you do too even if that means making a pillowfor #lol

I never have unfortunately - trying to find a trans friendly sauna/spa let alone a trans friendly ~sauna/spa~ is a scary enough concept to me, and I don't know what the vibes would be. It's the kind of thing I'd hypothetically enjoy going to but every time I consider it I just get scared tbh

You're so right. I remember really enjoying that headcanon at a particular point when I was really into that sort of sphere of undertale-underfell-swaptake-swapfell and really craving more. I think it suits Sans very well, though I think there's a lot of other interesting reasons why he can nap a lot too—so I can understand why it's not always considered.

Which is to say, Sans is very sleep deprived because of frequent nightmares and suffers insomnia because of his trauma is a very popular interpretation.

Either that, or his frequent napping is to exaggerate how laid back and uncaring he is. It takes a sort of confidence to randomly sleep out in the open I think, uncaring what other people think.

But I think narcolepsy is really interesting. Like, a reasonable explanation and sort of adds a completely different flavor to Sans. I think it's neat.

#it can be daunting too to try and depict a disorder like narcolepsy when you dont have it #so i think thats an additional reason why you dont see it a lot #you dont want to mischaracterize something like that #aah it could be really useful though #something to throw into the toolbox for later examination #necro talks
