hello! i stumbled across your blog very recently and am curious as to what the tag v13 means- sorry if you’ve answered this before, i’m on mobile!

fallout is based on wasteland. wasteland is based on a canticle for liebowitz. a canticle for liebowitz is about catholics bickering about fiction in the dust of america for hundreds and hundreds of years. it is about religion and the concept of a dark age

VAULT 13: A GURPS Post-Nuclear Adventure was the ip's name in the conceptual phase. the very first VAULT 13 worldbuilding pitch doc--a timeline--spoke of a Dark God, a term deployed throughout Fallout but only contextualized in the fallout bible, which does not actually use the term. Laura has a special voiced line just for Tell Me About: Dark,God: "The what?"

Project V-13 was interplay's original Fallout Online, which was cancelled by the publisher bethesda like fifteen years ago now.

pylon v-13 is a location at the end of Fallout 76's map where a character from Project V-13 built a time portal and disappeared. it is the most cursed location in the game

by accepting its premise, we arrive at v13 lore, the rejection of canon in light of canonical time travel and multiverse, which has always been a thing, and is also literally a joke. it's the realization that fallout is defined by creativity, interpretation, expression, and argument. it is the understanding that non-canon lore and controversial lore are basic and vital pieces of the history of the setting. and it's the begrudging admission that fallout is a cultural legend, irreplaceable and beyond anyone's control. fallout makes sense to everyone and demands our imagination. it always will

enabled by all the most hated and rejected lore, my characters are time-travelling supervillains who know the things i know, and scour the wastelands endlessly to expand their knowledge. this diegetic headspace and cosmology is a lens i use to explore the concepts of conspiracy theory, paranormal thought, religion, and occultism, all of which i am deeply critical of. i have learned a lot about these matters because i was able to fully engage with them in the context of fallout.

also the talking deathclaws lived in vault 13 and the courier carries the vault 13 canteen. there's also some esoteric shit about 13 high priests, 13 ghouls, and 13 landmarks. it's a pretty specific throughline. it's there if you're mad enough to look for it. and we'll never really know what it means if anything

another thing i always say is. any setting where humans don't see ghosts is a strange fantasy. humans have always seen ghosts. don't mean ghosts are real. just means folks see ghosts. and at some point you gotta talk about it

Nine isn't evil, he just wants to live. Sonic is literally planning on erasing him and the world he's from and expected him just to tag along. Sure you could argue that what Nine is doing is incredible selfish but he's from a world where you had to be selfish to survive.

honestly i wonder if sonic even fully understands the implications of what hes doing and what would happen to nine and everyone else if he went through with his plan? because he seems confused about why nine is upset, and also talks to nine about his old friends as if hes gonna get to meet them someday. which obviously he wont since presumably bringing back the old world will make the shatterverse disappear. unless he didnt mean that literally idk

and sonic isnt in the wrong for wanting to fix the world and get his friends back to normal, but nine's hesitance to help is also understandable because the situation is obviously gonna look very different to someone who doesnt remember the original world at all

learning that marisha was genuinely intending for laudna to be "unromanceable", meaning that all of the subtext i'd been picking up on that laudna seemed genuinely uninterested in romance and sex at best and uncomfortable at worst, was actually like, intentional? is genuinely something i'm kinda devastated about. i am filled with a strange ache every time i look at the CR tags right now, because while i understand people are excited, i'm incredibly disappointed. i was fully and completely prepared to eventually hit a point where something happened and it was confirmed in canon that i was reading too far into reactions and comments and laudna was actually interested the whole time, etc. but to have romance happen, only to immediately be confronted with the fact that no, actually, laudna being uninterested in romance was marisha's intention until this moment... it's gut-wrenching. before anyone says anything, obviously marisha is fine with this change of course, laura gave her a chance to say no, they would discuss if it was an issue, etc. yeah, i know. if the people involved are happy with this outcome that is what matters at the end of the day. and now people are celebrating, but more importantly they're saying things. they're talking about how it's crazy marisha didn't see this coming. that imogen and laudna have obviously been dating since the first episode, how could you not see it? how could anyone not see they were interested in each other?? AND IT'S WRONG! we got given explicit confirmation that at no point up until the kiss was laduna being played as interested in imogen! they weren't dating and laudna certainly wasn't secretly pining! she's basically been being played aroace the whole campaign! and it's fucking gross and amatonormative as fuck to be proclaiming that their behaviour up until now means they never could've been anything but romantically interested in each other. the trope in media and fanfiction (and the behavior in real life) where people proclaim the fact that "obviously, these characters/people are actually in love and basically dating but they just don't know it lmao" has long grated on me, because at the end of the day the only people whose definition of the relationship matters is those involved. it doesn't matter if it looks romantic to you if the people or characters involved say it isnt, even if that changes later! they still weren't dating until it was actually decided that's what they wanted to do! so sure! they're now romantically involved, and obviously people are going to celebrate that. but please stop making comments about how "they've been dating this whole time". they weren't! that wasn't the title that they gave their relationship! and while imogen has clearly been interested for a while, we know that laudna (until retcon says otherwise) was not! i don't know where their relationship will progress from here and i'm not going to let this lessen my enjoyment of the show or characters. but i am going to mourn the fact that people are celebrating this and praising laura for "winning" and getting the romance when it came at the cost of marisha's original intent for laudna to be aroace (at the very least in behavior if not by name)

The original idea for alkaloid is kinda the idea of.... Kabrus party a secondary group of adventurers led by Hiiro and people he met to go pick up Rinne and take him home. But I had kinda zero'd into the Canary influence and liked the idea of Mayoi being this tracker Canary who terrfied people and then you talk to her and shes like. screaming and crying. Aira was originally going to be a half-foot bard and he still could be! A lot of this stuff is up in the air and unsure. Tatsumi was Kaname's school friend either way and is pretty well known around the island. Himeru goes out of his way to avoid him and I think Tatsumi maybe isnt fully aware of what went down in there. I think he probably got teleported out sans a leg or something and when seeing what he assumes is "Kaname" he feels too guilty to speak up for him until the Canaries roll around again looking for him.

It is also a cute idea for Aira to just be a guy though. Maybe he writes a column for the paper about the dungeon and the adventurers. I feel bad because I probably dont have huge ideas for people!! So really I just want it to be fun.

Do you think it would be beneficial to create another name for the more 'ftm/forcing to become a man' side of forcemasc? Tbh I really enjoy this approach but I understand your point. Maybe 'coerced manhood' would be more suitable?

i personally dont think itd be beneficial! i think trans men and forcemsc cnc and whatnot has it's place here, just as much as the positivity side so long as its labeled as such, yknow? im not excluding transmen here, nor am i excluding men period at all. There IS a place here for finding euphoria for masculinity here, for manhood or finding euphoria of becoming a man in your own terms, but that cant come at the price of excluding other people who are here too, cause its not just men

gender is fucky and sometimes people who arent transmen or even consider themselves a man in anyway still relate and like 'manhood' or use dude or bro or masculine terms for themselves.

i myself am a trans butch, transFEM butch. i specify transfem cause im amab butch but am in a different relationship with masculinity because i consider myself coming at it from being a women and yet im also gnc so theres no real term to my knowledge for myself that really fully explains my relationship and how i express myself

the whole "coerced" thing wasnt particularly the point of my previous post, it was just a part of it as the tag "forcemasc" itself was originally aimed at a wider audience. and the more recent tags that have been associated with have almost immediately brought it right back closer to being trans misogynistic, which is where forcemasc had originally been

my issues with the autogynephilia and autogynephile tags have been because of this, and especially with the recent upswing of just misogyny from transmen towards transwomen, its been hard to even look at my own tag.

Let me repeat that

its been hard to look at my OWN tag, for a community that i near CREATED because of this. if transmen want to take part in forcemasc positivity, you need to understand what the history and context of the words and tags you use are here. that using terms for people who dont like those terms and ask you not to use them for them isnt right or kind or fair.

im not trying to start a divide or arguments or even yell at the transmen that follow me. im disappointed, very much so, but WE are in this community together and you need to recognize this. if you wat to make separate tags like that, youre genuinely welcome too, but you ARE welcome here.

EDIT: this post is old. Very old. And was very rushed because people kept asking me to post it. While it provides insight onto certain situations, like antiblackness or the lack of flashing lights for years, it doesn't fully go into depth about some of them (like DID & antisemitism) and only offers one opinion into most situations.

It's a great starting point or beginning into learning about certain situations and to begin your own questioning and analysis, but is not a """masterlist""" or a good, in-depth discussion on the things Thomas has done and contributed to.

Take everything in this post with a grain of salt. Take it with "I didn't know that, I will do more research" and if you discover the opposite of what this post is saying and disagree (or if you agree), then that is what I want to come out of this post. I do not want to you immediately take what I say at face value, even if I am/was "correct".

Okay, back to the original post:

Ok. Its been 2 days lets talk abt how thomas participates in anti-blackness, antisemitism, & ableism.

I do have links to almost everything mentioned here, but some of them I do not have. Whether that be because I am expressing an opinion other people have or because I could not find it.

Also, I have something called "aphasia". Some parts of this will be phrased wrong and/or difficult to read. (Look up aphasia I'm not explaining it here.)

If you are a person of colour and want to express your opinion about Thomas being racist, feel free. If you are jewish and want to express your opinion about Thomas being antisemitic, feel free. If you are disabled and want to express your opinion about Thomas being ableist, feel free. I am not trying to speak over anyone. I am a black disabled man talking about things Thomas has done and including my own opinions.

I do not think Thomas does any of this out of actively trying to harm people. This is not me "cancelling" him. This is not me telling you you cannot watch the series or whatever. I am explaining things he has done. You come to your own conclusion about this using critical thinking.

Anti-blackness:

(note: if you, as a nonblack person, tries to tell me I am WRONG for saying this is racist and antiblack I will literally explode you with my mind. I am a black man, I know what is and is not antiblack & you cannot tell me what is and isnt. Dear god.)

Logan's vocab cards tend to be appropriation of AAVE (African-American Vernacular English), since it's based around what people assume is "internet slang" (for example, in Accepting Anxirty Part 1, Logan uses the phrase "You good, fam?" which is AAVE).

Another character of Thomas' that appropriates AAVE is Sleep, also referred to as "Remy" by fans, in his vines and shorts. This is because he is supposed to be a flamboyant gay man, but again, a lot white gay men appropriate AAVE from black gay men and queens (for example, "slay" is a term that people say came from queer culture, but it is a term that came from black queer culture).

Thomas made a Tik Tok talking about his roles in musicals. (I do not have this Tik Tok as I... do not have Tik Tok for mental health reasons and the idea of redownloading it is terrifying.) One (or multiple?) roles he talks about are ones of black characters. (I hope I don't have to explain how taking black roles in musicals is racist.)

The entire BLM Roman thing

During the height of the BLM protests back in 2020, a tumblr user (I will not say their user) drew a black Roman holding a trans flag. While this in itself is not racist, black people outside of the fandom (and in the fandom) expressed their discomfort with it. This art was later deleted, however their white mutual ended up creating art of black Roman angrily holding up his fist and it was captioned "I frantically drew this in a fit of rage." This user did not post about BLM before this, and also it's very weird to make a white character black to show your support of real black people being murdered.

Here is the post, along with an explanation of why this is racist by me (@/aleiimm) and my TSS mutual at the time (@/mvnte). Obviously, I do not condone the harrassment of this artist.

This sparked a weird """movement""" within the fandom where white fans, ignoring every black fander trying to explain how this is Racist, drew black roman holding up his fist. And because of this "movement", Thomas Sanders reblogged the original drawing, also ignoring every black fander. He later deleted this, without an apology or even a mention.

(I do think this is a very big fandom problem, though Thomas contributes to it.)

Antisemitism:

This is specifically in relation to Janus Sanders' character being an antisemitic caricature. I have reblogged posts about this, but due to my awful tagging system, I couldn't find them.

(note: I am not jewish, this is me repeating what I have heard from jewish fans and my jewish friends outside of the fandom.)

I recommend finding actual jewish fans and their posts.

Obviously, making antisemitic caricatures is a lot more than just the traits you give the character. I think it's important to identify what was the original idea. In this case, Thomas meant to make a character based off of the "snake in the tree" from the Bible. I doubt he consciously meant to create an antisemitic caricature.

However, most antisemitism is unconscious. Most bigotry is. Just like how white people can be racist, even if they are actively trying not to— because racism spans over years and years— non-jewish people can be antisemitic unconsciously.

Janus is a greedy, selfish, lying half-snake character. There isn't a way to get around that. These traits on their own wouldn't necessarily be antisemitic, but combined they are.

Ableism:

This will the longest section.

In the ad "The Return of the Jam!", Roman refers to Logan Sanders as "Mr. Infodumper" negatively. (Janus also does this in Thomas' Among Us Patreon stream, if I remember correctly, though it is edited out of the YouTube video.)

As an autistic man, I dislike the use of this negatively, however, not every autistic person feels this way. I know autistic people who do not view this as ableist.

Virgil's crofters is named "Cranic Attack", based on on the word "panic attack". I do not have an anxiety disorder, though many people with anxiety disorders expressed their discomfort with this (and also many people said it was fine. Again. Not a monolith.)

Thomas Sanders does make an apology for this usage here (this link includes my response, @/gothybubby).

In this apology Thomas

one: claims that the term "infodump" is negative, which isn't true. The trait is not negative, but the way it is used by Roman (and Janus) is ableist.

two: claims that it is... the character's fault? "we were narratively depicting Roman to be in the wrong for saying it." Not a single character tells Roman off for this. It is not Roman's fault, he's a fictional character, it is the people AKA THOMAS who wrote the script.

And three: that Logan is going to get "vindication" for this. No one wants Logan to get VINDICATION, we want Roman to NOT be ableist.

Dissociative Identity Disorder & systems

I do not have DID, this is, again, me repeating systems both in and out of the fandom. Also, again, lots of systems have different opinions about whether or not Sanders Sides is ableist towards systems.

I have a friend with DID who does not have Tumblr and is not in the fandom anymore who wants me to talk about this (this is also expressed in the tags of my reblog of my response to Thomas' apology).

I also have reblogged posts about this, but I couldn't find the ones I have reblogged that criticise this.

I recommend finding actual systems and their posts.

Sanders Sides closely resembles DID. Thomas talks about this in his video "Sanders Sides - BEHIND THE SCENES QNA" where he and Joan explains that they are not trying to represent DID, but a man and his singular (one) personality. Joan on their Tumblr made a post where they also talk about this (unable to find it, since their blog is deleted) and explained that they are trying to avoid using terms related to DID.

I know, for a fact, that thomas was going to make a video with systems to discuss DID and make sure to disconnect Sanders Sides from DID. This video was, obviously, never made. (I saw this being discussed in a discord by a system who was asked by Thomas to be in the video, but I am not a part of the discord anymore and I do not have this message.)

Still, it still resembles a system. People have express their discomfort with the sides having names for that reason. People have also expressed their discomfort with Thomas talking about the sides as if they are "real people" (unsure how to phrase this) since it makes it feel more like the sides being alters. For example, when Thomas made a tweet/instagram story where he stated "Logan has a new favourite book."

Flashing lights tagging

Thomas Sanders sucks as at tagging flashing lights. This is not an accidental, one-time thing. This is continous and has been a thing for years.

I need everyone to know that epilepsy and photosensitivity are serious. Seizures are serious and deadly. I have friends who have had seizures over his videos and I know fans who have bad seizures over his videos. Thomas Sanders and his team know that people have had seizures over his videos.

I have seen people say that he doesn't have to tag flashing and comparing it to trigger warnings. Trigger warnings are a different topic from flash warnings.

Thomas has struggled to tag flashing since 2018. This post by @/cisnesincorbata shows a timeline from 2018 to early 2021 of people sending asks to Thomas about it. I have also sent Thomas asks asking him to tag warnings, along with commenting it on his tweets.

Putting Others First was an episode that a lot of photosensitive people couldn't watch (I also know a lot of autistic people couldn't watch due to the noises and low hearing people couldn't understand Logan's voice). This video took almost a year to get a warning, and even then it is placed in the description, which is NOT a good place for a warning.

Thomas has gotten better at tagging, but this is still an issue that should be talked about. Forgetting is not a valid excuse when people's lives are on the line.

Writing this post was the most difficult thing ever. If someone else wants to create a TL;DR, feel free, but I am currently out of spoons (look up spoon theory) and my aphasia is kicking my ass.

However, sometimes, things cannot have a TL;DR. Sometimes you have to take the time to read long ass things in order to understand. I acknowledge people have difficulty reading and comprehending things, especially if you are neurodivergent, but a lot of times this can be worked on. I am one of these people.

OKAY im gonna talk about the thing in mask of the rose thats been consuming my thoughts. For people who might know the scene I'm talking about, it's something Ivy tells you, and the game keeps giving you options to stop the conversation because it is, genuinely, pretty disturbing. its got horror elements that have been in FL before, but never in this particular way, and as i said in my last post, seeing the content warnings will probably give away the broad strokes. im gonna put them in the tags, and hopefully if you have them filtered, then you wont see this at all? idk. i genuinely am sorry if you see this and didnt want to, but i have things i wanted to say about it

okay so in mask of the rose, Ivy gets really into doing Hallowmas stuff, accepting peoples confessions and secrets, and occasionally doing stuff to their memories (i think there was something in Zubmariner where theres a port made up of peoples regrets?? it might be connected to that, but i never played zumbariner. it might also be something Midnighter adjacent. or it might be its own thing!! i just dont know)

Ivy can tell you about a confession she received, which is incredibly disturbing. To make it quick: a womans child died, and times being hard as they are, she ate it. But then David returned from the dead fully intact, and everyone learned that death isnt permanent. Ivy had to remove this womans memory of what she'd done

like i said, while FL as a franchise has included (maybe too much?) cannibalism, and certainly a decent amount of child death, it's never been... like this before. it was disturbing in a way nothing else ever had been in any of the games

...so is it bad to say that i kinda liked it?

cannibalism has come up in fallen london often, but its usually kind of flippant about it imo. like, it's a thing that debauched rich people do sometimes, or starving zailors do, or deranged cultsits do, but not people like US. random women in london dont get that desperate!!! until they do.

and when cannibalism appears in the games, its usually written so... idk distantly? that i really never feel much of anything for it, except almost bored. most of the time when it shows up, im like "wow cannibalism. again. how original 🙄 pretty sure thats the only horrific twist fbg even knows exists". i dont think it's bad, the way its usually written. it's not like i even WANT ever lurid detail, and i think it would be pretty bad for me and for the writers to do that. but the side effect is that, for me personally anyway, it never really has the weight i think they probably want it to

but in mask of the rose? its a visual novel, so youre not given that same kind of distance you get in fallen london. it affected me in a way that other, similar horrific moments very much did not. I mean, i played all of seeking and i just thought it was boring for the most part!!!!

i also think it really gets at the horror of "you cant die in the neath". i mean, this woman did something horrible and taboo out of desperation, and then had to learn that it was also entirely unnecessary. she could have just waited! how could she possibly live with herself, having done this? but also she cant die! what option is there for her, other than to excise the memory entirely?

and also i think it emphasizes why cannibalism would be especially taboo and especially horrific in the neath. if death is rarely permanent, i would think defiling someones corpse would be seen as especially abhorrent

anyway. it was a moment of pure horror and i kind of liked that it was in the game. its a little tonally out of step with the rest of motr, tho, lol. but it kinda makes me wish theyd leaned more in on the horror of the fall. you as the player character want for very little, because you always have food and a place to sleep, and the Masters are (allegedly) organizing and distributing resources. but also... i mean clearly thats not benefitting everyone, and i think thats genuinely really interesting

.......... although i sure would like it if i could stop thinking about that scene lol. the game kept being like "you dont have to read this" and i did not listen. ain't that just the way!!!!

GUYS SHOULD I CHANGE MY USERNAME

i want 2 change it cuz it doesnt rlly represent me anymore. scene-ness isnt as big of a part of my identity as it was when i chose my username. its been so aestheticized and tiktok-ified that its kind of less fun now. i still love it very much but more than anything i want 2 distance myself from that sort of homogenized aesthetic type community. i hate it a lot. i also really dont like when people try and put my art into dumb "scenecore/nostalgia" boxes. i'm not trying 2 be nostalgic!!! im a teen!!! i wasnt even there for when that was popular. i'm doing my own thing. i take inspiration from "that emo art style" a lot but thats sort of irrelevant i think?? i try and make my stuff unique and it kind of hurts my feelings when people do that. (its sort of hard to explain my feelings about this in a text-based format sorry lol. its not THAT serious i guess it just makes me mad) if youve followed me 4 a while u miiiight know that i used 2 tag my shit as scenecore but that was because i didn't fully understand what the "core" part meant and i was trying to fit that aesthetic at the time (i didn't REALLY get how far removed the current state of the scenester community is from the original message it was trying to convey. now it drives me nuts)

pros:

-my username would reflect my current personality more

-i would like it better

-it would distance me from posers and tiktok #aesthetic people

-it would help prevent my art from being put in dumb obtuse boxes

im the original suicide bait anon, hi. i will drop it after this because i truly don't want to start an argument or anything, i just wanted to explain where im coming from and respond to some of the things ive seen people say wrt my original ask.

unfortunately it really isnt as simple as "block the phrase" because when you mute something on this dumb ass website it still shows you the thing you muted in big blue text every time you scroll past a post with that phrase. this is usually fine if youre blocking posts that mention something that triggers you, but when its the phrase itself thats the trigger, it is incredibly ineffective. for people who cant see those phrases because itll trigger them– whether that be a panic attack or suicidal intrusive thoughts or something else– the current upward trend of suicide baiting is massively harmful. (even as a joke! triggers arent context dependent. im not gonna get triggered by something, see its a joke or that it was directed at a bad person, and be like "oh! nevermind then. call off the trauma response, all is well.") it is impossible to avoid in the current online climate, and the tools that should help us prevent mental distress don't work for us in the slightest. so the least i can do is try to ask people to reconsider using that language, not just for my own sake but for other people who i know are struggling a lot recently because of it too.

when you tell transphobes to end their lives, at most youre making them briefly upset, but trans people have a massive rate of suicidal ideation and suicide attempts. a lot of us have suicide-related trauma, and a lot of us have some moderate to severe responses to related triggers. it isn't helpful for any of us to be going around inducing intrusive thoughts and anxiety in each other just to let off a bit of frustration towards a bigot who doesnt care about anything you have to say in the first place.

like i said, im not saying all this to try and start a whole argument or anything, im gonna fully drop it after this. i just wanted to explain where im coming from (because it seems a lot of people just never even consider that the new funny trend could be harmful, since everyone else is doing it) and why the common responses of "just mute it" and stuff like that arent really helpful. there was a period of time not too long ago where suicide was seen as something deeply serious which was tacky and insensitive to joke about, but recently every tumblr blog is doing it, its in image based memes that we couldnt even mute if we tried, big youtubers like kurtis conner are doing it with no warning, etc.

sorry for the wall of text. i am a very long winded person, lol. i really do respect you which is why im even bothering to explain myself. i hope you can understand, and if you still don't wanna trigger tag it, that's fine. it's your blog, i wouldn't force you to change it even if i could.

hello, hope this isn't like offensive or anything. but what's the difference between lusttale and underlust?

Hihi! It isnt :) I really love talking abt lustale, it also helps make sure those who are new to my profile understand Lustale <3 I really suggest looking through my tag ill have below on this post, since it has much more info. but i will try to sum it up for you! TW for a few triggering things!

I wanna first clarify my issues with Underlust and why i made Lustale. - Underlust has lots of issues such as the curveball of MTT being raped, the owner drawing / or drawing fanart of a AU that had a nazi chara, the sudden depression Sans gathers (no build up nor mention, the fact that the skeleton brothers have canon incest relationships.

The owner clarified their mental health wasnt good to continue the AU, hence why parts are most likely really bad. They also said they have stopped working on the AU, and its a fandom owned AU now like Underswap.

The main changes are;

x Chara has the trait of passion instead of Lust, when Chara fell down the monsters were sealed underground after the battle that caused a great depression, Chara ended up passing away but the monsters wanted the trait, and tried to copy it. This failed and the trait Lust was created, as Lust and Passion can be mistaken for the Monsters not understanding x Lustale will be taking a more Slice of Life story, it will only have the visual vibes of Underlust, and loose Undertale storyline. Other then that, there will not be anything such as breaking the barrier (as the monsters are also content and happy as they are ) until very very later on. Battles are less common in this AU, too. x Flowey is made via Asriel's soul breaking, Asgore and Toriel could not have children (Toriel is infertile) and tried to combine their souls to create Asriel's soul, however it was weak and dusted, therefore being sprinkled into a rose similar to how the Rose Flowey in Underlust was made

x Almost each and every character has a new personality, job, backstory, and more. They arent just empty headed sex freaks. I want them to have actual personality instead of "Omg Sans is a femboyant stripper slay king omg" . I also wanna clarify my Lust HATES being called anything feminine or femboyant, no this isnt a issue to those who have lusts' like this.

The only things i kept the same between them are:

x Designs of the characters being similar. It would be hard to revamp Underlust with fully new designs, because that both pushes it too far from what its supposed to be, but ruins the nostalgia of the original characters. Instead i did a few tweaks, minus some characters such as Undyne, Alphys, Toriel, and in the future more characters will have larger redesigns. This is only because Sans and Papyrus are more iconic with the AU, mainly Sans.

x A few pieces of the lore i may keep; However since the lore for Underlust is very short and has alot of wonky pieces, along with a extremely short comic, its hard to really keep anything about Underlust in my AU Lustale, because, to be fair, there is absolutely jack shit to go on.

And you didnt ask for this, but my main reason for doing it is:

With Underlust, there is JACK SHIT to go off of with characters. There is ZERO development, we get to learn NOTHING about them other than they like sex and making other AU counterparts uncomfortable. All we get for story is Mettaton was raped (which is NEVER brought up again. ) and that Sans is actually depressive and has lots of self hate, which again, is NEVER brought up. We learn nothing of what characters like and dislike, we learn nothing about the AU, we learn nothing about their jobs or positions, the entire AU is built up on sex, sex, and more sex. Lustale is a revamp of Underlust where they will be fleshed out, and, i can hope, will possibly replace Underlust because, holy shit, i really dont support Underlust.
