i never write down my dentist appointment date or time until after i leave the office and i swear the front desk lady takes advantage of that to just switch up my appointment times on me

#like. okay my next appt was supposed to be may 4th at 8:30 #and i specifically remember those two things bc a. i remember saying may 5th was the only day i was busy that week #and then when she suggested may 4th i was like wait isn't that like a holiday or smth? and when i left i remembered it was just the day the #star wars nerds come out #and also she was like we have availability at 8.... 8:30 or 9:30 #and i thought she meant availability at three seperate times but when i said 8 she asked 8:30? and i was like oh no she just got distracted #and repeated the 8 part #anyways as SOON as i was out of the office i write down DENTIST MAY 4TH AT 8:30 in my notes app #and i just got a text that was like nicole your appointment at redacted dental is coming up at 8:00 am on monday april 26th #IS IT???? BECAUSE IT SHOULDN'T BE #this is like the third time too which is FINE bc luckily i am not busy on mondsy april 26th at 8 am but #i'm gonna need to start saying i want the confirmation written down on a card like they used to do 😐#text

oh it’s so strange that a liberal english teacher and her queer student have similar opinions on things, definitely not as if she’s a nice person and i like having rights

#i remembered this and now i’m angry again #basically i was talking to some classmates about our very hypocritical literature teacher who constantly asks us for our opinions on things #and claims that she really wants to hear them but then you say something and she stops you mid sentence and starts monologuing #and somehow our english teacher became the topic and so many of them are angry that she doesn’t let them say bigoted things or #corrects them when we’re doing literary analysis and they get something wrong #and someone said yeah angelina and her have very similar opinions and that’s why she likes the class and the teacher likes angelina #i mean No but at least the didn’t say that i’m just agreeing with everything she says because i’m Very argumentative #god angelina shut the fuck up #personal
