i am LOSING IT over the obikin forum posts and I have to ask, does the public ever find out that obi-wan and anakin get together?

dfhsdfh YEAh it all comes out when like, anakin has been trying to gear up towards the idea of marriage with obi-wan, but like can never work up the nerve until like, they're in the middle of a heavy melee with a bunch droids, and anakin just blurts out a marriage proposal there and then a la pirates of caribbean.

Obi-Wan: right now?! Anakin: well we might DIE you know a meteor might strike us from orbit and all i'll hear from you while we're haunting ahsoka as ghosts is 'ooooooooooh if only we got married while we were aliiiiive'! i'm saving you from an afterlife of regret here! Obi-Wan: oh for- fine, yes, whatever!
