Unfortunately. it was well over a year ago (apparently may 2021) and he hasn’t said anything like it since, so most people have forgotten about it and it was never made a super big deal out of. but it’s still Bizarre that it was said at all.

I Used to have a direct clip of him saying it [Link] but either the tweet got taken down or the account that’d posted it did. that said, I have flypaw’s reaction to it where they used a direct quote [Link] as well as “mcyt trend updates” posting about it at the time [Link]

again, I wouldn’t say that this indicative of cc!quackity’s writing or his understanding of tommy’s character, which only makes it more bizarre that it was said at all. I never understood Why, and the evanmcgaming theory is the closest it’s ever come to making sense.

it’s so fucking funny that cc!quackity plays two characters that are incredibly sympathetic to and seem to understand c!tommy (c!quackity and mexican dream) and yet out of character says things like “character tommy has had everything he’s ever wanted and just creates problems for himself,” how does he do that?

I find it funny that these are the dsmp characters Butch “homophobic, racist, pray the autism away, mental illness is a fad, tracer” Hartman has drawn

Dream- this man advocates and has donated so much for the lbgt, disabled, and mentally ill communities, consistently speaks out against hate, has adhd (something Butch Hartman believes is fake), I’m pretty sure his canon character’s got some romance thing going on with George? Not to mention the way Butch drew him it just looks like he’s Timmy Turner cosplaying Dream

Technoblade- is fiercely supportive of the lbgt and disabled community, would definitely hunt down and brutally murder (irl him with words, canon quite literally) Butch Hartman for free. Also Hartman drew him as a complete brute? The man is insanely smart and that’s what makes him dangerous, not because he can swing on axe

Wilbur Soot- he’s very supportive of minorities (the trans community especially so), he consistently just blocks and bans people who say homophobic stuff and then laughs at them. Also side note; this mans character literally fucked a fish and had a fox child with it and can’t stop flirting with c!Quackity so I find the fact the Hartman drew a fruity fishfucker with a furry for a son hilarious

Quackity- this dude does not take any hate towards minorities from anyone, he’s Hispanic, has and will curse out anyone who’s homophobic, racist, ableist, etc, his character has been in two queer relationships (Schlatt and Karl/Sapnap) one of which was polyamorous, canonically has ptsd (I think irl too but I’m not too sure), his character runs a casino and drug ring, etc

Ranboo- is a gay enby, also fiercely supportive of the lbgt and disabled community, consistently laughs at homophobes, deals with severe social anxiety and facial dysphoria (things Butch Hartman doesn’t believe in), plus his character is basically a mishmash of things Butch hates/doesn’t believe in (he has a husband and a son with said husband, has some sort of personality disorder and memory issues, ptsd, and so much more)

Tommyinnit- this kid is so supportive and consistently does research on certain topics to keep himself up to date and well informed on the happenings of minority communities, would also curse out a homophobe, racist, ableist, etc, he deals with social anxiety, c!Tommy is chocked full of ptsd, depression, anxiety, etc and Tommy makes sure to act it out in a way that is accurate and not sugar coating nor bastardizing any of the mental illnesses his character deals with

I just hate Butch Hartman so much and I find it funny that in fishing for views he’s unknowingly drawn so many characters that go against literally everything he stands for.

There is literally no dsmp character I can think of that he could draw and it not go against his fucked up ‘beliefs’. All of the CCs support everything Butch hates and a lot of the group is queer, of a different race, or has some sort of mental illness irl and even if he wanted to ignore that and draw their characters; BBH (c!Skeppy are queer platonic I think), Tubbo (c!Ranboo is his husband), Eret (he’s Eret, they’re anti-Hartman by existing), Puffy (c!Niki and her are dating), Ponk (c!Sam and him were dating) Schlatt (was married to c!Quackity), etc etc etc. He just needs to stay away from it
